"Now you've officially lost it" Spinner deadpanned as Deku looked on the pictures of Endeavour and Lemillion with a grin. "I have to agree with the Lizard on this one Deku. I'm all for killing the old man and all that, but there is a reason he is still number one, not to mention taking on Lemillion at the same time" Todoroki said. Deku just chuckled at their concerns. "Don't worry. We won't take them out at the same time, just quickly after each other" Deku said and started pulling up files on the holographic display. "Let's go through them one by one, shall we?"

"Endeavour is by all accounts not only powerful, but also skilled and smart" Deku said as videos of said hero fighting was shown across the holographic display. "But he is getting old. There is a significant decrease in his speed compared to ten years ago. Everyone already knows that he is just one bad fight away from losing the number one spot. It's a miracle he has managed to keep it since All Might retired" Deku explained. "Still, we can't afford to underestimate him. Even if we have two fire quirks that are more powerful than his. So we will have to use every trick we have. Make Hawks take Endeavour somewhere advantageous to us, as well as allowing the public to watch his execution" Deku added. "Any questions?" He asked. "Yes. Where the hell do you intend to attack him?" Dabi wondered. "Currently, I'm thinking Kyoto. Endeavour has hardly ever patrolled there, making it and unfamiliar battleground for him. It's also one of the few big cities that doesn't have the HQ of a top ten hero. We just need to make Hawks take a few more patrols there over a month and then he'll invite Endeavour over to a restaurant for a pleasant talk" Deku explained.

"Now, Lemillion is a different beast entirely. A hero not yet in his prime and he's still the youngest top ten hero ever. He's also the fastest rising hero since All Might. Not to mention his quirk which has made him near untouchable. There hardly exists such a thing as a weakness in him" Deku explained. "Don't you have that drug that can deactivate someone's quirk? Like you did to me" Todoroki asked. "I can make drugs that can deactivate someone's quirk. The downside is that I need a sample of their DNA first and then we just run into the same problem. Luckily, there is still a way" Deku answered and put a small box on the table "Overhaul never had the chance to complete his work, but that doesn't mean it was without results" He said and opened the box, revealing four small darts filled with a clear liquid. "So we just hit him with one of these and kill him?" Spinner asked. "We won't kill him right away. Each dart lasts at least 12 hours. If we ration them, we can keep Lemillion imprisoned for 48 hours before we kill him. Just think of all the experiments I could run on him. All the things we could use his quirk for" Deku replied with a grin.

"So let me see if I got this right" Dabi said. "We assume Hawks fully supports us. He will help us kill the Mr. burning garbage. Then birdman helps us capture and eventually kill Lemillion. And at some point down the road he will publicly join us. Is that right?" Dabi asked. "Pretty much" Deku replied. "And that's not even half of what we will be able to do now the liberation army is out of the picture. We can really start making mayhem, stoke the fire, do what All for one lacked the conviction to do" Deku explained energetically. "And what is that?" Todoroki wondered, getting an evil smirk from Deku. "Start the fire, burn down the established order and set the world on fire" He answered. "That is all" Deku said and left the room.

Once Deku had left the planning room, he walked through the long corridors of the facility until he arrived in front of a prison cell. He then walked into a room that looked like anything but a cell. The room was properly furnished with pictures on the wall, sofas, comfy chairs, a dining table, a separate bathroom and bedroom, and calm music was playing from several hidden speakers. In one of the chairs sat a man Deku had defeated not so long ago.

"I must admit, imprisoning me in an environment where I can't get stressed enough to use my quirk was awfully clever on your part" Re-Destro said while sitting in his chair. "Well, I can't have you running around just yet. Be glad that you aren't strapped down to a table and about to become a nomu" Deku said as he sat down in a sofa facing Re-Destro. "Like what you're doing to my followers" Re-Destro said accusingly. "Don't be so quick with your conclusions. None of the ones we captured from Deika is under any threat" Deku explained. "Well, as long as you want to keep it that way" he added.

"Don't think you can use my followers to extort me" Re-Destro said as he leaned forwards. "Extort you? I'm not extorting you; I'm giving you an offer" Deku replied as he too leaned forwards. "And what is this offer?" Re-Destro asked. "Well you see, my revolution is getting quite large and we could use another general as there is only three at the moment, not including me. We could also use more manpower in the coming months-" Deku explained. "If you plan on having me join your pathetic excuse for a revolution, then you can just leave now" Re-Destro interrupted.

