Daya nodded in no with "nhi sir.., aap jarur kuch chupa rahe hai hum se..."

Acp sir replied "Daya aisi koi bat nhi hai jo main chupa raha hoon tumse..."

Daya sighed with "matlab aap nhi batayenge.."

Acp sir stood still so Daya stiffly said "mujhe achhe se pata hai sach kaise ugalwana hai sir.." and he moved towards interrogation room and Acp sir got what he was going to do so..,

Acp sir instantly stopped him in strict tone "Daya ruko..."

Daya stopped but didn't turn where Acp told him "usne tumhe batane se mana kiya hai Daya.."

Daya turned and uttered in extreme furiously-irritated tone "sir aap uske boss hai vo aap ka nhi hai..."

Acp sir nodded his head disppointely knowing very well it's no use on him and murmured with "dono ne dhol banake rakha hai mujhe..."

Where Freddy who was quietly standing for long time, first time uttered "sir bataiye na.., aisi kya bat hai jo aap chupa rahe hai..?"

Acp sir looked at them and sighed saying "tumhe yaad hai Daya maine kaha tha Abhijeet ko DCP Chitrole ne appoint kiya tha iss case k liye.. (Daya nodded) jis din unhone ye decide kiya aur bataya mujhe, usi din Abhijeet pe hamla hua tha.., use goli lagi thi seene mai.."

Freddy in shock uttered "kya..?"

Daya stunned hearing this with "aur aap ne ye bat mujhe batai bhi nhi sir.., (remember something) isiliye vo do din gayab tha bina kisi ko bataye (looking at Acp sir) kyunki aap ne kaha tha vo kisi jaruri kaam ki vajah se bahar gaya hai..."

Freddy asked "par sirf do din mai Abhijeet sir thik kaise ho gaye sir.."

Acp sir said "Freddy vo thik nhi hua tha usne zid kar k do din mai discharge le liya kyunki Daya ko pata na chale isiliye (grumbles looking away) meri bhi nhi suni usne..."

Daya gets really angry on his friend so murmured with "vo sunta kaha hai kisi ki, bas apne man ki hi karni hoti hai use.."

Acp sir heard this and thought not to tell further but Daya asked "phir kya hua sir..?"

Acp sir nodding his head and continued with "Daya.., jab uska operation ho raha tha tab.." he stopped abruptly

When Daya moved towards him and asked "tab kya sir..."

Acp sir turned and said "uska operation karte waqt uske seene mai uske Doctor ne Riya ke hamlawaron k kehne par, ek tracking cheap laga diya tha jo ek particular location mai use trace bhi kar sakta hai aur sun bhi sakta hai aur vo ab bhi uske sharir mai hai.."

Daya gets extremely shocked hearing this and just uttered in shivering tone "uske anadar tracker laga hua hai..."

He was already scared, from the day his buddy take this case and this news really shaking him to the core like someone planted bomb in his buddy's body...

Freddy too was shocked where Daya in angry-teary tone asked "aur aap ne itni badi bat mujhse, hum sab se chupai, sab kuch maloom hote hue bhi aap ne vo tracker nikalwaya nhi..(unknowingly a tear slipped on Daya's cheek) ye jante hue bhi har pal uski jaan ko kitna khatra ho sakta hai.."

Acp sir said seeing him in tears "Daya tum..."

Why he was getting so much emotional Acp sir was not understanding coz that's what their life though he knew Daya always gets worried for Abhijeet, even for smallest things and this reason is enough to scare and brought tears in the eyes of emotional fool where Daya himself not understanding why he was getting so much emotional, why he was crying so he wiped that unwanted tear but he could imagine and feel the pain when his friend gets shot on his chest.

Daya said in stiff tone "sirf uski hi nhi sir Riya ki jaan ko bhi khatra ho sakta hai... (remembering past incidents which he experienced) humne aisa pehle bhi uske sath kiya tha sir, kitna torture kiya tha gundon ne use.., jab ki vo tracker humne lagwaya tha phir bhi hum us tak waqt par pahunch nhi paye the (horrified with) ye toh un gundon ne lagwaya hai.., har pal us par najar rakhe hue honge.., uski bate sunte honge.."

