SONIC POV
"No… we… we have been found out." I think to myself as I stare into the eyes Amy is also staring at.
The eyes move back and forth between me and Amy.
"ARE THEY IN THERE?!" yells Rouge and the purple eyes look out the room and then back to us.
"Y-yeah." He says as he tries to come back to life.
"Knuckles- wait- "
"COME ON SONIC! HELP ME GET THIS TABLE OUT!" Knuckles says loudly as he looks over at the Rouge who is outside and then back to us.
"R-right." I say and Amy face is so red.
Amy starts to button her shirt quickly and gets off the table. I walk past her to grab the table. Knuckles grabs the table as well, but he stares at me in confusion and shock.
"Knuckles. Let's just- talk about this later- "
"SONIC YOU HAVE TO TILT IT!" Knuckles says and I tilt the table, but I keep my eyes on Knuckles.
"Knuckles!" I whisper to him and he looks at me.
"What man!" he says.
"Dude, don't tell anyone- we can talk about this." I say to him and Knuckles looks back at Amy and then to me.
I tilt the table back flat so it wouldn't fit through the door making Knuckles stop in the process.
"KNUCKLES! You CAN'T TELL THEM." I whisper and Knuckles turns the table himself and then pulls out the table.
He sets the table on the ground and then he looks back at me.
"WELL ARE THEY IN THERE?" Rouge asks as I hear her coming closer.
Knuckles looks at us one more time and then he nods his head, agreeing with me.
"Yeah, babe! They are here." Knuckles says and he still looks in shock at what he saw.
Amy walks out first and while looking at Knuckles and Knuckles starts to blush as she walks past him. Knuckles then looks at me and I blush as well.
"Please just stop looking like that. You look like you saw a ghost." I say to him trying to make it look like nothing happened.
Knuckles grabs my arm bringing me back to him and he looks me dead in the eye.
"I JUST SAW YOU GUYS KISS AND YOU WANT ME TOO- "I cover his mouth before he could say anything else, but Rouge walks up to us and I bring Knuckles into a hug to play it off.
"We can talk later. Just don't tell please" I whisper in his ear and Knuckles doesn't say anything.
"Sonic! What happened? Oh my god you are soaked with sweat!" Rouge says and I look down at my open dress shirt.
"Yeah, Amy made me fall with the table and we got locked in the room. Geez and we missed some of the event." I say and Rouge walks up to me to make sure I am okay and not dying of heat exhaustion.
"Damn, your hair is dripping wet. Well, you can change into the fan shirts they brought us. That way at least you don't look that disgusting." Rouge says as I feel sweat go down my chest.
" s." I say and I look behind Rouge to see Amy looking at me with a blush.
"Let's… get this table and start going." I say and I turn back to Knuckles who is completely silent and we both pick up the table.
We finally make it back to the room and everyone chants and cheers as they see we finally returned. Knuckles and I place the table in the corner for our guests and then the entire band changes into the shirts as they find out about our situation.
Amy still seems a bit shaken up by the whole situation from having a panic attack in the dark but she seemed like she was holding up, but I am sure me and her both are still freaking out a bit that Knuckles saw us and I am sure Knuckles feels weird about seeing what he saw too.
"Sheesh, I'm glad Knuckles found you guys when they did! We thought you two both just left the event forever." Tails says and I drink a water bottle as all of us stands near the entrance.
"S-sorry! It was all my fault. Did we miss anything?" Amy asks walking closer to Tails.
"No. No one has won the prize either and I think there are like 5 gift bags left so, I guess after they are all gone it's our time to perform." Tails and Amy nods her head.
"Well, hey! Let's just keep doing our best and making sure this event goes well!" Cream says trying to lift our spirts up.
"You are right Cream! Alright guys let's get back out there and talk to our guests until it's our turn!" Amy says.
Rouge walks off a bit to go back to the stage to help out with Karaoke and Cream links arms with Tails as more random fangirls come up to talk to him. I laugh at a bit at Tails and Cream until I notice Knuckles walking off.
I start to walk towards him until I feel a small hand on my shirt.
"Sonic. Knuckles- "
"Yeah, I know. Sorry about that, you warned me and- "
"No…" Amy says blushing a tad bit as she thinks about what just happened.
"It was might fault too. We shouldn't have done that in public." Amy says feeling a bit ashamed that we got caught.
"But he hasn't said anything so…can you please. Please convince Knuckles not to tell- We can't have anyone find out. Not anyone." Amy says with a nervous face.
"I'll see what I can do- "
"No, Sonic you have to get him to not tell anyone. "Amy says and I nod my head.
"Okay, okay I will, but if he doesn't then we are just going to have to bury him somewhere." I say and Amy laughs a bit and her eyes widen as she looks at the door.
"He-He left."
I look behind us and I notice that Knuckles disappeared making me run out of the club room and upstairs quickly. I stop running as I Knuckles talking to some buff looking people and I causally walk up to him.
"So, are you leaving the weightlifting club for music?" Jokes one of the buff guys.
"No, dude. I'm just helping my girlfriend, plus we really aren't doing anything there but lifting weights in heat and I don't really feel like doing that, but I'll be out there later to clean up." Knuckles says and his friends leave making Knuckles turn around to see me.
"Knuckles- "
"What. Are you here to convince me not to tell Rouge?"
"Yes! Knuckles, you can't tell- "
"Why not?! I'm confused to why this is such a big deal."
