When dust and weapons aren't enough do handle the Grimm and the returning darkness, Huntsmen and Huntress's will need to step up their game with a weapon of great power. With these Gundams in their hands, the Grimm will be nothing to them and one man will prove that the strongest weapon, is a simple soul. 31. Omega

Once again, only one review and its from the guy who gave me the challenge. Granted its better than no reviews, but I really want some more reviews. I am trying my hardest to bring up some good chapters as best I can. I'm not the best writer but I am trying my best, so cut me some slack. Oh, and to all of you who have favorited this story and haven't left a review. Do me a favor and leave a review for gods sake.

Anyway, onto the review.

SaurusRock625: I'm betting to guess that if I hadn't taken this challenge, someone else would have and probably would have allowed Flay, Stella, Nicol, Halberton and Shinn's family to die as they did in the Gundam Canon along with the characters who died in the RWBY Canon like Tukson to die off, made Sienna the same person she was in canon along with suffering the same fate, not give Neo any background and probably would have killed Pyrrha by now. But they would have given Jaune something better to start with than a Musha Gundam, because I am going to be honest a Musha isn't really Jaune's type of Gundam. Now the Narrative on the other hand, that's more of his type of Gundam. No offense.

Now, onto the chapter. Disclaimers are the same as before, please enjoy.

Chapter 31: Omega

Located further inland and miles away from any nearby settlements is a large military complex on the side of the mountains of Anima. The purpose of the complex was to produce and test the mobile suits used by the Anima military forces, like the Leo and Aries. Once the construction and testing of the mobile suits was finished, the completed units were transported by land and air to the various military bases across the continent.

This was known to the public, but what was not known was that the complex was now under the control of Frozen Talon who started to produced their own mobile suits at an alarming rate and sending them to their own forces in all the kingdoms and as a result, the complex was now under attack.

Just minutes ago, White Fang Laurasia and Nazca class airships launched a barrage of missiles towards the complex catching the mobile suits guarding the base off guard which allowed the White Fang to deploy all the mobile suits they had with them in the attack. The airships and mobile suits were the survivors of JOSH-A and many were hungry for blood. Dozens of GINN's, ZAKU's, DINN's, CGUE's, GUAIZ's, GOUF's, BuCUE's and ZuOOT's were clashing with Leo's, Aries, Tragos and Taurus of the Anima military along with numerous Strike Daggers which belonged to Frozen Talon.

A Leo pilot fired their 105mm rifle at several DINN's in the air destroying them but ended up using the last of the ammo they had in their weapons magazine. As they reloaded, a blade pierced the cockpit and killed the pilot, followed by the mobile suit exploding in a fireball.

Raising his machines assault rifle, Adam fired numerous bursts of rounds at several enemy mobile suits destroying them without any remorse. "These are the real animals of the world. They have murdered and raped our kind for years. If they beg for mercy, destroy them they deserve none!" he ordered his fellow White Fang followers who continued to do as he ordered.

"Let's show the humans what we Faunus can do!"

"Kill them all!"

"Show no mercy!"

"For all those who died at JOSH-A!"

Those were the cries from the White Fang pilots who slaughtered all who got in their path. One of the Leo's from the Anima forces had its arms slashed off by a GINN's sword. "I surrender!" the pilot shouted only to be killed by another GINN pilot.

A GOUF pilot wrapped their Heat Rod around a Strike Dagger's beam rifle, destroying it before streaking towards the pilot with its Beam Sword ignited and sliced the mobile suit apart. The pilots scream of fear were music to the White Fang pilots who continued to overpower and overwhelm the defending forces.

A pair of Leo's opened up with their Dober Guns and beam rifles keeping several enemy units pinned down allowing a formation of Aries and Taurus's to strafe the attackers with their chain rifles, beam rifles and missile pods against the DINN's, while Trago's hover troops opened up with their heavy cannons and beam rifles and took out a few BuCUE's and ZuOOT's. Beam saber and swords clashed with each other while ballistic and beam fire was exchanged.

For a moment, it seemed that the defenders were winning but that was soon about to change. High above the sky, the White Fang airships dropped several objects from them which were quickly secured by the White Fang before the defenders were able to shoot them down. These were Gungnir's, an EMP weapon developed by the White Fang. The weapons were quickly secured by the White Fang who activated the weapons which unleashed an EMP wave across the entire complex disabling every single unit not equipped with EMP shielding.

With their enemies defenseless there was no stopping the White Fang from executing the soldiers in revenge for the defeat at JOSH-A. Mobile suits and tanks disabled by the Gungnir were used as target practice while soldiers who had surrendered without a second thought. "How does if feel to be helpless humans?" Adam asked as his fingers were poised on the trigger of his CGUE's primary weapon only to have it destroyed by a round from a sniper rifle. Other mobile suits had their weapons destroyed the same way and no one could see the shooter. By looking for the shooter, the soldiers that had surrendered along with the pilots whose mobile suits were disabled were able to make their escape, almost getting killed by several White Fang mobile suits whose pilots didn't have the stomach to execute them.

As for the facility itself, missiles from the airship rained down onto the buildings destroying the facility and everyone still in the buildings was killed. To the White Fang, they had succeeded in extracting their revenge for those they lost at JOSH-A, but to the mystery sniper who saved many lives they were disgusted by what the White Fang had become. "You really have done it this time, you bastards." A hidden Lock-On snarled before he vacated the combat zone and head back to make his report to Ironwood.

"You're telling me the White Fang not only attacked a military target connected to Frozen Talon, but they also executed everyone who couldn't fight back after the EMP disabled every single mobile suit and ground vehicle!?" Ironwood asked when Lock-On returned to Home-One.

"I wish it wasn't true, but Haro and I saw it with our own eyes. They gunned down everyone, Frozen Talon and military alike. They didn't even care about those that were wounded, they just slaughtered them and enjoyed it like it was a game at a carnival or something!" Lock-On answered.

