Chapter Thirty.

An explosion rocked the stadium. Reluctantly, Dio stumbled with it. Smoke and debris washed over him as brutal winds faded. Besides him, Sero clung a man-child to his chest protectively, all the while protecting them with a tape-roof. 'Sero,' Dio said. 'That was over by the evacuation centre. Take him just east of the centre, that is where you will likely find the others.'
'Eh, and what about you, Dio?'
'If I am correct, then we are under attack. And if that is true, then it is best if we halt it in its tracks here and now.'

As Gang Orca flung Todoroki away from him, a sudden thud resounded in his ears. Once, twice, thrice. Until finally, he turned to face a young boy. His head had a crown of unkempt blonde-hair. His eyes were in a way inhuman - not that he was one to talk.
'Gang Orca,' said the boy. 'Your quarrel is not with the or the civilians, but with me.'

Walking forwards slowly, Dio felt his body shivering ever so slightly. Controlling his half-breaths, the shivering grew. 'Boy,' rasped Gang Orca. 'You seem to be shaking. Perhaps it would be best if you backed down from this fight today, no?'
'The shivering is merely a prelude to things to come, Gang Orca.' As his breathing levelled his speed slowed. He could see men in body-tight black body gloves moving around him, themselves equipped with cement guns.
'Oh, what's this? Some sort of afterimage?' Gang Orca asked, looking at Dio with, what the vampiric Stand user assumed to be, wide-open eyes.
Ignoring the question, Dio felt his legs tense. Dust rose about him, clinging to his outfit. As the dust rose, so too did he. Without his weights constraints, he was free to do as he willed. To most, it would seem as if he had a flight-Quirk. But those at U.A. would know that to be wrong. Without hamon or his full array of vampiric abilities, he was forced to rely on his Stand, The World.
Already, from the corner of his eyes, he could see Aizawa in the rafters. The pro-hero was sitting besides another, while she was laughing at something seemingly unassuming, he was looking at Dio with wide eyes and mouth agape.
'So, you can fly.'
As Dio felt The World tug on him, he was angled towards Gang Orca slowly, repeating the same move Dire had used against him all those years ago. 'No, I can fight.'
With a sudden burst of speed, he spread his legs, only to have them caught by Gang Orca. 'To bad, it seemed you had potential.'
Without breaking face, Dio laughed. 'Cross Split Attack!' As he spoke the words, his short fight with Gang Orca was assured. With both hands forming an x-shape, he struck. They fell, suddenly. As they impacted the fine-crest of Gang Orca's head, they sent the Number Ten Hero rocking.
As Gang Orca let his grip on Dio slip, he was already barking commands at Todoroki, taking charge of the situation.

In the rafters, Aizawa sat mouth agape. 'T-that was unexpected,' he said. 'Oh, this is going to be a problem in the Home Room class.'

Dio stretched his arms in a well-deserved manner. 'Excuse me,' said a dog-eared man, his face wrinkled by age. 'But could you go to…'
As the words Police Station ran over the young-again Dio Brando his blood went cold.
'But before you go, I was asked to give you the results.'
'Eh, thank you, sir.' Dio said walking away, as he opened the envelope he saw that he had passed. As he finally went to leave he let out a soft curse.

What could the police want with Dio, who knows? Well, besides the police… and me… and anybody connected to whatever the police want, IDK. Anway, take care and remember. Hail Dio, master of The World.
