One last battle remains. Natsu has challenged Kojishi and it will be a battle of ice vs fire. With Kojishi the last member of E.R.4. standing, he doesn't see himself loosing. At the moment, Natsu and Kojishi are standing on a field of ice that Kojishi created himself in the middle of the ocean.
"Look down there!" Wendy pointed down at the water and they spotted Natsu facing off against Kojishi.
"It's Natsu and he's with that ice wizard from before." Carla said.
"Erza!" Erza and the others looked and spotted Makarov with the rest of Fairy Tail as they made their way off the ship.
"Master! Everyone! I'm so glad to see you're all safe." Erza said.
"We're glad to see you're all safe as well." Makarov said. "I just knew that you and the others would find your way back."
"Gajeel, did you get everyone?" Gray asked.
"Everyone except Natalia." Gajeel said.
"I'm sure she's safe. Natsu is down there right now." Erza said as she pointed to where Natsu was. "Based on how things have went on this ship, I say that's the last member of E.R.4. right down there."
"Natsu's fighting him by himself?" Romeo questioned. "Shouldn't we all go down there and help him?"
"This is Natsu we're talking about. He wouldn't want our help in the first place." Gray said. "I'm sure he can take this guy on by himself. Besides, that guy possesses strong ice power. We only get in Natsu's way." Everyone felt the same and just stood back and watch the battle unfold.

Natsu
"You might use fire, but just because you use fire and I use ice doesn't mean you're going to win." Kojishi said.
"Is that so? So what you are waiting for? Bring it on already!" Natsu called as he tried charging right at Kojishi.
"Natsu…" Kojishi said. "You're going nowhere pretty fast." Natsu looked and saw all the running he was doing on the ice was getting him nowhere and he ended up slipping instead. "You've got to be very careful on ice. It can be quite hazardous. Let me help you out." Kojishi manipulated the ice and had a piece of it rise right where Natsu was standing and hit against his gut with him being launched into the air.
"Is that really all you got? I've felt colder ice than that!" Natsu shouted and ignited some flames around his hand. "Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!" He tossed a fireball at Kojishi, but Kojishi jumped out of the way with some of ice melting away. Kojishi used his magic and refroze the water around them. Natsu landed down and he was trying his best to keep his balance on the ice.
"You're going to find that this is harder than you think." Kojishi said as he moved around on the ice like he was skating.
"I've spent a long time fighting guys like Gray. His ice is much colder compared to yours." Natsu said.
"Moron." Kojishi said as he created shards of ice and shot them all at Natsu. Natsu jumped out of the way and used the slipperiness of the ice to help him out.
"I think I'm starting to get it."
"You think you can compare my power to your friend?" Kojishi said. "You friend just makes object of ice. I use ice in a more true sense and that is to freeze everything. His use of ice magic might be more efficient, but my power over ice gets more results." He placed his hand against the ground and form spikes of ice come out and it seems to have impaled Natsu. "See?"
"Not really." Natsu said as he turned up the heat and the ice spikes melted upon contact.
"You really are an idiot." Kojishi said. Natsu didn't get it until he fell through the ice and in the water. Natsu grabbed the edge and climbed up. "You can't just raise your body temperature in an icy area like this or you'll cause the very ice you're standing on to break and melt."
"Shut up! I know what I'm doing." Natsu said. Kojishi moved fast as Natsu climbed out and grabbed a hold of Natsu's arm with him freezing it.
"Do you?" Kojishi said.
"Let go!" Natsu said as he tried to hit Kojishi, but Kojishi jumped out of the way and part of Natsu's right arm was frozen. "I can barely feel my arm."
"Careful." Kojishi said. "Too much heat too fast could do some serious damage to your arm. I've studied up on you Natsu. You're not the cautious type. That gives you the disadvantage here. If you're not careful with ice, you can end up doing serious harm to yourself."
"So what?" Natsu said as he turned up the heat in his arm and was able to melt it free. "I'll do whatever it takes to bring you down. Fire Dragon Roar!" Natsu used his breath attack and it seemed like Kojishi got caught in the flames. When the flames cleared away, most of the ice melted away. "Did I get him?"
"Not even close!" Kojishi called as he emerged out of the water and froze some of it again. Kojishi landed near Natsu and kicked him right in the face. "You're out of your league here." In an area like this, Kojishi appears to have the advantage. Natsu can't seem to do anything without it backfiring on him. So how is Natsu going to get out of this one?

