(Mid Chapter Authors Notes)
A man widens his eyes at the expansive greenery that seems to have grown on the island overnight.
"What?" He mutters with wide eyes.
Before him is a single statue of a kneeling figure, silver pools for eyes.
Slowly, a large wall raises from the ground behind it.
"Dear Faunus kind, I hope I am writing this in a tongue you can understand, it has been a long time since I have ever attempted to communicate to those below... a long time since I was able to... I just wanted to say... that I am sorry... The Faunus- a much better name that I had originally thought of- have suffered unjustly at the hands of humanity... I am saddened at the fact that this has happened... I would have thought your kinds would have worked together, against the taint left by the dark god, but... it doesn't seem like it's to be... you fought for your freedom, yet humanity attempted to contain your entire kind to an island with more desert than habitable land... you fought again, yet you still haven't gained even a fraction of the freedom humanity has in their daily life... I am sorry to say, but I can't help your kind more than this... I cannot change the perspective of man... or rather, I won't.
I will not become like those two before me, forcing my ideas onto my creations because I feel entitled to it... the greatest gift I have given all of you... is the gift of choice... even if it is a bad choice, it is still theirs to make.
Instead, I am going to turn the entire island of Menagerie- a sick joke on humanities' part to name it as such- into a thriving island of hope... of peace... even in my weakened state, I am putting in an effort to help... as I feel this is partially my fault... but... regretfully, racism is a trait I have seen in many worlds... even if I didn't create the faunus, and if it were just humans... I have seen worlds where humanity has turned on itself, declaring superiority over others by the shade of their skin color... in a world where only faunus exists, perhaps you would have been racist to your own kind as well... mammalian faunus against reptile faunus? Insect against Aquatic faunus? There really is no telling I suppose... I just hope that this will make up for even a small fraction of the injustices you all have suffered."

"GDF Ceo disfigured in factory accident!"
The newspaper in my hands shifts slightly as I raise my eyebrow and fully focus on the story.
"Earlier Tuesday, Jacques Gele, Ceo of the Gele Dust Factories-"
*Snrk-*
You know, maybe I shouldn't be laughing at the fact that a man was permanently disfigured...
Fuck that guy.
"-has had his face permanently marred by a scalding hot piece of equipment. Doctors are refusing to disclose any more information, but it is assumed that that he will never look the same again."
I actually didn't have a hand in that as I scan through the rest of the article.
Apparently, he was trying to change regulations... cut corners on his factory's safety... hire faunus workers for less than half of what he used to pay.
I'd say he got karma'd.
In other news.
"GODS EXIST?!"
Ah yes... that little article covering the rapidly growing greenery of menagerie and the stone wall... and because of it, weeeell...
Let's just say my followers have more than doubled.

I've created quite a few people as well...
Sadly, my created beings can't count as 'fanatics' according to the system... only regular worshipers.
I remember back when I first became a lesser deity... it stated that a 'moderate divine ability' was equal to like thirty to forty separate 'lesser divine abilities'… taking that into perspective, I can now do a moderate divine ability every twenty-two minutes.
Speaking of my current unspent divine power...
I think I'm finally going to create my rel- hell, at this point, my TWO relics!
I lift up a small clay sculpture of a woman in a light blue and white kimono with snowflakes around the hem, two large fox ears on her head along with a large bushy tail behind her.
Ooor I could put it off and create a kitsune for Eden...
'hey system, how much would a kitsune cost?'
For a 'Kitsune' with a single tail, you would need 1 for the soul, 1 for the body that grows stronger as it ages, and finally, 1 for the base racial abilities.
'so, sort of like my angels, right?'
Correct.
'what about two-tailed, hell, what's the difference between one tail and two tails?'
Kitsune are fox spirits, thus they start out as foxes. A kitsune with one tail would be little more than just a large fox, while a kitsune with two tails gains the ability to transform into a human or their now bear sized bestial form at will.
'how much would that even cost?'
8 Moderate Divine Abilities.
'yeesh... really? Do they get anything else?'
They are able to extend their nails into claws, have quite powerful illusions, and have a basic control over the four elements of Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire, or, moderate control over one if they forsake the other three.
'isn't that... a little weak?'
They are also 14-16 times stronger than a regular human, but with aura they'd possibly be untouchable by anything less than an experienced maiden.
'huh... y'know what, I can't actually make a fully-fledged two-tailed kitsune quite yet, buuut I could definitely make one that's close to growing a second tail...'
I gain a purple outline, channeling all of my power into the small clay figure.
*FLASH*
Standing before me is a woman... blonde hair tied up into a short ponytail, two fluffy fox ears, two fluffy fox tails, wearing a regal blue kimono with a large white ribbon tied around the waist.
'what-'
'wait...'
Clay Of Life:
When using a clay figure as a focus for a life-giving divine ability, that divine ability is instead 50% stronger.
'was... that not being calculated?!'
Technically, I just gave this woman nine moderate divine abilities worth of power by using absolutely everything I had... Lesser included.
