Chapter 20: Happy Birthday Ending

When the light is gone, everyone but the trapped Mario and Luigi is on the beach of Draggadon Island, unconscious. When they begin to wake up, Bowsette and Boosette remained out cold and dizzy on the ground.

"Oh, what happened? Did we win?" said Goombario.

"It looks like it. We did it, Daisy," said Peach, hugs her in victory.

"What happened to Bow-Boo Castle?" said Goombella, looking up.

When everyone looks up to find the castle is gone, Koops said, "Hm? This is strange. Did it explode or something?"

"Maybe it disappeared while the light happened," said Kooper.

"And how did we manage to get on the beach?" said Bombette.

"Magic, I guess," said Flurrie.

"I'm glad that all our troubles are over," said Parakarry.

"Yeah, man," said Yoshi Kid.

"Wait! Aren't we forgetting something?" said Lady Bow.

"Mario! Luigi! Where are they?!" said Daisy.

"Hey, look," said Vivian, when she the floating broach prison that Mario and Luigi are in is in the sky.

Once everyone looked up, the broach begins to crack until it broke. Mario and Luigi came floating down as red sparkles, and green sparkles surround them.

And once they got back on their feet, Watt said in joy, "Mario! Luigi! You're safe."

Then the Mario Bros' team, Star Partners, Crystal Partners, Pixel Partners, Kresti, Huey, Olivia, and King Olly, went over to them and hugged them.

"You guys, thank you for saving us," said Mario, happily.

"Yeah. This birthday was not at all we expected," said Luigi when the hug finish.

"No kidding… Working for those she-devils was torture," said Dimentio, holds Shadow Queen's hand.

"Wait… why are he and she…?"

"We changed our ways to stay together," said Shadow Queen, before she Dimentio up to her face kiss all over his face.

"Ewww," said the Toad Twins as they covered each other's eyes.

"Yeah, we didn't need to see that," said Bowser as he covers Bowser Jr.'s eyes.

When everyone heard groaning, they turned to see Bowsette and Boosette slowly getting up.

"NO! THIS IS NOT FAIR!" Bowsette shouted.

"WE LOST THREE TIMES BACK IN THE 3RD WORLD AND NOW, HERE!?" Boosette screamed.

"Sheesh, what a bunch of babies," said Birdo.

"You lost, cows! Admit your defeat," said Yoshi.

"Never…We will not lose in this dimension," said Bowsette, trying to walk towards Mario and Luigi with Boosette, but they both fell in pain.

"You're too weak to attack, hags," said Lakilester.

"We won't let come near Mario and Luigi again," said Admiral Bobbery.

"They got us as their friends to protect them… There's no need to continue fighting," said Ms. Mowz.

"No…we will defeat you… Mario and Luigi will be ours…," said Boosette, tries to drag her way towards Luigi.

"Mario! Luigi! Give them my present," said Bowser.

"What? Why?" Mario confused.

"Just trust me."

"Alright…"

Mario tosses the gift Bowser gave him and Luigi at Bowsette and Boosette. Confused, Bowsette and Boosette open it. But coming out of the present was a black hole that sucks the two villains inside of it.

"What is this?!" Bowsette shouted while trying to resist.

"NOOOOOO!" said Boosette as the black sucks her and Bowsette inside it.

When black hole disappeared, everyone but Bowser was widened eye and jaw open in shock.

"You gave Luigi and me a black hole for our birthday?!" Mario shouted at Bowser.

"It's was the classic Black Hole in the Box. It was meant for a one-time defense," said Bowser.

"Well, it was useful. Thanks, Bowser… I guess," said Luigi.

When Count Bleck came over to everyone, he said, "Everyone, I have big news. It's about my darling, Timpani."

"Count Bleck?! You're alive! Wait, is Tippi here too?" said Mario in excitement.

"You both came to our birthday? This is a great surprise. What this big news about Tippi?" Luigi said.

"She was pregnant, and now, she's-."

But Count Bleck was interrupted by a cry, but it wasn't just any cry, it's a baby cry. Everyone turned to see Timpani covered in a blanket while Kamek is holding two babies, which means that Tippi had twins. The twins are a girl and a boy. The baby girl has purple hair, white skin, and her father's eyes and wrapped in a pink blanket. And the baby boy has white hair, purple skin, and his mother's eyes, and wrapped in a blue blanket.

