Note: This level list will be comprised accordingly, and from here on any additions, such as perks or random mutations will be explained for my story in a way that represents the world I am crafting here, as well as still being faithful to the core mechanics of which I was quoting before.

I will start with BASE Special stats and use () to show the updated number, and any and all increase in skills from those will be applied alongside the skill points received from leveling up.

Warning: In some way, I am retconning certain previous level up skill distributions, and making them more accurate and better for the overall character sheet. This will be the start of the master sheet after this book is done with (i will be making separated stories/books per Fallout game I use and will be giving additional benefits to TenTen through her journey.) I will post the Master Sheet at the end of this book, and from then on the beginning and end of each book. I apologize for the inconvenience.
