The training done by the clans was unique most of the time and focused on their specialties. The Yamanaka clan was focused on the mind aspect.
It was their bread and butter, making them the best at what they did. They could read memories like an open book and strip away everything with a single thought.
Normal people had zero defenses against a Yamanaka just like the genjutsu users since there was nothing physical about these arts.
In the old times, this was used by the Sage of six paths for peaceful reasons. Hagoromo used mind arts to communicate with people from afar and understand them.
He used it to teach people at a faster rate or heal their mental scars but humans can never stop their curiosity as this beautiful art built with the purpose of helping people was suddenly used for killing people.
It all started from one of the students of the student of the sage, who used this art to kill a person and instead of stopping, he seemed to have snapped.
He was the origin of the Yamanaka clan that built the path of the mind arts through continuous struggle in a time when the physical arts were the rage.
He is known as the strongest esper after the sage of six paths and the Otsutsuki clan of Earth in the legends of the clan, Hyoubu Yamanaka.
Ino remembers him very clearly because her ancestor was very handsome.
But not many believe in this legend as it is even more unbelievable than the Sage since no one can find the logic in someone actually becoming this strong without having a proper bloodline.
The Progenitor didn't have a bloodline so how he was this strong that only the current Head of the Yamanaka clan could face him.
It made no sense since Inoichi Yamanaka was the product of hundred years of work. They were not like the Uchiha and Senju clan that had weakened from killing each other.
They had treasured their talents and protected them with everything unlike the two supreme clans that put their top talents at the front lines.
Regardless of it being a legend or not, the Yamanaka clan was still putting resources into researching the legendry unlimited mode of the founder that allowed the user to experience invincibility through the stimulation of the mental power.
The clan would have gone unhindered but majority of the chakra users had training to protect their minds once it became public knowledge.
Everyone had a mental shield to protect their minds that could delay the attack or completely stop the attack.
Plus focusing too much on the mind aspect led the Yamanaka clan to become one of the physically weakest.
It was the reason why Ino's physical strength never went too far above someone like Tenten even with the usage of a medical bath made from rare magical herbs.
Her clan mainly focused on giving her items that would make her mental powers grow. Ino hadn't told others but she had no trouble actually keeping up with Naruto's suppressed speed with her mental capacity but her powers didn't do anything to him since he was too strong physically and mentally.
Knowing that her powers had become useless, Ino had cursed as her pride had been shattered but it got build up once she knew that it was because of the Kyuubi not because of some talent.
It would have been completely unfair if Naruto was talented in everything.
She was the mental guardian of the team, the mind reader, and mind controller of the team along with being one of the main offensive fighters for times when physical powers were not effective.
To ensure that her role could never be taken away as Ino enjoyed the idea of the fame brought from being part of this team.
She was already more famous now in the ninja world since people expected great things from people around the Kyuubi jinchuuriki.
Plus she couldn't forget about the rush felt from dangerous missions.
Naruto knew how to have fun and Ino wanted to see where he would lead them.
For this purpose, Ino endured the mental pressure from Emma or any other high ranker from the clan to strengthen her powers.
Her brain felt like it would tear to pieces and she had almost gone brain dead several times, even entered a coma for a day where her Father was forced to rush back to fix her mind before the damage became permanent.
She became reckless as she followed his path. The result of such crazy training was a meteoric rise in power.
Ino was the strongest in her clan at the same age. She was making history just like the clan had expected since Ino was the perfect child.
It was the same for the other clan's as well.
The clan leaders were honor bound to produce excellent children to carry on their responsibilities. None would bow down to a weak inheritor.
Several clans and Kingdoms in the history of the world had fallen because of such reasons so they had learnt from the past.
Most clan heads never had more than one child because the internal conflict between the children but this was one thing not everyone could follow through.
But most clans also didn't work together more than required as well but the Yamanaka, Akimichi and the Nara clan did so it just depended on the situation.
Ino wasn't very close the boys from the two clans especially since working with Naruto. The two boys were just not her type, one being lazy and the other being shy.
Ino liked confident and good looking boys, or in her current case they should have at least one of these traits.
Focusing on Naruto's nonchalant face with holes in his body teasing her, Ino fought through the pain. If Naruto could do it then she could also do it.
Ino didn't believe in anyone standing above her, not even if that person was her love interest.
It was ingrained into her mind that she needs to stand at the top elegantly.
Ino was not in any kind of delusion that she might surpass Naruto but that didn't mean she couldn't train like him and keep her place as the best esper in the world. It was her destiny as she was born to stand at the top of mind arts just like Shino was born to stand at the top of the bug users or Choji as the physical monster outside the Jinchuuriki's.
Just like Itachi had been born to be the best genjutsu user and destined to become one of the strongest of his generation.

