Director Leon Vance didn't really know who to call first for when it came to Miss Heines call to him. Having more of the Cartel around with no doubt having further orders to take out Gibbs and other family friends.
He decided to call the F.B.I. and Tobias Fornell in his office. He had arrived back from the field working on a kidnapping case in Alexandra not too far from the Naval Yards. Dialing his number from the index in his desk.
He waited for the connection to go through until Fornell picked up the phone. His office currently was a mess with piles of case folders that needed to be stored away. "F.B.I., This is senior field agent Tobias Fornell how can I help you?"
"Fornell this is Director Leon Vance of NCIS and the Naval Yards, listen we have more problems for when it comes to the Cartel and Gibbs." He sounded somewhat scared for when he had mention about the Cartel.
"Why? What has happen now Director Vance?" Fornell was squirming in his chair every time he and his associates have to deal with them.
"Some of my workers have noticed a black SUV following them, and including on Gibbs block and his house. No doubt they are also watching Phineas and his adopted parents. We need to do something with some type of protection like before until we know for sure who just they are." He responded...
"I will see what I can do about the protection with talking to my regional supervisor Leon. Does Jethro and Loreile know about it at all?" He needed to ask about his friends.
"Gibbs know and he doesn't plan on telling his wife even though she already knows no doubt with Casey having sent her an e-mail on the computer. I don't even know she was able to read it as yet Fornell. Thanks for your help with this particular matter and the Cartel."
Director Vance ended the phone conversation when his secretary called him about Doctor David Reynolds arriving from Michigan Naval Yards to take over the spot for Jack Sloane leaving after three years. She wanted to have a new start with her daughter Faith as well transferring to Manhattan Medical Center in New York. "I will see him now."

Loreile wasn't able to rest any longer after the intense sex they had earlier. She had left her husband still sound asleep in bed. No doubt he will be waking soon and in need of his pain medication. She grabbed her robe from the rug to place it back on to head downstairs to check her computer and whether she had received any messages.
Turning back for a moment at her handsome, sexy husband. She walked out to head downstairs into the slight chill of the living room. It needed her husband's touch with the fireplace.
Seeing where she left the computer the last time. She sat down at the chair and table to switch it the computer to bring up the E-mail program. Opening up the program there were two messages for her from Casey Heines.
She couldn't believe what she was reading on the screen with Casey telling her to not say a word to Gibbs and to delete both of the messages. She heard a noise with no doubt Jethro was walking down the stairs looking for her. She deleted both of the messages to go into another window to enter Google. "HEY!I had thought you be sleeping a little bit longer?" She had to asked with a calm tone in her voice.
"I was missing my wife in bed with me. Are you coming back to bed for another round?"
"I think it would be best Jethro that you try to take it easy. I know that Doctor Taft will not be too pleased when he finds out that his patient is not following orders." She says it with a slight smirk on her face to have his chuckle slightly.
"When do I ever Loreile?" He came in closer to her to almost feel the heat of his body.
"You have lately my dear husband. You have always been stubborn for when ever it comes to your own health's well being. Even your team tells me this all of the time because they just care and do love you as well as a friend and a boss." She tells him with his blushing slightly for a man that just turned 69 years old and in great shape considered.
"Loreile, you are sometimes too much for when it comes to the truth of the matter of the heart. And it's why I do love you a great deal in every aspect." He bent down to kiss her on the lips hard as she would respond back.

Doctor David Reynolds was feeling comfortable in the director's office of NCIS. Doctor Reynolds age 52 divorced for the past five years. He was asked by SECNAV and Director Leon Vance on whether or not he would like to take on the position to help with his investigation teams with trying to solve cases and a number of other issues.
He would be staying with his sister Janet in Alexandra only a few miles from Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
"Thank you Director Vance for the warm welcome. I will be sure to introduce myself to the teams. And what about this agent I keep hearing about named Leroy Jethro Gibbs?" He would asked the director sitting in front of him.
"He's currently on medical leave and is supposed to be coming back to work on Monday. I can give you a file on him and his team to bring you up to speed."
"Great Director! I will be able to read the file in my new office. Thanks." He says with Leon taking the file from his top desk while handing it to him and Reynolds getting up to leave.
"Later I can give you a complete tour of the Naval Yards Doctor Reynolds." He watched him leave his office determined to do a great job for NCIS.
