Bad language and lemons, as always! Do I still need to warn you?

Yes.

Levy didn't even need to think about it, it took everything in her to stand there and let him finish, the thought repeating over and over in her brain the second she saw him sink to his knees, had realised what was happening. Bending slightly to take his face in her hands - he wasn't much shorter kneeling than she was, stood there in her bare feet - Levy knew she was crying, but couldn't bring herself to care that the entire stadium could see it.

"Yes. Yes!" She beamed, her smile positively radiant as she mustered all the love and excitement she felt and poured it into kissing him.

Gajeel, for his part, was finally breathing again, even if his hands were still shaking so badly he was a little scared of dropping that tiny, expensive, ring. The ring she still hadn't even looked at, he realised as his lips slid against her own and the entire venue positively exploded to an unprecedented volume. When the need for oxygen finally drove them apart, Gajeel stood and, proud of how steady his hands were, slipped the tiniest ring he had ever seen onto her finger, smirking at how much her own digits were shaking.

Levy still hadn't even looked at her ring, was too focused on the man in front of her and just how happy he looked, his red eyes sparkling like a pair of rubies as they gazed down at her, and she was struck with the sensation of being too far away from him - even if he was standing there, just in front of her, holding her hands. 'Too far' Levy thought to herself, and with a joyous giggle, she threw herself at him, trusting Gajeel to catch and hold her, the way he always did, setting about kissing every inch of his skin she could reach.

"I love you, Gaj!" She whispered in between kisses, hands tangled in his hair.

"Fuck, I love you Levy. But you gotta stop" he moaned lowly when her hands pulled on his tresses, soft lips kissing each of the metal studs dotting his face. "Or I'm gonna show ya just how happy I am in front of the entire fuckin' venue."

With a squeak, Levy slowly let go of him, sliding down so she was resting on her toes, chest still pressed against him as she blinked owlishly. Her face flushed bright crimson as she suddenly remembered they were on stage, surrounded by their friends - his family - and being watched by thousands of people. Burying her face against his shirt, Levy could only moan her embarrassment as Gajeel embraced her tightly, the sounds of cheering echoing in her ears.

With Natsu's cry of "she said yes!" still echoing throughout the stadium, the lights went out on stage and with that, the show was over, the tour finished.

Levy slammed her weight against him, forcing Gajeel to stagger as she climbed his body, legs wrapping tightly around his hips as he spun them so her back was pressed tightly against the door, barely shut before she had thrown herself at him.

"Ya happy, Shrimp?" He growled out, fingers scrambling to find purchase against her skin, trying desperately to lay her bare before him without dropping her, he pressed her into the door with his hips, leaving his hands free to pull her shirt over her head, loving the way she hissed as her heated flesh collided with the chilled surface.

"Fuck, Gaj! God, there" she gasped as his pelvis rolled against hers, the denim doing nothing to conceal his desire for her, her own core throbbing in response to the pressure. "I'm so - oh, yes - so happy" she trailed off, voice turning breathy as he pinched and rolled a nipple, her hands leaving his shoulders and fumbling with the closure on his jeans.

"So impatient" he teased, his words turning into a sob at the feel of her slender fingers diving beneath his briefs to stroke him. "Fuck. Need ya, Levs'." He gasped, setting about getting her pants off, pouting a little when he realised he was going to have to set her down to get the tight denim off her body. Her skinny jeans looked incredible, and he was always struck with the urge to bite her ass in them, but right that second, Gajeel hated them with a passion - too tight, too difficult to remove, they were keeping him from his goal of being inside her once again.

Standing on shaky legs, Levy made quick work of stepping free from the confines of her pants, and the second they were off her body, Gajeel had her back in his arms, lifting her and sliding home in one thrust.

"O-oh!" Levy breathed, as he began to hammer his hips against hers, the pleasure coursing through her taking over all rational thought. "Yes, 'Jeel" she hissed when one particular thrust hit something deep inside her that had her seeing stars for a moment.

Gajeel couldn't string two thoughts together, save for the constant repeat of "fuck she feels good" and "holy shit, she said yes", settling for groaning against her shoulder, teeth nipping at her skin.

"M-more" she breathed, chasing the bliss that was just out of reach. "Harder, 'Jeel".

Stopping for a second, Gajeel whirled around to sit her on the bench in their dressing room, one of her legs dropping to tangle between his own, while he hoisted the other one, holding it over his forearm as he leant her back and crashed his hips against hers.

The new angle had him driving deeper within her, and Levy gasped at the sensation, her world narrowing until all she could see was his face, screwed up against the release he was fighting. Leant back on her elbows, she couldn't touch him, smooth out the lines on his forehead like she wanted to, but then he raised his hips, rotating them slightly as he drove them against her, and suddenly she forgot everything outside of the pleasure radiating from her core. Levy ground herself against him, walls pulling him down into her as they fluttered, clenching with no thought or rhythm as her orgasm crashed over her, Gajeel's lips on hers swallowing her cries of ecstasy as his hips stuttered once, twice against her and he groaned out his climax with his tongue against hers.

Standing still to catch his breath, he helped her to sit up, her arms wrapping around his shoulders as she shuddered against him, the aftershocks of pleasure radiating through her body. He could feel her hands moving behind him as he pressed kisses against her collar bone.

"D'ya like it?"