Freddy said disppointely nodding his head "ye aap ne thik nhi kiya sir agar unhe kuch ho gaya toh.., jante hai hum aapne duty k liye kiya hoga par aap ne Abhijeet sir k sath sath Riya ki jaan ko bhi dav pe laga diya hai.."

Acp sir shouted in anger "Freddy.., (looking at both said in strict tone) meri pehle pori bat sunoge tum log.., (angrily) kya lagta hai tum logon ko maine use samjhaya nhi hoga ki vo ye tracker nikalwa le.. mujhe nhi pata ye uske liye kitna risky ho sakta hai par (frustrated) vo koi bat sune tab na.., unhe kisi bhi tarah pakdne ka bhoot chadha hai uspar aur (turning) chadhega bhi kyun nhi us Gang ne na jane kitne crimes kiye hai aur karwaye hai.., na jane kitne masoom logon ki jaan li hai.. (turning towards them said in angry- authoritative tone) aur tum dono kya bujdolin jaisi bate kar rahe ho, vo ek CID officer hai.., khud ki raksha karna aata hai use, ye sab hamare liye kuch naya nhi hai, hamara roz ka kam hai..."

And he stopped looking at both where Daya realised and composed himself, he should not behave like this, he can't get so much emotional, after all they live for their country and they even can sacrifice their life for innocent lives but still the very thought of his buddy's life in danger shivering him. So what he is CID officer, for him he is his brother, for Acp sir he is his son, his life also equally important like all.

Daya convinced himself "sorry sir" and asked turning professional "sir aap ko ye bat kab pata chali..?"

Acp sir replied in calm tone with "usi din jis din uska operation hua.., jis doctor ne vo tracker lagaya usi Doctor ne mujhe chupke se ek kagaz pe likh k diya tha., vo doctor majboor tha Daya kyunki uski family ko kidnap kar liya tha us Gang ne.."

After a comfortable pause Daya said in stern tone "par ab main majboor nhi hoon sir.., uski Jindgi k sath koi samjhuta nhi.., sab kuch jante hue main aise chup nhi baith sakta, janta hoon vo ek cid officer hai, hamara kaam hai ye par sir, vo jinda rahega tabhi toh Dusron ki jaan bacha payega.. (in determined tone) ye tracker toh main nikalwake rahunga.." and turned to leave but..,

Acp sir stopped him with "vo nhi manega Daya.."

Daya replied in stiff-stubborn tone, turning at Acp sir "vo kya uska.."

But hearing Acp sir's shocking call "Daya.."

Daya realizing, change his next words as "uska vo Chacha Chitrole bhi manega.."

And he moved to interrogates those criminals where Acp sir sighed on his both stubborn son's as well as officers.

After a minute Freddy's mobile buzzed who picked up with "Yes sir.."

It was Abhijeet who told him to come with Doctor in Riya's home which was instantly obeyed by him ofcourse after telling Acp sir.

In Riya's room..,

Riya was lying on bed where Doctor checking her. Where Riya's parents, Abhijeet, Freddy, Pankaj and Purvi were standing outside the room..,

Riya's parents were worried where Abhijeet stepped towards them and assures them "vo thik hai uncle.."

At the same time Doctor came out from the room and told them not to worry, she will be fine till evening and the doctor left from there bringing smile on all faces..!

In bureau..,

In mean time Daya came out from the interrogation room giving good dose to those criminals who as usual didn't dare to lie in front of The He Man of CID and told him about their hideout.,

Daya moved towards Acp sir's cabin and opening the door after his permission told him as "sir unke boss k ad'de ka pata chal gaya hai.."

Acp sir's stood up with "Great..."

Daya continued with "vo log Malad k ek band padi factory mai hai sir.."

Acp sir ordered "thik hai.., tum jao vaha Freddy, Purvi aur Pankaj ko leke.. main unko inform karta hoon, Abhijeet ko nhi leke ja sakte use track karenge aur vo plan fail ho jayega, use batana bhi mat main bata dunga, (Daya nodded and was about to move Acp sir continued) lekin sambhal k Daya bahot khatranak log hai vo, pori taiyari k sath jana.."

