Tsuki's POV

The door flings open to reveal the entire host club on their quest to find their missing members.

"TSUKI! HIKARU! ... what are you guys doing?..."

Tamaki screams as he leads the pack but slowly coming to a halt seeing the position we're in.

"Nothing boss just teaching tsuki the Heimlich maneuver!"

Me and hikaru were on our knees on the couch while he's embracing me from behind, arms locked around my stomach. This was the only pose we could manage within the 10 seconds they took to barge in.

"WELL STOP THAT! COME CELEBRATE HONEY'S VICTORY WITH THE REST OF US!" Tamaki shouts again as he turns to leave with the rest of the "not so easily fooled" host club in tow.

"Omg! I'm so embarrassed !" I squeak out while covering my heated face.

"It's fine calm down... no one even noticed." Hikaru says with an uncaring tone as he rest his head on my shoulder holding me tighter.

" maybe Tamaki didn't but did you see everyone else's faces ... they didn't believe it for a second!"

"Who cares! Everyone knows your mine... We can do whatever we want, wherever we want!" He releases me to stand up to button and zip up his pants, trying to look halfway decent.

"... no Hikaru. No more fooling around at school. It's not appropriate and the risk of getting caught is to high."

He reaches for my hand as he helps me off the couch. I smooth out my skirt before I make my way to the door. As I begin to open the door Hikaru slams his hand against the wood closing the door with a bang from behind me. I jump slightly startled by the sudden action. I feel his chest press against my back as he pins me to the door. His left hand coming to grip my hip as he leans his head down by my ear. His warm breath rolling down my neck causing me to tremble.

"... fine" he whispers out lowly

"But we're finishing this tonight" he places a lingering kiss on my neck as he opens the door for us to leave. I stand in the doorway to shocked to move as I watch hikaru join the rest of the host club. My face is beet red as I stand there wishing school would end as quickly as possible!

Time skip summer vacation

"Good morning haruhi!"

I run down the bed and breakfast marble steps. Im almost at the bottom when fate decides to play it's cruel hand and send me hurdling into an awaiting Haruhi!

"Accckkk!"

"Aww sorry haruhi! It .. it was an accident... my foot just slipped out of nowhere!"

I beg for her forgiveness as I sit on top of her to much in a panic to think to move.

" uugghhhh it's okay tsuki... you think I'd be use to it by now since it's happened everyday since we started working together... now please get off of me!"

YUP! Haruhi and I have been working our summer vacation at the Pension Mizusu! After complaining about not spending enough time with the brunette she offered that I spend the summer with her in Karuizawa. I don't mind working like the other rich kids ... I mean I've still never worked a day in my life but I welcome the new challenge with a smile. Plus is it really considered work when your with your best friend, and 100% host club free!

The only thing is ... I had to tell Hikaru a little fib about why we couldn't hang out this summer. Let's just say it was easier to convince my mom than it was to get him to come to terms with not seeing me this summer. I ended up having to tell him I'd be away at an elite ballet training camp in Russia! Of course he offered to visit and to video chat , but I also fibbed and told him they don't allow electronics or visitors. Sooooo yeah here I am caught in a web of lies, but in my defense we've spent almost everyday together since we started dating. I think having a little space is a good thing, plus he and Kaoru can have some quality brotherly alone time again.

"Alright you two! Don't dally the day away on the floor! Up! Up! Up! We have guest to take care of!"

"Sorry Mizusu san!" I help haruhi up as we get ready to start the day! What a wonderful summer this will be!

*aggressive helicopter noise*

"HARUHI! DON'T DESPAIR! DADDY HAS COME TO SAVE YOU!"

"TSUKI! IS THAT YOU DOWN THERE TOO!"

Well the peaceful summer me and haruhi dreamed of came to an abrupt halt.

...

"Would you like to explain yourself"

After the guys got off the helicopter they were quite shocked to find that me and Haruhi were spending our summer in Karuizawa. Well not Kyoya of course, and to be brief Hikaru was not pleased to find me not in an elite training camp in Russia. So I pulled him away from the group so I could at least explain myself.

" I'm sorry hikaru I really am! But Haruhi asked me to work with her this summer but she didn't want any of the host club to know and I wanted to tell you the truth but I knew you wouldn't let me come alone plus we've spent everyday together I thought it would be good to have a break and... and... I'm really sorry!" I gasp for air as I finish my long apology. I glance up at hikaru but he's not even looking in my direction. His eyes held such a distant look but I could see the displeasure written all over his face.

" I'm sorry being with me everyday is such an inconvenience for you..."

"That's not what I meant Hika..."

"If you want a break from me then fine... let's have a break..." he turns to walk away but I try to reach out to grab his arm. The second he feels my touch he aggressively snatches his arm away from me causing me to stumble forward a bit. I'm left shocked and teary eyed as he walks back into the pension.

I try to wipe the tears from my eyes as they threaten to spill at any moment. I've never seen Hikaru so upset before, and what did he mean by a break... did he want to break up? I shake the though from my head as I pull myself together. He can't be mad at me for to long right? I shouldn't have lied to him so it's understandable he upset.

Im sure with a little Time he'll be back to normal ...right!
