I don't own For Honor or Percy Jackson I only own my OCs

"Hey guys Slim Prime here back with another chapter of Son of Fire! We got some fun things for you this fine day! I would like to announce that I am making some bonus chapters for some of the stories, however they will not be posted on this story as not to blue ball you guys when you get that Gmail about an update. Instead you can find them here on the ship (discord), they will not be very long but hey content to tide you over."

"This also gives you the chance to talk with the crew as most of us are on almost all the time! But enough about that let's get to those reviews and the rest of the story as most of you don't bother reading this!"

Guest: I can't give you a date but I will say that is next to be updated!

JZT: Glad you are enjoying it! Yeah there aren't a lot of For Honor fics out there, I wish there were more as the For Honor universe has a lot of potential. Well Zeus will not be fighting this chapter but one of the Greek gods is. Yeah, I choose to present the heroes if they were battling in real life, meaning armor means something now! You would think the guy with the most armor would be the best, but no… armor means jack in the game. *I cry*

"Now let's get to the story!"

"Hestia, you need to calm down, you're causing the temperature to skyrocket in here." Markus said from the kitchen table.

Hestia had been pacing back and forth anxiously ever since they found out that John was kidnapped. She had just got back to Markus and John then her son went and got himself kidnapped again. With John being kidnapped as often as he seemed to be, she was beginning to toy with the idea of keeping some kind of locator spell on him. Sure she did not know much when it came to magic but that was not going to stop her.

Markus was already released when Hestia got back to the Valley. Apparently one of the Angels ordered his release soon after the battle against those monsters ended. Hestia was dropped off at the Cross residence where Markus was waiting for her in the living room. She noticed that the woman who helped raise John was not around. Soon after they got the news of what happened to John.

"How can I be calm!?" Hestia hissed back. "I just came back into my son's life and he gets kidnapped!"

"Well, you pacing is not going to help. There is a squad of knights looking for him. I am sure they will find him before you know it." Markus said walking over to the goddess and pulling her into a hug. "I am sure our son will be back by the week's end."

The sound of knocking at the front door drew Markus away from Hestia and to the front door. To her credit the goddess stopped passing and just looked out the window. In truth she had never prayed to anyone, after all she was a goddess, she never needed to. Now that she knew someone was out there willing to listen and help her, she was more than willing to start.

However, she did not know how. Was there a proper way to pray to Him, she did not want to run the risk of offending Him in any way. What if she messed up, she could end up hurting her son? She did not want to put John in any more trouble then he was in. Maybe she could go back to Olympus and ask Apollo if he had seen him, there was a chance.

"Hestia I have some bad news." Markus said coming back into the room.

Hestia turned, she tied to prepare herself for the worst but even then she could feel the tears coming up. Was her son dead? Did a monster get to him on their way back?

"As of ten minutes ago the knight squad found John, he was taken by the Greeks and is now behind held at Camp Half-Blood." Hestia's heart sunk at those words, she knew her brother would try and kill her son for the powers he held. "The squad demanded the return of John to which the Greeks declined, in response the knights attacked the Greeks present to take back John by force." Markus paused for a moment. "As of now the Lord Commanders have declared that the Knight Faction is now at war with the Greeks."

It was the worst possible outcome, her siblings going to war with the Iron Legion. She had a feeling on who was going to win, though she did not want to admit it, she had seen the Knight faction deploy their forces they were simply stronger and had more numbers then the Greek demigods had. While they fought as they did back in ancient times, the Knights fought with modern weapons no doubt made to be able to affect the supernatural.

However, Markus was not done.

"With the word spreading that the knights are going to war, the leaders of the other two factions have begun meeting. The Vikings have already voted to join the war at the Knights side, and I have a feeling the Samurai will soon join as well."

Now she knew that the demigods stood no chance. She had yet to see the other two factions in battle but if what Markus said was true and the three factions were in a bloody war for generations, then she had a feeling they were able to match the Knights in their ability to fight in the open. She looked into her lovers eyes to get some kind of indication of how things would go.

