Chapter 24.
(Scott POV)
It was after school and I just left Jana near her place and headed to the weapon cache. Since Cora went with Maddy and Rhyd back home. We been doing that since the Full moon. Chris hadn't got back to me. With all the information yet. But there is for sure something happening between Jana and I. But I have no idea yet. Then I reached the cache and check the weaponary there making sure all of the weapons are still clean since when I cleaned them a month or 2 ago. Then I closed it up and headed back home to get changed and got ready as Mads shouted up telling me Dinner was ready and I headed down and Ate it before heading back upstairs and checked on my PS4 downloads.
I found out after it had fully loaded up the Red dead Redemption 2, Fallout 76, Terminator Resistance was finished downloading. Which then my door opened and I saw Cora come in.
"Hey, Cora," I said.
"Hey, Scott," Cora said. Coming over and sitting down next to me.
"What's up," I said.
"Scott, What is going on between you and Jana," Cora said.
"No idea," I said.
"Well, I think I know," Cora said.
"What is it then," I said.
"I think since you have 2 sides to your wolf. You know. Werewolf and Wolfblood," Cora said.
"Yeah," I said.
"It's like the way you and I are," Cora said. "We're mates, Scott. To our werewolf side. Jana and you were both born as a Wolfblood. Maybe it happens the same way it has with us,"
"Guess we will find out," I said. Cora nodded and then kissed me before heading for her room and I went for a Shower and changed. Then got into bed.

The next morning, I got up and got showered and changed into that shirt and tie. Then went down and grabbed something to eat and waited for Cora, Maddy and Rhyd to come down. So I went and grabbed my bag and put it on the sofa.
10 mins later, Was when Cora, Maddy and Rhyd came down and grabbed something to eat also. Then they grabbed their bags and we got into my car and drove to school. On arriving at school I parked up and turned off my engine and everyone got out and I grabbed my keys and bag. Then we headed to the gym for our first class. Which was Jimmy just putting Tom down on the floor over and over again.
Then I saw the door open and Jana was staying there who give a signal to Rhyd to follow her. Then Rhyd followed only for 2 seconds later nodded for me to follow them. So I followed after them into the lockers.
"Jana, What's wrong?" Rhyd said.
Jana never said anything.
"Jana. What is it?" I said.
"I had a dream last night about the wilderness about the pack," Jana said.
Then they just talked for a bit. Then the bloody PE teacher came in and Rhyd and I headed back out where Mads passed the basketball.
"So what's up with Jana," Mads said.
"Nothing. She's not feeling very well. That's all," Rhyd said.
Then after class I waited for Jana and Rhyd. I knew something wasn't right.
Once they came out we just headed out.
"Alright, I'll tell you the truth," Jana said.
"What is it?" I said.
"My father turned up this morning," Jana said.
"What?" Both Rhyd and I said.
"He's in the woods," Jana said.
"Has he hurt you?" Rhyd said.
"It's not like that. He's come to make peace," Jana said. "He's knows he went too far. But he's made an offer,"
"What?" I said.
"If Rhydain and I return to the pack," Jana said.
"I'm not going back," Rhyd said.
"Listen to me," Jana said "If you and I swear our allegiance to him. Then we can live in peace again,"
"I'm not going back. End of story," Rhyd said.
"What's really going on Jana," I said.
"He wants Rhydain and I to come back. Then everything stops," Jana said.
"Yeah, right," I said.
"What?" Jana said.
"I know people like him, Jana. They just say things to get people to do what they want for their own ways. Jana . He's using you to get what he wants," I said.
"No way. My Dad wouldn't do that," Jana said.
"And my Ex-Girlfriends Granddad didn't try twisting her mind after something happened to her Mother. He twisted her mind almost turning her into something she wasn't. There's only one thing on your father mind Jana and it's get back at Rhyd. That's the only thing he's got on his mind. That's not you Jana. It's revenge," I said before walking away.

After school, I headed home and went to grab something from the weapon cache which was a crossbow with the flash arrows. Then I went back home and got it set up.
Once it was set up and ready. Maddy came in.
"Do you know about Alric," Maddy said.
"What wanting to forgive Rhyd. Well I call Bullshit," I said.
"What's that for?" Tom said.
"For you. You going to be in the hill. And I give you a signal which you shot this arrow at a tree which that arrow is made for a flashbang giving us an edge. When I say now. You fire," I said passing him it.
"Okay," Tom said.
"Where will you be," Mads said.
"With Rhyd," I said.
Then I headed outside where Jana was waiting for me then we headed towards Rhyd.
"Scott, Do you really think he would use me," Jana said.
"Yes," I said. "But good thing is I got a backup plan,"
"Well it work," Jana said.
"Yes," I said.
"Scott," Jana said.
"Yeah," I said.
"How you felt like something was missing when we weren't around," Jana said.
"Yes," I said. "Since the last full moon,"
"Me too," Jana said.
"Any idea," I said.
"Yes. I know of this," Jana said.
"What is it then?" I said.
"I know you got Cora and you having a werewolf and Wolfblood side. But It's our wolves calling to each other. Scott," Jana said.
"What," I said stopping as did she.
"We're.. We're mates," Jana said.
"To my Wolfblood side," I said.
"My only side," Jana said.
"That's true. I spent more time a werewolf," I said.
"If he does do that to me then what," Jana said.
"What you mean," I said.
"If he really is doing this for revenge," Jana said.
"Then he doesn't care about you," I said.
"Guess then afterwards if it does happen we have a lot of time together," Jana said.
"Yeah," I said.
Then I started to head on before I was pulled back towards Jana who kissed me. Which I couldn't help kissing back. It felt right. To my Wolfblood side and my Werewolf side don't do anything against it.
Then we pulled back to get some air and Jana came close and hugged into my side and we walked on.
Before we got to meeting the others we separated since Jana and I wanted to tell Cora first. Then we will tell the others.