"Adam is always one who demands revenge when it comes to humans. At first, he was only targeting Frozen Talon, but he soon began to target the military and the kingdoms." Heero added. "Its obvious he is letting his emotions get the better of him, more specifically his anger. Acting out of anger or any other negative emotion will only cloud one's judgement and feed the Grimm's strength. The more negative emotions they sense, the stronger and deadlier they will become and it could also see the return of the Dark Gundam." He added.

"No one has seen the Dark Gundam when it was destroyed by Domon and the others several years ago." Ironwood began before he turned his gaze to the reports about the Dark Army attacks that had occurred in the last few months. "But the Dark Army units that have been spotted could very well mean that someone has rebuilt and is using the Gundam for their own purposes. We can't rule out that possibility." He added.

"If the Dark Gundam is still intact, then that means they have must have found someone to use as the new core unit. But who in their right mind would want to pilot that monster of a mobile suit?" Mu asked.

"We can worry about that later. Right now, our top priority is to let the people know that all lives were not lost at JOSH-A before the Seiran's and Frozen Talon can use this to their advantage. If they convince the world that all the students that were at the base were killed, Ozpin could be removed from his position as Headmaster of Beacon and be replaced by someone loyal to Frozen Talon. They might even go as far as to screen students for being Faunus, Coordinators or Newtypes and either ban them from entering the school or kick those who have been at Beacon longer than first years out. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to use some of the students for their Extended project." Ironwood stated. The others knew he was right and the repairs on both the damaged mobile suits and the ships was important.

While the commanding officers were discussing the recent events, the students decided to train for the festival. Even if they were caught in a conspiracy concocted by a terrorist group, they were still students and their education was important to them. As such, all of them were sparring in a large and empty hanger bay against each other. Team RWBY was facing Team RATH, Team JNPR was facing Team CRDL and Team CVFY was sparring against Team SSSN while Yzak, Nicol, Dearka, Shinn, Neo and the others watched with interest.

Ruby fought against Robert without the use of her weapon which resulted in her getting beaten badly since she never fought without her weapon before. Yang and Tammy were ducking it out with the hand to hand skills they knew while Blake and Weiss took on Arthur and Hanzo in sword combat.

Jaune and Cardin were once again clashing with each other like they did after Jaune lost his old Musha, but this time Cardin was fighting with a lot more skill then he originally showed. The same applied to Russel, Sky and Dove who were fighting Nora, Pyrrha and Ren and giving them a good work out. As for Team SSSN, they were getting their assess kicked by Beacons resident team of badass students and pilots.

The students kept on training for a few more hours before they finally finished. "Ok, that was quite the work out. Good thing they had this hanger we could use, otherwise we would be getting in the way of the crews working on our machines." Yang said grabbing a sweat towel that was laying nearby.

"I'd rather be giving them ideas for Barbatos and its weapons. I want it to look more like a sloth." Nora said with excitement. Again, everyone smacked their faces at Nora's comment.

"Barbatos isn't a sloth, Nora. Barbatos is a demon, one of the seventy-two dukes of hell and the 8th demon in the Ars Goetia." Jaune reminded Nora for the umpteenth time since she received the mobile suit.

"Doesn't that Ars whatever group have a sloth in it?" Nora asked.

"Nora, Sloths aren't demons." Ren answered.

"Whatever. I just want those guys to finish up as soon as possible. I want to take that machine for a spin!" she said excitedly.

"Only once its repaired can you actually use that mobile suit." Yzak reminded her. "If you were to take the machine out now before its fully repaired and upgraded, you'll be killed within about a few minutes." He then pointed to the scar on his face. "I got this when I fought against Frozen Talon forces months ago. The Duel wasn't even ready, yet I still took it out into battle and got this scar when several bits of one of the screens exploded. The pain was like nothing I felt before, but the scar is a reminder to myself so I never pull a stunt like that again." The Silver haired pilot added.

Nora did understand what he was saying and figured it would be a good idea to wait until her machine was fully upgraded and repaired before she took it for a spin. "She means well, but sometimes she just sometimes wants to jump right into the action, especially since she has all that energy but she can be serious when its necessary. Just don't give her any coffee, it makes her more energetic then she usually is." Ren said to Yzak.

"Better energetic than willing to do anything to get revenge on someone. If things were different and it were the Strike that gave me this scar, I would probably take out my frustration on anyone who got in the way, might even fire on a ship full of civilians. Glad that's not who I am." He stated.

As for Neo, she walked over to Robert who was giving Ruby a few pointers on hand-to-hand combat. "Your skills leave a lot to desire. You can't always relay on your weapon in battle, especially if you somehow lose or forget it." He began before he noticed Ruby looking down in shame. "However, you have a lot of potential and I think you might want to train with Yang and Domon when we return to Beacon. Seeing as they both use the School of Undefeated of the East; they can help you become better in hand-to-hand combat and it will definitely come in handy against if you take part in the Gundam fight portion of the tournament." He added, getting Ruby to smile a bit.

"Thanks, Robert. I think I'll do just that." Ruby answered and headed after the others.

"Is it just me, or do you treat a lot of people like they are your brother and sister?" Neo asked with a chuckle.

"Maybe. But Ruby is both the youngest student currently enrolled in Beacon and the youngest team leader. She has a lot to learn before she is truly ready for the challenges that lie ahead of her, the same goes for the others. Well… maybe not Coco and her team, they have a lot more experience than most of us, myself included." Robert admitted.

"But you've taken out that Arsenal Bird and Mobile Armor in Vacuo, defeated three of Frozen Talons elite special operation squadrons, rescued Flay and helped kill that Megalodon Grimm. Not to mention you are the Demon Lord, you've got plenty of experience. Not to mention you saved my family's life." Shinn listed off.

"I still have a lot more to learn, Shinn. I'm good, but I am that good. I'm still a first year and whoever is pulling the strings of world events, they won't wait until any of us are ready for them to enact their 'grand master plan'." Robert reminded. "I get what you are saying Shinn, I've done a lot of good over the last few months, but the more we practice and train the more we can be prepared for what comes next." He added.

"I get what you're saying. But there is still a lot we don't know. Like who is really behind all this? What do they have to gain by trying to start a war? Do they want a lot of innocent people to die and are they supporting both Frozen Talon and the White Fang?" Shinn asked.

