Hey bitches! Lol sorry that was rude - you'd probably all hate me if you met me in real life, but you like my story so let's just ignore my personality. Thank you for all of the positive reviews, I know I say this every time but you are all really nice people. And thank you for 100 follows!!! I'm so happy! The song used is 'Shots' by Imagine Dragons. It maybe wasn't the best song that I could've used for this chapter, but I think it works. Time for chapter 22! God, I can't believe this story has twenty two chapters already, when I started writing it, I expected to have maybe 15? But now we're at 22 and I have no idea how long it's going to be. Though I'm pretty sure I know how I'm going to end it. (Hint: It includes Perfect by Ed Sheeran, so for everyone who requested it congrats! You're getting it!) So yeah, here's the chappie!

Annabeth's POV

I woke up to the smell of pancakes drifting through the apartment. I sat up, Percy was no longer on the sofa with me, and someone had covered me with a blanket. I went over thee events of last night in my head, Percy had come over, he had brought me sweets, (he is ridiculously thoughtful), I fell asleep, he almost left, I woke up, he stayed, then we fell asleep. Then I woke up at 3am he was having a nightmare, and then he fell back asleep on my lap, while I was stroking his hair. Oh my God I must have been sooo tired to think that was a good idea. Though his hair was really soft. And he looked really cute. And I was really worried about him.

"Annabeth! You're up!" Hazel called cheerfully from the table. (How is she always so happy in the morning?) "Percy's making pancakes!" Just at that moment, Percy walked out of the kitchen holding a plate stacked with blue chocolate chip pancakes, and it looked liked heaven on a plate.

"You're awake!" He smiled, setting the plate down on the table. "I thought I would make breakfast for you, since I kept you awake for so long last night." Hazel burst out laughing, and Percy's face flushed red, realising how that must have sounded. "Not like that!" He waved his hands around frantically like he was trying to erase the words from the air.

"Don't worry, I believe you." Hazel said between laughs, "But the colour of your face is too funny." He covered his face with his hands, embarrassed, as he sat down in the seat across from Hazel.

I laughed, sitting down next to him, when Piper came out of her room, looking like the embodiment of death itself. "Would you lot shut up?!" She walked across the apartment like a zombie, hardly opening her eyes, before collapsing in the seat next to Hazel. "I am soooo tired." She groaned, dropping her head onto the table.

"Did you finish the paper?" Percy asked, when did him and Piper talk about her essay?

"No." She whined, looking up, and for the first time, she seemed to notice the pancakes. "What are those?"

"Pancakes."

"Why are they blue?"

"Because I like blue food."

"Mmmkay." She shrugged, putting a pancake on her plate and dousing it in syrup. "Oh. My. God. These are the best things I've ever tasted!" Her face lit up as she took a bite, "Perseus Jackson, you are my new best friend."

"Hey!" I protested, before taking a bite of my own pancake. "Nevermind. Piper's right, these are the best pancakes in the universe. Can you move in? You can take Hazel's room."

Hazel was about to protest, but was interrupted by the door slamming open. "We were summoned!" Jason announced as he burst into the apartment, Nico following behind him.

"Jason?! What the fuck are you doing here?" Percy asked, surprised.

"Well I texted you guys to ask if you were still here, but, you, Piper, and Annabeth weren't answering your phones, so Nico texted Hazel, and she said you were making pancakes. Naturally, we got over here as fast as we could." He explained, as he and Nico sat down and took some pancakes from the stack, acting like it was completely normal to show up at someones house at nine in the morning for pancakes.

"Naturally." Percy rolled his eyes, he must be used to this kind of behaviour.

Jason looked over his girlfriend. "Woah Pipes! What happened to you?"

"I will dump your ass hard Jason Grace." She threatened, pointing a knife at him.

"I'll shut up now." He bowed his head, cramming a pancake in his mouth.

"So what did you two do last night?" Nico asked, raising an eyebrow suggestively as he pointed between me and Percy.

"Nothing you little perv." Percy told him. "We just ate sweets, watched Brooklyn Nine-Nine and fell asleep on the sofa."

I noticed how he neglected to mention our early morning cartoon session. I was still curious about it though, what was that nightmare about?

"Oh yeah? Is that what happened Annabeth?"

"Yes of course it is." I lied, and Percy shot me a grateful look.

We all ate breakfast, joking and laughing, and eventually, Percy, Jason, and Nico had to leave.

"Bye guys!" I said as they left.

"See you tonight!" Percy smiled, closing the door behind him, and it made me wish that he was staying.

"Good, now that they're gone..." Piper pulled her phone out, tapping the screen a few times, before turning it so that Hazel and I could see it. "Look." The screen was open on a picture of me and Percy on the couch, his arms wrapped around me.

"You two look so cute!" Hazel giggled, taking the phone from Piper to get a closer look at the picture.

I snatched the phone off of Hazel. "When did you take this?!"

