Notes: sorry for the delay in posting, but I struggled with how I was going to do this, and ultimately, I decided to and the last chapter there and start a new one with the wedding because it would have been SUPER long if I hadn't.

"Wow, Addy, you look amazing!" Bree said as she put the finishing touches on Addison's hair.

The dress she had chosen was a simple floor length satin dress with a sweetheart neckline, and white Roses embroidered on the shoulders

"Are you sure I don't look ... you know ... like a hideous fat cow?" Addison asked as she studied herself in the mirror.

Bree rolled her eyes as she ran a brush through Addison's long white hair one last time

"Wow ... Addy you look ... totally stunning. " they heard a voice say.

They turned to see Lacey standing at the threshold of the doorway with a small box in her hands

"Zed's like ... totally gonna freak when he sees you." She said

"What's that?" Bree asked, gesturing to the box in Lacey's arms.

"Oh ... my mom has like this amazing garden, and I thought these would look amazing in your hair." She said as she opened the box to reveal a beautiful assortment of white and pink roses.

"Lacey ... oh my gosh these are beautiful! Thank you!" Addison said as she hugged her

"Now come on, let's put them in." Lacey said

"Zed are you okay? You look a little pale ... well paler than usual that is." Eliza said

"I feel like I'm gonna puke. " he admitted as he studied himself in the mirror

"Well, if it's any consolation, you look great." She said

And it was true, he was like a brother to her, yet even she had to admit that he looked handsome as hell in the indigo blue tux and light blue shirt she had helped him choose.

"Speaking as a girl, believe me when I tell you that Addison's not going to be able to keep her eyes ... or her hands off you when she sees you in that. " Eliza said as Zevon walked in

"It's time." He said

Zed drew in a deep breath

"Okay... show time ... I got this." He said to himself in the mirror.

He turned and also gave Eliza a once over

"You look great, too, and I have a feeling that a certain werewolf isn't going to be able to keep his eyes off YOU, either." He said with a wink

"I ... have no idea what you're talking about." Eliza said, suddenly flustered as she nervously smoothed her dress

"Right." Zed said dryly as he grinned at her

"Shut up! He's... coming with someone else anyway... some werewolf from a other clan or something. " she said, not totally succeeding in hiding her jealousy

"Well, trust me when I say when he sees you in that, he's gonna wish he came with you." Zed said with a wink.

"Okay enough about me, let's get you married!" She said as she grabbed him by and arm and led him to her jeep.

Bree helped Addison out of her car and made sure she still looked perfect... and of course ... she did.

They heard the bridal March beginning to play

"Show time." Bree said as she walked to where her father waited for her at the edge of the center of unity park

"I want you to know that I love you very much, Addy. And I am so sorry for the way I treated Zed and the other zombies in the past, and for keeping you apart. Now I can see he really loves you, and you two are perfect together. " he said as she slipped her arm through his.

"Thanks, dad. I love you." She said as they walked toward the alter at the center of unity park.

Zed caught sight of her and it was like the whole world melted away, all he saw was her.

Dale gave her one final kiss as he took his seat next to her mother in the front row

"You look ... there isn't a word, in English or zombie tongue for how amazing you look." He said to her.

"You look stunning, too." She said as she let her eyes travel slowly down to his feet, than back up again to meet his eyes

"Did you just check me out?" He said with a sly grin

"Why yes. Yes I did." She replied with a wink as the official of the wedding cleared his throat

"We are gathered here today to join this man and this woman in matrimony. The couple has written their own vows, which they will now recite to one another. " he said as he stepped back

"Addy, I was a goner the moment you punched me in the face three years ago. I know we've had a long hard road, but I would do it all over again and more if it meant I could have you." He said as he took her hands in his.

"Zed, I know we've had some tough times, and things didn't work out quite like we planned, but I thank my lucky stars every day for you. I can't put into words how amazing you are, so I've resolved to show you every day how much you mean to me, for whatever time we have left on this earth." She said.

"Please present the rings." The official said

"Addison, repeat after me; with this ring, I thee wed." He said

"Oh, I SO totally do." She said with a grin as she slipped it onto his finger

"Yeah ... ditto for me." He said with a wink as he did the same

The official laughed in spite of himself

"Well then, I now pronounce you man and wife, you kay kiss the bride. " he said

"FINALLY!" Zed exclaimed and he pulled her against him as his lips met hers in a searing kiss that had her wishing they weren't surrounded by fifty or so of their friends

"Ohhh ... just you wait till later." She whispered

"Oh I look FORWARD to it." He growled into her ear as the official stepped forward

"I now present to you, Mr and Mrs Addison and Zed Necrodopolis!" He announced as their friends cheered.