Lucy
"Are you okay? Starting to calm down." Lucy asked. While Natsu went to fight Kojishi, Lucy and Happy were tending to Natalia.
"I think so. I am worried about Natsu." Natalia said. "Even if Natsu's magic is the opposite to Kojishi's, it will still be a tough fight. Kojishi is smart and powerful. He knows how to use ice to his advantage."
"Natsu is going to be fine. He can take him on." Happy said.
"I would like to say your right, but I know what Kojishi is capable of better than you do." Natalia said.
"Let's just get going." Lucy said. "Natsu really is going to be fine. Should we do something about that Eclear in the lacrima?"
"I don't think we have anything to worry about." Natalia said. "The seal hasn't been broken yet. As long as he stays trapped in that lacrima, he's not a threat to anyone. They haven't tried to break it yet."
"Let's hope that never happens." Lucy said as all of them got moving.
"Hey! You girls doing okay?" They looked ahead and spotted Laxus.
"Laxus!" Lucy said.
"I'm doing okay too." Happy said to get his presence acknowledge.
"We're fine, but Natsu is fighting Kojishi." Natalia said. "Kojishi is a powerful ice wizard. Even if Natsu uses fire, defeating him won't be easy."
"You said Natsu is fighting him? Then we have nothing to worry about." Laxus said. "Knowing Natsu as well as I do, no matter how reckless he might get, he always finds some way to come out on top.

Natsu
"Fire Dragon Talon!" Natsu tried a flaming kick, but Kojishi jumped over his attack and Natsu ended up slipping on the ice again. Kojishi stomped on Natsu's back. Kojishi also stepped on Natsu's head and had him pinned down.
"It doesn't matter how strong you think you are." Kojishi said. "Strength alone isn't enough. You need to be smart as well. That's something you clearly don't have, Natsu Dragneel. You're too reckless."
"Get off!" Natsu said as he was able to push up and have Kojishi off him. "You don't know anything about me. I've won many battles on my own."
"That is true." Kojishi said. "However you possess so much magic power and stamina that it's practically inhuman. If you actually put some thought into what you do, you could be unstoppable, but it's all really just instinct with you."
"That's it! I've heard enough out of you!" Natsu said as he was turning up the heat even more, but that was a mistake as the ice under him melted away and he fell into the water again.
"I tried to warn you, but you don't listen." Kojishi said. He waited for Natsu to come out, but he didn't. "What's going on? Where did he go?" Kojishi was wondering what Natsu was thinking. Suddenly, he felt the ice beneath him get warmer. He looked down and saw a glowing spot under him. "What on earth?" Suddenly, a pillar of fire erupted under him and knocked Kojishi into the air. When he came down he landed in the water. Kojishi was able to pull himself together and tried to swim out, but something grabbed his ankle. He looked down and spotted Natsu.
"No you don't!" Natsu said through the water and hit him in the gut to knock him back. Natsu wasn't done as the water around him was getting heated with the way it was boiling. Natsu unleashed a mighty yell and Kojishi got hit by the force of it and burned from the water. Kojishi moved fast and emerged above the water.
"So he did that on purpose." Kojishi said. "He heated the water around him as well and used it to attack. Unreal." Kojishi formed more ice over the water and climbed on to it. Natsu emerged his head from the water and spotted him.
"I'm not done with you yet. Fire Dragon Roar!" Natsu unleashed more fire, but Kojishi formed a powerful ice shield to try and block the attack. Kojishi was doing his best to hold the flames back. Just when the flames stopped coming, his ice shield broke to pieces and he lost sight of Natsu again.
"Where did he go this time?" Kojishi said as he looked around for where Natsu was going to strike next. Natsu swam back down under the water and was planning to get the drop on Kojishi again. Natsu figured that he doesn't stand much of a chance while they were fighting on a field that Kojishi created, but under the water was a different story. Natsu build up some heat again and surrounded himself in fire. Kojishi looked around for Natsu, but he noticed something strange. He looked and saw the water around him was starting to bubble like it was boiling with some steam coming from it. "What's he doing now?" Kojishi didn't like how this looked. He looked and saw the ice was breaking apart as well. "No…" Kojishi did his best to keep ice he was standing on, but it was breaking and melting too quickly. "The water is too hot! My ice can't hold together! How could he generate so much heat with all that water around him?" Kojishi was on shaky ground, or ice in this case. He was also losing vision as steam surrounded him and he couldn't tell what was where anymore.
"Fire Dragon King…."
"Where is he?" Kojishi questioned as he looked around for Natsu. Suddenly, he saw a light coming at him and Natsu emerged.
"…..Destruction Fist!" He drove a powerful flaming fist against Kojishi and shot straight for the ship.
'He heated the water around him to break my ice and cover himself! He's smarter than I thought!' Kojishi thought as he couldn't hold against his attack and bringing down the final member of E.R.4.