In Hall..,

Freddy asked to Abhijeet who still didn't changed his clothes "sir aap thik hai.."

Abhijeet replied with smile "main thik hoon yaar mujhe kya hoga..."

Freddy asked "sir aap ne.. (but stopped realizing something and looking at all, said) jane dijiye.., aap aaram kijiye..."

Abhijeet gets confuse where again Freddy's mobile ringed, it was Acp sir who told them all and said them to go with Daya and cut the call.

Freddy said "sir hume jana hoga Acp sir ne bulaya hai.."

Abhijeet wanted to ask but refused the idea and just nodded understandably, all three moved from their and Abhijeet went in his room to freshen up.

At Malad's closed factory...

A car stopped with jerk and Daya, Freddy, Purvi and Pankaj came out from the car with gun after closing the car door respectively.

They walked towards factory as Car was parked away from that coz if any goons were present they won't get alert hearing car's voice, they were wearing their bulletproof jackets.

Daya was leading them. He signalled Freddy to go in right direction who nodded, to Purvi in left direction and to Pankaj from backside of the factory and he himself stepped straight..

They entered in factory with alert from all four directions but no one was present there except them..

Freddy coming towards Daya said "sir yaha toh koi bhi nhi.."

Pankaj asked "sir kahi un logon ne jhoot toh nhi bola..."

Moving here and there Daya replied "nhi Pankaj, unhe achhe se pata hai jhoot bolne ka kya nateja ho sakta hai.."

Purvi said as "Sir kahi aisa toh nhi ki unhe pehle se hi pata chal gaya ho hamare bare mai..."

Daya replied "haan ye ho sakta hai.. (signalling at the tea cups present there) ye dekho shayad kuch der pehle hi nikle hai yaha se vo log.. (whispering to himself) par ye bat unhe pata kaise chali, Abhijeet ko toh bataya nhi tha humne.."

Freddy who was checking boxes present there Daya moved towards him and asked "Freddy tumne ye bat Abhijeet ko batai thi ki hum yaha aa rahe hai.."

Freddy replied "nhi sir.., mujhe pata tha hum unhe ye bat nhi bata sakte.."

At the same time Pankaj who too was looking everywhere then went at one corner hearing a particular sound as soon as he got the reason about sound so he shouted and...

The loud call hit on their ears as "sir bhagiye.., yaha pe bomb hai.."

They instantly ran towards main door of the factory and came outside and landed down when bomb blasts thankfully they were safe just some scratches on their face and body where Daya's right arm bleeding a little, their clothes were dirty because of sand and black smoky-ashes...

In Kapoor Mansion..,

Abhijeet gets ready and was about to move from his room. He thought to glance on Riya. He went in her room where she still sleeping. He walked towards her and checked her temperature while placing his hand on her forehead. He gets relaxed as it was lowered a bit and moved out from the room and was pacing to and fro thinking about his next move...

At the same time Freddy entered in hall. He was looking fine like no traces of that a hour ago he met with bomb blasts.

Freddy walking towards called "sir.."

Abhijeet looked at him with "haan Freddy..."

Freddy told him as "sir aap ko Daya sir ne bulaya hai bureau mai.."

Abhijeet asked "kya.., par kyun..?"

Freddy answered "sir unhe kuch kaam hai aap se.."

Abhijeet nodded and said "thik hai.., main jata hoon par tum yaha se jana nhi.., kuch bhi gadbad ho toh inform kar dena"

Freddy nodded in yes and Abhijeet left the home, sat in his car and moved in the direction of bureau. Where Freddy sat on couch present there talking to himself "ab toh bhagwaan hi bachaye Abhijeet sir ko Daya sir se.."

In Bureau..,

In mean time, team already informed to Acp sir about bomb blast. Purvi and Pankaj working on other ongoing cases where Daya again talked with those criminals asking for their another hideout but getting nothing he told Pankaj to send them in jail.

Now Acp sir & Daya was waiting for Abhijeet in panic-confidential room of bureau so after sorting all, they can work on other daily cases too.

Abhijeet entered in bureau and directly walked towards Acp sir's cabin where Purvi wished him "good noon" who just nodded and Pankaj who were present on his desk told him "sir.., Daya sir (pointing particular room) us room hai.."

