We continued to run until my brother decided to stop. Why? I hope I'm about to find out.

"What the hell is that thing?" Yusuke asked as we looked at this tall, ugly building.

"It's the watchtower. I'm sure that's where he's hiding." Hiei replied.

"Fine! Then let's drag him out!" Yusuke and I yelled together.

We then took off again and I hope we can end this soon.

*Yasmine's POV*

Botan and I were hiding in the bushes when Kayko ran by us. Botan grabbed her and all of us were quiet until we knew he was safe to speak.

"There." Botan said as she removed her hand from Kayko's mouth.

"Hey. You're that girl!" Kayko said as she looked at Botan.

"Kayko, have they hurt you in any way?" I asked to hopefully help the situation.

"I think I'm fine. Can either of you tell me what's going on?" Kayko replied.

"Yusuke, this is Botan. You copy?" Botan asked as she opened the compact.

"What now?" Yusuke asked as he answered.

"Small problem." Botan replied as Yusuke's face appeared.

"Kayko?" Yusuke yelled.

"Yasmine and I had to pick her up from school, Yusuke. It seems every infected person in the area is looking for her!" Botan said.

"What?!" Yusuke questioned before Skye came into view.

"And I don't think they want to talk. I'm almost certain they mean to kill her!" Botan said.

"Did you say kill?" Skye asked.

"So! That's what my premonition was." Kuwabara added.

"The beasts must be using the Makai Whistle to order-" Botan went to say but was interrupted.

Botan and I shoved Kayko out of the way, but then we took off to avoid the infected. Please hurry guys because I don't know how long we can hold them off.

"Botan! Are you there?! Botan!" Yusuke yelled at the compact mirror.

"I don't have a good feeling about this!" Kuwabara said.

"We've got to smash that whistle as fast as we can!" I added.

Yusuke nodded his head at me before we took off. I swear to God, if one hair on their head is out of place, I will make them suffer. We finally stopped and that's when Kuwabara decided to speak.

"Okay guys, that is a spooky watchtower!" Kuwabara said.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes because why in the hell would you say something like that.

"The last beast should be on the top floor." Kurama said.

"Then let's climb some stairs!" I growled.

Yusuke went to step forward, but stopped when these weird-looking people came out of nowhere. I just stood by and listened as the guys talked. Hiei then explained his plan and I'm really starting to like this guy. We got ready and boy did I feel bad for stepping on Kurama and Hiei. Now, don't get me wrong, I like Kuwabara, but he drives me nuts. Yusuke and I barely made it, but we climbed on through.

"Let's go kick ass." I told my brother.

"Yeah." Yusuke said.

Yusuke and I took off running and boy am I sick of stairs. We finally reached the top, and I wasn't thrilled with what I saw.

"Kayko! Botan! Yasmine!" Yusuke and I yelled at the same time as we watched them run.

All of a sudden, the whistle started making music. Both of us looked at where the music was coming from and saw the final Saint Beast.

"Put that thing down!" Yusuke and I growled together.

"So nice to see you in person, after watching you attempt to ruin my plans for so long. I am Suzaku, leader of the Saint Beasts." the leader said as he finally stepped into the light.

"And I am his dear Murugu." this bird said as it landed on Suzaku's shoulder.

"I've been watching your dear Kayko. It's amazing how much humans resemble animals when they're being hunted." Suzaku said.

Murugu just laughed and I growled very lowly because I'm fixing to kill this bird.

"Here's the deal. Pull your zombies off Kayko." I growled.

"And then I'll only pull out one of your lungs." Yusuke growled.

"And if I refuse?" Suzaku questioned.

"Then hold your friggin breath!" Yusuke growled.

*Yasmine's POV*

Botan, Kayko, and I finally came to a stop to catch our breaths and I hope the others destroy that whistle so this nightmare can end.

"Thanks for helping me out back there. You're that girl Yusuke and Skye were with on the roof, aren't you?" Kayko said to both of us, but then turned her attention to Botan.

"Yes, but-" Botan went to reply, but Kayko stopped her.