"At about..." She took the phone from me and looked at the time stamp on the photo, "twelve thirty four this morning. I left my room to get a glass of water and there you two were."

"You're a creep." Although I had to admit, it was a cute photo.

"I'm a photographer." She protested, and I rolled my eyes. "Well, this has been a fun chat, but I have an essay to finish, see ya." She started to walk to her room, but I stopped her.

"Wait, what? Aren't you going to make me tell you every detail of last night like you usually do when I hang out with Percy?" I asked, confused. Normally she makes me give her a minute by minute report of every encounter I have with the boy.

"Nope." She smiled. "For once, I don't think there's anything to tell. At least, nothing you can tell me. She said, disappearing into her room. What? I mean, she was right, but what? How did she know that?

Percy's POV

I locked the door behind me and collapsed against it, slumping down onto the floor. Jason and Nico had already questioned me on everything that happened last night on the way here, and I had told them. Well, not everything. I hadn't told them about the nightmare, but I didn't want to relive it.

"Here." Jason stood in front of me, holding out my guitar.

"What? Why are-"

"I may not be the best cousin in the world Percy, and I may make you really mad sometimes, but I've know you my whole life, and I do notice things. And one of those things that I noticed, is that the entire way home, you were touching your scar. So here, take your guitar, and play a song."

I stood up, and took the guitar from him, smiling gratefully. "Thanks."

"No problem, now play."

I did as I was told, sat down of the sofa, and started singing a song that I wrote a long time ago.

I'm sorry for everything
Oh, everything I've done
Am I out of touch?
Am I out of my place?
When I keep saying that I'm looking for an empty space
Oh, I'm wishing you're here
But I'm wishing you're gone
I can't have you and I'm only gonna do you wrong
Oh, I'm going to mess this up
Oh, this is just my luck
Over and over and over again
I'm sorry for everything
Oh, everything I've done
From the second that I was born it seems I had a loaded gun
And then I shot, shot, shot a hole through everything I loved
Oh, I shot, shot, shot a hole through every single thing that I loved
Am I out of luck?
Am I waiting to break?
When I keep saying that I'm looking for a way to escape
Oh, I'm wishing I had what I'd taken for granted
I can't help you when I'm only gonna do you wrong
Oh, I'm going to mess this up
Oh, this is just my luck
Over and over and over again
I'm sorry for everything
Oh, everything I've done
From the second that I was born it seems I had a loaded gun
And then I shot, shot, shot a hole through everything I loved
Oh, I shot, shot, shot a hole through every single thing that I loved
In the meantime we let it go
At the roadside
We used to know
We can let this drift away
Oh, we let this drift away
At the bay side
You used to show
In the moonlight
We let it go
We can let this drift away
Oh, we let this drift away
And there's always time to change your mind
Oh, there's always time to change your mind
Oh, love, can you hear me?
Oh, let it drift away
I'm sorry for everything
Oh, everything I've done
From the second that I was born it seems I had a loaded gun
And then I shot, shot, shot a hole through everything I loved
Oh, I shot, shot, shot a hole through every single thing that I loved
In the meantime we let it go
At the roadside
We used to know
We can let this drift away
Oh, we let this drift away
At the bay side
You used to show
In the moonlight
We let it go
We can let this drift away
Oh, we let this drift away
And there's always time to change your mind
Oh, there's always time to change your mind
Oh, love, can you hear me?
Oh, let it drift away

I took a deep breath, and blinked away tears that were starting to form in the corners of my eyes.

"Percy it wasn't your fault." Jason said, sitting down next to me and putting a hand on my shoulder.

"I know, but if I had just been able to warn her, tell her that it wasn't a good idea to marry him, then maybe none of this would have happened."

"You couldn't have known. I remember, he seemed like a nice guy when you met him."

"Yeah but-"

"No buts, it wasn't your fault. Now think about Annabeth again, it'll cheer you up."

I laughed, "Yes sir." I saluted him as he stood up and walked away to his room.

Piper's POV

Around 8pm, everyone started to show up for movie night. I had finished my paper earlier in the day, (thank fuck) and already submitted it to my professor, so I was free to have fun with my friends tonight. Which is good, because I have a plan.

"Hey Piper!" Jason greeted me as him and his cousins came through the door. "I'm sorry we're so late." He smiled and winked. Because, he wasn't really sorry, he had been late on purpose. I had especially instructed him to make sure that he was half an hour late, or rather, that Percy was half an hour late.

"It's Jason's fault." Percy said, taking off his jacket. "He was taking ages to get ready."

I laughed, "Sounds like him."

"Is Will here yet?" Nico asked, looking around the room.

"Oooh are you excited to see your boyfriend?" Jason nudged Nico with his elbow, which promptly earned him a kick to the shin.

"He is not my boyfriend."

"But you want him to be." Nico glared at the blonde, and I thought that if I didn't do something soon, my boyfriend was going to lose an eye, or possibly his head.

"Will's in the bathroom." I told him. Nico huffed and went to sit on the sofa next to Thalia.