Ofcourse as he knows about that so went in that direction. It was a little dark room but illuminated by white LED lights. He opened the door and went inside and door closes automatically where other two persons noticed his presence.

His buddy who was pacing to and fro stopped where his boss who could be seen seating on chair plying with paperweight which was placed on table next to him looked at Abhijeet.

Abhijeet asked moving towards Acp sir "kya baat hai sir..?"

Acp sir just looked at him and signalled towards Daya who looked away closing his eyes as his anger raised don't know why.

Abhijeet walked towards his friend and asked "kya baat hai Daya..? (He talked freely coz jammer was in that room, so no one can trace and hear him) Tumne un logon se poochtach ki.., kya pata chala..?"

Daya was standing still and stiff so Acp sir stood up helplessly and informed him as "Abhijeet un logon ka pata chal gaya tha aur unke ad'de pe gaye bhi the ye log par vaha pe koi nhi tha upar se vaha pe bomb blast ho gaya.., inko upar pahuchane ki puri taiyari kar k bhage the waha se vo log.."

Abhijeet uttered in shock "kya..? Kisi ko kuch hua toh nhi na sir.., (moving towards Daya) sab thik toh hai na.., Daya..?"

And he turned his buddy and saw white bandage on his right forearm and said "Daya tumhe choat lagi.."

Daya cut him and jerked his hand with "haan lagi hai par tumhe us se kya.."

Abhijeet just uttered in his usual style "aain.."

After a pause Abhijeet asked to Acp sir "sir ise kya hua hai ab.., kab se bhoot ban k khada hai, ek toh isi ne bulaya mujhe aur ab aa gaya hoon baat bhi nhi kar raha hai.."

Acp sir sighed with "tum khud hi pooch lo.."

Abhijeet nodded disppointely at his father and stepped towards his buddy and standing in front of him asked "Daya kya hua hai.., kuch bolega bhi.."

Daya in straight tone asked "tumhari body mai tracker laga hua hai ye bat tumne mujhe batai kyun nhi..?"

Abhijeet gets shocked and hiding his eyes from his buddy looked at Acp sir with look "how he got to know" who just shrugged at him with "tum hi kehte ho Daya se koi baat chupana bahot mushkil hai.."

After saying this Acp sir sat on table while crossing his arms on his chest, leaving all the discussion on his brilliant officer's, whatever will be their decision he is agree for that coz he don't wanted scolded by both and especially he don't have an any option except agreeing with them coz at the end he knows they will solve the case by hook or crook and criminals definitely will behind the bars.

Daya said sternly "unki taraf mat dekho.., tumhe goli lagi thi ye bhi chupaya.., kyun..?"

Abhijeet answered looking away "isme batanewali koi baat nhi thi.."

Daya said sarcastically "waah.., matlab tumhe jo sahi lage bas vahi sahi hai haan.., vahi batane layak hai (angrily) kuch ho jata toh tumhe.., kitni bar unlogo ne tum pe, Riya pe attack kiya, ek toh akele iss case pe kaam kar rahe ho kisi ko pata bhi nhi chalega tumhe kab kya ho jayega.."

Abhijeet uttered irritatingly looking at him "yaar Daya tum itna kyun react kar rahe ho.., pehli bar toh nhi kar raha main aisa kuch.., pehli bar toh akele case solve nhi kar raha.."

Daya said sternly "janta hoon pehli bar nhi kar rahe ho isiliye keh raha hoon.., kyunki jab bhi tum akele kisi case pe kaam karte ho, case toh solve ho jata hai par tum hospital mai bharti ho jate ho (teasingly) har dusre din apni jaan khatre mai dalne ka shauk chadha rehta hai tumhe.. kyunki tumhari toh ek hi tag line hoti hai mera jo bhi ho baki sab surkshit hone chahiye bas (in stubborn tone) ye sab kuch nhi.., tum abhi k abhi ye tracker niklwa rahe ho and that's final.."