I grab Knuckles by his shoulders, and I exhale.
"It's against the rules and if we get caught, we can get kicked out." I say and Knuckles removes my hands from his shoulders,
"How long has this been happening?" Knuckles and I scratch my head and look away.
"Uhm…haha."
"Sonic are you fucking serious." Knuckles says in a whispered tone.
"Look, it's only been since the first performance." I say and Knuckles eyes widen.
"Wait. Wait. Wait. The first performance? Back when we were at downtown Shibuya? WAIT- AFTER WE SHOWED UP TO AMY'S PLACE!" Knuckles says getting in my face.
"Yeah… but look- "
"Are you guys a thing?" Knuckles asks.
I look into his eyes and I think about what to say. Knuckle nods his head and backs up from me as I think he got his answer by me going quiet.
"Just… do me a favor Knuckles. You said you would owe me so can this be the favor? Just don't tell anyone." I say and Knuckles shakes his head.
"Okay… I won't tell but you have to tell Rouge and Tails at some point. Fuck, I wish I never saw what I saw." Knuckles says rubbing his eyes.
"You promise you won't tell?" I ask and Knuckles nods his head.
"Yes, I promise." He says and I sigh in relief.
"Thanks… and I will tell them…well maybe. Probably not." I say and Knuckles looks up to me.
"You have too but anyway let's just go back." Knuckles says quickly trying to change the conversation.
I follow behind Knuckles as we walk back, and I feel bad for putting him in on this, but they can't know.
"No one can know… but maybe one day."
As we walk in everyone is cheering, dancing and yelling near the stage making me wonder what is going on. I look up at the stage to see Big singing passionately to a song and I cringe a bit at how much he is sweating but he looks like he is having a fun time based on all the singing and dancing he is doing.
I then notice a that Amy, Rouge and Tails were waving me and Knuckles over, so I shrug knuckles who was watching Big dance the same I was, and we walk over to them.
As we walk over Amy looks at me and then at Knuckles and she blushes secretly looking away from him and I hear Knuckles clear his throat as well making me look at him.
"Al-Alright. After Big is done it our time to perform so everyone makes sure you have on the shirts the fan club brought!"
We all look around at ourselves and each other as we look at the fan shirted made for us. The shirts were black and it had "4 Times Different" on the front in purple and white righting and the our names on the back.
"Good! Me and Tails are first, and then Sonic, Rouge and Tails and then all of us!". Amy says and we all nod our head.
"Let's all take this serious and do our best!" Amy says and when she finishes talking everyone starts to clap for Big as he is done singing.
"Come on Tails!" Amy says grabbing Tails arm and Tails face goes to panic as they walk on stage.
"well, I guess we should get a seat then." Rouge says and grabs Knuckles hand and walks to an empty table.
I follow them in the process, and I look up as Amy starts to speak on the microphone.
"Thank you so much Big, for singing and everyone else who participated in our event today!" Amy says and everyone starts to find their seats and turn around to face the stage.
"Now, here comes the main event of our event today which is where we are going to perform for all of you!" Amy says and everyone chants and cheers.
I sit down besides Knuckles and Knuckles cheers on Tails and Amy as they prepare on stage.
"If you look on your brochure, that the cute little rabbit gave you win you walked in, it shows the songs we are going to play so don't worry if you think your Prince and Queen isn't going to perform today!" Amy says laughing afterwards.
Knuckles shoves me and laughs at me and I sink lower into my seat as I disagree with being called prince.
Amy looks behind her and sees of Tails is ready. Tails grabs his drumsticks from his pockets he taps on the drums a bit making some people chant in excitement. Cream comes from behind us and sits down beside me and smiles at Tails.
"You excited to hear him play?" I ask her and she turns around to me and smiles.
"Yeah… I only got hear him play at the competition and at his apartment sometimes, so this is going great to see." She says softly and she turns around back to the stage.
Tails waves out to Cream from the stage and Cream waves back and giggles to herself making me look down at the table. I move my hand to one of the black napkins and I tear it a bit.
"At least they can be a couple in public." I think to myself as I look back up at the stage and I lean back a bit.
I watch Amy turn around and she grabs her Sparkly gold and red spiky hammer shaped guitar and she walks up to the mic. She turns back around to Tails and she nods at him making Tails hit a button so the lights can dim down on stage.
"Are you guys ready. This song is called Future by Billie Ellish." Amy says on the mic and everyone starts to holler and yell as all we can see is Amy's ankles and shoes.
It gets quiet and Amy I hear Amy inhale softly and then her voice runs through our ears making my heart skip a beat because I love how she sounds on this song.
"I can't seem to focus…And you don't seem to notice I'm not here…I'm just a mirror…" Amy sings softly as no music is being played and it's just Amy carrying the song herself.
I watch Amy arms move in the dim light on into the mic and she steps closer to as her enchanting voice runs through the room.
"You check your complexion…To find your reflection's all alone
I had to go…" Amy sings softly and angelic.
"She sounds so pretty." Cream says.
"Yeah, she does…" I say softly as I feel my heart pump louder.
Amy moves her hand up and she pulls out her hairstyle and ribbon letting it hit the floor as she tilts her head and walks closer to the mic.
"Can't you hear me? I 'm not coming' home… Do you understand?" Amy sings while shaking her head a bit.
"I've changed my plans." Amy sings and then the lights come on in a soft dark blue on the stage and Amy entire personality has changed as she feels the music.
