Chapter 29 Anger and Forgiveness

Aqua's POV

One Hour Later

I was fighting with Terra and Ven, and I was worried about the latter.

He was fighting the Heartless so aggressively. It's almost as if he was angry at them.

"Terra", I started. "I'm worried about Ven. Something isn't right with him."

"You're right", Terra agreed. "It's almost as if he's angry."

After Terra said this, he suddenly got a look of dread on his face.

"It can't be", he said. "No..."

"What's wrong Terra", I asked in concern.

"It's Ven", Terra started. "I sense something within him. I sense...darkness."

"What", I said in shock. "That can't be. You must be mistaken Terra!"

"I must be", Terra agreed. "But then why do I sense it in the first place?"

Ven's POV

I was fighting the Heartless...and I was angrily.

Flashes of what I did to Strelitzia and the words that Skuld had said to me last night kept playing in my mind as I fought.

"Your body was taken over by a being known as darkness."

"Darkness?"

"It's a being that can hide itself in other peoples hearts, and it chose to hide itself in you, and use you for its plans."

"Why", I asked myself angrily as I fought. "Why am I always being used for somebody else's dark plans? Why am I also being used to harm other people?!"

The anger continued to build up in me as I fought.

Eventually...I was knocked down by the Heartless!

"Ven", I heard Aqua and Terra yell.

Then...I was about to be hit by the Heartless, but before I could...somebody cast Reflecta over me.

I looked up, and was surprised to see who it was.

"Strelitzia?"

True as day, Strelitzia was standing over me!

"Are you okay", she asked.

"I'm fine", I replied as I stood up. "But what are you doing here? Where's your brother?"

Before I could get my answer, I heard something.

I turned my head...and couldn't believe my eyes.

Lauriam and a woman with blonde hair were fighting the Heartless!

"Lauriam", I said in shock.

"I convinced him to help", Strelitzia revealed.

"But", I started in shock. "Why?"

"I overheard you talking to Skuld last night", Strelitzia revealed. "I now know that you didn't do what you did willingly."

After Strelitzia said this...I broke down to the floor crying.

"I promise Strelitzia", I started. "I'll make it up to you! Somehow. Someday."

"Let's worry about that later", Strelitzia said. "For now, let's get out of here."

"Right", I said as I got up and wiped my eyes. "Let's go!"

"Big brother", Strelitzia called out. "Elrena! We're leaving!"

Five Minutes Later

We had all gathered in a safe spot.

"Who are you", Aqua asked.

"My name is Strelitzia", said person revealed. "And this is my brother Lauriam, and my friend Elrena."

"How do you know Ven", Terra asked.

"I'll tell you later", Strelitzia revealed. "Right now, we should probably get out of here."