"From what we've gathered, someone is playing both sides." Heero said as he walked into the hanger. "Whoever is really behind all this is trying to throw the world into chaos, which in turn will create negative emotions which will draw the Grimm closer and closer to the Kingdoms. They also seem to appear to be supplying both sides with money, Dust and mobile suits. Frozen Talon wants to wipe out the Faunus, Coordinators and Newtypes while the White Fang wants to either destroy or force humanity to accept his belief that the Faunus are superior to humanity." he added.

The Perfect Soldier than pulled out his handgun and ejected the clip. "The more one tries to stop a war from breaking out, the more likely it is to start. War is a part of history and there is nothing good about war and when it starts, the Gundam's will be there to bring an end to the conflict and destroy those who desire war." he stated putting the clip back into his weapon.

"Either way, we still need to figure out who wants to start a war." Neo reminded.

"And we will. But right now, we need to focus on letting the world know that those who were reported to have died at JOSH-A are alive and expose the Seirans before they can expand that spark even further." Heero said.

The others agreed with what he said and sometime later, Robert and Neo met back in the hanger. "I've noticed that you didn't recover your weapon from the island." Robert said to the multi-colored haired girl before he handed her a new sword. "I still remember the sword you wanted to make back at Signal, so I asked Ruby help me with the construction of this."

Neo looked at the sword and inspected the weapon. Her hands soon hit a button which caused the sword to change into a rifle that was nearly four feet in length. The rifle was lever action and the blade of the sword moved down exposing the barrel of the rifle while end of the sword formed a bayonet. "I remembered that you liked westerns so much, so I thought that you could might like this. Magazine capacity is ten rounds and is loaded at the breach by stripper clips. Its lever action, so its good for long range shooting, but when you need to get in close the bayonet helps." Robert explained.

"Thanks. I'll take good care of it." Neo answered. Robert smiled and suggested that they see if the weapon was ready for combat and headed for the firing range. Neither of them noticed that Nicol saw everything and smiled. He was happy that Neo and Robert were finally starting to be like a family again.

While five ships, their crews and students were planning on returning to Vale, in a secret facility deep in the snowy wasteland of Solitas, a group of people were discussing the current situation they were dealing with. Despite their success at JOSH-A, the loss of their weapons facility in Anima made their victory seem utterly worthless.

"We need to accelerate our plans to take control of Beacon. If that fool Ozpin remains in power, we won't be able to begin our purge of the school of those who are a threat to our goal." One member said.

"Isn't that what the Seirans are for? They have been taking the steps to ensure that Ozpin is removed from his position. After all, we did frame that idiot Winchester for supporting us in order to put them in power." Another one said.

"But we still don't have confirmation that the Archangel, Minerva, Kestrel III and Takemikazuchi were sunk when the Cyclops system was detonated. Not to mention the two new mobile suits along with the Winged and Wing Zero appeared and destroyed the Cyclops system. How in the world did they know about the system?"

"What does it matter? We can't proceed until we have confirmation that those ships and the students onboard are at the bottom of the sea. If they did survive and somehow make their way back to Vale, all of our plans will fall apart!"

The sound of fingers tapping on the table they were sitting at got them all to look at the source, Muruta Azrael. "Haven't you all forgot that we have forces looking all over for those ships. The last report we got from some of our unmanned transports indicated that they were heading to Sanus and despite linking up Smirnov's forces, have completely disappeared." He began.

The other members of Frozen Talon looked to each other with confused looks. "Furthermore, since they were saved by the arrival of the six Gundam's, its likely to assume that whoever is piloting those machines must have a base nearby. It would explain how they were able to attack several of our facilities over the last few months." Azrael added before the monitor in front of them showed the last know location of the ships. "If we send out a small force to attack the kingdoms, they will most certainly attack us, we can then send a scout unit to follow back the machines that are sent out to intercept them. Once we find where they are hiding, we deploy a large compliment of mobile dolls, drones and automatons to wipe out the base, it may even allow us to capture anything we can use for our own forces, plus it will be a good chance for us to test out the Ruination."

The rest weren't as convinced about this plan as Azrael was, but that changed when the monitor switched to a shadowed figure. "The Ruination does indeed to be tested. If it can destroy those fools, then we shall indeed seed it out." The figure said before vanishing from the monitor.

The other members soon agreed and Azrael gave the word to launch out a small task force to try and find where the survivors where hiding, while also contacting the Seirans that they were about to accelerate their plans to take over Beacon.

Back at Home One, Howard and his workers were working their hardest in both repairing and upgrading the mobile suits used by the students of Beacon and Haven as well as the Winged Gundam. "Alright people, now make sure you double check your work even triple check it. We can't let these students operate machines that are only fifty-percent complete. Once finished you can all take a break before we continue work on the machines." Howard instructed the crews.

The technicians finished their work and as they left the hanger, Howard looked to the mobile suits they were working on. The Barbatos was reconfigured to close combat while its speed and reaction time were increased, the length of the arms were increased and equipped with two 200mm forearm guns and two arm rocket launchers for close combat and mid-range shooting. The new twin maces and sword-mace could combine to form a Warhammer and grenade launcher much like Nora's own weapon, but this one fired a 350mm grenade round.

The Knight Gundam was given an improvement to its yet to be used centaur mode while its Vulcans were upgraded from the original two to four.

The Max Revolvers anti-armor shotgun and lever action beam rifle were given an increased rate of fire while the gigantic magnum could now separate into two separate magnums each of which held a total of nine shots.

The Shining MK2, Shadow MK2, Rising and Maxter MK2 had their Vulcans modified for heavier damage or in the case of the Maxter was given a set of head Vulcans like the other machines. The Airmaster MK2s buster rifles were given an increase in power to penetrate anything short of an anti-beam barrier.

Exia and Dynamas were left in the care of Sergei's forces seeing as they knew more about E-Carbon and GN particles than Howard and the others. As for the Narrative, Gundam X, Crossbone and Akatsuki their beam rifles were also given an improved rate of fire and increased power output.

