Imani got back to her house and it was on the way there she realised it was Halloween the next day. The first Halloween she'd have without Harry and the first in a long time without other wizards and witches around. The Weasleys in particular.

She gets a text from Chris telling her to call him when she was able to. She quickly goes to her room and gets out her phone putting out a silencing charm as she walked through her door frame. Closing the door she held the phone up to her ear. It must've been important if Chris said to call him rather than just text her what's going on. He picked up on the third ring.
"Chris." She said
"Listen. There's going to be reports of ninjas around tonight. They're no ordinary ninjas."
"Alright that's a first. Do you know what they are or what they're after?" Imani asked.
"No I don't. They might be after me but I'm not sure. I need 24 hours to figure it out. They'll be active at night. Can I rely on you to keep an eye out?" He asked. Imani realised he was probably in the presence of a werewolf and was trying not to let to much slip so they'd find out he was talking to her.
"Yes you can." She answered and the two hung up from each other. As soon as she hung up Imani heard the door open. She waved her wand releasing the charm and stepped out to see who'd come home. She saw both her brother and her dad.

"Hey guys." She said smiling. Both jumped slightly and got rid of the concerned tired faces they had on previously.
"Hey Imani." Her dad replied as he stepped upstairs to most likely go to bed. She turned to look at Stiles.
"Hey are you alright?" She asked tilting her head, he looked tired.
"Yeah I'm fine. We uh found Barrow, so uh no more maniac on the loose." He said.
"That's a plus." Imani smiled.
"I'm going to go to bed. Been a long night." He said and stepped past her. Imani smiled and nodded.
"Goodnight!" She called and stepped into her own room.

The next morning the power still wasn't back so Imani made sure she was at the school early to help rangle students into their classes on time since there was no bell. Unfortunately Coach had scored one of the only megaphones. So Imani was reduced to yelling. She almost brought her wand to her throat to increase the volume of her voice.
It was a hell of a job to get the students organised. But she also over heard that a Halloween party was happening that night. Knowing that it was popular and that Scott and his friends would probably be going it would be a good idea for her to attend. She just needed to find out where it was. Thankfully she came across a student that liked to gossip.

That evening Imani was on high alert and tuned into her senses. She made sure her clothes were dark and had fluorescent tank top on underneath her black hoodie. She double checked her wand and its accessibility. Imani was just extremely jumpy and anxious. She was still at her house debating about going. If her brother was there and something went wrong he'd undoubtedly want her away from it making it next to impossible to help. But if she went in disguise it would help she'd just need to be on high alert for Scott and his wolfy senses. Pacing her room Imani's anxiety got worse. Along with that feeling she briefly heard the start of Lydia's scream, but it was cut off. Not many things could cut off a Banshee scream.
"Ah azkaban." Imani turned and grabbed her pendent putting it on and hiding under her clothes. She closed her eyes and apparated across the road to Derek's loft.

Imani arrived in the shadows and looked around wondering is anyone saw her. Which they didn't. As she stepped forwards she someone lying on the ground. Going over she saw that someone was Derek. Knowing only something strong could've knocked him out she went over and looked for any injuries.
She didn't find any but felt he was extremely cold, he needed to activate his healing ability. Frowning Imani stepped back and hid behind a few cars pulling out her wand. She looked around for any bystanders, seeing none.
"Incarnem inflamaray." She whispered and the small ball of flame flew over to Derek brushing his arm. He jerked awake just as the ball of fire extinguished. He slowly sat up and touched behind his ear. He looked around after that to try and find whatever attacked him, Imani followed where he looked just in case. But didn't see anything.
He let loose a very angry roar. She needed to tell Chris.

'They're not after you. They're after the pack.'

Derek stood up and went to his loft. Imani couldn't help but smile, he would not be happy about an unauthorised party going on his loft.

She got a bad feeling again and knew she had to act. People were fleeing from the party but Imani put that down to a pissed off Derek. Remembering what the other aurors had said about helping in the shadows she made her eyes glow and apparated to the door of the loft peering in. Seeing what looked like the Oni slowly advancing on Aiden. Thankfully their teleporting and shadowy smoke coming off them was similar to her apparating. She used that to her advantage. Casting scent charm seeing who was in the most danger. Imani fixed her hoodie, and scarf around her face. She to looked kind of like a ninja. Except she had black skinny jeans and back combat boots.
Scott was facing two Oni at once, Derek seemingly breaking one's neck only for it to heal extremely quickly and toss him on the ground. Scott closely followed hitting the ground hard.
Isaac stepped up and drew his claws. However the Oni had an answer for that to. A Ninjato sword it drew from it's chest. Isaac backed away stunned.
Seizing the opportunity two Oni held onto Aiden as a third held it's hand to the base of his head and it's eyes glowed a greenish-yellow. The was smoke from it's hand as it let go, and Aiden fell to the floor in a daze.
The Oni then turned their attentions to Scott.
"That's it." Imani whispered.

Holding her hidden wand up her sleeve Imani apparated in front of Scott and cast protego holding up her non-wand hand. It looked like she was using magic but not with a wand, kind of like she was using telekinesis. The spell stopped the Oni in it's tracks. The pack stepped back stunned not knowing where she came from or who she was. The other Oni advanced forwards drawing their swords. Imani's eyes glowing purple she shoved her hands forwards sending depulso to push the Oni closest to her away. Giving her space for the oncoming Ninjato swords. Before they could even get close she cast stupefy sending the Oni flying, crashing into walls. As they got back up the rising sun began to pour into the loft. As the light hit the Oni they disappeared in smoke. Imani needed a way out and she found it. She turned to the pack eyes still glowing, relaxing her stance and apparated as if she were like the Oni.
