„What a lovely day!"

Kousagi bubbled delightfully while she was walking together with Mamoru through the streets of Juban. Their destination of today was supposed to be the Game Crown Center.

He was not very fond of the idea to let Kousagi in his little world where Motoki and he had shared so many moments of their friendship, where he also met the blonde bun head regularly and where his life was just his normal, ordinary life. However, the pink odango could be quite convincing and since he didn't have anything better to do and he also wanted to see his best friend again, he finally agreed to take her with him.

Whilst he was walking, she danced around him and babbled the whole time when all of a sudden she stopped and hectically fumbled in her pockets, apparently searching for something.

"Whaaaa, where is Artemis T?!" She clapped her forehead with her hand. „Oh no, I must have left it at your apartment! I am sooooo stupid!"

She turned around on her heel and immediately headed back „Don't wait for me, Mamoru. I'll meet you in the Game Crown Center!" She yelled cheerfully while she was running.

Mamoru looked after her thoughtfully ‚she is indeed a very, very strange girl. I wonder what else this little kitten ball can transform into than a bed?!'

"Ohhhh Mamoru, so good to see you here!" The red haired girl he met briefly recently got him quickly out of his reverie.

"W...what?"

"Yeah, well Mamoru. May I introduce myself to you? I am Natsumi Ginga and I was wondering if you like to go on a date with me?"

She came out of nowhere and wanted to DATE HIM?! She was clearly nuts and also fairly ineptly. A third of this sort was definitely too much for him and something inside told him not to trust her. Thus, he tried to rebuke this girl

„You cannot expect me to go anywhere with you! I don't even know who you are and I am up to meet someone anyway!"

Mamoru was certain that this reasonable answer would send her eventually away, but it got even worse. Natsumi ignored his return and began to sing.

,O dear God, where was Kousagi?'

„Hey Natsumi, hands off Mamoru!"

Instead of the expected pink, the blonde Odango blocked him from the other girl. He has never been so happy to see her as he was now.

„Ahhh Odango Atama, good to see you. You rescued me!" He gladly admitted

Before Mamoru could say anything further Usagi faced him, carrying sparkles of hope in her eyes and finally uttered.

"Mamoru, do you remember?"

What was it that he shall remember all the time?!!!

A strange picture was shoved straight into his face, held by Usagi whose head was hidden behind it. Only her two blonde Odangos were sticking out.

He was confronted with a scene of a princess and a prince, obviously exchanging looks in love. The picture was self painted with colored pencils.

'What the heck?!'

„Mamoru, once upon a time there was a prince of Earth called Endymion and a princess of the moon, Serenity, who fell in love with each other."

She seemed to have drawn a whole range of funny pictures as she was about to switch to another scene of the couple by lifting a second painted piece of paper.

'But why? Was that some sort of a hobby? Telling fairy tales to people on the streets and visualizing them with hand drawn scribbling?!'

When Usagi wanted to continue her story, she was interrupted by Natsumi who had been standing next to her and had shown nothing but a very disdainful look.

Mamoru decided not to listen to the weird stuff any longer and silently escaped from the girls who just started to argue with each other and didn't notice his absence. A few seconds later, one of them tried to follow him but got interrupted when a pink swath of smoke all of a sudden surrounded him and blocked any further attempts to get caught of him.

'I ve seen this magic in my apartment yesterday.'

Mamoru tried to see through the pinky fog. After several moments had past, his vision became clear and he spotted the familiar silhouette of Kousagi who was busy with dicing her white cat face ball merrily in her right hand.

"I didn't know you have a fan club, Mamoru?!" Kousagi giggled.

"Ha ha, very funny indeed."

Mamoru snorted back. Once he became aware of that Natsumi was gone he gave the pink haired girl a grateful glance.

"Anyway, thanks for helping me out. I didn't know your magic ball is such a handy tool."

„Ahhh well you see, it is nothing actually. My sister got a bigger one which is also able to manipulate people's minds." Kousagi merely shrugged.

„I guess I don't want to go any deeper into this" Mamoru stated tiredly. „Okay, now the Fanclub issue is sorted, let's head off to the Game Crown Center."

When the automatic doors of the Arcade slid open, he saw Motoki wiping the surface of the counter, completely lost in his thoughts. Mamoru cleared his throat and made the sand blonde bartender to look up. Confusion grew in his face when he spotted the new girl who stood next to Mamoru.

„Oh hello there" Motoki greeted him cheerfully. „Who is this girl? Awkwardky he pointed at a confused Kousagi who made sort of big eyes to him in return.

Mamoru blushed. ‚She seems to be a complete lunatic girl with funny heart shaped buns on her head, allegedly coming from the future, doing magic stuff with a golden pendant and a white cat face ball, telling me all the time that she knows me and that I shall remember probably my past life or whatever!'

He decided to leave Motoki in peace with the huge mess in his mind and solely replied. „Her name is Kousagi, she is my cousin from Osaka."

„Ohhh that is great! Frankly speaking I didn't know you had any relatives as your Mum and Dad used to be only children?"

‚A trap, damn it!'

„Well you now Toki, she is the daughter of one of my mothers cousins, thus we are distantly related to each other."

'Phew that was close.'

„I see" Motoki grinned at him. His face was free of any doubts concerning Mamorus improved story.

„I am very happy to meet you finally, Motoki-kun. Mamoru has told me so much about you. Only the good things, though. Actually you are his favorite topic. Not only because you are a study colleague but also he thinks that you are a very good friend of him, almost like a brother! I really do envy your bff status because where I come from it is pretty hard to make any friends and so I was thinking that we also could be something like-„

„Shhhhhhhhhhh" There it was again. This uncontrollable chatting of her, to speak out loud anything which crossed her mind in an amazing speed. Mamoru had to stop her by shutting her mouth with his hand.

Motoki smirked happily to her „Are you sure that you are related to Mamoru? You rather could be Usagi's sister."

Kousagi rolled her eyes and freed herself of Mamoru's hand. „Yeah right that's why I have chosen a different time. It's really annoying that everyone keeps comparing me to my older sister!" She pouted, crossed her arms and looked irritated from one tall man to the other.

Mamoru und Motoki were truly distraught by her strange answer so Motoki started to change the topic hesitantly.

„Err okay then what do you think of playing the new Sailor V game? It's the latest edition. Was released only two days ago."

„Sailor V?" Kousagis glance switched from being annoyed to the mode curios. „You are telling me that you have a Sailor V game?!" She put her hands on her cheeks and shouted „I looooove this game!!!! It is soooo retro!"

Now Mamoru and his friend were complete lost and helplessly watched Kousagi who flipped her fingers onto the play pad of the Sailor V game in utmost ecstasy while she was giggling, shouting and screaming against the flickering screen.

‚Yep, she is definitely not related to me but to Usagi Tsukino!' Mamoru thought very deep in his mind.