It did not look good.

"Markus, how will the war go?" She asked hesitantly.

"From what John and the team sent after him, the first time, have told us. The Greek demigods are mainly children and from what we know of the gods we have estimated that only the children of Ares and Athena could hope to match our knights in combat. Couple that with the fact that they lack any modern technology for war and… well." Markus paused for a moment. "The Lord Commanders hope to end the war in one attack."

"What about my siblings, how do they plan to fight them?"

"Most likely the angles and the gods from the other factions will fight the Greek gods head on."

Hestia began to feel lightheaded and she began to stumble. Seeing that Hestia was getting weak over the information, he got a chair for her to sit on.

"Is there anything I can do to stop the war?" Hestia asked, looking to Markus for hope.

Markus thought over the matter. "If John was to be returned and no other offensive attention is taken by the Greeks then the war may devolve into a type of cold war. The Legion has many enemies that require our knight elsewhere. The Greeks just aren't something that needs to be dealt with, this is why the legion wanted to end this in one strike."

"So, if they give up John then these Knights will not attack." Hestia asked hopefully.

"It's not guaranteed, better to kill the snake while it is weak and in the open rather than let it get away and gather its strength." Markus paused once he saw Hestia giving him a look. "Sorry bad analogy."

Hestia sighed and looked towards the window. She hoped that John was ok, she could not lose her only son. Suddenly the sky rumbled as if a thunderstorm was about to hit, her brother was calling for a meeting.

I had been in a cell for an hour or so. Soon after being grabbed by Zeus, I was quickly thrown into a cell, on what I assumed to be Mount Olympus. Unlike the cell in Camp Half-Blood this cell was meant to keep in powerful beings, as I was unable to burn or melt down anything. So I had to sit and wait for someone to come and get me, and judging from the thundering sounds I heard things were not going good.

But, my time soon came.

A rather pretty looking woman came to my cell and unlocked it, a minor goddess if I had to guess. She had tanned skin, brown eyes, and blonde hair. She opened the cell door and gestured for me to follow her. She regarded me with sad eyes almost as if she knew what was about to happen to me. And I had a feeling she was right, even if I wanted to escape, I had a rope tied around my hands that drained me of my power.

She left me up the mountain until we came to a set of large doors, to which she softly knocked on.

"Enter!" A voice boom from the other side of the door.

The goddess gently pushed the massive doors open then stepped aside to allow me to go in. I nodded my thanks, and she gave me a sad smile. I walked into the chamber and found myself standing before the Olympian council. Most of them, except for Artemis who was not present, were waiting for me. All eyes fell on me as I walked into the council chamber. They all were taking the form of giant versions of themselves as it stood. I only came up to their ankle at best.

I noticed Apollo had my war axe gifted to me by Hephaestus. It was leaning up against his throne as it was too small for him to hold at his current size. Hephaestus himself was looking down away from me, I had a feeling in the hours that I was in the cell he was trying to advocate for me. However, with that look he had on now, I doubt he did particularly any good.

I saw Hephaestus "wife" ogling me from her throne. I could almost feel her undressing me with her eyes. I did my best to ignore her, but it was proving rather difficult. Athena was staring at me with gunmetal eyes as if evaluating me for something. Dionysus spared me a glance before going back to drinking from his soda can. Demeter was giving me a sad look much like the goddess who led me here.

Hera was looking at me with a frown, probably blamed me for messing with her family in one way or another. Ares was giving me a hateful look, probably because of the look I was getting from Aphrodite. Hermes was giving me a sad look, he did strike me as being among the nicer gods in the Geek pantheon. Poseidon was looking at me rather passively, not really upset about the outcome of their meeting.

Then began my stare down with the big bad himself. We stared at each other for a time before Zeus spoke.

"You are in the presence of gods, child. You are to kneel." Zeus ordered in an almost growing voice.

I let a slight smirk come to my face, if I was going out, I was going out with my head raised high. I may have only been a knight for about a week now, but even I knew that knights did not bow before tyrants.