Mind battles were more dangerous than physical since the healing of the mind was much more difficult while the body healing had come far since it had started from thousand years ago.
In this day and age, losing a limb wasn't a big deal or getting most of the life threatening diseases since there was always a healer that could heal the problem.
Not everything since even the viruses evolved but the ninja's had yet to face anything that could take them down on a large scale.
There was a virus built to infect the chakra pathways but it had been cured by Tsunade Senju, The Miracle maker.
The nation that had dared to make such an abomination was erased from history and reality while Tsunade had become the legendary Medic.
But even with all that fame, her story was a tragedy. Ino learned from the past since she had started focusing on things, it was one of her reasons to hold strong to this team since Tsunade's tragedy would never have taken place if she had her team.
Never love someone weak because they will only become a weakness and Ino followed that guideline properly since it was ideal for her clan.
Nobody wanted to disappear like the Senju clan that had not cared about such a thing and each generation became weaker and weaker.
There were still Senju in Konoha that had survived Madara's attack during his fight against Hashirama but they were nothing special.
Tsunade was the strongest Senju and she was in her forties. The new generation finally showed some potential but they were younger than all the clan heirs.
Moegi Senju was the hope of the Senju clan as the Mokuton had finally surfaced in this little girl and she was made the clan heir.
Dressing up into black shirt with a white jacket and black shorts along with knee high socks, Ino arrived on the deck to see the Land Of Snow appear in her view.
They had arrived in the port city of Winterfall and Ino could see the beautiful crystal palace on top of the mountain.
It was called the Palace of Purity where the White Queen resided also known as one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Winterfall was the capital of Land of Snow and known as a trading point for the nations in this region since the other islands were further from the mainland.
On this side of the world, it was one of the most known nations along with the nation called the End of the world.
Necropolis was the nation where the ocean ended and fell. Nobody could see anything except the water falling in a magical manner and the empty space.
They could do nothing but watch this magical phenomenon since a barrier blocked them from flying or even falling.
Ino wasn't interested in the visiting Necropolis but thinking about it, Naruto would love to visit it so she planned to find about it while she was here since not much information could be found in Konoha since they didn't really care about it.
Moving away from the palace, Ino's eyes landed on the metropolis extended from her sight. It was just what she expected from the White Queen, it was beautifully made.
Winterfall had strict rules and it was made with a plan in mind so everything was in a proper order. It was also one of the places that were feared by the pirates even though it was far from the mainland because the Navy of Snow was one of the best in the world.
To give the final nail in the coffin, Land of Fire and Wind also contributed to the security by providing an army base and a naval force.
Ino could see the giant canons on the towers that were built on the sea. These towers were built all around the island and could deploy a magical barrier when needed.
Of course it required a lot of chakra to utilize, which is why chakra was stored into a chakra crystals regularly for immediate use.
The towers had 10 meter tall chakra crystals filled with large amount of chakra from 100's of people and it was recharged every day to avoid any unnecessary risks.
This was a practice done in majority of the nations as the most powerful weapons required chakra to use while not everyone could have such large amount chakra to use all the time so it was stored for future use in seals or crystals.
The power was good and all but it was problematic, which is why the world was moving towards also building weapons that didn't require chakra.
Guns and normal canons had become normal in the past decade, and this field of weapons was moving very fast to catch up to the needs of the world.
Land of Snow, Fire, Lightning, Earth, Rain and Metal were the greatest contributors to this field but no one knew each other's limit since information wasn't being shared completely.
"Emma, where are we going now?" Ino asked as the ship docked at the port and she walked down
"We will greet her Majesty and relay the greetings of the Hokage." Emma replied as she was dressed in all white, looking stylish and cold as ever
Many people stopped to stare at them for a moment as the Yamanaka were known as one of the most beautiful in the world along with the Yuki clan.
Just because the people had seen the Yuki clan members didn't mean they couldn't enjoy the beauty of the foreigners since the Yuki clan and the Yamanaka clan had a different charm.
Yuki clan was elegant like the Hyuga while the Yamanaka clan was most of the time on the hot side. They were usually described as hot while Yuki clan members were known as beautiful and elegant rarely ever called hot since they didn't have such clothing style.
'Wow' Ino had not expected the answer and was now looking forward to seeing one of the most people in the world

She used to only rule the Yuki clan but the previous King decided to give up his throne and become the vessel of the clan to avoid the pressure of threats, and completely focus on the improvement of the land.

The canon story lacked a lot of world building so i will be building up the world as we move with the story.
There will be characters from the Kingdoms and some of them will play great parts in certain events. I am using Avatar the last air bender characters as rulers of some of these nations.
Not everything will involve Naruto as the world is too big for him at this moment but he will definitely play a part.
Before introducing Kaguya into the story, i will write chapters that will cover the past like Kishimoto did for the Kyuubi attack and Obito.