The Altron, Deathscythe, Heavyarms, Shenlong and Sandrock MK2 were given improvements to their weapons systems. The Deathscythe MK2's beam scythe had its power level increased for both its scythe mode and rifle modes. The arm of the Shenlong could now extend further than normal while the Altron's beam submachine guns had their power and firing rate increased, with eight spare energy packs. The Sandrock MK2's homing missile launchers now held a total of six missiles while the shotels could now combine into a nagaita. As for the Heavyarms MK2, the beam gatling could now separate into a pair of smaller beam gatlings which could be held in both of the arms and saw an increase in its power output.

As for the Wing Gundam, its Buster Rifle was modified to fire six shots before it needed to replace the spent cartridge with a new one. This increased its reputation as a deadly mobile suit and it also received a new red and white paintjob and a new name, the Wing Gundam Rose. It wasn't the only one, the Deathscythe MK2 became the Deathscythe Rose Sniper while the Shining MK2 became known as the Shining Brawler. The Gundam Ground Type MK2's on the other hand got upgrades to their thrusters increasing their maneuverability.

Admiral Halberton's Windam was also given an upgrade as well. While most of its weapons remained the same, Mobius One's Windam was now armed with two internal 20mm cannons and equipped with the same 55mm gun pod used by the Strike, Freedom, Justice and Veritechs. This was largely in part to his Windam being modified with a fighter mode much like the Raptor Veritech, complete with four underwing pylon stations and internal weapons bay capable of holding missiles and bombs. The transformation ability still allowed for the Admiral's mobile suit to use the Striker Packs that were developed for the Windam.

"Repairs are coming along smoothly, General. The ships are just about finished, but we still need a little more time to work on the mobile suits. A lot of them suffered some serious damage during the fight at JOSH-A, Veritech's included. It shouldn't be too much longer." Howard told the General.

"That's fine, take as long as you need to repair them all." Ironwood answered before he spotted the Wing-Zero along with the Freedom, Justice and Raptor Gundam's along with the Windam Custom were preparing to take off. It appeared that Heero had requested that the Freedom and Justice assist him on a reconnaissance mission. While he did know about the machines, he wanted to see what else they were capable of especially in regards to the 'special' feature that Sienna mentioned. Ironwood was also curious and while he wanted to see what they were capable of but the Tallgeese was still undergoing repairs of its own, so he would have to take the word of Admiral Halberton. "I wonder what this special feature of the Freedom and Justice is?" he said to himself as the five machines left the base to conduct their mission.

Speaking of said mobile suits, the two Dust/Fission powered Gundam's were flying at wave top level in mobile suit mode with the Windam Custom, Raptor and Wing-Zero flying just ahead of them. "So, Heero. Care to tell us why you wanted us to assist you on your recon mission? Is there something we don't know about?" Robert asked.

"There is. Over the past few days, merchant and military ships have been attacked by unknown forces. It's possible that it's the Dark Army, Grimm, White Fang or Frozen Talon, but the attacks are in close proximity to the base. Depending on who it is, we need to eliminate them before they discover the base. We can't let anyone get in touch with Sutherland or the Seirans, if they do it might launch an attack to try and kill all of you and get the secrets of the Freedom and Wing-Zero." Heero explained.

"That's the last thing they need. If they get their hands on the reactors of those machines, it could spell disaster for all the kingdoms." Halberton said in agreement.

"It hasn't been confirmed, but one of our scouts reported sighting the Chaos, Raider, Calamity, Forbidden and Abyss in the area of the destroyed ships." Heero added.

"Oh great. Five machines piloted by five people who I would have called 'brother'." Stella said in annoyance before she looked to Roberts face on her monitor. "Hey Robert, if I get the chance, I'm going to destroy them so don't get in my way, ok?"

"Hey! If you kill them, I won't be the one pulling the trigger. But at least try to capture them intact as much as possible. We might be able to find something that could lead us to whoever is leading the group." Robert reminded the Raptor pilot as the group continued on their way towards the position of the last group of ships that were destroyed. Changing from its fighter mode to mobile suit mode, Wing-Zero dived into the water while the others stayed above keeping their eyes open for the enemy.

The Freedom, Justice, Raptor and Windam waited for a few minutes before Wing-Zero emerged from the water below. "Looks like whoever attacked the ships left all the cargo onboard when they sunk them. There a lot of Veritechs and mobile suits down there, plus weapons and ammo crates not to mention a lot of civilian vessels as well." Heero reported.

"What about the ships? Any clue as to what attacked them?" Neo asked.

"They were hit hard. Beam weapons, missiles, torpedo's and some of them had their bridges sliced in two by beam weapons, there's even indication of them being hit by ballistic weapons. Whatever hit them, was a walking arsenal of firepower." Heero added.

"Hey, this might be a crazy thought, but what if those five stolen Gundam's have some kind of…" Robert started to say before Heero aimed the Twin Buster Rifle at the Freedom. "What are you…!"

"Move now!" Heero shouted and started to charge up the rifle. Robert was quick to move out of the way as the blast from the Wing-Zero's weapon streaked out towards the ocean. At first, nothing seemed to happen but a few seconds later, a series of explosions could be seen in the distance indicating something was destroyed. "This has all been a trap!" Heero stated.

"Heads up! We've got incoming!" Neo shouted and quickly opened up with her beam rifle.

Coming in fast above the water were hundreds fighter pods, battle pods and MQ-99's accompanied by Virgo and Taurus mobile dolls. The number of units approaching them equaled to the size of four hordes of Grimm. "That's a lot of hostiles." Stella stated.

(Rendezvous starts)

A few of the attacking enemy units were downed by Neo's beam rifle, but they were vastly outnumbered a hundred to one. Despite the odds, the five pilots weren't going to back down. "Stella, you're with me! Hit the left side! Robert, Neo take the right flank! And Mr. Yuy, hit them head on!" Halberton ordered and configured his mobile suit to fighter mode and went on the offensive. The weapons bay of his custom Windam opened up once he had a missile lock and four of his new XMAA missiles streaked towards their targets, colliding with them and sending the wreckage down into the water.