Now that's dealt with, I need to get onto the next phase of my plan. I looked over to Annabeth, who was talking with Grover. "Annabeth! Percy's here!" She looked up, and a smile spread across her face when she saw him. They both made their way over here.

"Hey Seaweed Brain!" A stupid grin spread across his face when he heard his nickname, it was cute, like a puppy.

"Hi Wise Girl. Hey G-man!"

"Hey Perce, Imma need an update on..." He looked between Annabeth and Percy. "Your life. But it'll have to be in a second, cause I need to go talk to Hazel real quick." He said, disappearing into the kitchen. He did need to go and talk to Hazel, because he needed to tell her that it was time to play her part of the plan. You see, Grover had been my co-conspirator in this scheme, we sit together in our music class, and had devised this entire thing in our last lesson. (We're great students right?)

"Okay guys! Time to play truth or dare!" I announced, earning a few assorted cheers and groans from around the room, two of those groans coming from Percy and Annabeth. Perfect.

Hazel burst out of kitchen, running over to us with Grover right behind her. "Annabeth, Piper, we have a little problem." Of course, we didn't really have a problem, but it was all part of my plan.

"What?" I asked, pretending to be concerned.

"We don't have any sweets, or sodas."

"What?!" Annabeth exclaimed, "How do we not have anything? Piper bought stuff on Thursday!"

"Yeah but I didn't get any sweets because I expected you and Percy to bake something yesterday, and Hazel and I had an incident with the soda." That was a lie. The soda was in my room.

"Well what are we going to do?"

"I know!" Grover piped up, "Why don't you and Percy go get some stuff from the store across the street? We can just survive on popcorn until you guys get back."

Percy looked up at the sound of his name, "Why do we have to go?"

"Well, you don't, but we can play truth or dare while you're gone, and that means you won't have to play." Grover tried to bargain with his friend, who shrugged his shoulders in agreement.

"But-" Annabeth started to protest.

"You have some lemon sherbets left over don't you Annabeth? We could always have those instead." I suggested, knowing full well that that would get her to go.

"No one touches my sherbets." She said, and my plan had worked. "Chuck your coat back on Percy, we're going shopping."

"Um...okay." He did as he was told, putting his coat back on.

She grabbed her wallet from the table and slipped her jacket on, before walking out the door, a slightly dazed Percy following her.

"YES!" Grover and I high-fived.

"We did it!" He smiled, but Hazel and Jason seemed a bit confused. We hadn't told either of them the full plan, or the reason behind it, we just told them what they had to do.

"What was the point in all that? Was it just to get them alone?" Hazel asked, thinking that we had gone a bit over the top just so that they would go shopping together.

"No it wasn't, Hazel." I smiled, turning to everyone else, who had already assembled in a circular shape to play truth or dare. "Okay guys! We aren't playing truth or dare today! We're going to be doing something a little bit different!"

But what are they doing? This was actually inspired by a comment from DaughterofBlueFood which I kind of, shall we say, evolved? I don't know, but it was a fairly simple idea that I expanded into something a bit...bigger. Anyway, I hope you liked the chapter, it was kinda short, but that's only because it's a bit of a filler chapter. It wasn't going to be, but then I did the whole breakfast thing so I couldn't fit all of movie night into the chappie! But there will be more soon! Please, please, please review!

Replies to Reviews:

Potatoqueensnow: You and me both!

Guest: I actually hadn't heard of them before I read your comment, but I just listened to a couple of their songs, and I love them! Thanks for the recommendation. :-)

Krutarth: Thank you and I hope you liked this one just as much! There wasn't a heart to heart in this chapter, but there will be in the next one!

DaughterofBlueFood: I'm glad you liked it, and I hope you liked this one!

molmeal: Well...they are both scared, and have both been hurt before by people that they let into their lives. Plus I'm evil.

ya6789: Don't worry about it! And thank you! That's really nice of you.

NoAccount: I'm glad you liked it! :-) And I'm glad you like the Dionisio thing, yes it is Dionysus and it took me like twenty minutes to find a last name that started with dio because I was using a very poorly designed website. Safe to say, it was much easier when I came up with Zack instead of Zeus.

dodoking666: Oh my God I burst out laughing at 'Zeusie jr.' There may or not be a death sentence to come, who knows?

MaddieJackson: Thank you! And I'm glad that your brother's happy!

Carrot Lord: Yeah...no...he won't. But he will soon...ish... he is most certainly head over heels for her, he just can't realise it yet cause he's a dummy. There will be no murder any time soon (and thank god you have red tbm). Yes she is most certainly iconic and yep, my sister always used to do that to me, so you can thank her for the tip. There may be a risk of death in the upcoming chapters cause I don't think they're kissing anytime soon, but there might be an almost kiss. ;-) Yep, it was Gabe, and I'm glad you're happy. Good luck figuring out which is worse, andI'm happy you loved the chapter so much!
