Back at the Ancient Tomb, Lin Chaoying's older disciple realized that Li Mochou had been gone for many days now, so she told Lin Chaoying's younger disciple about it.

Lin Chaoying's younger disciple was a little worried by this too.

Lin Chaoying's younger disciple became worried after hearing this, so she said in a worried voice, "What? Take me to go and see Long'er right now."

Lin Chaoying's older disciple said, "Yes Maiden, follow me."

After Lin Chaoying's older disciple had said this, they both went to see Xiaolongnu.

When they got to where Xiaolongnu was, both of them walked over to Xiaolongnu, who was sleeping on the Ice Jade Bed and was having a very bad fever.

Then, Lin Chaoying's older disciple said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple, "Maiden, take a look at her, she has been having a fever and her body has been heating up ever since yesterday.

I've been holding her on the Ice Jade Bed for awhile now, so that the cold from the Ice Jade Bed can cool her body down, but her body is still heating up.

I'm worried about her, Maiden.

Please help her."

Lin Chaoying's younger disciple felt Xiaolongnu's head and took a look at her.

Then, she said to Lin Chaoying's older disciple, "I don't think that she is just sick, something else bad must have happened to her.

I think I know a person who can save her.

His name is Xiaoyao Zhi from The Human Clan.

I've heard about The Human Clan being able to cure any kind of illness that is inflicted on a person.

Perhaps Xiaoyao Zhi can cure Long'er too.

After hearing this, Lin Chaoying's older disciple said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple, "Yes Maiden, I'll leave immediately to go and invite Xiaoyao Zhi over to the Ancient Tomb, so that he can cure Long'er from her illness.

Please watch over Long'er while I'm gone."

Lin Chaoying's younger disciple said to Lin Chaoying's older disciple, "You don't have to worry about that, I'll watch over her."

Then, Lin Chaoying's older disciple left to the Human Clan to go and invite Xiaoyao Zhi over to the Ancient Tomb.

The next day Lin Chaoying's older disciple came back to the Ancient Tomb with Xiaoyao Zhi.

Xiaoyao Zhi and Lin Chaoying's older disciple went inside the Ancient Tomb to the room where Lin Chaoying's younger disciple and Long'er was at.

Then, when they got inside the room, Xiaoyao Zhi said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple who was holding Xiaolongnu in her arms, "Miss, may I take a look at her?"

After Xiaoyao Zhi had said this, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple let him take a look at Xiaolongnu while she was still holding Xiaolongnu in her arms.

Xiaoyao Zhi felt Xiaolongnu's wrist for awhile.

Then, he said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple, "Miss, she is not sick, but she has been cursed."

Lin Chaoying's younger disciple and Lin Chaoying's older disciple both became shocked after hearing this.

Then, Lin Chaoying's older disciple said in an agitated voice, "Cursed!"

After that, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple said to Xiaoyao Zhi, "Elder, Long'er have never left the mountains before, how can she be affected by a curse?"

Xiao Yao Zhi said, "This curse is a curse from the Yin-Yang School.

It is a curse that is formed through an agreement.

In order for the curse to happen, an agreement must have been made with someone close to her.

Lin Chaoying's older disciple said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple, "Maiden, let's wait until Li Mochou comes back and then, we'll ask her about this."

Then, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple said to Xiaoyao Zhi, "Elder, can you treat her."

Xiao Yao Zhi said, "I'll give it a try."

Then, after he had said this, he started treating Long'er while Lin Chaoying's younger disciple held Long'er in her arms.

After Xiao Yao Zhi was done treating Long'er, he said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple, "I have already treated her.

She should be okay now.

Her body temperature should go back to normal by tonight and she should be able to wake up by tomorrow."

After hearing Xiaoyao Zhi say this, Lin Chaoying's older disciple and Lin Chaoying's younger disciple both thanked him for treating Long'er.

Right after they have thanked him, he said to them, "However, I am only able to ensure her safety up until her 18th birthday.

After she have turned 18, the curse would come back again.

When that time comes, we'll just have to depend on her luck to see if she can make it through."

After hearing Xiaoyao Zhi say this, Lin Chaoying's older disciple said to him, "Elder, is there really no way to save Long'er after her 18th birthday."

Xiao Yao Zhi said, "There is one way."

After hearing this, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple said in an anxious tone, "Tell us, what is it?"

Xiao Yao Zhi said to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple and Lin Chaoying's older disciple, "I apologize for not telling the two of you this earlier because I thought it may go against your sect's rules."

Lin Chaoying's older disciple said to Xiaoyao Zhi, "Elder, what do you mean by that?"

Xiao Yao Zhi said, "What I mean is that disciples of the Ancient Tomb Sect have always been female and they are all forbidden to fall in love or express any emotions at all.

However, what I'm about to say is going to go against that.

This curse that was placed on Long'er is a curse of love.

The person who forged the agreement must give someone who she really loves away, to be with someone else who she loves.

Therefore, this curse can only be broken by Long'er falling in love when she reaches her 18th birthday.

This curse of love placed an evil spirit on Long'er that would try to harm her if she is single.

However, if she marries a man that she loves, then the evil spirit would be intimidated by her husband and it would leave her forever.

By marrying the evil spirit hurting her would be intimidated by her husband, therefore, it would finally leave her forever, so if you want her to be saved, you must let her marry when she turns 18.

If she turns 19 and is not married yet, her chance of survival would be really low.

Therefore, you must make her marry before she turns 19 if you want her to live."

After Xiaoyao Zhi has said this, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple said, "If that really is the case, then, once she has turned 18 and has married someone she loves, I'll let her leave the Ancient Tomb and live a life in the outside world with the person she loves."

Then, after Lin Chaoying's younger disciple had said this, she said to Xiaoyao Zhi, "Elder, can you spend the night here.

You must be tired on your journey here.

Plus, I want Long'er to thank you personally when she wakes up."

Xiaoyao Zhi said, "Alright, I'll spend the night here."

After Xiaoyao Zhi had said this, he went to sleep in one of the rooms inside of the Ancient Tomb for the night.

The next day, Xiaolongnu woke up, so Lin Chaoying's older disciple was feeling extremely happy to see her awake again, however, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple didn't express any emotions at all, due to her being more strict with the Ancient Tomb Sect's rule of expressing no emotions at all.

When Xiaolongnu opened her eyes, Lin Chaoying's older disciple hugged her tightly in her arms and said to her while smiling and crying, "Longer you're finally awake.

Maiden and I were so worried about you when you were unconscious.

It's great that you're alright now."

Xiaolongnu said in a low weak voice, "Shifu, what happened to me?

I can't remember anything at all."

Lin Chaoying's older disciple said, "You don't have to remember anything at all, all of that bad stuff is already all gone now.

Just think of it as a bad nightmare."

Then, Xiaoyao Zhi said, "You're finally awake, Long'er."

Xiaolongnu looked over at Xiaoyao Zhi.

Then, Lin Chaoying's younger disciple said to Xiaolongnu, "Long'er, this is Xiaoyao Zhi of the Human Clan.

Quickly thank him, if it wasn't for him you wouldn't have been saved."

Xiaolongnu said to Xiaoyao Zhi in a soft weak voice, "Thank you elder, for saving my life."

Xiaoyao Zhi said, "You're welcome."

Then, he turned to Lin Chaoying's younger disciple and said to her, "Now that she's alright, I'll be leaving then."

Lin Chaoying's younger disciple and Lin Chaoying's older disciple thanked Xiaoyao Zhi for all he has done for them.

Then, they bared him farewell as he left the Ancient Tomb.