It came night quick and we went to Meet Alric. I stayed back but close enough just in case I was right.
Then I knew something wasn't right when someone I seen before showed up. Good thing was Tom was there too.
"Be ready for that signal," I said passing him the crossbow that I had setup. Then headed down and enough to hear him.
"The pack will fear me again," Alric said.
"This isn't what we agreed," Jana said.
"In that case. We will drag you as well," Alric said.
"Not while I'm here," I said showing up. Then the other guy tried to get me as Mads got him. Then Alric tried to go near Mads and I punched him that hard he laid back on his ass. "Don't try it," I said.
"Think you are a match for a real wolfblood," Alric said.
"You think your strong enough to come at a real Alpha," I said Flashing my red eyes.
"We see," Alric said.
"Eyes! NOW!" I shouted shutting my eyes as Tom shot the bolt at the tree which we bang blinding Alric then I hit him harder putting him back 5 meters away. Then he got onto his knees defeated. Then looked at Jana.
"You'd side with them over me?" Alric said. "And Humans,"
"They're my friends," Jana said. "And the Person who is my mate,"
"Then you've condemned me," Alric said.
"Why did you have to lie to me?" Jana said.
"I'm trying to protect you," Alric said.
"You lied to me," Jana said.
"Jana please," Alric said. "Please help me or there will be no pack for you to inherit,"
"That's the thing. Pack isn't something you inherit. It's where you belong. You don't need fear to lead a pack," I said.
"You lied to me, Used me. Of everyone I thought would do that. I never though you would do it. Just for revenge," Jana said. "Guess I was wrong,"
"Then there's no way back for you now," Alric said.
"Tom Shan," I said and they moved toward me.
But Alric just went towards his beta and got him free.
"You're no daughter of mine. Not any more," Alric said. Looking at Jana.
Then Him and his beta took off. As Jana sat down on the ground.
Once they were away I moved over to her. Then the others came over.
"Jana, Hey. You got us," I said. As she just laid against us most me.
Then Mads got up. "We should head back," she said.
"Yeah, Come on," I said. Helping Jana up and we headed back to the house.

The whole way back Jana never said anything the whole way back. Just leaded against me the whole way.
"How could anyone do that?" Allison said.
"I don't know," I said.
"She's going to need you now. More than ever," Mum said.
"I know," I said. "Just hope it's enough,"
Once we got home Everyone else apart from me went to tell Emma and Dan what happened as I took Jana up to mine and sat Her down on my bed and sat next to Jana.
I heard the door open and saw Cora there. Who came in and sat down the other side of Jana. Who also gave me the eyes that said she knew it was true. But don't say anything.
After another 5 mins. Mads came in and I got up and headed outside my room with her.
"What's up?" I said.
"Mum and Dad letting Jana stay. But what did she mean when she said that about a person who's her mate," Maddy said.
"I'm sure she'll say when she's ready. Mads," I said.
"I hope so. Sure you ready for everyone to know that," Mads said.
"How'd?" I said.
"Knew it, Saw it last full moon," Mads said.
"And you never said anything," I said.
"Not let it didn't stop you," Mads said. "Night," She said then left for her room. Then Cora came out and kissed me before heading to bed.
Then I headed in and Saw Jana just still sitting there. I moved over and sat down next to her.
"Jana," I said.
Jana just sat there.
"Jana," I said.
"Why?" Jana said.
"Why what?" I said.
"Why did he do that?" Jana said.
"No idea," I said.
"He left me," Jana said.
"You got me," I said.
"Guess I was lucky. Finding someone like you," Jana said.
"Yeah, Come on, let's get some sleep," I said. Getting up and changed and passed her a top and bottom where she got out of her clothes and put them on as I just finished putting mine on. Then I turn around to see her all dressed and I pulled the covers back and got in.
Jana got in next to me and I pulled the covers to us where Jana snuggled into my side before she managed to fell asleep.
Then I fell asleep.

Then next day we were dressed and at School where Tom was quiting since he kept getting put on the ground. Maddy and Rhyd trained him again. Then During the session Tom put Jimmy in his place.
After school then Jana and I went back to hers. As Maddy and Rhyd headed home.
Once at hers, We headed inside and Jana sat down.
"Scott," Jana said.
"Yeah," I said.
"I need to tell you something," Jana said.
"What?" I said.
"Dad didn't throw me out. I came to help Rhydian. But I had no idea Dad planned to do that," Jana said.
"But you chose us over it," I said.
"My pack, My life," Jana said,
"It's not your life anymore Jana. You got me," I said.
"I know but," Jana said.
"You thought you could get back," I said.
"Yes," Jana said.
I moved over and put my hands on her face. Then pulled her to towards me then kissed her. Jana didn't hold back and started to kiss me back. Then she jumped and wrapped her legs around me and her arms around my neck. Pulling me down where I guess she had been sleeping. Then She and I pulled back to get some air.
"I'm just glad I got a mate like you," Jana said. Hugging into my chest.
Then I remembered about this weekend being away to that park with Maddy, Tom and Shan. I Told Jana about that before I had to head home for Dinner and finding out that Rhyd was heading back to his foster home.