"Knights only bow in the presence of their God." I said meeting Zeus' gaze. "And you are not Him."

To my surprise Zeus laughed. "You boy are brave to say that to me. I will give you one chance to kneel and swear on the River Styx to serve Olympus for the rest of your life."

I also wasn't expecting that, but if he thought I was going to turn my back on the Knights then he had another thing coming.

"The knights are my family, and as the first son of Hestia I would rather go to hell then to betray them for a tyrant like you."

A dark frown took over Zeus' face. He stood from his throne and took his deadly bolt weapon into his hand.

"STOP!" A female voice cried, throwing the double doors open.

Everyone turned to see who it was.

"mom." I whispered.

My mother came running in and put herself in-between Zeus and me.

"I will not allow you to harm my only son, brother!" My mother declared.

"I am tired of your complaints Hestia. Your son is a danger and must be dealt with." Zeus said, raising his weapon. "Move aside Hestia."

"No, I won't." Hestia declared without even a thought.

"Then you leave me no choice. Ares restrain her!" Zeus ordered.

Ares jumped off his throne, he adjusted his size to match Hestia. My mom turned to face him giving that silent warning glare but Ares didn't care. I had a feeling that he was jumping at the bit to start this war between the knights and the Greek demigods. Hestia summoned her flames to her body but even that did not stop Ares. He grabbed my mom by her arms and pulled her aside, she did her best to fight back but even I knew that Ares would be able to hold her just from his experience alone. I tried to jump in and help my mom, but Ares was ready and quickly kicked me in my chest knocking the wind out of me and sending me to the ground.

My vision blurred but it came back to me moments later. I slowly got to my knees to see Ares had dragged my mom away from me, now leaving me without any protection from Zeus' weapon. I looked over to the god to see him send me an uncaring glare.

"You should have kneeled when I gave you the chance boy." He said before he threw his master bolt at me.

I heard my mother scream out my name as the bolt flew at me. The world seems to slow down as death literally came flying at me. For the second time in my life, my life flashed before my eyes. All quick bearing images of things I had done and people I had met. I shot a quick look at my mom, she was crying trying her best to get out of Ares' hold. I gave her a weak smile before I closed my eyes and waited for the bolt to hit.

I waited a moment.

Then a few more moments.

Nothing.

There was a humming in the air.

I cracked open my eye to see the master bolt hovering mere inches away from my face.

"I don't appreciate it when other pantheons attack my knights." A powerful but soothing voice said.

I turned to see the Creator of The Universe standing in the doorway. He wore white business suit with black shoes and a black tie. He had taken the form of an older looking man of Caucasian descent. He held a white cane in His hand with an eagle looking handle. His eyes were a deep blue with great power behind them, His hair was a light blond color and seemed to glow.

As soon as I saw Him I kneed and lowered my head.

I felt His hand touch my head, all the pain I had was gone in an instance and I felt better then ever. "Rise your head My loyal knight." I looked up to see His proud smiling face, His face fell into a frown when he looked past me at the Greek gods. "My anger is reserved for them."

None of the other gods made a comment but from the looks on their faces they must have been feeling something I was not. My mother took this time to break free of Ares' hold and ran to me and hugged me tightly. God walked around the two of us, I saw him look at my bindings for a moment before they fell off my arms. He then pushed the Master Bolt out of the way like it was a low hanging branch, said bolt disappeared as soon as He finished pushing it aside.

"Who are you?!" Zeus demanded trying his best to hold his ground against Him.

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End." He said walking towards them. "I am the Creator of the Universe. I was the one to set the stars in the sky and the planet in which you were born."

Suddenly the Greek gods were forced to their knees as if a massive weight was just put on their shoulders. Most of the gods looked to be holding up something very heavy, while Hermes and Hephaestus didn't look like they were struggling as much but still had a heavy weight on their shoulders.

"I will give you one warning, Zeus." God said stopping in front of Zeus' kneeling form. "Leave my knights alone, or you will come to find that I am more than willing to sign the death warrant of your pantheon."