The woman in front of me slowly blinks and looks around. "What- I- oh..."
She looks to her hands and clenches her fists for a moment before unclenching them.
"I... wow..."
"Yeah, that always happens with newly created beings... you'll get used to it in like... a week or two? I heard from Azazel that accidentally breaking stuff is the worst, though."
"I-I..." The woman inhales before exhaling. "Okay... what do you wish of me, master?"
"Please, just call me Asmodeus." I wave off. "I just want you to live a normal life here in Eden... maybe protect it as needed... eventually I'm thinking about opening a small schoolhouse here and I want you to teach there.
"A-Alright." The woman nods resolutely.
She looks at her hands. "M-May I have a name?"
"Of course, you can." I scoff. "Why wouldn't I name you?!"
I scratch my chin and look up at the ceiling. "I just haven't thought of any good names at the moment..."
"Nix." I nod after a good thirty seconds of pondering. "Your name is Nix, after Onyx... but it is up to you to choose a last name for yourself if you want one."
"A-Alright." The woman bows. "I will do as you instruct."
I wave her off, dropping out of my lesser deity form. "Just do what you want, really."
Azazel bursts into the guildhall. "They've found Eden."
"Vale?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.
"Beacon." He answers.
"Shit." I mutter under my breath. "By 'Find' do you mean-"
"Class field trip to collect tree sap."
"Ah."
"They wanted in so I let them." Azazel states.
"That's fine." I sigh. "I suppose I can't just magic some buildings into existence now... that's sort of a shame... but this is a place that accepts all, so maybe we can get some outsiders to join in."
I cover my mouth as I yawn. "Did they want anything else?"
"They're just looking around, really." He shrugs.
"Hn." I frown.
He looks to the new girl I summoned. "Oh? Who's this."
"Nix. She's a kitsune." I explain. "I'm going to go back home now."
"Alright." Azazel shrugs as he zooms over to the side of the woman. "Heeey~"
I step out of the guildhall as I roll my eyes. 'honestly that womanizing little shit... should have gone with Helltaker Azazel.'
'At least he knows his boundaries and doesn't do that with Summer and Kali.'
I cover my mouth as I let out a yawn, before turning and walking down one of the many paths in the direction of my home.
"Excuse me..."
I blink and look to see a woman with a clip board and glasses, she has short blonde hair, a riding crop at her waist, and vibrant green eyes.
"Hm?" I ask.
She looks pretty young actually, maybe twenty-five.
"Hello, my name is Glynda... I wasn't aware that there was a village in forever fall, and I was wondering why you all settled in such a dangerous area... the sap from the trees attract grimm in droves and it just seems like a bad idea."
"Our walls a pretty good... the grimm refuse to even approach town... besides, what do we have to worry about? Most of us here are huntsmen level, and a couple could probably be easily placed in the 'top ten' of all huntsmen and huntresses."
The woman slowly blinks. "Most people?!"
A man with crimson hair walks past us on the way to the guild hall.
"Hey Red." I hum.
"Asmodeus." He nods. "Have you seen Azazel?"
"Inside." I gesture to the building behind me.
"Ah." He nods as her continues on his way.
"W-Wait... you're Asmodeus... y-you killed the Midgard Sepent!" The woman gasps with wide eyes.
"I've killed a couple titans actually... Nidhoggr, the Midgard Serpent, Bennu, then the Kraken... honestly I'd be a little surprised if I didn't get a whole section in a history book." I shrug. "That's why I don't really need to worry about anything... I mean, I've killed more than half of the biggest threats on humanity... I'd say I deserve a break."
"F-Four?!" The woman whispers.
"It's not a big deal, really... that was old Asmodeus... the one who was reckless... I have things to come back to now, so I probably won't be going after the other four... like the one in Mountain Glenn."
"T-There's a titan in Mountain Glenn?!"
"There is." I nod. "Anyways, I have to get back to my family, now..."
I turn and walk away. "Tell Ozpin that if he even dares to look at my family with those manipulative snake-like eyes of his, I will toss him into the sun."
'hrm... maybe I should pick time as my seventh domain... 'Za Warudo' and all that.'
"Would you like some tea, mistress?" A white-haired woman in a maid's outfit asks a young girl with white hair that has strands of black peppered throughout.
The eight-year-old purple eyed girl smiles and nods to the blue-eyed maid. "If you wouldn't mind, Sakuya."
The maid turns to walk across the room to a nearby steaming tea set, but...
*SHATTER*
A figure crashes through the window... he has white hair, wears a red wifebeater, and has brown trousers.
He lands with a crouch, only to have a knife immediately bounce off his activated aura.
He hops to his feet with a grimace, raising his hands to guard his throat as another knife flies dangerously close.
"Right lung... and throat ah?" The man mutters to himself in a gruff voice. "That's pretty dangerous, Maid... just who are you?"
The maid narrows her eyes. "Weiss... please go to your mother..."
The purple eyed girl widens her eyes and quickly runs out of the room as the man and maid stare at each other.