"Cause I…" Amy sings and she shakes her curly hair letting it fall down as half of it was raised up it swings back to her face. She pulls it back from her face and she looks up at the crowd opening her eyes.
"I'm in love…. With my future. Can't wait to meet her." Amy sings and points at the sky and everyone claps as Amy smiles sweetly as the audience encourages her on.
"And I… I'm in love" Amy grabs the mic with both hands and looks around the room singing to everyone.
"But not with anybody else… Just want to get to know myself…" Amy says pointing at her chest and then Tails taps off with his drums and Amy grabs her guitar.
"I know supposedly I'm lonely now." Amy sings as the beat picks up and Tails is playing the drums smoothly as he blends in with Amy's singing and playing.
"Know I'm supposed to be unhappy without someone… but aren't I someone." Amy sings and spins around.
"Copy me, guys." Amy says and people start to stand up and gather around the stage as Amy sings.
"I'd…" Amy sings and then points to crowd and everyone sings on cue trying to copy Amy.
"I'd!" Everyone says in unison making Amy smile.
"I'd like to be your answer…" Amy sings walking away from the edge of the stage and plays her guitar.
Amy eyes move to mine and I look at her back.
"Cause you're so handsome." Amy sings and I smile a bit to myself as I place my elbow on the table a bit watching her sing.
"Amy sounds so perfect!" Rouge says and she stands up and watches her like everyone else was.
Rouge grabs Knuckles and they both walk up to the front like our other classmates and fans were and they start to join in on the crowd's fun.
"But I know better. Than to drive you home. "Amy sings loudly sending chills through my body as she sings into the mic and smiles softly.
Cause you'd invite me in. And I'd be yours again. But I'm…" Amy sings again going back to the chorus and she can't help but to look at me while she sings, and she starts to laugh and that makes me laugh as she blushes a bit and looks away from me.
"She is so goofy." I think to myself and then Cream turns around to look at me.
"She sure is looking at you a lot." Cream says making me try to act as normal as possible.
"Is she? I haven't even noticed but maybe she is just being goofy and trying to say that she can sing better than me." I lie trying to cover up anything Cream was thinking.
"Hehe, seems like something she would do." Cream says and turns her head back towards the stage.
I internally sigh and I go back to listening to my secret girlfriend sing.
"I'm in love…. With my future. And you don't her… Ooh "Amy sings a high note and starts to sway side to side.
I look behind Amy to see Tails smiling and jamming out to this chill song and he looks up at Amy for a cue and Amy looks at for a quick second and then she drops her hands from her guitar. Amy places her hands slowly on the mic stand and she moves her hair to the side of face and sings again. Tails stops hitting his drums to let Amy come in one last time by herself
"And I…" Amy sings and she moves her hands to her heart and clenches her hands into fists.
"I'm in love…" Amy sings as she closes her eyes making the room feel so peaceful, like we were all sitting on clouds and watching the sunset go down.
"But not with anybody here…" Amy sings as she opens her eyes softly.
"I'll see you in a couple of years." Amy sings slowly and quietly.
Amy lets go of the mic and everyone starts to clap and cheer.
Cream stands up and claps for Amy and Tails making me slowly stand up and clap as well since I was the only person not doing it.
"Thank you so much." Amy says as she bows and blushes a bit and then she runs to back the stage to hug Tails.
"Well, I guess it's my turn." I say as I walk past Cream and she pats me on the back for good luck.
I walk around the crowd to the stairs and I see Knuckles kissing Rouge on the head for good luck and she smiles and walks up the stage. Knuckles turns around and sees me and I pucker my lips at him.
"Where is my kiss for good luck?" I say and Knuckles laughs and leans in to kiss but I dodge him making us both laugh as I run up stage.
Everyone starts to clap and cheer already making my nervousness appear a bit, but it subsides as Amy runs up to me and Rouge who just walked on the stage. Tails comes up too and I high five him as he comes up.
"You guys did great! "Rouge says hugging them both and Amy starts to bounce up and down.
"I know! Tails did a good choice on the song. That's my Tails!" Amy says scuffling Tails hair making him blush.
"Yeah, you guys did great." I say and Amy looks up at me excitement runs through her eyes making me feel uneasy.
"NOW, ITS YOU GUYS TURN!" Amy yells as her eyes sparkle.
Before I could say something, Amy grabs my wrist and, motions the others to get in place as she drags me to the front of the stage. Her grip tightens on my wrist and I wince as I grab her hand that was on my wrist.
"Amy, your death grip is going to detach my hand from my wrist- "
"Okay, everyone your prince is here! And these three are going to be singing a song I chose for them to sing so make sure you keep the energy going and clap it up for my babies!" Amy says and then everyone goes crazy and then turns to me.
Amy hugs me softly and then release the hug.
"Good luck…" she says softly and looks at me mysteriously making me blush as I grab the mic.
Amy walks behind me and goes to encourage the others and then she takes the remote from Tails and hops off the stage and starts to talk to random fans and she makes her way to were Knuckles and Cream was sitting at. Some fans join her at the table, and she talks to them with a happy expression.
I clear my voice and walk up to the mic a bit taking it off and everyone cheers for me making me chuckle deeply on the mic.
"I hope guys are doing great this afternoon." I say as my deep voice runs through the room making everyone chant and cheer us on.