"Splash four!"

Stella followed suit and configured the Raptor to its mobile suit mode and took aim with her beam rifle at a Taurus charging right at her. A quick pull of her trigger sent a short burst towards the enemy mobile suit, destroying it before she noticed a Virgo fire a charged-up shot from its beam cannon. Jinking to the left, Stella avoided the shot before drawing one of her beam sabers. Its bright green blade ignited and the Raptor charged towards the enemy unit, dodging each of the blasts from the beam cannon. The closer Stella got to the mobile doll, the more she knew that its Planet Defensor's were about to come online, but she was quicker and slashed apart the enemy machine with a double horizontal strike which exploded.

She then spotted a group of fighter pods streaking towards her which soon overshot by missiles launched from several MQ-99's. Raising her beam rifle again, she opened up with a burst of fire that included her Vulcans which downed the missiles while her beam rounds hit the enemy machines. Five of the attacking units were shot down, forcing the others to break off their attack. "You're not getting away!" she snarled and configured into fighter mode and started to chase after the other units.

Opening her weapons bay, she closed the gap and acquired a missile look fired her own XMAA's at four of the targets while downing the remaining with her cannons. "These things might be just machines, but they are really starting to piss me off." Stella growled

"Machines can never replace actually pilots. Everyone says that unmanned machines are the next generation of kingdom defenses. Atlesian Knights, Paladin's and Spider Droids can easily be hacked by computer viruses or have their programing rewritten. Compared to actual pilots, we follow our beliefs and act on our emotions." Halberton stated. "We are the protectors of the kingdoms, not some machines!"

To prove his point, the Admiral opened up with his beam rifle, taking out several Taurus mobile dolls while drawing one of his beam sabers. Its violet blade ignited, the Admiral raised his shield, blocking several shots from another Taurus mobile doll before he pulled his machine into a climb, got behind the enemy machine and thrusted his beam saber right through the area where the cockpit would be. "I will not allow us to be replaced by machines that can simply follow the orders they are programmed to follow!" he declared as he downed another Taurus, this time with his shields two missiles.

"Machines will never replace actual pilots." Heero stated bluntly and fired the Twin Buster Rifle at a group of enemy units at full power. A stream of golden hellfire blew apart dozens of unmanned units into scrap metal before Heero spotted something below the water. "These machines are being launched from a carrier submarine. I'll eliminate the target." He said and drew one of his beam sabers while diving into the water yet again.

"And this is why I am glad Wing-Zero is on our side." Neo said, albeit a little nervous at the thought of her fighting Wing-Zero if she were still working with Torchwick. Throwing her beam boomerang, Neo destroyed several battle pods in one pass before the boomerang returned taking out a Virgo just as its Planet Defensor's returned to the machine. 'Why is it I can't remember the name of who Torchwick is working with. I know he's helping Adam Taurus, but who's the one really pulling the strings?' she thought.

A series of missiles streaked towards her, but were intercepted by Freedom which used its gun pod to shoot down the missiles. "Wow, I didn't actually think that would work!" Robert said in surprise before he pulled out the beam rifle and streaked towards a group of Virgos. Pulling the trigger, he fired a long burst of gun fire directly at the enemy machines. Though the Planet Defensor's could block most attacks, the rounds from the gun pod broke through the barrier and destroyed the machines with ease.

"Let's do it Neo, back to back!" Robert said to his adoptive sister. Neo did so and as both mobile suits stood back to back, both of them opened up with their gun pods, beam rifles, beam cannons, plasma cannons and rail guns. Both mobile suits then started to spin around with their weapons firing and hitting their targets. "Just like old times!"

"Which old times? The ones where we fought against each other or the ones where we fought together?" Neo asked jokingly.

"Fighting together!" Robert answered playfully. More units continued to approach the duo when they suddenly pulled back. "Either I'm crazy or these things just wised up and started to retreat." Robert said confused.

"The drones wouldn't retreat unless they were given a new set of orders. Why would they…" The Admiral began before the warning systems in his machine rang through their ears. "Ballistic missile incoming! Get to five thousand feet now!" he shouted urgently. The others did so and saw the missile detonate in mid-air sending a bright flash through out the sky while raining down was numerous warheads.

(Three Evil Weapons starts)

"Tell me that wasn't what I think it was?" Robert asked in shock. Before the Admiral could answer, a pair powerful beam blasts zoomed past the four mobile suits. All of them looked to see the Chaos, Calamity, Raider and Forbidden heading towards them.

"You know what I see? Targets!" Clotho Buer, the eighteen-year-old red-haired pilot of the Raider said with excitement, firing his machines shield cannon at the Windam Custom. "I'll deal with Mobius One!"

"Damn it Clotho! I called dibs on the admiral!" Orga Sabnak, the blond-haired nineteen-year-old pilot of the Calamity wined, before he turned towards the Raptor and fired all his weapons at the Raptor. "Guess I'll take the one piloted by that scared little girl!" Stella was quick to dodge the fire from the Calamity's weapons.

"Guess I'll take one of the funny looking mobile suits." Shani Andras, the sixteen-year-old pilot of the Forbidden who had green hair, purple and gold eyes said and targeted the Justice. Changing from its high-speed-assault mode to mobile suit mode, Shani opened up with his forearmed mounted machine guns forcing Neo to dodge each of his shots before he swung the heavy scythe.

"NEO!" Robert shouted and was about to go assist his friend when the Chaos zoomed past him, banking hard left before coming and firing its beam rifle. Raising his shield, Robert was able to block the shots from the beam rifle while the Chaos changed to mobile suit mode and launched its weapon pods, which soon launched all of its missiles. "Not today!" Robert shouted and quickly fired his Vulcans, destroying the missiles before he dodged the blasts from the assault cannons.

"I'm guessing you're the Demon Lord I've heard so much about. Looks like it will be me who takes you down!" Sting Oakley, the green haired sixteen-year-old pilot of the Chaos said before drawing one his beam sabers and surged towards the Freedom which was quick to counter the attack with a beam saber of its own. "I'll be the new Demon Lord and I'll kill everyone who gets in my way. I'll have a bigger kill count then the others!"