Zeus looked up at Him sending him a hateful glare, but God's face remained the slight frown that it had been since He had laid eyes upon them. With His ultimatum made, God turned back towards us and started walking towards us. I noticed He was walking with His cane this time while He was carrying it when He was walking towards them.

He held out His hand and the black Iron axe that had fallen to the ground when Apollo stopped holding it. The war axe moved on its own flying at Him, it changed back into its lighter form mid flight before it landed in His hand. He then tossed the lighter to me.

A portal opened behind us as He neared us. He guested for us to stand when He got beside us. "Come, let us return home."

I nodded and stood, my mother still hugging me. I walked towards the portal, stopping when I was just about to enter it. I took a quick look back to see Zeus sending me a glare before I walked into the Portal with my mother.

The moon was high in the sky in the state of Texas, the goddess Artemis was on the hunt for answers to her growing questions. She had come across a few other "ambush zones" that those masked axe men and women had. However, she was able to sneak through them as she was moving alone and did not have her hunters to slow her down.

She had been keeping track of their locations and they seemed to be scattered at random, but when she marked down all their locations on a map, she saw it. They were all scattered around a large area, like mines around a city or military base. That was where her answers lied, in a valley. That was where she would find the truth of the man who sired her son and what happened on that night. The night she had lost her son.

*flashback*

Artemis knew her son was in danger. She had been feeling it for a while now, but she tried to her best to ignore it. However, after a few months the feeling she was getting from her son only got stronger. He was in pain both physically and mentally, it soon got to a point where she could no longer ignore it. Taking a few of her best hunters with her, she set off to check on her son. Being born from the essence of that man's sword and herself she had a stronger connection most other gods had with their demigod offspring

But she had arrived too late. As she entered the city her son was in she felt her connection to him disappear.

She and her five hunters came to a warehouse that was on fire. She quickly knocked down the large double doors that had been chained from the inside. Hey eyes went wide to see the bodies of women of various ages all scarred and scattered around the warehouse. Most of the women were missing limbs or had impalement wounds in their stomachs. One of the women, the oldest looking, had her skull caved in like some kind of animal had beaten her skull in until her face was nothing more than blood and flesh.

That was when one of her hunters called to her. She was pointing at a single body in the center of the warehouse. It was a boy's body, no older than six, with blood all around him and more than a few signs of abuse on his body. Artemis quickly recognized the boy as her son, she managed to order her hunters to secure the area while holding back her tears. Her hunters left her and Artemis went to hold her son, she made sure that her sobs were not heard by her hunters outside.

She never truly met her son, but a part of her would have given almost anything in the world just to spend a day with him. Soon the fire began to attract the attention of the mortal law enforcement, forcing her to gently put her son down. He would be given a proper burial, she would see to that.

*flashback end*

The moon goddess was making headway, speeding towards this valley while also doing her best to remain hidden. As she neared the valley, she felt herself pass through an invisible barrier like Camp Half-Blood's. This one however seems to work differently as she felt the need to turn around and leave. She pushed these feelings aside, knowing more than ever that she was in the right place.

She stealthily made her way up the hill taking care to be extra quiet when she came across a few mortals standing guard. She felt a strange energy from them, like that of Hestia's child but a few of them had completely different feelings to them. They reminded her of that samurai warrior she fought some time ago.

As the goddess reached the top of the hill, she found what she was looking for. As it turns out the valley that she was seeking was not at all wildland. What she found surprised her beyond belief. This valley was very much inhabited by mortals. There were three fortresses forming a triangle, while a complex of buildings resembling that of a school sat in the middle.

She saw a massive medieval styled castle with tall walls and many guard towers. Behind it sat a small city of modern looking housing with a few housings being much bigger than some. On another edge of the triangle sat a Japanese styled fortress, said fortress was built into the slope of the hill with Japanese styled houses around it. Opposite to the Japanese fortress sat a Viking styled Fortress also being built into the slope of the hill.