"WE LOVE YOU PRINCE!" yells Big and I wave at him and I laugh as I wait for Rouge and Tails to get ready.
"Don't mess up our favorite part, Sonic." Rouge says to me and I look back at her and I stick my tongue out at her making her laugh.
I turn around and I look at Rouge and Tails and they give me a thumbs up saying that they were ready. I nod my head to them, and I speak back into the mic.
"Just, like Amy said… she chose this song for us so please cheer, scream and dance to this song because none of us would be up here if it wasn't for her." I say and everyone cheer loudly, and I look at Amy and she has tiny tears in her eyes.
"This song is called Hero by Skillet." I say and the lights dim and so does the rest of the room as Tails hits his drums counting us off.
Rouge comes in playing her guitar and the beat drops causing the white lights to flicker on the stage. I start to nod my head at the sound of the powerful music my friends were creating. Tails goes crazy on the drums as he hits the hit hats and cymbals hard and he his eyes look so excited. I jump down on the beat drop again and I jump and again and then I rip the mic off.
"I'm just a step away. I'm just a breath away. Losin' my faith today!" I sing and then Rouge comes in right after me to compliment my note as a mic stand is near her spot near her bass guitar amp.
"Fallin off the edge today!" she sings, and the crowd starts to cheer and nod their head with the sound of the music.
"I am just a man. Not superhuman!"
"I'm not superhuman!"
"Someone saves me from the hate! It's just another war!" I sing as I kneel down and I touch the hands of the crowd.
"Just another family torn."
"Falling from my faith today!" Rouge sings and I turn to look at them and they have big smiles on their faces as we perform.
"Just a step from the edge…Just another day in the world we live!" I yell and then I run back to front of the stage and slide my knees as another beat drop comes in.

"Save me now!" Rouge sings after me and I leans back as I am singing on my knees as the music flows through all of us.

"Just in time!" Rouge and I sing in unison as Tails hits the drums again making me go back to the "calm" part of the song.

"I've gotta make a stand But I am just a man" I sing while standing up on my feet and I walk across the stage and sing after Rouge.
"I'm not superhuman!"
"My voice will be heard today. It's just another war! Just another family torn." I sing and the lights start to flicker again but this time it gradually gets faster causing my adrenaline to kick up.
"My voice will be heard today!" I sing I look up to the ceiling with my eyes closed
"It's just another kill. The countdown begins to destroy ourselves." I bring my leg up high and I slam down as the beat hits again and I start to jump to the beat as the crowd was doing as I try to keep them hype.
"I need a hero…To save me now. I need a hero!"
"Save me now!" Rouge comes in making the crowd jump even higher.
"I need a hero to save my life. A hero will save me!"
"Just in time!"
"I need a hero to save my life. I need a hero just in time." I sing and I turn around to see Rouge smiling at me and rolling her eyes.
Tails hits his drums 4 times preparing us for the next part.
"Save me just in time. "I sing and then I walk over to Rouge and look into her eyes as our favorite part was coming in.
"Save me just in time!" We sing in unison and then both start to sing together.
"Who's gonna fight for what's right. Who's gonna help us survive!" Rouge and I sing together as we sing in unison and harmony.
"We're in the fight of our lives!" I sing and then Rouge rips her bass guitar and comes in after me.
"And we're not ready to die!"
"Who's gonna fight for the weak? Who's gonna make 'em believe?" We sing together as we both start jumping together as we feel the song.
"I've got a hero!" I sing leaning into the mic and then I move away, and Rouge comes in and leans into as well as we use her mic stand.

"I'm gonna fight for what's right. Today I'm speaking my mind." Rouge and I sing powerfully as we bob our heads up and down.
"And if it kills me tonight!"

"A hero's not afraid to give his life…" I sing as I side hug Rouge and leans her body on mine and then I walk slowly back up to the mic.
"A hero's gonna save me just in time!" Rouge and I sing again I start to jump again as I await the next beat drop.
My eyes hit Amy's and she is standing up and jumping up and down as she watches us perform. I smile a bit and I clutch the mic to push for a perfect finish.
For our leader.
"I need a hero…" I sing and Tails cuts us off and then I spin and jump as we come back in.
"To save me now!" I sing as I bring us back in.
"I need a hero!"

"I need a hero to save my life. A hero will save me!" I sing as the crowd throws their hands in the air and start moving them up and down as they feel the music
"Just in time!"
"Who's gonna fight for what's right. Who's gonna help us survive?" I ask pointing out in the crowd as I feel sweat run down my forehead.
"Who's gonna fight for the weak? Who's gonna make 'em believe?" I sing and I turn back to Rouge and Tails as we all smile at each other.
"I need a hero." I sing as I look back to Amy in the distance and I smile big as the last part comes on.

I sing and then the tempo changes making me dance around stage as the music takes full control over my body.
"A hero's gonna save me just in time!" I sing and as I raise my finger up to the sky and Rouge and I close it out as we sing together once more.
The sounds of Tails and Rouge instruments echo through the room and then their silence which is soon filled with cheers and clapping.
I exhale as I probably did too much and I maybe have forgot that I have a whole entire song to do after this. Suddenly Tails jumps on my back and I stumble a bit, but I catch my balance as I look back at him.
"Thank you, guys!" Tails yells on the mic and I laugh at his excitement.
Rouge joins in too and she hugs the both of us. Suddenly I see pink hair fly on stage in front of us. Amy comes full speed at me, and I panic as I already have two people hugging on me.