"Marcus Black..." The maid slowly begins. "Assassin, Mercenary for hire... was paid by Jacques Gele to kidnap Weiss Schnee and kill Willow Schnee."
Marcus widens his eyes slightly at being found out... he isn't one for leaving witnesses... nor should this woman know all of that this quickly... he had only been hired earlier this week.
"My name is Sakuya Izayoi... I am the head of the maids at the Schnee Manor... I have been informed about your threat to Lady Willow, and Mistress Weiss..."
She pulls out a pocket watch, clicking it open with a frown.
"I have also been told to not mess around with you... you are capable of causing permanent damage to Lady Willow, Weiss, and even myself, so I will kill you here and now."
Marcus looks like he is about to lunge forwards, but the woman suddenly teleports behind him, a black knife's tip protruding from his chest right where his heart should be. "Luckily, I have been informed that your semblance relies on touch."
The man coughs once, blood seeping from the corners of his mouth as his aura fades, falling to his knees as he tries to crawl forwards.
"I bid you adieu." The woman frowns. "My only regret is that it is difficult to get blood stains out of carpet."
*Thunk*
A knife that had been flipping end over end through the air finally finishes its downwards arc and stabs through the back of his neck, piercing cleanly through his vertebrae.
The woman pulls out her pocket watch and checks over it.
"Ten seconds? I suppose that's easy to get back.
The woman walks out of the room, the click of her heels becoming audible as she reaches the tiled floor past the threshold, going to quickly report her slaying of a rabid animal to Lady Schnee.
"Sakuya..." A white-haired woman with blue eyes frowns with her hands steepled in front of her face.
"Yes, my lady?" The maid asks with her head bowed.
"Asmodeus and I have had enough..." The woman frowns.
She reaches below her desk and pulls out a series of newspaper headline cutouts, laying them all out. "This must stop..."
"GDF Ceo's injuries cured in a new marvel of medical and robotic science."
"Head to the GDF invests in robotics"
"Head of the GDF moves from Atlas"
"GDF creates compound for dust research on Anima"
"GDF releases a new brand of anti-grimm combat robot."
"GDF searching rigorously for vaults."
"Jacques Gele, or 'Handsome Jacq' has a breakthrough on grimm-repelling technology"
"'Handsome Jacq' hiring any and all able-bodied Huntsmen and Huntresses to search for vaults."
"We were fine just letting him do his own thing, after all, he isn't my problem anymore... but after what he has done... he has become a direct threat to Weiss and myself."
The maid frowns slightly.
"Kill him." Willow frowns.
"If you will it, my lady... I will do it."
"Hrm... actually no..." The woman sighs. "His death will cause an outrage... I want you to expose him for the true monster that he is... then kill him."
"If you will it, my lady... I will do it." Sakuya repeats.
Willow pulls out another slip of paper.
"Vault Hunters Wanted!"
"Quite a few other people were... annoyed... by Jacques' attempt on my life... so you may be getting some help." Willow states. "I want you to do all you can, Sakuya... but don't do anything that may risk your life."
The maid bows her head in acknowledgment.
"You may go." Willow announces. "And do not worry about any more attempts on my life or Weiss'… my husband is... around..."
A hand pokes through a small mirror on the corner of the table, holding another newspaper.
"Thank you Asmodeus." Willow smiles as she hands over the newspaper to the white-haired maid.
Sakuya nods and walks to the door, pausing briefly to glance back at her boss. "Do not worry, my lady, my lord, I will accomplish the task you have set before me."
The hand gives her a thumbs up.
"Oh, we know that you will." Willow smiles. "Give him hell."
Wow, looks like good ol Deus ripped off ANOTHER character... damn, can't wait for the astral lawyers to hit him with a cease and desist!
Who's next? Dio?!
Goku?!
Ryuko Matoi?!
Who knows!
And this chapter had a small timeskip... of about two-to-three years making the Rwbabies 8 entire years old! Then Cinder and Neo about 14-ish.
Plus, I've finally gotten my shit together! So, I'm catapulting us into a new arc! Sadly, Asmodeus might take a little backseat in this as we watch a time stopping maid become a vault hunter... when you can literally just 'Hakai' people out of existence in just your base demi-god form, it doesn't really create many fun fight scenarios but we may have a few cuts to whatever Asmodeus is doing amidst tense scenes.
Guest Reviews:
Guest 001: No. I'm probably not going to update that anymore, go to 'A Bizzarre Adventure', that one's only on Haitus, not dead... I really need to fix the last chapter because I posted it without my split edits in a tired haze... but I'll probably only do that after I finish the next chapter.
AL: I mean, the white fang is a thing... as for the 'threats without acting on it' thing... would you really want to murder a woman in front of your daughter? Why end her when you can draw out her suffering? Is that evil? Yes. But you mess with a god's daughter several unfortunate events may fall upon you.
Reader 451: It doesn't just apply to Blake; it applies to all of them... god forbid they do it two the older- yet weaker- two... as for the last thing... He takes what he can get.
Well, You know what they say... life imitates art~ and in this case, fanfiction imitates games!
