Dumbledore was stunned. He was placed in the lifting cell for prisoners to be brought up to the court rooms. He was amazed that he was there at all. He could remember being questioned but not what it was about. It was an after affect of the befuddlement charm Amelia had used. He was levitated and finally stopped looking very sadly at everyone who looked truly disgusted.

"Mr Dumbledore you are here to answer questions about things you have recently done and we will administer the veritas serum now. Please proceed Mr Green!" he said as Auror Green who had left the school for the trial stepped forward administering the veritas serum. He had given him four drops instead of three just in case as he was a much stronger magical individual then most. It was better to be safe then sorry. They all waited a moment for it to take affect and smiled when it had settled in.

"Please state your name and date of birth for the court."

"I am Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore and I was born on September the sixth 1889."

"What special object are you helping in protecting this year and who are you helping to protect their object."

"I am helping Nicholas Flammel to protect his Philosophers Stone at my school. I am housing it there behind various enchantments to lure in and trap Voldemort where either I or Harry Potter can kill him. If Harry Potter should be unsuccessful then it will be my job to take over and kill him for good."

"You attacked Harry Terrence Potter today using the imperious curse. What did you have him do?"

"When did that happen? He was always Harry James Potter after his father! That's not right and Terrence is an awful name. He will be changing that back if I have anything to say about it. Disrespecting the memory of his father like that is unacceptable. As for what I had him do I had him look into the mirror of erised. It is a special mirror designed to show the person who looks into it their hearts desire. I had hoped to trap Voldemort with it so Harry could kill him then. When he looked into he saw something I do not recall and then claimed that it wasn't true because he would never want whatever it was he had seen. He then claimed to see only himself which only the happiest man on earth would see. He broke my mirror and I was furious. Now I had no way of trapping Voldemort. In the space of a few minutes he had wrecked my plans for that wretched man!"

"What did you do when you realised he'd wrecked the plans you had for Voldemort?"

"Well I hit him with a stunning spell and forced him to drink a numbing potion which numbed his body and placed him at the start of a number of charms we had designed to protect the stone. The first obstacle provided by Rubeus Hagrid was a hell hound or Cereberus called Fluffy. I wanted to see how long it would take him to get to the stone but the motherfucker pranked me. Can you believe that? He went along and then returned to the hospital win with none other then a fake fucking Philosophers Stone. It was ridiculous and made a mockery of all I had planned for Voldemort. I looked like a fool in front of my staff and I really don't like that."

"When you realised that Mr Rubeus Hagrid had in his possession a level five x classified animal what did you do?"

"To be honest I didn't do anything. I probably should have but my main concern was the Philosopher Stone and getting Harry Potter to kill Voldemort once and for all. I wasn't thinking about it because to be honest Hagrid doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. As a youth he was framed by a half blood named Tom Riddle who turned into Voldemort for opening the Chamber of Secrets something he never ever did. I tried to tell Armando Dippet at the time but he wouldn't hear of it and had Hagrid expelled and his wand snapped. Hagrid couldn't complete his studies and this is why he will never matter. The animal Hagrid did have in his possession back then was an acromantula which is not something which can petrify people. If Armando had been smarter he might have realised this. I was right but was yet again ignored and things went to hell for that reason. I was not about to be ignored this time when I know I am right!"

"Did Mr Hagrid have any other dangerous animals in his possession?"

"Yes he had told me the day before yesterday that he had won a dragon egg when playing a game of poker the other night at the pub. To be honest I was too delighted for him to punish him. It is all he has ever wanted and I was not about to deny him the one thing he has always wanted in his whole life. It's not fair that he is discriminated against for being a half giant."

"Mr Dumbledore did it never once enter your head that Mr Hagrid lives in a wooden hut and the person who gave him the egg was hoping to kill him or burn him to death in his wooden house?"

"To be honest no it did not. Ever since I have known Rubeus all he has ever spoken about is wanting a dragon. I mean I'm sure I'm not the only person who knew this. I was so happy that his dreams had come true that I genuinely never thought of the fact that he lived in a wooden hut. Now that you mention it though it does seem rather suspect. As I said before he really doesn't matter that much so I often forget about him. It's not his fault though it's mine. Harry Potter is much more important then him and most everyone in this room right now!"

