LOIS AND CLARK

She sits on the bed the revelation of what Clark told her still sinking in. "Superman." She says looking at him as he floats two feet off the floor of her apartment.

He lands and walks up to the bed kneeling down beside her. "I had to tell you because…I am falling in love with you Lois…And I wante you to know everything."

She gets up and walks away from him, "How could I be so blind! I am a reporter. A reward winning reporter…I mean how could I not realize?"

"Lois." He calls her name again getting up and joining her. He grabs her and kisses her. She kisses him back and they make love.

"So how long have you been on earth?" She asks lying in his arms.

"My Kryptonian parents sent me here as a baby. Their names are or from your point of view were Jor and Lara of El." He tells her about the war and his planet's destruction. Later Clark is getting dressed, "I have to appear before the Senate Security council as Superman."

"Do you?"

He walks to the bed, sits down and kisses her hand, "Yes I do. When I come back, I will take you to meet my parents. All of them." As Superman he flies to Washington and the Senate House. As he is landing cameras flash from the hundreds of reporters before the building.

"Superman…My name is Senator James Adam…Know that I am on your side and to me you are a hero and what we as humans should aspire to be." There is a man who seems to be a younger version of James. "This is my son Captain Nathaniel Adam of the U.S. Airforce."

"Captain a pleasure and thank you for your service."

"Thank you Superman for all you have done for this country and the world."

They walk inside. "Would you state your name for the record please?" A Senator asks.

"Alexander Luthor."

"Mr. Luthor you are the CEO of Luthor Corp?"

"Yes I am."

"We have documentation here proving that you owned a dummy corporation known as Amsted Land development and you through this company bought acres upon acres of barren land and then under another name sent a survey team to study the San Andreas Fault. This team proceeded to plant explosives to blow up the Fault and cause a massive earthquake."

"Certain individuals within my company forged my name and moved assets around to do all those things. When I became aware of it, I was too late to stop it."

They question him for hours and then call Superman, "Please state your name."

"My given name is Kal'El. I am also known as Superman."

"Superman…Do you have another alias?"

"I refuse to answer that question." There is a wave of whispers from those in attendance.

"Order please or I will have this room cleared. Superman you are not a U.S. Citizen by law and in an interview with Lois Lane you admitted that you came from another planet in another Star System in a distant Galaxy."

"Senator are you saying that, because I am not from Earth; I do not have personal rights as a living breathing individual, capable of rational thought and expression? I can see you deny my rights as a living being, if I had misused my powers."

"Superman you did attack a privately owned government sanctioned space center."

"Senator I was threat to Lex Luthor's land deal scam. He figured out a way to neutralize me. That is why I destroyed the rocket." For two days questions are asked and then someone presents evidence that clears Lex Luthor and blames the Land deal scam on the recently defeated secret organization known as the Court of Owls.

LEX LUTHOR

He ignores the reporters as he makes his way to his limousine. "Where to Lex?"

"Take me home Mercy." He is angry, "Hundreds of millions of dollars lost, because of that overgrown boyscout!" He calls the main control hub for Lex Satellites. "Its me! Tell you found something."

"No Mister Luthor nothing yet."

He hangs up the phone, "Miss Tessmacher get to Lex Star and see if you can come up with a way to locate Superman's base of operations."

"Yes Sir…"

When he gets to his mansion Amanda Waller is waiting for him, "Amanda Waller what can I do for you."

"I don't know if you or someone in your organization fabricated the evidence that got you off the hook Lex. My guess is another power out there that admires you, but know this. I am watching you and when you step out of line."

"Have a good day Miss Waller." He waits until she leaves, "Mercy have my house scrubbed for bugs."

"Yes Sir."

"I will be in my lab." He presses a button and enters his secret laboratory. A few hours later the phone rings. "Yes."

"Lex its me…Listen our Satellites picked something up I am sending a copy to you now on the shadow server."

He watches footage of an alien ship entering the atmosphere. "Miss Tessmacher are you still there?"

"Yes Lex."

"See if we can get some people on the inside."

"You know the Government will send agents to collect this footage from anyone with Satellites in the air."

LOIS

She watched the hearing on television and then got a phone call from an informant about the alien ship crash landing. She smiles as Clark lands on the balcony of her apartment. The next day they manage to get time off and Clark drives her to Smallville. "And why are we driving when you can fly?"

"I like driving its relaxing."

She shakes her head, "If I could fly, I would fly everywhere." They stop at a dinner for lunch. "I forgot I got a call from a friend of mine in the government…He says an alien ship crashed near Coastal City."

"I'll check it out." It is a 21hr drive from Metropolis to Smallville, Kansas including the one stop to eat and two bathroom stops. "Welcome to the Kent Farm." He unlocks the door with his key, "Stay here I will be right back."

As she waits Lois wonders into the living room and looks at Family photos. She smiles as Clark sits on a horse at the age of eight. Another picture is of him blowing out the candles on his birthday cake. Then there is one of Clark and his parents. "So you wondered in here." She turns to smile at Clark.

"Lois my father Jonathan Kent…Dad this is Lois."

"An honor to finally meet you Lois call me Jonathan." He says shaking her hand.

"You relax I need to help dad in the fields then I'll get dinner started."

"No I got some people helping me you stay here with Lois."

After they unpack Lois follows him to the Kitchen, "You cook?"

"Yes I do."

"Wow is there anything you can't do."

"Je n'ai d'yeux que pour toi" He replies in French.

She smiles and replies in French, "Je sais que tu ne peux pas."

"What is that smell?" Martha says entering the House, "Clark!"

They hug, "High mom."

"Why didn't you say you were coming?"

"I wanted it to be a surprise. And I wanted you to meet Lois."

After every one washes up they sit down to eat and talk. "You're home is very beautiful Mrs. Kent."

"Please call me Martha." The next day they go out to eat.

CLARK

"Dad are you alright?" Clark asks the third day.

"I'm fine why?"

"You seem like your hiding something."

"I am fine son."

"Alright…But you tell me if something were wrong wouldn't you?"

"Yes."

Later after the sun goes down Clark dressed as Superman takes Lois in his arms and flies off, "That never gets old." He hears his mother say as they fly away.

Lois is wearing goggles and her hair is a bun. They fly North and as they fly she smiles and points at things below. She gasps when she sees the Fortress of Solitude. "Oh My God! Did you build this?"

"Not really…We call them forging crystals. My father Jor'El placed some in my ship. Follow me." He leads her to a control center. He waves his hand across a pad and two holograms appear.

"Kal my son it is good to see you again. I see you bought company."

"Father, mother…this is Lois Lane…My…She is special to me. Lois my parents Jor and Lara of House El."

Lois curtseys, "A pleasure to meet the two of you."

"Come my son…Let your mother and Lois talk in private."

The hologram and Clark walk away leaving the two women alone. "She is very beautiful Clark."

"Yes she is."

"Do you love her?"

"I'm falling in love with her."

"And whatever happened to that other girl Lana Lang?"

"Oh God Lana…We grew apart dad. I have something to ask you about a ship."

"Yes my scanners detected an Oan star craft. The humans have it.

"Any survivors?"

"Son I would not intervene…"

"Why not?"

"Many of the humans already mistrust you."

"Maybe I can earn their trust by…I don't know…maybe cleaning up their ozone."

Jor shakes his head, "Son all of Krypton's knowledge is yours to use as you see fit. But be careful. The humans must find their own way and come to learn to solve their problems."

"I know…" Two days later Lois and Clark fly back to Kansas and then they drive back to Metropolis.
