22. Topaz is behaving and Candy rush

1 year Later!

Edward POV

Hunter is now 4 years old and Topaz is 7. Topaz is now behaving beautifully and being caring to Hunter. She still acts up occasionally but because we have her medications under control she is being perfect for now anyways. We were all a happy family now and that was a relief.

I am getting ready to leave so I can hunt. I said goodbye to Bella and Topaz and Hunter then left to go find some deer in the woods somewhere.

Emmett POV

I was playing with the kids when I got an idea.

"Hey kids! Do you want to see who can eat more candy out of you two?" I asked and they nodded, I scooped them both up and took them to the pantry and got out all of the candy from the pantry that we could see.

I took them to mine and Rosalie's bedroom and locked the door. I put all the candy on the bed and Topaz and Hunter started eating and had their game faces on.

6 Hours later Emmett POV still.

I regret letting the kids eat as much candy as they wanted. They were still locked in the bedroom and then I let them out and they started running and jumping everywhere. Edward would be home in 2 minutes since he shot me a text and he will be angry at me for this.

"WEEEE! CAAAANNNNNDDDDYYYY IIIISSSS GOOODDDD!" Topaz screamed and started laughing her head off.

Edward got home then and saw his kids. They bounded down the hallway to him at the front door,

"HHHIIIII DAAADDDDYYY!" They screamed bouncing around like kangaroos and headless chickens.

"Um Hi Topaz and Hunter, what are you doing?" Edward asked after they bounded up to him and gave him hugs.

Edward POV

"WEEE ATTE CAANNDDY FOORR 6 HOOUURRSS!" Topaz screamed

"Wow! Um who let you do that?" I asked and expected it to be Emmett.

"Uncle Emmie!" Hunter screeched then bounced into the living room and made everyone suspicious.

"Wow! You two are so hyper! Any reason?" Carlisle asked.

"UNCLE EMMIE LET US EAT CANDY FOR 6 HOURS!" Topaz yelled and started jumping and dancing around the room.

"WHAT?!" Everyone screamed and then Emmett stood in the doorway of the living room and looked afraid as everyone charged at him.
