Mira reached up and finished outlining the Y with a flick of her wrist. She stood back judging her work.

"No fair. You're good at this," Andrea groaned her voice slightly muffled by the mask she wore, shaking a bottle of orange paint. She stood by Mira looking up at the mural. "I like it. May I?"

"Go for it." Mira stood back and watched Andrea add an orange mask to match the three other colors already on the wall.

Andrea turned to look over her shoulder at Nikki who sat by a wall nearby. "What do ya think?"

The brunet boy looked up at the graffiti, "Dope."

"I can't believe you started without me!"

The three teens jumped at the new voice but relaxed when they saw Levi enter the abandoned subway station. He carried a plastic bag with extra spray paint and masks as requested.

"I'm surprised Leo let you guys do this."

"Shoosh!" Andrea pressed a finger to her lips running over to cover Levi's mouth. "He doesn't know!" she hissed.

Levi grinned, "Didn't take you for a law breaking, Drea."

"Unfortunately, I can't take credit for this," she sighed wistfully. "This was Nikki's idea. Besides, is it really law breaking if we're doing it in an abandoned subway station that's from the last century?"

Mira frowned, "I think so."

"Well. . .whatever, we're just having some fun," Andrea reasoned not seeing the harm in some spray paint where no one goes. "Your mom and Mikey get together yet?"

Mira groaned remembering last night. "No and they're disgustingly cute."

"I'd take 'disgustingly cute' over 'horny arguing' any day," Nikki chimed as he stood. Andrea nodded in agreement.

Mira decided to count herself luckily having the unfortunate experience of seeing Leo and Jess's training secession that morning.

"Kinda cute though how your mom likes your dad." Andrea picked up a can of bright blue squinting at the blank stone.

"Actually, my mom is technically my aunt."

"Really?" Andrea and Nikki chimed together it suddenly make sense why Amber had so defiantly stated that she was Mira's mother.

Mira looked away a little embarrassed. "Yeah, I try not to be hurt by it, but. . . I guess it's a lot to ask someone to raise a baby they didn't ask for and then have it look like us on top of that."

Nikki set a hand on Mira's shoulder, "No family's perfect. Especially not ours."

"No kiddin'," Levi grinned pulling the two into a hug and waving Andrea over. "Four mutant turtles and their mutant kids. Nothin' normal 'bout that."

"Regardless if she's your bio-mom or not, her and Mikey are friggin' cute."

Mira glared up at her cousin, "You don't have to live with it. You should've seen them last night. I thought I was going to die of secondhand embarrassment." The four pulled away from each other wrinkling their noses at the image. "I don't get why they're dragging it out."

"Adults are weird." Levi picked up a can of green adding to Andrea's graffiti going for ocean vibes. "It's just best to not question them." He watched from the corner of his eye Nikki's shirt ride up exposing the tan plates lining his stomach as he picked Mira up so that she could reach higher. Levi looked away his heart skipping a beat. He blamed it on the fumes and pulled his mask up.

Mira wobbled and grabbed the wall to catch herself from falling. She was close so finishing and forced herself to stand again. A few more sprits of black and it was finished. "Alright, let me down."

Nikki gently set his cousin on the ground admiring her work.

"Excuse me?"

The four teens froze glancing at each other with wide eyes.

Andrea spun around ready to talk her way out of whatever Leo had planned, "Dad!"

"Don't 'Dad!' me. What do you four think you're doing?" Leo crossed his arms looking over his shoulder as Jess approached.

"Bonding?" Andrea offered wishing someone would help her out. "It was Nikki's idea!" she pointed to her brother.

"They're just having some fun. They're not hurting anyone," Jess tried to reason.

Leo grumbled under his breath. "Can't you bond while doing something less chemically hazardous and illegal?"

Andrea elbowed her brother, "Told ya."

"Says the turtle that fell in a pile of mutagen," Nikki countered rubbing his ribs.

"Ok," Jess interrupted before things could escalate. "Looks like you guys have been bonding long enough. How about we head home?"