"During the final battle, Tippi gave birth to twins. Everyone, meet Tiptron Maria and Blumereo Luigi Bleck," said Count Bleck as Kamek gives Tiptron to her mother and Blumereo to his father.

"Aw, she gave birth to twins. What a coincidence," said Olivia.

"Yeah, today is Mario and Luigi's birthday. And they're also twins," said Olly.

"You named them after us?" said Mario, as he and Luigi walk over to see the Bleck Twins.

"Yes. It's the perfect birthday gift to thank you for bringing Blumiere and me back together," said Tippi, hands Tiptron to Mario.

"And we want you to be the godfathers of them. Happy Birthday, Mario Brothers," said Count Bleck, gives Blumero to Luigi.

As the Bleck Twins giggles and snuggle themselves against the Mario Brothers, Luigi said, "And happy birthday to the Bleck Twins."

When a ship horn is heard, everyone sees the Princess Peach coming their way.

"Ah, right on time," said Peach.

"Let's get back to Toad Town to celebrate the Mario Brothers and the Bleck Twins' birthday," said Daisy, happily.

At night in Toad Town, all of the allies and friends in the Paper Mario series are celebrating the Mario Brothers' birthday festival. The Mario Bros came out of Peach's Castle gates and started walking. They walked past the Paper Mario game allies as they party along with the Thousand-Year Door allies. The Star and Crystal Partners waves at the Mario Bros as they passed by, and they wave back as they continue their walk.

"This is going to be the greatest birthday festival ever now that Mario and Luigi have returned," said Goombario.

"Totally," Kooper agreed.

"Twink, how would you like to be the next Star Spirit?" Eldstar asked.

"Really?! It's been my long dream to be one. Yes, I accept your offer," said Twink happily.

"Hey, Goombario. Where not related are we?" said Goombella goes over to him.

"Oh, no. Not a chance. Only have just the one sister," said Goombario.

"Good…"

Goombella then surprises Goombario with a passionate kiss on the lisps. This made his face turn red during the kiss. He then faints in a daze wit hearts floating over his head when Goombella finished the kiss.

"Somehow, I knew they'd be together," said Koops, as the other Star and Crystal Partners awed for finding it cute.

Back the Mario Bros., they walked past the Super Paper Mario allies. The Pixel Partners played together while Count Bleck and Tippi hold their Bleck Twins and talking with Nastasia, Mimi, and O'Chunks.

"I'm so glad to see you again, Count Bleck," said Nastasia.

"Me too, Nastasia," said Count Bleck.

"And look how cute your twins are. Maybe we can help you raise them," said Mimi as she boop the Bleck Twins, who made them chuckle.

"That's thoughtful of you. Thank you so much," said Timpani.

"I'm still not comfortable that Dimentio is back," said O'Chunks, seeing Dimentio sitting on a bench while holding hands with the Shadow Queen.

"Don't worry, O'Chunks. He got his hands full now that he found love, which changes his ways," said Count Bleck, as Shadow Queen pounces on Dimentio to smother him with kisses.

"Ok, but their love for each is just plain gross."

The Mario Bros. continue to walk their way as they pass the Paper Mario: Sticker Star allies and Paper Mario: Color Splash allies. Huey and Kresti share kiss, which hinted that they're a couple. The Mario Bros. smiled from seeing this. The Origami King game allies are having fun with all the other game allies as the Mario Brothers stop in front of a giant birthday cake for Mario and Luigi.

"Ah, there you are," said Olly, going to the team with Olivia.

"It's time for the big birthday speech and candle blowing," said Olivia.

The Toad Rescue Squads bring out a stacked stair for the Mario Bros. to climb up to the top of the cake. As they walk their way to the top, everyone gathers around the cake to witness.

"Even though Mario is my arch enemy. I'm happy for him and brother…," said Bowser.

"So, does that mean we're peaceful to them, Papa?" Bowser Jr asks.

"What?! No, Junior. After this birthday stuff is over, it's back to take over the Mushroom Kingdom."

"Wicked!"

"I thought so…," said Kamek, in annoyance.