Artemis knew from the size and looks of these three forts that the demigods of Camp Half-Blood could not hope to take these three fortresses. They were too simply too well dug into to launch an assault upon them, who knew if they had underground fortifications as well. Even now she could see platoons of people running training exercises and duels just outside the forts.

She pushed those thoughts aside as she had more important matters to attend to. She needed to find answers to her questions. Artemis remembered the fight she had with the male who sired her son. He wore knight armor during their fight leading her to make her away towards the medieval styled castle.

It took her some time to make her way over to the other side of the valley where the castle stood. She also noted a tall mountain in the distance behind the castle that was not there a moment ago. There were dozens of small dots flying around the peek of said mountain. Upon using her divine powers to enhance her sight she deserved that there were mortals flying on the backs of dragons of different sizes and colors. They looked to be flying formation drills and training dog fights with each other. She shuddered to think how many dragons these mortals had on their side. All the demigods had to offer for mounts where Pegasus. She doubted they would be any match for a dragon.

Minutes later the goddess was able to reach the castle walls without being noticed. The main gate was wider open and there was no sign of the guards. Using her strength, Artemis jumped up the side of the walls catching the edge with her hands. She easily pulled herself just enough to let her eyes see over the edge, she took a moment to scan for any guards. Once she made sure that the coast was clear she pulled herself up all the way and made her way towards the main keep.

Spotting an open window, Artemis made her way towards it. She jumped up to it and pulled herself up and rolled into the hallway. She drew her hunting knives as soon as she completed her roll and checked the hall for any signs of life. Seeing none she began to make her way further into the keep. She was looking for anything that would give her some information about who these knights were, a library if she could find it.

Artemis came to a sudden stop when she heard the sound of footsteps coming her way. The goddess dashed over to one of the doors in the hallway, after checking if any signs of life were in the room, she slipped in. She kept the door open just enough to see out of the room she was in. The sound was getting louder and soon enough a man, who had a similar look to Hephaestus, came into view. She watched the man go by. She felt a strange energy coming from him unlike anything she had ever felt before. Suddenly the man stopped as if he had just noticed something. His head slowly turned slightly to his left, then to his right. His eyes narrowed slightly as he stood there. Artemis' hand inched towards her hunting knives.

The man let out a thoughtful hum before he started again on his way. Artemis let out a sigh of relief as she saw the man move on. She slipped out of the room and continued her mission. After going down a few, she came to another stop as she felt something, she believed she would never feel again. She felt a presence like her own but half diluted by something else. She knew of only one being that would have this kind of presence.

Artemis began to move again, this time going much faster than she had. Her moments were still silent but she was clearly going as fast as she could in a crouched position. She tracked the presence to the dormitories on the lower levels, the underground levels to be more specific. She soon came to a door at the end of one of the many hallways, the only light coming from torches on the walls. Artemins came to discover that while the door had a medieval look to them the locking mechanism was advanced beyond that the mortals of the rest of the world had. (superior door technology! Sorry I couldn't help myself)

While Artemis could not unlock doors with her divine powers, she had a knife and she had to get past her fair share of locked doors. However, she had a feeling that these knights had counter measures for using a knife to open a door, leaving her with one option. Placing her hand on the lock she began to use her powers to heat the door slowly, her hope was that she could melt the lock and pull it open while it was in its weakened state without making too much noise.

Her plan seemed to be working with no alarm going off, so she pressed on. Soon the door began to give way and she was able to pull it open. Once the door was opened enough Artemis slipped in and closed the door behind her.

The room was pitch black with no light source to speak of. However, with her night vision she was capable of seeing as if the lights were on. The room was surprisingly clean with everything neatly tucked away in its own spot. Artemis then looked towards the bed in the room, there was a boy lying in it asleep. Artemis' eyes winded when she saw that the boy looked just like her dead son. She didn't want to believe it but he had a scent like hers with a small hint of iron and brimstone.

While she stayed out of most of her son's life when he was with his father, she did learn his name when she found his body.

"Russ." Artemis breathed weakly.