"Amy- Amy wait- "
Amy jumps on my left side making me lose more of my balance as I try to hold all three of them as they hug me.
"YOU GUYS DID AMAZING!" Amy says as she lets me go and looks at us passionately.
Tears start to fill her eyes and Rouge hugs her immediately and rubs her back.
"Wifey… don't cry." Rouge says as she rubs her wife's back.
"H-how can I not when you guys do so great!" Amy says as her tears fall down like waterfalls.
I look her annoyed as she is over exaggerating until she snaps out of it suddenly and then grabs the mic. I look at her concerningly as I notice her mood flip completely.
"Since we are all up here! We all want to thank you for coming to our club festival event! Without you guys we probably would not even have been asked to participate in this event, so we want to thank you guys for supporting us and loving music!" Amy says and everyone cheers.
"Sadly, this is our last song and don't worry if you want to see us again then catch us at our competition qualification performance at Ginza, Tokyo! Which is kind of far from Shibuya! So, don't forget you could also watch us through our live stream! But if you do show up please wear the shirts the fan club is selling or giving away so we can know you are there! Or any of our new classmates and professors that want to support us as well!" Amy says with a smile.
"Our last song we are playing tonight is Come & Go by Juice WLRD and Marshmello! Please give us a brief second for us to get ready and we will perform the last song of today!" Amy says and she places the mic on the mic stand.
She turns around and she rubs her hands together suspiciously together and I look at her like she is insane.
"Take a small break guys… and then let's give them what they came here for…mwahahha." Amy says evilly and take a step back from her, only for her to grab my wrist and bring me back close to them.
"I'm ready! Let's kill this!" Tails says pumping his hands in the air with his drumsticks in each hand.
"Hell yeah, we got this." Rouge says high fiving Tails.
Amy smiles at them and then she looks at me and scowls making me panic.
"Y-yeah. Go team. Woo-hoo." I say unnaturally but only for Amy to stop looking at me like she was going to beat me up on stage.
"Great!" Amy says as she lets go of my hand and she walks to her guitar and moves it more to the back so its diagonal from Rouge.
I rub my wrist up and down as Amy grip was so intense and then I hear a whistle making me look off the stage. I notice Blaze was at the front of the stage and I walk to her and kneel down to greet her.
"Sup." I say and Blaze blushes a bit making me cock my eyebrow.
"Um, hi. I came to watch you guys! Could you get their attention so they can see me?" Blaze says and I nod my head.
I stand up and I turn around but before I could say anything Amy is already running and sliding down on her knees that were protected by her high socks and she hugs Blaze from the stage. Rouge runs up as well and hugs Blaze with Rouge and they all start talking. I look away from them and I was about to tell Tails, but he already made his way up there too to talk to Blaze. I watch them laugh and talk to Blaze and I bring my hand up and yawn loudly as I needed a nap.
"Ugh, when this is over, I am going straight to sleep- "
Suddenly Amy head whips to mine as she heard me yawn. My eyes widen a bit as I drop my hand down and I back up a bit.
"Can-can she read minds now?"
Amy stands up and I back up from her as she walks to me threateningly.
"All- all I did was yawn- "
Amy snatches the collar of my shirt and she walks me over to a black curtain. She pulls me into it and before I could yell for help Amy brings me to her forehead.
"Sonic. I'LL DESTROY YOU." she says darkly, and I sigh as she won't let me be lazy for one second.
"Okay. Okay. I'm taking it seriously. Stop harassing me." I say removing her hand from shirt.
"You promise…" Amy says walking up to me closer and I look down at Amy height and her cute frown makes me smile a bit.
Amy stops frowning and looks at my smile and she starts to blush and then she turns her head from and tries to walk beside me, but I stand in her way making her blush even more.
"And if I don't promise you?" I say to her and looks up at me and tries to hold back her laugh and she places her hands on my chest and she pushes me out of the curtains.
"Consequences." She says making me laugh and my eyes move to her lips causing her to completely walk away from me and she goes to Rouge and Tails who were now talking to Cream, Knuckles and Blaze.
I place my hands in my pockets as I walk up behind them, I look at Amy's body as she bends down to Blaze. Amy then jumps up and points at Rouge and Tails and they all nod their heads and say bye to their lovers and friends below.
"What I would give to be normal with her in public… maybe I should bring it up to her- "
I stop thinking as Amy waves bye as well and then she turns around and looks at me.
"I'm really starting to think she can read minds now."
She blushes and walks up to me slowly.
"Well, its time. All the other clubs have already packed their stuff up and now it's just us left to perform. So, I think the rest of the clubs are coming downstairs to watch our finishing act." Amy says nicely.
Rouge and Tails walk up to us and they all look at me.
"We are counting on you Sonic to bring us home." Rouge says patting me on my shoulder and then walking past me.
"Huh? Why are you guys encouraging me all the sudden- "
"Yeah, Sonic! Let's make this the best!" Tails says and he jumps over to his drum set.
I watch him walk off and then I look down to Amy, waiting for her to say something.
"Just… sing like there is no tomorrow. I know you can do it." Amy says and I nod head.
She hugs me quickly catching me off guard and then she moves away from me and she walks over to her guitar. I turn around and I watch them get ready. Suddenly it starts to get louder making me turn around and I see different clubs and professor and even our principal walk down the stairs and into our performance room. Everyone starts gathering around and I turn around quickly as I have never sung for this many people.