"Is that all you care about? Getting more kills then your 'comrades'? Don't you want your old life back?" Robert asked in surprise, kicking the Chaos back a few feet away from him. "I know what those bastards did to you and the others. No one should have to go through that. Both Gjallarhorn and the Roughnecks are trying to find a way to reverse what they did to all of you, just surrender and we can help you!" Robert pleaded.

"And become the same weak person I used to be? Not a chance in hell. All of us have been given the task of wiping out all of the pathetic Coordinators and Faunus in the world. Anyone who gets in the way will be blown apart by our Gundam's!" Sting shouted.

"Don't be a fool!" Robert countered. Again, his words fell on deaf ears and Sting continued to attack him.

"TAKE THIS!" Clotho shouted and swung the Mjolnir breaker before sending it towards the Admiral's Windam. The Admiral was quick to dodge and countered with his beam rifle, but the shots were deflected by the Mjolnir which Clotho started to swing around like a makeshift shield. "Finishing move!" Clotho shouted in rage and launched the mace towards the Windam Custom, only to have the mace destroyed by one of the Admiral's beam sabers.

"That was my favorite weapon!" Clotho shouted in rage before transforming his machine into its mobile armor mode and flew away. Halberton was quick to follow in his machines fighter mode and started to fire all his guns at the Raider.

"Do you think that this is a game!? War only leads to death and destruction. People lose loved ones, friends and their homes, do all you care about is getting the 'high score' in this war?" Halberton asked as the Raider dodged his shots.

"Hey, old man! Why don't you just shut up and die already! The world doesn't need someone who has a Coordinator for a son!" Clotho shouted changing back into mobile suit mode and from its skirt, drew a beam saber! "I'll get you for destroying my favorite weapon!"

Both machines soon clashed with their sabers, but the Admiral was far more skilled with a beam saber. "Your skills with a beam saber are weak. Tell me, who modified those machines and where is the Abyss?" he demanded.

"Dealing with a real pain in the ass underwater!" Clotho answered.

Meanwhile, Stella continued to weave in and out between the Calamity's deadly arsenal which seemed to be getting more and more accurate. "I always knew you were trigger happy, Orga, but I didn't think you'd be firing all over the place!" Stella shouted to the enemy pilot before she took the Raptor into a loop, got behind the Calamity and fired her beam rifle. She then transformed her machine into mobile suit mode and drew her beam rifle and fired. Her shots missed as the Calamity dodged her own shots. "Damn it!" Stella cursed and drew one of her beam sabers.

Much to her surprise, the Calamity drew a beam saber from its skirt and charged towards her. "Looks like someone got an upgrade to the mobile suit they stole. Who'd you have murder to get them to upgrade it?" Stella taunted, raising her beam saber and blocking the Calamity's new weapon.

"Shut the hell up you bitch!" Orga shouted and attempted a horizontal slash at the Raptor only for Stella to dodge the attack and counter with a swift kick to the Calamity's side. "Oh, you are going to regret that now!"

Neo was having a difficult time with the Forbidden. While the Forbidden didn't have the firepower the Justice had, its Geschmeidig Panzer system mounted in the shields kept her from attacking with her beam sabers up close. Not only that, but the magnetic field generator mounted in the rail guns was putting her on the defensive since they allowed the Plasma Induction Cannon to bend. The upside was that it could only be used in its mobile armor mode, but it wasn't making her situation any better.

A blast from the Forbidden's Railguns hit the Justice, but Neo was still able to fly. "Damn it!" she cursed before narrowly avoiding a swing from heavy scythe that would have cut right through her machine.

"I don't know what's powering your mobile suit. But I think it will make a lot people happy if I take it back with me. But that doesn't mean I can't rough it up a bit." Shani said sadistically, swinging his scythe again and missed. Growling in frustration, Shani opened up with the 115mm machine guns, keeping the Justice from getting closer.

"You won't be taking this mobile suit!" Neo shouted with determination. She then opened up with her gun pod and Shani moved to block the rounds with his shield, but to both his and Neo's surprise, the bullets went right through the magnetic fields. "Guess bullets aren't stopped by those magnetic fields!"

Meanwhile beneath the waves the dark blue and white Abyss Gundam swung its massive Beam Lance at the Wing Zero which dodged before firing a low powered shot from its main weapon. "You're really starting to bug me! Why don't you just die already!?" Auel Neider, the pale blue sixteen-year-old pilot of the Abyss shouted.

Heero said nothing and took aim at one of the submarine carriers that Auel was protecting and fired the Twin Buster Rifle, sinking the carrier. The other carriers were soon quick to retreat, but this was the signal Auel and the others were waiting for. Pushing controls to the maximum, Auel brought the Abyss out of the water and headed towards land where he sent his location to the others.

Clotho, who was quick to pull the Raider out of a spin which he had taken from a kick from the Windam Custom spotted the Abyss's location and radioed the others. "It's time we kick some ass boys!" Clotho said with enthusiasm.

"Let's show these freaks the power we've gotten for our job!" Orga added.

"Then I guess it means I don't get to fight alone." Shani groaned.

"Hey, shut up and just do it." Sting reminded the Forbidden pilot. The four other mobile suits headed toward the Abyss's location and each of them shifted into something far different from a mobile suit. The Raider and Chaos formed a pair of arms while the Forbidden and Abyss formed a pair of legs which attached to the Calamity who's feet retracked to the back of its main body and attached to the Chaos and Abyss while its arms shifted behind its chest and formed a pair of thrusters while the Raider and Chaos took their place. The cannons of the Calamity rested on the shoulders while its bazooka was held its left hand and its shield combined with the ones from the Forbidden and was held in the right hand. The head of the Calamity retracted and a new head from between its main cannons emerged.

"Ruination Gundam, awaken!" All five pilots shouted as the now dubbed Ruination Gundam fired its cannons, bazooka and the Calamity's Scylla cannon at the five Gundam's forcing them scatter.

"Is this why they stole those five machines!?" Robert asked in shock.

"It appears so." His father answered.

