Padme looked around as they made their way through the forest. She had been to many planets, but nothing like this. It would seem the whole place was nothing, but one giant forest. They haven't found any life forms yet since they have been here. She figured there weren't going to be human, if they didn't find anyone.
She looked up ahead as Han who was leading the group of them, stopped everyone and indicated for everyone to get down. She got down holding her blaster, wondering what Han sees. She along with Leia and Luke followed Han as he looked over the edge. It was there she saw two Imperial Troopers.
She wondered why there where only two, since they usually travel in larger numbers. She figured there was probably more around somewhere and that they should be careful.
"Should we try and go around? "Leia asked.
"It'll take time." Luke said.
"This whole party will be for nothing if they see us." Han said. "Chewie and I will take care of this. You stay here."
"Han, wait." She whispered, but he was already up and clearly made up his mind.
She sighed and just shook her head. He never thinks does he.
"Quietly. There might be more of them out there." Luke quickly said to Han.
"Hey, Its me." He smirked with much arrogance it made her roll her eyes.
They all watched as he made his way down with Chewie following. She watched as Han slowly started to sneak up behind one of them when he stepped on a branch causing it to snap.
The Imperial Trooper quickly turned around and smacked Han across the face with his blaster sending him flying.
"Go for help. Hurry!" The troopers said.
You couldn't just think about this for a second could you. She looked over as Luke and Leia quickly got up to help Han.
"Great." She said following them.
She watched as Han quickly sat up and started to attack the one Imperial Trooper, while the other hopped on his speeder. She watched as Chewie managed to shoot that one down and the Trooper went flying into the trees.
"Over there. There's two more." Leia shouted as she ran over to them.
"Leia. Wait." Her and Luke both shouted as he ran over and hopped on the back of the speeder Leia started up. He barely made it before Leia took off.
She looked around seeing they took the last one. She shook her head and turned around as Han finished off the Imperial Trooper he was dealing with.
He kicked him one more time before walking over to her. "I guess we should just wait for them to come back. This place is too large to be splitting up." He said shaking his head at Leia's rash decision.
"Hopefully, they managed to stop them or there goes the whole plan." Padme said checking the Imperial Troopers to see if he was still alive.
"Leia won't let them get away." He laughed as the rest of the crew started to come down from the hill side.
Vader arrived back at the Death Star not to long ago and has been pacing for most of the time he has been back. He was confused on what to do. His son was definitely on that shuttle. He knew it to be true. He waited for his master to contact him, surely he must have felt his son's presence.
He had to stop himself, this wasn't about his son. There were others on the shuttle and they were surely, planning something to destroy the generator on Endor. He had to inform his master for if he didn't and they managed to successfully do their plan, there wouldn't be anymore chances for him.
He walked over to the elevator and stepped inside waiting for the doors to open back up. Once they did, he stepped out noticing his Master was sitting in his throne not even bothering to move.
"I told you to remain on the command ship." The Emperor greeted him with.
Maybe this wasn't the best idea. He clearly isn't in a joyful mood, he sarcastically thought. " A small rebel force has penetrated the shield and landed on Endor."
The Emperor slowly spun around and Vader was happy to see he actually informed him of something he didn't know.
"Yes, I know." The Emperor said with such annoyance changing Vader's mood.
"My son is with them." He said thinking about to what he previously said to him.
That seemed to through him off guard a bit for he said, "Are you sure?"
He was growing more and more annoyed with his conversation and hated he even decided to tell him. How dare he question his judgment. " I have felt him, my master." He said while clenching his fist.
"Strange that I have not." He said looking at Vader questionably." I wonder if your feelings on this matter are clear, Lord Vader."
"They are clear, my master." He said trying with all his might to hold back the anger he was feeling towards the man.
He paused. "Then you must go to the sanctuary moon and wait for him."
"He will come to me?" He asked still not believing him.
"I have foreseen it. His compassion for you will be his undoing." The Emperor said smugly. "He will come to you and then you will bring him before me."
"As you wish." He said still processing the words he was just told. My son feels compassion for me. This must be wrong, the boy I saw wanted nothing to do with me.
