A/N: I made a promise to my readers that I would warn ahead of time if the story took a dive into the darkness. We are as dark as I was projecting for this story at this moment. This story is rated M for a reason however due to the content of this chapter it is rated NR for the duration of it. This is not intended for kids. You have been warned.
Elsa pulled her legs up into the fetal position when Iver got up off of her trying to think through her body's betrayal. "I'll have a servant bring you some hot water to freshen up." He said as he pulled his shirt on closing the door. Maren will never forgive me for this. I know I'm not attracted to him, so I don't understand why my body reacted. She held her hand over her mouth as she tried to keep from being sick as the door opened. "Your Majesty!" Kai gasped in horror. "I was ordered to bring hot water to you." He sadly said as he pulled the blanket over her nude form. "I spoke to Queen Anna this morning. She has sent for help. Please hang on." He quietly whispered to her. She simply stared off in the distance with fresh tears collecting in her eyes as he left the room.
Iver was pacing the throne room when Hans walked in. "I need to go pick up more of the fire elixir from the mage." He turned to answer the unspoken question in his brother's eyes. "There is enough here for her next few doses. I will be back here long before the announcement to the Kingdom about their Queen. Do you think you can manage to keep my queen calm?" Iver asked as he handed his brother two syringes. Hans nodded and watched as his brother walked out of the room. Elsa's eyes were focused at the bucket of water struggling as she created a thin layer of ice on the surface. She growled in frustration as she was panting from the exhaustion while her mind raced. I need to get out of this room. She stretched her legs, testing her strength. Whatever they are using on me makes me so weak, She continued her thought as she pushed herself into a sitting position, smiling as a plan began to form. I cannot let him inject me with that crap again.
Maren paced along the cell wall as she looked for any sign of weakness in the structure. Kai said she looked broken. She shuddered as she recalled the previous conversation with the man. "Queen Anna, I've found Queen Elsa, She is located in one of the guest rooms on the third floor of the castle." Kai quietly said as he looked back down the hall. "How is she?" Maren carefully asked. Kai swallowed thickly, "The Queen looked as if her spirit had been broken. She didn't acknowledge me at any point." He sadly said. The three prisoners all looked in shock at his statement. Anna's brow furrowed, Elsa wouldn't give up that easily, "What did he do to her?" Anna asked with wide eyes. Kai immediately answered "I heard them speak of an elixir they had to keep her in submission. I tried to locate it to bring it to you, but they keep it with them." Kai looked down debating on continuing when Maren caught his attention. "What are you leaving out?" She frowned. He took a deep breath as everyone focused on him. "A maid watched the prince go into the room that the Queen was in and when she heard her sobs, she went to check on her. She witnessed him being indecent with the queen. When she attempted to say something, Jakob pulled her from the room threatening to kill her family if she spoke of it. The maid said she heard her throughout the night." Elsa. Maren sadly thought as she tried to pay attention. "I have even more troubling news." Kai cleared his throat. "Prince Iver has requested there to be a mandatory announcement made this evening, and all of Arendelle is to be in attendance." Kristoff looked to Anna who walked to the door. "What kind of announcement?" She growled. Kai looked down. "The Queen has agreed to be married." The mouths of the three prisoners all opened without sound. Anna cleared her throat before yelling "She what?!" Maren's heart shattered. I have to get to her.
Elsa looked down and frowned, I have to put something on. She carefully walked over to the wardrobe and pulled on a white top found in it. I need to find Maren and Anna. She thought as she made her way to the door. She placed her hand to turn the knob, and it didn't budge. Fuck. Elsa's eyes searched around the room for another way to get out. I must be in one of the upper guest rooms. She noted there were only a few small windows found in the room as her eyes landed on the fire iron hanging to the side of the small fireplace in the room. Perfect. She thought as she walked over to grab it into her hands as she heard the door being unlocked. She braced herself against the wall as she held out her hand watching as a coating of ice grew in front of the doorway. Elsa was catching her breath as the door opened. Hans? She looked up quizzically as he frowned. "What are you doing out of bed?" Hans asked, taking a step forward, losing his balance when his foot came down onto the ice. Elsa pulled her arms back and wacked him on the head as she quickly moved past him holding his head.
The dungeons, She focused on the fastest route there avoiding the guards and staff. I don't know who is allied to Jakob or loyal to Arendelle. She thought as she waited for a maid to pass. She looked back as she heard Hans shout. Shit! She turned a corner seeing Jakob was running towards the stairs. She ducked behind a large plant and held her hand to her mouth to quiet her breathing. Jakob slowed down looking around as he thought he heard something. Hans screaming from up the stairs forced him to keep moving. She sighed in relief and slipped down the dungeon stairs. She ran down each cell peering in to emptiness. Where are they? She leaned against the wall to catch her breath as she heard quiet talking. She pushed off the wall and looked around the corner and smiled for the first time since Ahtohallan. Maren. She got to the cell gate and nearly collapsed against the it in relief. Three wide eye'd people she loved were staring back at her as if they'd seen a ghost. "Elsa!" Maren gasped as she launched at the gate.
Elsa had tears in her eyes's as she looked around the cell. "I was worried about you all." She said as she took another deep breath. Maren reached her hand out of the cell to grab Elsa's, smiling, she didn't pull away. "We were worried about you." She quietly said. Anna walked over to the cell door, "Kai said you agreed to be married. Is that true?" Elsa's blank stare made Maren laugh as she took in the winter spirits look of shock. "No, I've barely been conscious. How the hell would I agree to a marriage?" She fumed looking at her sister. "I would never marry that..." Her sentence was cut off as the fire spread from her arm. "Who the hell said you could see them?" Hans raged as he continued to hold the syringe in her arm. Elsa felt her knees began to shake under her weight as she leaned harder against the cell. "Stop it." Anna screamed out as Hans jerked her out of Maren's hand, roughly picking her up. He carried her into the stall across from them. Kristoff, Anna and Maren all began to yell as they heard Elsa cry out with the sound of a thud as he dropped her to the floor. "I don't understand my brother's sick obsession with you. You are a pain in the ass." He sneered as he kicked her in the stomach causing her to grunt. He crouched down as he looked in her icy blue eyes. "It's almost as if you cast a spell on my brother the way he speaks of his time with you." He said as he stood. Jakob rounded the corner, "Want me to carry her back to her room?" He asked as he walked over to her. Hans looked at Elsa on the floor and turned to Jakob. "No, I want you to inform me of my brother's return. I'll carry her back myself." He commanded, never taking his eyes off of the blonde on the floor. Jakob turned and left the room as instructed without a word. Hans picked Elsa off the floor and slammed her to the cot. "My brother spoke of you for years, grooming me to woo you at your coronation." He wasted no time in freeing himself from the confines of his pants as her eyes widened. "No, don't do this." She pleaded as she attempted to pull away. He simply smiled at her as his hand swept the loose hairs from her face. "You are beautiful, and I don't see as why I can't enjoy myself as well." He smugly stated. Elsa closed her eyes and cried out when he slammed into her.