Levy nodded, too busy taking in all the details of her ring, now that she was finally looking at it. An oval Aquamarine centre stone, a few shades lighter than her hair, looked positively enormous on her finger, the small round and emerald cut diamonds surrounding it only adding to the image. The thin platinum band was studded with tiny rubies, their twinkling reminding her of her financés eyes when they shone with mischief.

"Oh my god" she whispered, a huge smile spreading across her face as she pulled back to look at his confused face. "You're my fiancé".

The next morning, Levy was glad they'd booked a private car on the train home, because the front page of every publication she had seen had an image of them plastered across it. Apparently, the Dragon Slayers were a bigger deal than she'd ever realised, and she groaned at all the attention.

"Whatsa matter Shrimp?" Gajeel chuckled, he was relatively used to the publicity. Even if this was a whole new level of scrutiny, the principle of it was the same - a whole lot of ignoring the attention, aiming for as much privacy as possible, and the always reliable "no comment".

"I just wanted to go home, celebrate privately, go back to life as normal. I'm starting to think there's not going to be such a thing as normal anymore!" Levy wailed, sinking into the seat.

"Holy shit, metal face, if I knew it was gonna give us this much awesome press I woulda told you to do it sooner! Why'd you make me hold onto that ring for so long anyway?" Natsu grinned, throwing a pile of magazines and newspapers on the table between the chairs, dropping into a seat opposite the newly engaged couple.

"Would ya shut yer damn mouth, ya overgrown pile of ashes?" Gajeel levelled a glare at his cousin that would have had any normal human in tears, but Natsu just shrugged, throwing his motion sickness pills in his mouth and chewing happily.

"You're not meant to... Actually, never mind" Levy just shook her head at him, before turning to level her gaze at her new fiancé, giggling again at the thought. "First of all, how long were you hiding this? And secondly, what on earth possessed you to trust Natsu, of all people, with keeping it safe? Honestly, sometimes I wonder about you lot."

"I gave up years ago!" Came a cheery giggle as Wendy arrived, shadowed by a glowering Cobra.

"Who pissed in his wheaties?" Natsu whispered conspiratorially as Erik took his seat, earning a good natured slap from Wendy as she sat down next to him.

"Don't laugh, alright? I, uh, like three days after that night at the bar." Gajeel scrunched up his face in embarrassment, refusing to look at the ridiculous face he knew his baby cousin would be making, keeping his eyes fixed on where his hand and Levy's were resting together, her new jewellery sparkling under the lights.

"But you only gave it to me when you guys moved in together?" Natsu puzzled.

"Well, yeah, I hadta wait for 'em to make it, ya moron. Pops gave me the diamonds from Ma's ring".

Levy felt her eyes start to water at his admission - Gajeel almost never spoke about his mother, hadn't for as long as she'd know him, the pain of her loss still too raw even after all these years. But knowing he'd made the effort to go see his father, in secret, get his permission, and design a custom piece of jewellery for her that included part of his Ma's own engagement ring, all within a week of them being back together? It was all Levy could do to kiss him tenderly, hand stroking along his jaw as she fought back tears, whispering her love for him softly as they eased back from each other.

"Ahem."

The loud cough from the aisle ruined the rest of the moment, and they all turned to glare at their manager, who at least had the sense to look a little apologetic. Gajeel and Natsu he wasn't the least bit concerned about, but Erik had overhead the pair of bluenettes yelling often enough to know he definitely didn't want to be on the receiving end

"Sorry to interrupt, but we'll be in Magnolia before long and you're all about to get swarmed by people. This is the plan."

Levy sighed in relief, sagging against the door as it clicked shut behind them. Thankfully, Erik had walked them through the extraction plan step by step, and it had gone without a hitch. Snuck out a side door by the private security their label had hired, they'd quickly found themselves seperated and in private cars heading away from the crowds, luggage magically appearing.

Levy was a little grumpy she hadn't been given the chance to hug everyone farewell, but she knew getting caught up in the swarm of fans and journalists would have been a far worse fate. Besides, she knew they'd all be over for Christmas in a few days anyway.

Gajeel stuck his head out of the bathroom, quirking an eyebrow at his girl who was still leaning against the door, apparently lost in thought.

"Ya good there, Shrimp?"

"Hmm? Oh, yeah, fine. Just thinking".

"I figured, ya been standin' there an' starin' for a while. Get in here already".

Shaking herself free from her thoughts, she stood up straight with a yawn and followed the sound of water splashing softly, finding a very naked Gajeel stepping into a bath that was almost overflowing with bubbles. Sighing happily, she quickly stripped, leaving a trail of clothing from the doorway to the tub, before climbing in and laying with against her back against his chest, her hands resting lightly on the sides of the tub.

Seeing her ring glinting under the soft light, Gajeel linked their fingers together and brought it up in front of them for another inspection.

"Ya happy, Levs'?"

"So happy, Gaj. I can't believe you did this, all of this."

"Just tryin' to give ya everythin' ya deserve."

"Silly Gajeel, all I ever needed was you!" She nestled back against him, drawing their arms around her in a tight hug. "I seem to remember saying something about you 'making a scene'?"

"Gihee, you know me too well Shrimp".

Only a short one this time, I've been in a bit of a funk when it comes to writing so hopefully this helps get me back into it. A whole bunch of reviews would probably also help ;-)