"Now let's eat, and let's DANCE!" Zed announced, and everyone cheered again

Wyatt's date asked to dance and he obliged her. She was prattling on about some odd thing, but he couldn't for the life of him recall what it was she was talking about ... because his attention was directed elsewhere.

Damn it, why did she have to look so ... GOOD. She had chosen a long, flowing burgundy dress with a plunging neckline and a sheer style that accentuated her figure in all the right places

Oh damn, he DEFINITELY was in trouble.

"Don't look now, but a certain VERY handsome werewolf is checking you out." Addison said as she nudged Eliza.

"So what if he is? It doesn't matter, he's so hot and cold! One minute he's totally giving me the cold shoulder, then the next he's looking at me like... like that!" Eliza said bitterly as she crossed her arms in front of her.

"He clearly has a thing for you, Eliza, there has to be something pretty major going on that's holding him back. " Addison said empathetically

"Yeah ... whatever ... I don't have the time or the energy to deal with that." She said angrily as she stalked off to the punch bowl.

"So what do you think?" Wyatt's date, a werewolf by the name of Jade, named for her brilliant green eyes, which was the trait of her clan.

When he didn't answer, she followed his gaze and a smirk spread across her face.

"I'm going to be blunt, I don't know why you asked me here when its painfully clear that you really want to be here with someone else." She said, her thick Scottish accent accentuated her words as she smirked at him

"You know I can't, Jade, our policies forbid it." He said, not entirely successful in keeping the venom out of his voice.

"Well ... like they say, bad laws are meant to be broken." She said with a shrug as they left the dance floor to get some punch.

"What's made to be broken?" Willa said as she joined them.

"Do you want me to tell her ot should I?"

A blush dusted Wyatt's cheeks, but he remained silent

"Have it your way then." She said as she turned to Willa

"Your brother has a major thing for your zombie friend over there. " she said casually, as though it were the most natural thing in the world.

"Is this true?" Willa asked her brother as Jade left their company to give them some privacy.

"So what if it is? You know full well that our laws forbid us choosing mates outside of our species. Especially for high ranking pack members like you and I ." He said in a low voice.

Willa's expression softened

"You've really fallen hard for her, haven't you?"

Wyatt blew out a sigh as he offered a defeated shrug

"Yeah." Was all he said.

"Than what are you waiting for? Those rules about only marrying within our species were made centuries ago and like our zombie friends say, bad laws are made to be broken... And monsters don't follow the rules." She said

To her surprise, her brother suddenly pulled her into a tight hug

"Thanks, Willa." He said

Eliza stood at the edge of the dance floor watching Addison and Zed have their first dance as a married couple and she couldn't help but smile to herself. If someone had told her that one day, they would end up married with a kid on the way, she would have thought they were insane.

"Hey." A familiar voice brought her out of her thoughts

She glanced over to see that Wyatt had joined her

"Can we talk?" He asked

"Won't your DATE be missing you." She spat venomously

"Yeah ... I guess I deserve that, but please, let me explain." He said

Eliza studied him as she thought it over in her mind, he did seem sincere, and what did she have to loose by hearing him out?

She blew out a sigh. "Okay ... So start talking." She said as she crossed her arms in front of her

The reception party carried on late into the night and it was almost midnight by the time Zed and Addison arrived home.

"Thank my lucky stars I decided to wear flats." She said as she kicked her shoes off at the door

"I know it's our wedding night and all, but honestly I just want to crawl into bed and sleep for ten thousand years." Zed said with a laugh.

"You too?" Addison replied

He suddenly pulled her against him

"The spirit is willing, BELIEVE me it is, but the body is not." He said

"Hey don't sweat it, we have our whole lives to make up for it." She replied as they shrugged out of their formal wear and carefully hung it up.

"Mrs Necrodopolis ... I like the sound of that." She said as they crawled into bed and she snuggled close to him

"Me too." He replied.

Addison awoke with the sunrise the next morning, their first full day of their new life together, she couldn't wait to get it started. She rolled out of bed, carefully, as to not wake a still sleeping Zed and passed downstairs to make coffee and start breakfast.

She was half way done when Zed came downstairs, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

"What time is it?" He asked, his voice still thick with sleep

Eight in the morning." She replied as she offered him a cup of coffee in his favorite cup

"You know me so well." He said as he took a deep sip

"Pancakes are almost ready." She said as she loaded the first stack into a plate

She froze, spatula still in hand as she felt something warm and wet suddenly gush forth out of her into the floor.

"Uhhh ... Zed? I ... I think my water just broke!"