"Leave now? I'm sorry to tell you, but you're not really any position to bargain here. Your remaining forces, no matter how disorganized they are, are still there, hidden around Japan. Imagine what we could achieve if your forces join mine" Deku said with vigour. "I'm not joining someone who's ideology is the complete opposite of mine" Re-Destro said. "Oh, but we aren't so different you and I. Deep down we both see the same problem with society. We just have different ideas for how to fix it" Deku explained. "We can well both agree that the way the government handles quirks is just pathetic?" He asked. "Yes and you just want to make it worse. Completely controlling the abilities people were born with, never allowing their full potential to shown. Just so that the ungifted can live a little better" Re-Destro replied.

"Let me be clear Rikiya Yotsubashi. When I'm talking about improving quirkless peoples' lives, I'm talking about just giving them a decent life that is denied because of the casual harassment, bullying, hidden segregation, increased poverty, increased suicide rates, record high unemployment and the fact that quirklessnes is treated like a disability" Deku said, struggling to remain calm. "Yes, your ideology is great for everyone with high potential quirks, but let me tell you how I view the world. Any set of rules by which a society is run, is like a chain. It doesn't matter how strong some of the links are, because in the end, a chain is only as strong as its' weakest link. We both know this society is weak, but I want you to look at your ideals and ask yourself this. What is the weakest link in your plan?" Deku said. "I know what mine is, do you?" Deku asked. "You raise an interesting argument Deku, but I stand by my principles. I will not join a person who couldn't accept his place in the world and had to rely on other peoples' powers to gain a presence" Re-Destro replied. "Fine" Deku said and stood up. "I'll let you think and come back another time. You will turn around" He said before leaving the cell.

Later that night, Deku woke up in the now familiar dreams. "Hi Deku" Uraraka greeted before Deku had time to look around. "Hi Uraraka. It's been a while" Deku responded as he looked around in the forest they had walked into during the last dream. "Yeah, three days. That isn't often" Uraraka commented. The two then started walking together on the same path they had walked during their last dream

"So, why did you burn down Deika? You promised to tell me" Uraraka questioned. "Quite simple, the entire city served as the HQ of the meta liberation army" Deku replied. "The liberation army? I thought they died with Destro?" Uraraka asked. "So thought I until they showed themselves last year. Apparently they reorganized under Re-Destro, or as you know him Rikiya Yotsubashi. They went into hiding and gathered their strength, infiltrating every level of the system. Heroes, police, the media and government. The liberation army had a presence within all of them. Deika was more or less only inhabited by them" Deku explained.

"And killing them all was the right answer?" Uraraka objected. "They attacked us first and you might not have seen them fight, but they are suicidal! Their strategy seemed to be composed of overwhelm my forces with number, something that backfired" Deku replied. "But yes, we killed everyone who wasn't one of the leaders. We don't have the capacity to imprison that many people, and I got busy with something else" He admitted. "Something else?" Uraraka questioned. "It's complicated and I haven't fully figured it out yet, but let's just say that one for all wasn't the only quirk with surprises in my fight against Re-Destro" Deku answered cryptically.

"Alright, your turn. Why did Eri, my daughter, call you mom?" Deku asked. "I was just making some hot chocolate for her when she suddenly called me mom" Uraraka explained. "I almost burnt my hands" She added. "And what did you tell her?" Deku wondered. "Well, she seemed so happy and you know that you can't say no to that smile" Uraraka replied sheepishly. "You're not wrong" Deku admitted. "But this might become a problem" He mumbled. "Come on, she is jut calling me mom" Uraraka said. "She is growing too attached to you" Deku retorted. "I don't know if you have noticed, but you're a hero and I'm not! At some point we will…" He exclaimed before trailing off. "The point is that in on way or another, she will no longer be able to be with you. And I can't tell what that will do to the fragile balance she currently has" Deku explained as he calmed down. "I know" Uraraka agreed. "But I'm more worried about how she will react to you being imprisoned" She said. "Imprisoned, me?" Deku asked. And the next he knew; he was awake in his bed. "Yeah, like I'll ever be captured by heroes" He scoffed.