"If there's something going on between you and him, well I can't stop that, but please tell me where he and Skye are!" Kayko said.

"Well, I can guarantee that Yusuke is all yours." Botan started.

"But why don't we work out the details after we escape from the hundreds of infected humans who want to kill you." I finished.

"I never did catch your name." Kayko said as we headed to a payphone.

"I'm Yasmine. I'm Skye's pen pal." I replied.

Kayko nodded her head and we just continued to avoid the infected humans as much as possible. When we got to the payphone, Kayko said that the lien had been cut. Damn, that's not what I wanted to hear. Kayko then said something about going to the teacher lounge, and so that's where we're going now. When we got to the lounge, we ran towards the teacher, and found out that he was out cold. Poor Kayko is trying to wake him, but all of a sudden we weren't alone.

"U-ki-mu-ra!" a teacher yelled as he walked up behind us.

Kayko screamed and I knew that this isn't going to end well for us.

"You should feel most fortunate, Yusuke. Not everyone's girlfriend gets to star in a horror movie." Suzaku laughed.

Both Yusuke and I growled because we both knew that if we didn't destroy that whistle, then Kayko, Botan, and Yasmine will be dead.

"Of course, the films in my city are somewhat different, demons usually don't care much for happy endings." Suzaku said.

I could tell that Yusuke wasn't going to be able to hold back anymore, but I can't blame him because I want to rip this guys head off as well.

"You think you can control me, don't you?" Yusuke growled.

Suzaku just chuckled and that right there pissed my brother off.

"Control this, you bastard!" Yusuke yelled before going to attack Suzaku.

Suzaku blocked Yusuke's attack and that shook me to the core. Yusuke then went to punch Suzaku, but he just jumped away, and that was a bad move.

"Bad choice." Yusuke and I said together.

"Funny thing about hanging in the air. It's really hard to dodge! Spirit Gun!" Yusuke yelled before shooting his Spirit Gun.

Perfect Shot. Yusuke and I thought together.

"What?!" Yusuke and I yelled as Suzaku hit the ball of energy away from him with ease.

I couldn't help but stifle a laugh as the blast went towards Murugu. Murugu screamed and moved away from the blast. Damn. Couldn't have sent the blast earlier so we could get rid of the bird.

"Your blast is very powerful." Suzaku said as he landed back on the ground.

"This is bad." I mumbled as I looked between Yusuke and Suzaku.

"You actually made my hand numb with that last attack. It is a very good thing you can't hit me with it or I might be in some trouble." Suzaku taunted.

"Let me hold the Makai Whistle for a moment while you drain away his life." Murugu said.

Do they realize that I'm here too? Or are they doing it on purpose to throw us off. No matter the reason, I hope he hands the whistle over, so I can get it from the bird and put an end to this.

"Thank you Murugu, but that isn't necessary. I'll destroy him with one hand. You just keep an eye on the girl and keep her out of our way." Suzaku said.

"Oh hey, thanks a lot." Yusuke called out.

Does he really think that Murugu can keep me from helping my twin? If he actually believes that, then he's about to find out how wrong he is.

"I just love the renovation." Suzaku said as a storm rolled in.

"My pleasure." Yusuke said.

"Ooh Suzaku! You're using that technique on a human? You're going to die! You're going to die!" Murugu laughed.

"If you don't shut up, I'm going to make you." I growled, but I don't think that damn bird heard me.

"Give me a break!" Yusuke hollered as lightning struck Suzaku.

"Who does this guy think he is?" I questioned.

"You can't hold lightning!" Yusuke and I yelled together.

"Are you ready?" Suzaku asked before running towards Yusuke.

Both Yusuke and Suzaku jumped up and that's when Suzaku yelled, "Storm of Torment!"

Suzaku threw the lightning ball at my brother, who tried to dodge it, but ended up getting encased in it. All I could do was watch as my twin screamed in pain before hitting the ground, hard.

"Look at him writhe, Suzaku! I just love when they do that!" Murugu laughed.