"Just so you guys know, I didn't help them steal these machines or knew anything about this Ruination." Neo added.

"So, what do we do to take this thing down?" Stella asked, firing her beam rifle which did nothing since the Forbidden's magnetic field was still up. "Really wish I had a gun pod." She added. Just seconds later, a blast from the Ruinations beam cannons in the shield slammed into the Raptor followed by a barrage of micro missiles from several hidden missile launchers.

Vulcan rounds from the Freedom, Justice, Raptor and Windam Custom destroyed most of the missiles, but there were too many of them. Lucky for them, a blast from the Twin Buster Rifle hit the remainder of the missiles as the Wing-Zero returned.

"Leave the Ruination to Robert and Neo. Admiral, Stella we have new mobile dolls approaching fast. They appear to be based on the Raider." Heero stated.

"There's no way they can take on that thing on their own they need help!" Stella protested.

"No, they don't. Sienna installed a special feature into both machines for situations just like this. They're the only ones who can deal with this machine." Heero answered before he drew his beam saber and charged at the new white Raider look alike mobile dolls and destroyed several of them with his emerald blade. The new machines were quick to change into their mobile suit mode and attack Wing Zero, The Windam Custom and Raptor with their weapons. Unlike the actual Raider, these new mobile dolls had a pair of beam sabers store in their skirts while they kept the 76mm shoulder machine guns and nose mounted 80mm machine gun.

A blast from the Windam Custom's beam rifle took out four of these new machines in their mobile armor/fighter mode and it became clear to the Admiral that these machines were based on the Raider's frame, but the plasma cannon, shield cannon, mace and energy cannon were removed while the ballistic weapons were kept and were given beam sabers. Another blast from his beam rifle told him that the units had no PS armor. "Is there no limit to what Frozen Talon will do or create just to achieve their selfish and genocidal goals?" he asked to no one in particular.

"Its like you said, they'll do anything just to achieve their goals." Stella reminded the Admiral, using her beam sabers and destroyed group of the Raider mobile dolls with ease. She then bore witness to Heero destroying a swarm of these new machines with the Twin Buster Rifle at full power. "Ok, I am really glad that no other mobile suit can use that monster of a rifle." Stella said with a nervous chuckle.

While the others dealt with the mobile dolls, Robert and Neo were having a difficult time with the Ruination. The combined strength of the five combined Gundam's was making it more challenging for them to take down their enemy. "These guys are really starting to piss me off! We need to take them down fast!" Neo stated, throwing her beam boomerang at the Ruination which wasn't deflected by the combined shields. The boomerang soon returned before the Scylla cannon from the Calamity's chest fired.

"When will you freaks realize it? We are superior to anything and anyone who tries to stop us!" Clotho laughed sadistically before the Ruination moved from its spot and sped towards the Freedom and Justice.

"We're the ones who will cleanse this world of all those who are freaks of nature." Orga added.

"And once we get your funny looking mobile suits, we'll have the firepower to wipe out everyone living on that speck of an Island called Menagerie." Auel said sadistically.

"I can imagine that the kill count from that operation will have a lot of pretty lights. I want to see those pretty lights." Shani added with a hint of excitement. Sting on the other hand said nothing and pressed a button on his controls giving the Ruination the beam rifle used by the Chaos while Clotho, Orga and Shani got their next dose of Gamma Glipheptin.

"Then let's finish this!" Orga said to his 'brothers'. The others agreed and took aim at the Justice.

"Full Arsenal fire!" All five shouted and fired all of the Ruinations weapons at the Justice. Neo would have been killed if it weren't for Robert getting in front of the blast and used his shield to block the blasts.

"No. One. Harms. My. Sister!" He roared. It was at that moment it happened. The monitors of both Dust/Fission powered Gundam's displayed the words Omega System activated and to the surprise of everyone, the two Gundam's combined.

(More Than Meets the Eyes starts)

Detaching its backpack, the Justice shifted and formed a pair of legs while its flight-pack shifted into a large shield. The Freedom's legs then turned into a pair of arms while its primary arms retracted into the mobile suit as did its head before it connected to the Justice. The railguns and plasma cannons remained in place and a new head emerged similar to the Freedom's but with four Vulcan guns in the head and had the V-fins of both machines. The beam rifles and gun pods were secured to legs and arms of the new mobile suit while the beam cannons of the Justice attached to the plasma cannons which took the form of a pair of beam gatling cannons. As for the cockpit itself, the pilots of both machines found themselves looking at the same screen like they were in a double-seater mobile suit or aircraft.

"OMEGA GUNDAM!" The two shouted as the newly dubbed Omega Gundam stood in front of the Ruination Gundam.

"So, that's the special feature of the Freedom and Justice." Heero said in surprise but smiled. "Good work, Sienna. You too Doctor J." He said to himself.

"Did they just…." Stella started to say in awe.

"Combine?" Halberton finished equally surprised as Stella was.

"So, they can combine like us. Big deal, we're still more powerful than this new 'Omega Gundam'." Clotho scoffed before he and the others fired all their weapons again.

"Full Arsenal fire!" They shouted again. All of the weapons fire flew towards the Omega Gundam, but the new Gundam dodged it quickly.

"Shit!" Orga cursed as the Omega streaked towards the Ruination and landed a powerful punch to the chest of the Ruination, destroying the Scylla cannon. Drawing one its beam sabers, the Ruination charged towards the Omega Gundam at full power and tried to destroy the machine. Robert and Neo were quick to counter this blow with their own beam sabers which glowed bright green.

"You punks and your bosses aren't going to attack Menagerie or the Kingdoms while we're around!" Robert shouted.

"Unlike all of you, we fight to protect not destroy. We are Huntsmen and Gundam pilots!" Neo added. As she said this, the Ruination surged towards the Omega with the beam lance of the Abyss with the full intent of running the machine through the cockpit. A quick slash of the Omega's beam saber destroyed the beam lance.

"You're just a bunch of stupid Coordinators! You're protecting your own kind and a bunch of filthy animals! You're nothing but a bunch of weaklings and kids. What do you have that we don't!?" Orga shouted and fired all of the Ruinations weapons again, but once again the Omega Gundam dodged the fire, forcing Orga to shoot at every place the Omega Gundam was.