Abhijeet uttered in anger looking at him "Daya khamkha bat ka batangad mat banao.., agar unhe pata chal gaya iss bat ka toh aur bhi khatra ho sakta hai (stepping away from him continued while placing his hands on his hips siding his coat in his usual style) waise bhi ye hamare liye aam baat hai, sir ne ye case mujhe diya hai, jaisa main chahta hoon waise handle karne do mujhe.., beech mai mat aao.."

And the very same second Abhijeet realized and closed his eyes tightly regretting his words where Acp sir stood up as highly disappointed on his elder son but he said those words coz he just wanted to safe his buddy, his Acp sir, his team and last but not least his Tarika.

Daya looked at his back with moist-stiff-angry face and said "thik hai nhi aaunga..."

Abhijeet getting helpless-angry on his own anger just uttered his name turning at him "Daya.."

Daya knew that tone, he know his buddy is sorry for that but ignoring that look continued in warning tone "par tum bhi meri baat kaan khol k sun lo.. (pointing his index finger at him) aaj k baad tum bhi mere kisi bhi decision k beech mai nhi aaoge.., koi bhi sawal nhi karoge aur nahi ye expect karna ki main tumhe koi bhi baat bataunga, jaisa mai chahunga vahi hoga, samjhe.., (warned) aur galti se bhi tumne mujhe kuch pooch liya na Abhijeet, toh tumhari Kasam aisa zhapad lagaunga na tumhe (Abhijeet gulped knowing very well whatever his buddy saying he mean it) tumhari sari akal thikane aa jayegi.."

Acp sir was really shocked at Daya's this "tevar" who was saying stepped to leave that room but Abhijeet hold his wrist and made him stop and looking at his father figure said to help him "sir samjhaiye na aap ise.., dekhiye na kaisi bachhon jaisi bate kar raha hai.."

Daya removing his hand from his grip, angrily, said looking at Acp sir "haan sir, jo ye bhaisahab bole vahi dhnag ki bate hoti hai (looking at his pal said sternly) baki sab toh yaha dhoodh peete bachhe hai.."

Acp sir couldn't help from chuckling but controlled himself getting tough gazes from his both officers..,

Daya noddingly stepped towards door where an expecting words from his buddy stopped him.

Abhijeet in anger said looking away "thik hai nikalwa loonga ye tracker.., (looking at Daya asked) ab toh expect kar sakta hoon na"

Coz he knew, he can't bear his Daya's silence, any danger coming on his friend. If he won't tell him and talk with him, he won't be able to tolerate that.

A big cute winning smile appeared on Daya's face who turned at him with serious face "bilkul nhi.., pehle ye nikalo phir baat karenge..."

Abhijeet protested "arey par..."

Daya said "koi par var nhi..."

Abhijeet uttered protesting "Daya tumhari dadagiri bahot badh rahi hai aaj kal.."

Daya completely ignored that statement saying as "meri dadagiri nhi tumhari zid bahot badh rahi hai din-b-din.., use Kabu mai rakho toh meri dadagiri apne aap kam ho jayegi.."

Where Acp sir moved towards them before their never stopping fight will start and said as "ho gaya dono ka.., (looking at Daya) ab aage ka kya kuch socha hai.."

Daya told him as "bilkul sir.., pehle ye tracker hum Riya k ghar mai hi nikalenge sir.., main sab arrangements karwa dunga vaha aaj hi, hospital nhi ja sakte Abhijeet pe najar rakhe hue honge shak ho jayega sir.."

Acp sir nodded where Abhijeet again tried as "Daya mujhe ye bilkul bhi achha idea nhi lag raha hai..., vo bhale hi mujhe track kar rahe the but atleast mujh tak pahunch kar hum unhe pakad toh sakte the.."

Daya told him "tumhe kya achha lagta hai aur kya nhi ye tum mujh pe chod do Abhi.., janta hoon par vo bahot hi jyada risky hai tum har bar hume inform nhi kar sakte.. (and smirked at his buddy) waise boss track toh vo tumhe ye tracker nikalwake ke bhi kar sakte hai.."

Acp sir raised his eyebrow with smirk "kya baat hai Daya..."

Where Abhijeet too smiled getting what his buddy trying to say.