"Come on bro. I need you to get up." I mumbled.

"You'll find that the energy will seek you out like lightning to a rod. But take heart, you are the first human to ever survive my technique." Suzaku said as my brother tried to get up.

"You must feel so proud." Murugu said from Suzaku's shoulder.

He's got to find a way to block that. If he takes another hit, I don't think he'll make it.

"You have much more Spirit Energy than the other pawns King Yama sent after me in the past, but it will never be enough to ruin my great plans. As soon as you rise I'll have to finish this, and then move on to your sister. Why don't you just stay down and watch the end of Kayko's movie?" Suzaku said.

"She won't be so easy to shove in a corner you know." I growled.

"Kayko's no fighter, but she's plenty tough, and she's not following your stupid script." Yusuke said before taking off his shoes.

"She's not. And neither are Skye and I!" Yusuke yelled as he stood up with his shoes on his hands.

"Let's do this asshole!" Yusuke yelled as he got ready to fight.

"I trust you're not being serious." Suzaku laughed.

I hate to admit it, but I'm wondering if my brother has lost his mind or if he has a plan. I'm hoping for the latter, but I guess we'll see.

"Don't you see what he's doing, Suzaku? He thinks he can block the lightning with his rubber shoes! You're truly an idiot! You might as well block a cannonball with paper!" Murugu laughed.

"Why don't you go lay an egg or something!" Yusuke yelled.

"Yusuke Urameshi. You are my perfect justification. You are why demons should take the place of humans on Earth. You're an idiot race that deserves extinction!" Suzaku yelled before getting hit with lightning once again.

"Here we go." I mumbled.

"Prepare yourself!" Suzaku yelled.

*Yasmine's POV*

"Here we are- in a corner." Botan said as the infected people trapped us.

"I'm the person these sickoes are following. Let me lead them to one side so you two can get away." Kayko said.

"I'm sure you'd make a wonderful distraction, but it's much more important that you survive. We'll have to find some way to fight them together." I said.

"We're reasonably athletic girls with a couple good sets of fists, aren't we?" Botan asked.

"Yes, honestly I was hoping neither of you would accept my offer." Kayko replied.

"There must be something." Botan said.

We all looked around before our eyes landed on the fire extinguisher.

"Kayko, Yasmine. Are both of you thinking what I'm thinking?" Botan asked.

"We'll separate on the count of three, okay?" Kayko replied.

"One, two, three!" Kayko, Botan, and I called out together before we went our separate ways.

I followed Kayko, while Botan went to get the fire extinguisher. Kayko and I fought hard, but they were just fixing to overpower us, when Botan turned on the extinguisher and helped us out.

"Die at the hands of Suzaku, leader of the Saint Beasts!" Suzaku yelled as he attacked my brother. Yusuke blocked the attack, lost his shoes in the process, and confused both Suzaku and myself.

"What the..." Suzaku and I said at the same time when we noticed that Yusuke was blocking the attack with his own Spirit Energy.

*Yasmine's POV*

"Hurry! Let's go!" Botan said.

Botan turned around and was attacked by one of the teachers. Kayko and I didn't hesitate and went after the teacher. I like this side of Kayko and I hope she sticks around for a while.

"It's my turn!" Yusuke yelled before punching Suzaku.

Suzaku flew back before landing on his feet.

"This boy is smarter than I thought. He used Spirit Energy in his fists to make a shield against my attack. The shoes were just a ruse to hide behind." Suzaku said.

I'm so stupid. I can't believe that I didn't figure that out. Way to go, twin!

*Yasmine's POV*

"Stellar hit, Kayko! You should fight on the boxing team!" Botan cheered.

I'm proud of this girl. Kayko then freaked out because she hit a teacher, but if she really thinks about it, the infected guy isn't really her teacher.

"Come on." I said before the three of us took off.

"Sorry beast-boy, but your movie's a flop." I said.

"I'm assuming you won't mind too much if I make a few changes." Yusuke added.

Come on bro. I may not be able to help, but I know you got this. Let's kick his ass and head home.