The boy stirred when she called out the name. His eyes slowly began to open and scan the room. His eyes soon locked on her form, but he began to squint as if not sure if what he was seeing was there.

"How do you know my name?" Asked Russ, curious of how this person in front of them knew his name.

Artemis' heart fell slightly when she heard him speak those words. She had hoped that she would have recognized her. "Russ, I am your mother. The one who gave birth to you."

"Lies, my mother is dead, I killed her myself." Russ said quietly, he seemed to almost question himself though.

Artemis eyes widened slightly; she knew what they had never met until now. How was it possible that he believed her dead by his hand? Unless, he was not referring to her but the one who raised him.

"My son, I am your true mother-"

"LIES!" Russ screamed his hair and eye color beginning to switch back and forth. "MY MOTHER WAS A HORRIBLE PARENT WHO USED ME TO 'REWARD HER GANG MEMBERS. THE SAME MOTHER WHO ABUSED ME. THE VERY SAME WHO ALLOWED ME TO ALMOST BE RAPED!"

The room began to heat up as if someone had turned on the heat on high. Russ' hair began to blacken and his eyes were turning an orange color. He began to grip his face with his hands, his breathing became labored as if he were frightened by something. All the while his eye and hair color kept switching back and forth.

"UGGH, PLEASE LEAVE, I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYONE!" Yelled Russ as he appeared to be having an internal conflict that was raging on within himself.

The goddess noticed that his scent was beginning to change. The scent which was similar to hers was fading and the smell of blood, iron, and brimstone began to fill the room. Something was happening to her son and she was not about to let him go after finding him again.

Artemis ran up to her son and pressed her hands to his head and chest. She began to pour her own divine energy into him. Her son started to scream in pain as her energy began to flow throughout his body. However, the intended effect was happening. Her son's hair and eye color started to return to their correct color. A few moments later her son's screams began to die as he slipped into unconsciousness. Her son fell forward into her arms, she quickly put her son on her shoulder before turning towards the door.

However, someone was standing there, the same man who she saw in the hallway not too long ago.

"I would ask you to set down the warden." The man said pointing a long sword at her.

Artemis gridded her teeth. She did not have time for this. Using her speed Artemis shot past him using her hunting dagger to swipe at his side. The man did not have time to move his longsword to block the attack and soon he had a deep cut in his side with white blood rushing out. Artemis on the other hand was out of the room and dashing down the wall, going as fast as she could to get out of the castle.

Soon the sound of alarms began to blast over the speakers in the castle. The alarms would soon be followed by the sound of armor clacking and footsteps. Knights began to appear in the hallways as they came out of rooms or from other areas of the castle. Somewhere armed with melee weapons while others held guns in their hands.

"She has a hostage watch your fire!" One knight with a symbol of a clenched fist pointed upwards on his shoulder armor.

Artemis was able to dodge most of the attacks made by the knights, but she soon found that they were funneling here towards a shield wall. With one arm holding her son, she was only able to fight with one and there was not enough room in the hall to jump over them without being hit by their weapons. This left one opinion.

Spotting a large enough window Artemis jumped through before she started her mad sprint to get out of this place. She cleared the courtyard and jumped up on the outer wall in a few moments before jumping towards the hills in an effort to get out of the valley. The goddess jumped off the high walls clearing the moat and much of the area ahead of it, before landing and taking off again.

She soon made it to the hillside and began running up the hill. She was nearing the top when something flew into her face. Whatever it was, it was cold to the touch and was trying to bite and claw at her face. Artemis was forced to drop her son to push off the thing attacking her. However soon after she dropped him the thing attacking her jumped off too allowing her to see what had attacked her.

Standing between her and her son was a baby ice colored dragon. It was hissing at her with its wings extended upward to make itself look more menacing. Artemis used her abilities to order the creature away, but it only served to hiss at her again while attempting to use its ice breath.

Artemis drew her hunting knife, but she was stopped when thunder began to roar above her. She was forced to jump back to avoid a bolt of lightning. When it cleared a familiar man was standing there the bolt had stuck.