"Oh, so that's why they were encouraging me."
Amy quickly walks back to me and places her hands on my shoulders.
"Okay- see I didn't know this much people would come so… just breathe and do it like practice or even better. I know it seems scary, but you are going to do great. I promise." Amy says and I nod my head robotically.
"Y-yeah. Right." I say and I exhale and inhale.
"I got this." I say and Amy smiles as she watches me try to get confident.
Amy walks away and Rouge and Tails looks up from getting ready and their eyes get a little big. I clench my fist and I walk closer to them making them look at me.
"We got this." I say and they and all of their eyes sparkle, and they nod their heads.
I turn around and the lights start to dim making the floor go a bit quiet and everyone starts to cheer. I walk up to the mic and I look at it carefully as I hold the base of it as it rests in the mic stand.
"Thank you, guys, for all coming out. This is our last song and if you just showed up well you are about to see the best part of "4 Times Different". This song… Amy gave me the chance to pick it, so I hope it touches your soul as much as it touches ours as we play "Come & Go by Juice WRLD and Marshmello." I say into the mic and everyone yells and cheers.
I grip the mic and close my eyes as the room starts to get silent and then I exhale. I wait for the room to go quiet as everyone in the room is waiting for me to sing first so we could start.
"I can do this. No, we can do this."
"Woah… uh." I sing as the lights go red and shine past me as I zone into the music.
Rouge plays her bass guitar as she plays 3 simple notes and then a chord.
"Oh..." I sing softly and I look up to slowly to see the people in the crowd holding their phones up, with the flash on, recording us.
"I try to be everything that I can…" I say as the dark red lights shine on my face as I bring my hand up as I point as I feel the song.
"But sometimes, I come out as bein' nothin'" I say as the lights move down to my legs, putting my face back into the darkness.

"I pray to God that he make me a better man…" I say as I point at the ceiling as Rouge continues to play with my singing.
"…maybe one day, I'ma stand for somethin'…" I say as I shrug, and I move closer to the mic.
"I'm thanking God that he made you part of the plan… I guess I ain't go through all that Hell for nothin'" I say as I look down to my feet and the red lights move back up to my face.
"I'm always fuckin' up and wreckin' shit. It seems like I perfected it" I say as Tails comes in with the bass drum and I start walking around the stage making our super fans yell.
"I offer you my love. I hope you take it like some medicine. Tell me ain''t nobody better than me. I think that there's better than me Hope you see the better in me. Always end up betterin' me." I say and the song starts to pick up.
"I don't wanna ruin this one, this type of love don't always come and go. "I sing and I start to clap with one hand above my head trying to get the crowd to clap with me and they slowly do so.
The lights a light blue on us as Amy comes in with her guitar part keeping the tempo going as it was passed to her from Tails. Amy nods her head as she plays flawlessly making the crowd go wild.
"I don't wanna ruin this one this type of love don't always come and go." I start to jump on beat as Tails comes in with his bass drum again.
I wave my arms up and down as we are climbing the mountain to hit our beat drop.
"I don't wanna ruin this one this type of love don't always come and go. "The lights start flickering white and grey as the beat starts to rise.
"I don't wanna ruin this one this type of love don't always come and go. TURN UP!" I yell as I jump and down with the crowd that was feeling our energy and Amy walks up and Rouge as they blast their guitar sounds over the stage and everyone starts her head bang as hard as I was on stage.
I turn around as I see my bandmates having a great time and I start to smile big as the music we practiced sounded so perfect. The lights continue to flash white and grey as we turn up on stage.
"I don't wanna ruin this one, this type of love doesn't always come and go. I don't wanna ruin this one, this type of love don't always come and go!" I sing and then the lights go to white shinning on us on the stage.
"We take drugs, then you hold me close." I sing as everyone stops playing and it's just me talking and I walk up closer to the stage making hands reach out at me and I take a knee close to the stage and I touch some hands while singing to them.
"Then I tell you how you make me whole. Sometimes, I feel you like bein' alone. Then you tell me that I shoulda stayed in the room." I sing and I stand up and turn to see Amy and Rouge dancing as it's just me and Tails performing.
I run to the back of the stage and I sing around Tails making him smile and nod his head to beat as we both jam out together.
"Guess I got it all wrong all along, my fault. My mistakes probably wipe all the rights I've done." I sing as I walk back up the stage looking at all the dancing people grooving out with us.
"Sayin' goodbye to bygones, those are bygones. "I sing as I wave bye.
"Head up, baby, stay strong, we gon' live long" I say as I point up and then I start clapping again getting the crowd to clap on beat with us.
"I don't wanna ruin this one, this type of love don't always come and go. I don't wanna ruin this one, this type of love don't always come and go." I sing as Amy comes back in and I dance and jump around to keep the crowd hype.
"Let's turn up! One last time!" I say and everyone and even teachers and staff were starting to dance with us.
"I don't wanna ruin this one. This type of love don't always come and go." I say and the lights start to flicker again making me energy go through the roof.
Amy comes in and the lights start turning orange and white as they flash over all us. Amy walks up on the stage jamming out and the electric look on face makes me blush a bit as she looks like she is having the greatest time.
The crowd goes crazy and then Rouge comes up as well as they have their music break and the lights shut off and then they come back on as Amy changes the sound on her guitar by flipping a switch on her amp and then her sound gets darker as her and Rouge play. The lights start to flash white and black again and we all our jumping around like nothing else matters in the world.