Once the Mario Bros. got to the top, everyone begins to chant, "Speech! Speech! Speech! Speech!"

Once Peach and Daisy hands microphones to Mario and Luigi, Mario said, "Citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom, and people from different lands and islands. Thank you all for coming to our birthday festival. Honestly, I didn't predict any of this on our birthday, especially when Bowsette and Boosette showed up. We are grateful that you all came together for our special day."

Then Luigi said, "But throughout our adventures, we wouldn't have succeeded without you. You are all the main reason why we've won the day. You all supported us and believed in us that we could bring light to our world. The Star Partners and their people who help to get back the Star Rod. The Crystal Partners and their allies who help save the world from darkness. Tippi, Pixel Partners, and those who were there for the dimension adventure have helped my friends, and I save all worlds."

"Kresti, Wiggler, and others during the Sticker odyssey, you help us bring back order to the Sticker Comet and the lands. And Huey and the people from Prism Island, without you, we would have saved the world from black paint and bringing back the colors to all. And lastly, Olivia, Bobby, Professor Toad, and those who were there during the Origami event, our world would've been folded if you didn't come along."

"We may be the heroes, but you are all the real heroes. Your help, support, and hope are what brought us here on this glorious night. And you made this the best birthday ever by working together to save my bro and me from a terrible marriage and the world from ultimate chaos. So, thank you, heroes, for all you have done."

Everyone was at awe, blow into hankies, cheered, clapped, and cries in tears of joy from the heartful speech the Mario Brothers have given.

"Oh, you guys. That was the most beautiful speech I ever heard," Birdo said while crying into a hankie.

"I never felt such gratefulness in my life before," said Yoshi, with his eyes filled with happiness.

"Blow out the candles, boys. Blow out the candles," said the Toad Twins, they happily jump up and down.

When the Mario Brothers go to the candles shaped into a 35, they held each other's hand and smiled at each other before blowing out the candles. Everyone clapped and cheered when the fireworks begin to go off.

"Mario…Luigi…. Daisy and I have meant to ask you? What did you want for your birthday?" said Peach as she blushed while holding a piece of paper behind her back.

"Don't know, actually. We got a lot of presents from everyone," said Mario, sees a pile of presents.

When Prince Pepperoni appeared, he sits on top of Luigi's head as he says, "And guess what? Prince Pepperoni is going to stay with us like a pet until he gets older. This is the greatest present you two have ever given to us."

Then Daisy blushed and said, "Actually, this whole festival and the party wasn't the real present we want to give. It's something…more."

When Peach and Daisy hands the Mario Brothers notes, the Mario Brothers took it to read. And once they opened it, the brothers blushed when both notes said, "I love you… Do you love me? Yes or No"

Mario and Luigi write on the notes while Peach and Daisy blushed in worry of thinking they might be rejecting. But they were surprised in joy when Mario and Luigi showed them their letters. They have written, "I love you too" on the back of the note. Happily, Peach locks her lisps onto Mario's, and Daisy lock her lisps onto Luigi. This hints that Mario and Peach are a couple; Luigi and Daisy are starting a romantic relationship.

When Bowser saw this, Kamek said, "I told you that Peach has feelings for Mario. And I knew that she'd confess her feelings to him on his birthday. The best thing you can give to anyone on their birthday is a heart of love."

"Aw, great….," said Bowser in disappointment.

"Hey, Papa. You don't want to be crazy like Bowsette and Boosette. Speaking of them, I wonder where they all end to?" said Bowser Jr., in curiosity.

"Who knows where that black hole took them to. But as long as they don't come back, we don't need to worry."

Somewhere in space, a black hole appears and spits out Bowsette and Boosette. The villainess is floating in space.

"What the heck just happened?!" Boosette said in confusion.

"Okay, Bowser gave Mario and Luigi a black hole in a box that sent us into space. Uggh, why can't the world let us have Mario and Luigi for once?!" said Bowsette.

But Bowsette and Boosette landed on a familiar planet; they were confused at where they might be. But when they saw a small house, they got so curious that they went inside. But they were surprised to find themselves at the Comet Observatory.

"We're back in our dimension…," said Boosette.

"And we got bigger plans…" said Bowsette.

Then Bowsette and Boosette do a cackle. THE END?