He bowed before slowly leaving and informing the Commander to prepare his shuttle for him. He didn't truly believe his master, but if there was a chance what he said was true he didn't want to miss his chance.
Padme sat waiting for what felt like hours. She was slowly starting to grow impatient waiting for them to return or for Imperial Troopers to attack them. She looked around seeing everyone was on edge.
"General, Solo, somebody's coming." C3po shouted, causing her to slowly hate the droid for a moment for being too loud.
They all hide behind the trees and took out their blasters as they heard someone running. It doesn't sound like an army, she wondered. She slowly peeked around along with everyone else to see it was Luke.
"Luke!" Han cheered walking over to him.
She looked around and saw he was alone.
"Where's Leia?" Han asked looking worried.
"She didn't come back?" Luke said growing worried himself.
"What do you mean she didn't come back? She was with you?!" Padme asked.
"We got separated." He said as everyone looked at each other realizing there was only so many options on what could have happened and none of them where good. "We better go look for her."
Han stood there thinking. "Take the squad ahead." He told the others. 'We'll meet at the shield generator at 0300."
The groups slowly started to break off as her, Luke, Han, Chewbacca, and the droids went to find Leia.
Every feeling was running through her body right now, not knowing where she was. She could be dead or captured or anything. She tired not to think of these thoughts, but it was no use.
They searched for an hour before it seemed they found anything. She walked over to Han as he found what reminds of one of the speeds and the body of an Imperial Troopers.
"Well at least she managed to take care of him, but if he is dead where is she?' Padme said looking around.
She looked over as Luke walked over to them holding a helmet. A helmet similar to one very one she was wearing. She gasped putting her hand to mouth.
"There's two more wrecked speeders back there and I found this." Luke said lifting up the helmet.
"I'm afraid that R2's sensors can find no trace of Princess Leia." C3po sadly informed them all.
Oh Leia, where are you?
"I hope she's alright." Han said as she looked over to see he looked just as worried as she looked. They all did.
At this moment, Chewbacca started to yell and Padme first thought it was cause he was sad about Leia, but then he ran away. Oh great, another person to loose.
"What Chewie?" Han asked him clearly confused as well. Chewie?!"
They all ran after him to find him stopped before a tree that had some sort of creature hanging from it. She could see Chewie's mouth watering from where she was standing.
"I don't get it. It's just a dead animal, Chewie." Han said annoyed with his friend.
Padme felt something hit her leg and looked down realizing it was R2. "What? What is it R2?"
He beeped back at her and she looked to see that the men where standing on a net before she had time to say anything, she heard Luke Shout."Chewie, wait! Don't!"
She looked over and saw the Han, Luke, and Chewie get swept off the ground and trapped hanging in a net. She had to hold back her laugher as she walked over to them.
"Nice work!." She heard Han yell. "Great. Always thinking with your stomach. Plan on helping us?"
"I don't know I kinda like the view from here." She laughed, until she heard noises from behind her. She spun around with her blaster pointed. She looked and didn't see anything. She looked all around still pointing her blaster.
"Take it easy. Let's just figure a way to get out of this thing. Han can you reach my lightsaber." She heard Luke say before she shhhed him.
She looked around as all these little bear like creatures started to come of the trees and bushes. They were Ewoks see soon realized. She pointed her blaster at them before seeing there where too many for just her. She heard yelling and a thud and looked behind her as the boys managed to escape. They slowly sat up seeing the issue they were in. She lowered her weapon seeing that they were out numbered and that it was no use to fight. Even if they are tiny creature, she knew not to judge a person by their size.
She looked at the guys and clearly Han didn't feel the same way cause he started to chuckle and stand up before having a spear pointed at him face.
"Hey! Point that thing someplace else." He said knocking the spear away.
She looked around seeing that angered them. "Han, for once just be quiet." Padme whispered.
Han took out his gun. "Han wait. It will be alright." Luke said and even she had to look at him like he was crazy. She would never understand the force and the insight it gave them.
She looked around as more of these bear like creatures came out and got closer to them with their spears. "Alright might not have been the word I would use." She said as the Ewoks slowly took all there weapons and tied them up.