"Hey, Orga, what the hell are you doing? You firing all over the place you dumbass!" Auel shouted.

"Shut up!" Orga roared.

"You both are dumbasses! Let's use the sabers and slice them into pieces!" Clotho argued.

"Lets just kill them! We have a plan to follow, remember!?" Shani reminded the others.

Sting groaned mentally but didn't say anything and only kept his eyes on the power level of the Ruination. They still had a lot of power left, but with the way they were firing was draining their power levels fast and it wouldn't be long before they would have to retreat.

"These guys don't give a damn about each other. Argue on the battlefield and you'll end up dead." Neo pointed out.

"Then what do you say we use that to our advantage and send them packing?" Robert suggested. Neo looked to him and smiled. Pushing their controls to full power, they surged towards the Ruination.

"Omega kick!" they both shouted and slammed into the Ruination with strong side kick before delivering a series of punches on the combined enemy Gundam which did a number on the Ruination. A near point blank shot from the bazooka of the Ruination would have depleted their PS armor had it not been for a timed block from the shield of the Omega.

"You've had a taste…" Robert began.

"Now its time for the main course!" Neo added. Both pilots soon tapped into the power of the SEED as the Omega's multi lock-on system activated and its railguns and beam gatlings started to power up. The beam rifles and gun pods of the Freedom and Justice combined into a set of double-barreled versions of the weapons and all were trained on the Ruination.

"OMEGA ARSENAL BLAST!" The two shouted. Beam rounds, plasma volleys, railgun slugs and 55mm shells streaked towards the Ruination hitting it hard and forcing the Ruination to split back into its five pieces.

"I'm not going to lose to a couple of bastards like you two!" Orga snarled and quickly brought the Calamity back to its feet. It like the Chaos, Raider, Forbidden and Abyss were heavily damaged and their weapons were either off line of destroyed, save for the Calamity's bazooka. "I just need one good shot and I'll take down the Demon Lord and his girlfriend.

Taking aim, Orga's fingers were about to pull the trigger when he felt a sharp pain in his chest. "DAMN IT! NOT NOW!" Orga shouted in pain.

"It hurts like hell Orga!" Clotho said over the radio, feeling the same thing that Orga was feeling. Shani was also feeling the same pain and they soon found themselves surrounded by the Windam Custom, Raptor and Wing-Zero.

"Stop sitting around and let's get the hell out of here! Unless you three want to die?" Auel shouted, equally pissed that they had failed to take out the Freedom and Justice. The others heard him and were quick to retreat from the combat zone leaving behind their enemies who didn't even bother to fire back at the retreating enemy.

"To think that Frozen Talon was able to modify those five machines to combine into something as deadly as the Ruination." Halberton said in shock, thinking of what a mobile suit like that could do to a city. "Then again, it appears that we also have an ace in the hole as well." He added with a chuckle, looking towards the Omega Gundam which had just detached back into Freedom and Justice.

"Sienna, what were you thinking when you came up with the idea of the Omega Gundam?" Robert asked himself before he looked to Neo. "Looks like we're quite the team, aren't we?"

Neo looked to Robert and smiled before she configured the Justice back to fighter mode and headed back to base. The others followed suit and headed back to Home One. None of them noticed a Dagger L equipped with Mirage Colloid followed the five machines back to the base and sent the location back to their superiors.

ZGMF-X31S Abyss Gundam

Developed for combating enemy aquatic mobile suits like the GOOhN, The Abyss was intended to be given to Neptune Vasilias, but was stolen by Frozen Talon. Heavily armed with beam and shell-based weapons, the Abyss can function on both land and in the sea. In Mobile Armor mode, the Abyss relies on the Torpedoes', dual cannons and dual beam cannons while in Mobile Suit mode, it relies on the Beam Lance, beam cannon, triple beam cannons and CIWS guns. It forms the left leg or left arm of the Ruination.

Ruination Gundam

Type: Custom Transformable Multi-Purpose Multi-Mode Assault Mobile Suit

Power Source: Ultracompact Enhanced Energy Battery

Armor: Trans-Phase Shift

Weapons: Beam Lance, 2xBeam Saber, Beam Saber, Heavy Scythe, 337mm Plasma Bazooka, 2x125mm High-Energy Long-Range Beam Cannons, 580mm energy cannon, 115mm machine guns

Pilots: Shani Andras, Sting Oakley, Auel Neider, Clotho Buer, Orga Sabnak.

Using the technology, they have acquired, Frozen Talon modified the Calamity, Abyss, Chaos, Forbidden and Raider to form the Ruination Gundam. Able to use all of the weapons from each mobile suit in aerial or assault modes, the Ruination is designed to completely overwhelm the enemy with its fire power and capabilities. Since three of the mobile suits are piloted by Biological CPU's an extra dosage of the GG enhancement drug is kept in the Calamity, Forbidden and Raider.

Omega Gundam

Type: Custom Transformable Anti-Mobile Suit Mobile Suit

Power Source: 2xDust/Fission Reactors

Armor: Phase Shift

Weapons: 4x76mm CIWS, 2x55mm Gun Pods, 2xRailguns, 2xHeavy Beam Gatling Guns/Plasma Cannons, 2xBeam Rifles, 2xBeam Sabers.

Pilots: Robert Halberton, Neopolitan

When construction of the Freedom and Justice began, White Fang High Leader Sienna Khan ordered that both mobile suits be able to combine with one another in order to combat the grow threat from Frozen Talon and the Dark Army. As a result, both mobile suits combine into the Omega Gundam a mobile suit with more firepower than the Ruination Gundam and double the power of both mobile suits combined. This combination enhances both the speed of the mobile suit and its firepower for engaging multiple enemies at once.

And done! This is something I was thinking about when I first started this story. For those wondering, Neo's new weapon is based on the Winchester 1895 Lever Action rifle. As for the Raider like mobile dolls, they are based on the aerial Terrorcons from Transformers Energon. Please read and review and I will see you next time.