I smile softly as I look around to them Tails who were completely into the music as much as I am. Amy smiles big at Rouge and then she looks back to me and smiles at me making me smile back at her. I walk back up to the front of the stage as Amy and Rouge parts a bit and we keep the energy going as we are close to closing out.
"I don't wanna ruin this one, this type of love don't always come and go!" I sing as I fist pump my hand in the air feeling the music!
"I don't wanna ruin this one! This type of love don't always come and go!" I sing one last time and Amy and Rouge rip their guitars and then the lights shut off as we finish.
Everyone starts to cheer and go crazy as I pant heavily after performing with my band. The stage slowly lights up and I place the mic back on the stand. Everyone starts to cheer louder for us as we are shown to the crowd and I feel an arm wrap around my torso and then another one comes on my right as I notice its Rouge and Amy. Tails runs up as well with his drumsticks in hand and he comes on Amy side and Amy wraps her arm around him too.
We all bow together and smile at all the people taking videos and pictures of us on stage. Amy walks up a bit bringing us with her as she brings her mouth towards the mic.
"Thank you all for coming! This is "4 Times Different" and have a great rest of your day!" Amy says and the normal lights all turn on showing everyone that our event is done.
Amy then turns to us and hugs us tightly.
"We did great guys!" Amy says.
"Yeah, that was so unreal! Man playing for people takes the music to a whole different level!" Tails says.
"We bodied that shit." Rouge says and everyone laughs including me.
"PRINCESS!" yells Big and Amy turns her head and smiles and runs over to Big.
Big whispers something to her and Amy gasps and nods her head. She stands up quickly and then she looks me in the eye. I sigh heavily and I hold my arm out that was going to get grabbed anyway.
"What now…" I say as she grabs me and brings me to the mic.
" I almost forgot! Earlier today we had Karaoke and we forgot to announce the winner who is going to get serenaded by Sonic!" Amy says and I instantly blush and I facepalm my face into my hand.
"The winner is…" Amy says, and everyone goes quiet as they wait to hear and so do I.
"BIG!" Amy says and everyone turns to clap for Big.
"Huh…" I think as I slowly raise my face from my hand, and I blink slowly to try to understand what was going on.
"REALLY! I WON! I WON!" Big yells and everyone clap even more.
I look down to Amy and she looks at me innocently and I start to shake my head.
"Am- Amy wait-"
"Good luck and be nice!" Amy says letting my arm go.
The lights dim again, and Tails and Rouge start to laugh at me and wave as all of them walk off stage. Amy places two chairs on the stage and she motions Big to walk up. A white spotlight is shinned on the two chairs on the stage and I gulp as I look at them.
I notice Big was walking up to me and he blushes causing me to blush as well. I look off the stage to see mostly everyone from college still in here and some of them are laughing and jealous of Big. I gently take the mic off the stand and I walk over, and I sit down. I look up too Big to see him still blushing and I facepalm myself as I prepare to ask him the most stupid question.
"What… wha-what song would you like me to sing." I say in shame and Big starts takes a big deep breath.
"WELL I WASN'T SURE MYSELF BUT THE PRINCESS TOLD ME TO ASK YOU TO SING ADDICTED BY SAVING ABEL! SHE SAID YOU WOULD KNOW THAT SONG!" Big yells and I pick my head up fast as I hear his request.
"Ad-addicted?!" I say and Big nods his head proudly.
"Yes! She said you would quite in fact be great at this song!" Big says and I smile awkwardly and then I look off the stage to look at Amy who looks mischievous.
Actually, all my friends are laughing, and I frown, and I grip the mic hard. Big notices my discomfort and I shake my head and smile forcefully making him blush again.
"Okay… okay. I got you." I say as I clear my throat.
I stand up and I walk over to the table and I scroll through the list of songs and I see the stupid song they want me to sing.
"These idiots set me up for this. That's okay though, I'll show them and Amy not to mess with me." I think to myself as I click the song and music starts to play through the speaker.
The song starts to play making some people who haven't left yet still look up at the stage and I hear Rouge and Tails bust out laughing making me grit my teeth. Big looks at me and sigh as I try to sing this embarrassing song.
"I'm so addicted to all the things you do." I sing with the song as I walk slowly to Big.
"When you're rollin' round with me in between the sheets. Oh, the sounds you make, with every breath you take." I sing and I hear screams from the floor only to see that's it Knuckles acting like he was a fangirl.
"It's unlike anything, when you're lovin' me - "
"TAKE YOUR SHIRT OFF!" I hear Knuckles yell, and everyone starts to laugh, and I try to hold back my laugh as well as I take a seat next to big and I continue to sing to him.
"Ooh girl, let's take it slow so as for you well, you know where to go. I want to take my love and hate ya 'til the end" I sing, and Big eyes sparkle, and he motions the fans to sing along with me.
I look down at the small crowd of fans and they sing along with me and I smile at them making them blush. I stand up as the guitar comes in on the song.
"Since, I am already making a fool of myself… I might as well roll with it.
"It's not like you to turn away. "I sing as I move the chair beside Big and I place my foot on it.
"From all the bullshit I can't take!" I sing and as I bring my arm out and Big clenches his chair as he looks into my eyes.
"It's not like me to walk away…" I sing as I walk around Big and I lean over his shoulder to sing closer to his face.