"Why did you try to kill Mr Potter with a Cereberus?"

"I didn't try to kill him with a Cereberus I tried to see how he would fare against a Cereberus. The last I heard he's still alive so he obviously did well surpassing my expectations. Please stop saying I tried to kill him when I didn't. That's not fair at all!"

"Did you ask Mr Potter if he wished to go there before placing him there?"

"No I didn't. He needs to destroy Voldemort and broke the only weapon I had against Voldemort so I was mad. I made him go there whether he liked it or not. It's in the prophecy people! He must kill Voldemort for neither can live while the other survives! It says so in the prophecy and I am not about to risk the repercussions of disrupting the natural order of things. Now obviously not everything can be planned for but things should go to plan some of the time."

"What plan would that be?"

"The plan to have Voldemort killed no matter what happens. He is the one and only person who will never be deserving of a second chance which means loads coming from me as I think everyone who is anyone deserves a second chance here. Most people can indeed be saved. He wasn't meant to be a Slytherin as he was supposed to be a good fucking little Gryffindor like his parents but those imbeciles I left him with went and got fucking mental help so he was very different when he returned our world. He wasn't supposed to know much but he did anyway. You know Slytherin House has gone to hell when one of its own students attacks its own head of house. Yes Marcus Flint did indeed attack Severus Snape who was sneering up a storm and may or may not have deserved it. He was aiming for Mr Thomas Harry's friend who Harry protected with wandless magic. They said it was Dean but no muggleborn could ever wield wandless magic like that!"

"Do you care at all what happens to Harry Terrence Potter?"

"No I care only that he destroys Lord Voldemort doing as he is expected to do by all of us. There is not one soul in this very room who can honestly and truly claim he or she does not expect it of the child. We are guilty of that but it matters not as the prophecy said only he could do it. I couldn't even do it I don't think but I am willing to try. I would risk it all if it meant the end of Voldemort. The important one here is him and his destruction. It matters not about the soldier expected to do the deed!"

"So you care nothing for the welfare of Harry Potter so long as he kills Lord Voldemort?"

"Yes you are correct. Once he has done that and married someone I have selected for him he will be fine."

"Why do you think it should be someone you select he marries in the future?"

"Because only I could choose a light witch from a light family. Others would wish him to marry someone grey or neither light nor dark such as a Greengrass member for example something I absolutely abhor. You're either light or dark. None of this grey bullshit. Pick a fucking side and fucking stay there. I swear to god the people of this world have gone to hell. What in the hell happened to light and dark being all there was. In my hay day no one questioned anything we just all went where we were told to go none of this examining and questioning everything. You all suck!"

"Would it shock you to know Harry Potter's parents had a marriage contract set up for him?"

"Yes it most certainly would as Lily hated them so much. I do not believe you. She would never consent to that and James would never have resorted to the imperious to get her to change her mind on the matter either. Oh Minister you are a liar now aren't you?"

"Tell us about your glasses"

"What about them?"

"Why do you wear them?"

"I wear them so I can look like a kind grandfather to all kids at my school whilst I read their minds. I have read the minds of every child but I never linger there long. I usually just read the minds of people who know too much and are outshining the pureblood students as we know how pretentious their parents can get over their fucking princes and princesses scoring less on a test then a muggleborn who let's face it are just smarter. If there was less inbreeding the purebloods would no doubt be better. I am just stating the obvious here people. I only usually remove a few test answers from the minds of muggleborns so the purebloods can perform better on an exam in school. It's really not that bad and while I'm on the topic let's face it no matter how much smarter a muggleborn is he or she will never truly prosper in here. Purebloods will always get the smarter or more paid jobs even if they do suck at them!" he said as everyone roared in rage and disbelief at him. Even Elphias was shocked to the core and fuming. He had always loved Dumbledore as a best friend and supporter but he couldn't believe he'd have done this to children.

"Guards remove the prisoner back to the cells while we deliberate on what to do next" the minister ordered as Dumbledore was taken away.