"I warned you Artemis," Raiden said, turning to face the goddess. "And you did not heed my wisdom. Now you force me to take action."

"Step aside Raiden, I am not leaving without my son!" Artemis declared drawing both her hunting daggers and getting ready for a fight.

Raiden's eyes slightly lifted at her declaration. He spared a glance back at her son. "Even so, he is not yours to take. His destiny is with the knight faction and I will not let you take from our allies."

Raiden took up his own combat stance, a martial arts stance forced on disarmament and defiance. Artemis made the first move, knowing that every second that she spent fighting him was more time for more gods to get to them. She knew she could not fight off a whole pantheon by herself.

The hunt goddess charged in launching a fury of lighting fast attacks each one aiming for a pressure point. However, Raiden was able to deflect the attacks just as quickly as they were coming. Electricity danced over his body, shocking the goddess as his hands made contact with her, but Artemis powered through every shock her body endured.

Raiden soon made a counter attack of his own, firing a ball of electricity at the goddess forcing her to jump back to avoid it. However, the thunder god was not about to let up his assault, changing his tactics, the god teleported behind the goddess grabbing her and sending a large amount of electricity into her. Artemis screamed as the electricity surged through her body, her skeleton flashed in and out sight as she was electrocuted.

Changeling her divine energy through her body, Artemis let a blast of moon light surround her forcing Raiden back. The thunder god found himself under fire from arrows as soon as he recovered from his dodge. While he was able to doge most of the arrows, one found its mark in his thigh causing him to grunt in pain. She continued her attack launching more arrows at the god forcing the god to take cover behind a large rock.

Raiden returned fire by launching bolts of electricity at her, causing the goddess to get to her own cover. Seeing his chance Raiden moved from his cover and fired a large bolt of electricity at her. Artemis rolled just in time to avoid the deadly attack, said attack distorting the area she once stood. Artemis fired another valley at Raiden, this time the god threw up an electrical shield as he ran at her. With her opponent closing in, Artemis switched from her bow back to her hunting knives, throwing one at Raiden.

The knife dug into Raiden's shield but failed to go all the way through. However, while his attention was focused on the hunting knife, he did not notice Artemis running at him. She aimed the tip of her second dagger at the pommel of the dagger lodged in Raiden's shield. Her dagger hit its mark pushing the first dagger forward and into Raiden's stomach and out the other side. Raiden's eyes widened and a pain filled gasp escaped his mouth.

But the moon goddess was not that done yet. She jumped over the stunned thunder god doing a flip mid air while drawing her bow and knocking an arrow. Before Raiden could react he found an arrow going through the back of his neck and out the other side.

The god fell to his knees and his hands fell from his head. His divine blood was collecting in his mouth and on the ground from his wounds. Artemis stood behind him knocking another arrow and pulling the string back.

"Don't get in between a mother and her child." Artemis hissed as she drew back her bow string.

"Don't forget you in enemy territory." A new voice ground from behind.

Before she could turn around to face the new threat Artemis felt a powerful pain shoot from her lower back. In the next moment she was sent flying out of the valley and three states over. Moments later when she landed her body slowly began to break down, and seconds later exploded into golden dust.

"You're a sorry sight Raiden." Thor said looking at the wounded god.

The Japanese lighting god did not reply as he had an arrow in his throat. Closing his eyes Raiden's body began to disappear as his mortal form had taken too much damage and was on the verge of collapsing. He had to return to his divine form to heal the damage. To avoid any unnecessary deaths he left the Valley before he changed back. Thor watched him leave before the sound of moving armor drew his attention away. Three squads of knights came into the sight of the battle.

"Thor, Sir!" The leader of the squads said snapping a salute.

Thor gestured to the down knight with his head. "Look after him, I am not staying any longer."

The Norse god of thunder then left in a flash of lightning leaving the knights to care for Russ. However, they had an ice dragon to get through first.

"Boom the first god vs god fight in the story. I hope it was not too short for you guys, but you know how I like to write them.
