Avengers Crisis On Earth X Chapter 30
"However as for you Captain Rogers, I'm gonna savor this very moment for two reasons. One. To see that silly costume of the Red White and Blue die once and for all soaked in your blood Captain America. And two, I know you are not him as well, but it's the closest thing I'll have to some catharsis of killing that insufferable prick. So I'll see your face as you die"
Quentin walks back to his troops as he gives the order.
"Ready..."
"Aim!"
But before he could yell fire, a blast of ice blindsided the troops as everyone sees an man with a freeze gun wearing a parka
"I hate fire!" joked the man
"Snart?" asked Barry, Sara, Jax and Stein
However he was also joined by an man with a large sonic cannon.
"Save it for after the rescue will ya snart" the other man said.
However this other man was an old friend of the Avengers. A friend they long believed died.
"Coulson!" The Avengers added in shock!
Oliver removed the sack on his head to see who came with the save.
"IT'S ABOUT TIME!" The prisoner said.
"KILL THEM ALL!" ordered Quentin as the soldiers opened fire and the team ran for cover.
Snart and Coulson laid out cover fire as they regrouped with the others.
"I don't understand, how are you alive?" Natasha asked Coulson.
"Remember Romanoff I'm not the Phil Coulson you know"
"Wait how do you know each other? Oliver asked.
"Hold that thought *presses comms* Agent Johnson, we need some air support, bring the rain" Coulson ordered.
Right on cue a S.H.I.E.L.D Quinjet arrives piloted by Earth-X Daisy Johnson aka Quake.
"Copy that Coulson. Bringing the rain"
Quake then began a strafe run drawing out gunfire.
"Cutting in a little close are we?" the prisoner asked.
"I thought I'd really enjoyed the pun" said Earth-X Snart.
"So you're Lennard Snart's doppelganger?" asked Barry.
"No I'm Lennard Snart but you can call me Leo. That is a fantastic outfit, did you make that?"
"Uh Leo?" the prisoner began.
"Right, time to make you shine buddy"
"You all might wanna shield your eyes"
The prisoner free of restraints lit up with yellow energy as he flew up and finished off the remaining guards causing a retreat.
"Just who the hell are you?" asked Tony.
"Ray. Come on let's go"
"Where we going?" asked Jax.
"To our base" Coulson adds as Daisy lands the Quinjet.
"Come on we can play 20 questions on the way" said Leo.
"Guys I'm picking up reinforcements, now or never" said Quake.
"You heard the lady. On the Quinjet go!" Coulson orders as the team climbs aboard taking flight.
Later the team arrived at the Resistance Base which was the Arrow Bunker in Earth-X Star City.
"Well I guess we're in Earth-X 's Star City said Oliver.
"Well that's one hell of a story. You're speedster. You two turn into the burning man. And you're the good doppelganger of the Fuher" recapped Ray.
"Good might be an oversimplification" Sara adds.
"So you haven't told us which Earth your from. Clearly it's not this one" Leo adds
"They're from Earth-1 Snart. The Avengers however are from Earth-19999" said a man with an eyepatch making his presence known.
"Who the hell are you?" asked Barry.
"Nick Fury" answered Natasha
"One and only" joked Coulson.
"Not exactly. Currently I'm actually a pile of dust and to them you're still dead" Fury said.
"Well not exactly dead. Kinda at the very least"
"What are you talking about, you died after Loki killed you!" said Thor.
"After New York, S.H.I.E.L.D helped bring that me back from the dead. That Coulson was out and about without you even realizing it. He was the one who fed Hill Intel on where the scepter was from Strucker, he was the one who rebuilded S.H.I.E.L.D after Hydra fell. Every step of the way, from the shadows. Until he was slowly dying of a disease. He spent his final days at Tahiti with the woman he loved. Anyway back to the Earth-1 people.
"Earth-1? Golly" said Leo looking at Ray.
"Am I missing something here?" asked Jax.
"I'm from Earth-1 too"
"If you're from our earth you know how we got here don't you?" Barry adds.
*sighs*Yeah. I have a pretty good idea"
Ray grabs a tablet as he shows them how exactly how they arrived on Earth-X.
"A temperal gateway?" asked Barry.
"The physics of a breach. Just more stable and logic" added Stein.
"Essentially an express ticket back home" Tony said.
"Based on those schematics the could open a breach big enough for an entire army" added Bruce.
"So we have a way back" said Alex.
"So where is this thing?" asked Oliver.
"It's actually not too far from here" said Leo.
"22.3 kilometers" Ray said specifically
"So take us to it" said Oliver
"Can't do that" Ray shook his head.
"Why?" asked Sara.
"Because the gateway is in a facility guarded by Nazis and Hydra"
"Well we faced worse so" Jax said.
"Look it's our only way home. We're going through it" Barry said.
"Nobody is going through anything! Because we're blowing it the hell up" said Earth-X Winn.
"Winn?" Alex asks
"Pleaasse Freedom Fighter General Shot" Leo corrected
"General Shot?" Alex asked again
"Yes, who are you?" Winn asked
"There from Earth-1, 38 and 19999" said Leo
"They're on our side" assured Ray.
"Except for the part where you guys wanna blow up our only way home" said Jax.
"We don't exactly want to" said Leo.
"Everyone we care about is on the other side of that gateway imprisoned by Nazis" Barry adds
"Nazis that want to cut open my sister. We have to get back" Alex adds.
"Eliminate that facility you eliminate our only chance to save out friends from your enemy" adds Stein.
"I'm sorry but we've been waiting for an opportunity like this for years so we cannot wait any longer. This is the only chance to seperate the Fuher from his army we are trying to turn this war around" said Winn.
"No you are gone leave out earth at the mercy of the three psychopaths that ravaged yours!" Oliver said
"We're going through that gateway to save out friends, and we're willing to fight anyone who gets into the way. You get in our way, we'll fight you too" said Steve
"I'm sorry but why does those two men look exactly like The Fuher and Hydra Supreme who I'm trying to kill?" Winn asks.
"Look fingerless gloves, all we are asking is for a little bit of time. Let us get into the facility through that gateway" Sara asks
"The Gateway is guarded by 30 tons of Nazis armed with Hydra body armor and laser tech, not exactly the best odd" said Leo.
"Thanks for the confidence Jack Frost" said Tony.
"I'll take em" Alex said
"No! You will not. We are blowing up that gateway right now! Final order!" Winn said
"Well I'm out of ideas" Tony adds
Natasha got fed up. She wasn't gone wait for an okay. She was gonna take things in her own hands..
"Screw this"
Natasha walks up to Winn as she judo tosses him over her shoulder as she twists his arm into a position where even moving any further can break his arm.
"Natasha wait!" Barry screamed..
"You listen here and you listen good. There's lives at stake bit just here but for every earth of we don't stop them by going through that gateway. We are not waiting for your permission, we are not letting you blow up the only way home!" Natasha began.
"GUARDS! GUAAARDDS!" Winn calls
"Natasha you might wanna let go it's not worth breaking his arm for" pleaded Sara.
"We can find another way!" Barry also pleaded
"Guys relax. She knows what she's doing" said Clint.
"And what would that be Barton?" asked Oliver.
"I've know her for years, this is simply how she negotiates"
"Guys?" Bruce said as resistance guards comes to the aid.
"GET THIS WOMAN OFF OF ME AND PUT HER IN CHAINS!"
However to the surprise of Winn, Fury signals his S.H.I.E.L.D agents to defend Natasha. Including the likes of Coulson and Daisy.
"Barton is right. This was exactly how our Natasha negotiated" Fury nods in support.