"I'm so addicted to all the things you do. When you're rollin' round with me in between the sheets." I sing and I grab the ends of my shirt and I slowly start to lift it up and almost everyone whips there phones out and they gasp.
"Oh, the sounds you make, with every breath you take. It's unlike anything, when you're lovin' me." I sing as I pull my shirt up halfway to show off my abs and I drop it fast as I shake my head at everyone as they think I was really about to take my shirt off.
"You guys really thought I was going to take my shirt off." I say annoyed on the mic and everyone drops their phones.
I make eye contact with Amy and she is blushing hard making me laugh as I continue the song.
"I'm sure she wouldn't like it if I did that but hopefully this teaches her lesson to stop trying to use my body for extra brownie points for our band."
"Yeah!" I sing as I go back to serenading Big.
I finish the song and it wasn't even that bad because I did know it kind of and Big was super supportive as he made all his fan club followers sing with me so I wouldn't be alone which was nice. After the song was over, I got bombarded with questions and pictures which I did all of them and then we took a big group picture with the band and the fan club.
Everyone was slowly starting to leave, and everyone was taking home food that was left over so we wouldn't have to take them home ourselves. We all cleaned up a bit and we left the tables and chairs there for Monday so we could just put them up later. After that we all said our goodbyes and since I drove, I took Amy back to her place. Amy sighs as I pull up to her driveway and I park my car and I turn it off so I could walk her up to her front door.
Amy and I walk in silence as me and her are both tired. The orange sun shines on us as we walk up to her door and then Amy unlocks her door and turns to me.
"Today was super long." Amy says as she moves her hair behind her ear.
"Yeah, it was. I'm going to sleep as soon as I can." I say and Amy laughs a bit and then she blushes as she seems like she has something on her mind.
"What?" I ask and Amy head whips up to mine.
"Um… I- "Amy says and then she shakes her head and walks a bit closer to me.
"I-I just wanted to say thank you for… earlier in the storage room-well not thank you but you know what I mean. I'm just glad you were there."
"Well, I'd always be there for you. You know that." I say and Amy smiles and nods her head.
"Y-yeah and I thought… uh- "
I place my hands in pockets as I watch Amy try to spit out what she is trying to say.
"I-I cleared my schedule for the weekend! So, I thought s-since we haven't hung out in a while… did you want to hang out this weekend?" Amy asks shyly and I smile a bit.
"Aww, you making time for me?" I ask and Amy face turns red making me chuckle softly.
"Well, I think about how busy I have been, and I have to make time for us too. Maybe- we can… watch a movie or study- or go out for some food or something." Amy says.
"I'd be down but… I have plans with my family this weekend." I say and Amy eyes change to sad.
"Oh-I understand. I- It is pretty late notice so it's okay- "
"But…" I say cutting her off and walking a bit closer and her eyes change to hopeful
"Since you are clearing your schedule for me, I'm sure I can make some arrangements too." I say and Amy smiles brightly and nods her head.
"Okay, Cool!" Amy says as she smiles and looks at me.
I look down to Amy lips and then I lean into her and she covers her lips making me stop and look at her.
"No! Don't act like I forgot! You kissing me in public was the reason why we got founded out today!" Amy says as she frowns at me.
I laugh and I walk closer to Amy and I bend down to her height making her stare into my eyes.
"It was your fault too." I say touching her arm and bring her closer to me. I move my arms to her back as I hold her, and she growls at me.
"Nononono. Now I think about it you are always looking at my lips-
I cut Amy off from talking by placing my hand on her head and kissing her forehead and she moves her hands away from her mouth to forehead making me laugh.
"See! You always- "
I lean down and I kiss her lips as she left them unguarded and Amy blushes as I kiss her. I move back from to see her face.
"Haha, I got you." I say and Amy lower her hands and she giggles a little bit making me laugh with her.
"Also, you didn't kiss me back, so I am going to need another one." I say and Amy looks up to me.
She eyes my lips as well and I lean down to her and I kiss her soft lips again and she kisses me back as well this time. Amy slowly wraps her hands around my neck and as we kiss, and I release the kiss and I look back into Amy's eyes as she looks at me dreamingly.
I laugh at her face and she looks over my face admiring and then she brings her arms around my torso and places her head on my chest.
She sighs happily and I hug her back as well.
"Sonic… can you stay the night again? Just once." she asks me, and I shrug my shoulders.
"I have to leave tonight or like a few hours really." I say as I look at the sky.
Amy squeeze me tighter making me look down to her. Amy moves her eyes to mine, and she pouts her lip.
"Noo…" Amy says.
"Yeah, I know but look. I'll see you sometime this weekend. Somehow." I say as I pat her hair and she pout even more.
"Stop acting spoiled."
"You made me spoiled!" Amy says and I think about it for a moment and then I nod my head agreeing with her.
I grab her arms from around my neck and I kiss her hands.
"I'll see you soon though." I say and Amy nods her head.
"Okay."
I make sure Amy gets in her apartment safely and then I go to my car. I put the key in as I close my door and the it turns on. I sigh heavily as I run a hand through my hair, and I drive off back home so I could grab my bag and head to my hometown.
My phone starts to ring, and I pick it up. I sigh hard and I look at back at the road to see if I should answer it. I aggressively answer the phone and I put it to me ear.
"Hello…"
"Hey, Sonic."
"Hi, Mother…"