Trio moved towards door to leave where Daya stopped remember something and he wanted to clear his very last doubt so asked "Abhijeet iska matlab us din hamara vo argument Tarika ko leke, tumne jo Tarika se kaha tha vo sari baten aaj tak sab..." [Reference : Half Girlfriend]

Acp sir completed as "ek jhoot tha Daya..."

Duo looked at him with great shock where Acp sir said shrugging "aise kya dekh rahe ho tum log..., (looking at Abhijeet) tumhari bate main bhi sun sakta tha you know that (looking away continued) maine tum dono ki vo bureau wali bate sun li thi.."

Abhijeet protested like kid "sir aap ne promise kiya tha.., (in cute-angry-embarrassed tone) jab bhi mai bureau ya lab mai Daya ya Tarika k sath rahunga aap meri bate nhi sunenge..."

Acp sir defended himself saying "arey galti se sun li thi maine, sach mai.."

Abhijeet still looking with angry-pout face so Acp sir asked as "ab kya mujh se bhi privacy chahiye tumhe..."

Abhijeet uttered in flow looking at him "ofcourse sir..."

Daya laughed at his buddy who was red in complete embarrassment, giving cold look to his buddy cleared himself to Acp sir as looking away "sir me.. mera matlab tha aap meri bate nhi sun sakte bas..."

Acp sir too protested this time as "achha matlab vo criminals tumhari bate sune toh thik bas main nhi sun sakta.."

Daya smiled where Abhijeet replied as "aisi bat nhi hai sir.., vo log meri har bat nhi sun sakte maine pehle hi vo area har bar dhyan mai rakha hai jaha vo meri har bat sun sakte.., sirf case ki vahi bate jo main har bar un tak pahunchana chahta tha.., Tarika bhi se jhoot isiliye bola ki maine dekh liye tha koi mujh par najar rakhe hue tha mere aaspas hi tha, vo meri bate sun sakta tha isiliye Tarika k sath vo natak mujhe continue karna pada., aur vahi achha bhi hai uske liye.."

Acp sir complimented as "Waah..! dekha Daya.., sahab ki pahunch.."

Daya too agrees with Acp sir and says proudly "aap ka right hand sir..."

Abhijeet looked at both with impossible look saying as he is still angry with his father where Acp sir said as "waise achha hua na sun liya tabhi toh samjh aaya kuch toh gadbad hai aur mujhe sara mamla samjh aaya.., (teasingly) waise toh ek bhi chance miss nhi karte tum lab jane ka isiliye maine tumhe vo file dene k liye bheja tha Tarika ko.., [Reference : Chapter 4] Daya ko toh tumne pehle se hi case se hata diya tha.., Tarika ko bhi safe kar diya tha tumne, mujhe bhi sirf tumhe order dene ki hai permission hai aur team ka toh koi sawal hi nhi.."

Acp sir was really proud on his right hand man as he always make sure everyone is safe around him. Where Daya was really shock on his buddy every single thing which he hide from him and now he got to know from Acp sir. Though he knew he did all those things to safe all.

Abhijeet again said as "sir un criminals ne bhle hi meri har baat sun bhi li ho.., aur suni bhi ho shayad kyunki meri har ek bat aur har ek harakat par unki najar hai.., par un logon se koi lena dena nhi hai mera.., par aap toh.., (Acp sir smiled as got he was trying to say as he is father figure, he is just embarrassed in front him what if he heard something which he not suppose to) bas isiliye aap ko nhi sun'na chahiye tha sir.."

Acp sir teased his elder son as "achha ! mere samne toh uske sath flirt karte ho, tab kuch nhi, abhi badi sharam aa rahi hai tumhe (mimic him as) aur ab meri bate nhi sun ni chahiye thi aap ko sir.."

Abhijeet looked down in shy smile and said as "sir aap hai isiliye karta hoon na.., nhi toh Salunkhe sir ko chup kaun karayega..."

Acp sir nodded disppointely at his son and left the room after saying with smile "tum kabhi nhi sudhar sakte Abhijeet, kabhi nhi..."

Duo smiled at their father figure and really blessed to having him as their ideal, mentor, father and what not.

After a comfortable pause in that room..,

Abhijeet uttered in serious-guilty tone looking at Daya "bas ek sach tha Daya..."

Daya knowing very well said silently looking at him "Riya.."
