After the funeral, Shippo had to step away from the group when he got a text from an old friend of his. He wasn't sure if he should as this was an ex of his. When he appeared at the cafe she had chosen he stopped in his tracks when he saw her. She was still beautiful as the day he first saw her.

"Cleo, I'm...a bit surprised you called me." Shippo said as he sat down. "You look great."

"You too. You lost the ponytail I see." Cleo smiled

"Yeah, I still feel weird without it." Shippo smiled before frowning. "Why did you call me?"

"It's my sister." Cleo said

"Oh Kami." Shippo groaned as he rolled his eyes. "What did she get into this time?"

Megan Ramsey was an ex-apprentice of his a few years back. Good hacker, can be a bit cocky and always gets herself in trouble.

"She designed a device that got her kidnap. Something called God's Eye." Cleo explained

"She went through with that program. I told her not to." Shippo groaned

"You know what it is?" She asked

"Let's just if the FBI or any agency in the world got their hands on it, every wanted criminal, rapist, predator, trafficker, serial killer and terrorist would be found in a snap." Shippo said "A device that could be hacked into any surveillance footage with a camera and stays on that person with just typing in a name."

"What would happen if a terrorist got their hands on it?" She asked

"Sell it in the black markets. Could do ten times worse than what the feds would do with it." He said "She's been kidnapped by terrorists?"

She took out a letter from her purse and handed it to him.

"This was left inside my house. A ransom note for the Gods Eye." She said

"If she doesn't tell them they must think you might know where she hid it." He said "Did she ever…"

"No. That's why I called you here. You're the only one that I know that could find her fast enough." She pleaded "Please, Shippo, she's all I have left."

She placed a hand on his and this made Shippo eyes soften. Clearly he wasn't over her and still cared for her.

"Alright, I'll see what I can do." He said

Mr. Nobody had taken Dom to their base and negotiated with him. If Dom and his crew help find Ramsey (a hacker) and the God's eye, she'll be able to help them get Shaw. Dom, Of coursed, agreed and Mr. Nobody had brought in the others to the base.

"Our intelligence suggests that Ramsey will be transported by an armed motorcade through the Caucasus mountain range. If they clear this range and reach their destination, Ramsey is as good as gone." Mr. Nobody explained

"Hold on, So there's only one road that leads in or out, sheer drops on every side, a motorcade from hell protected by a small army from one mile in either direction?" Roman asked

"Yeah, that's about it." Mr. Nobody shrugged "You done?"

"No, I'm not done." Roman glared and looked at everyone. "So you all wanted me to break into a police station. Fine. Then you asked me to stop a tank. I wasn't happy about it, but I did it. Then you came up with this brilliant idea to shoot down one of the largest airplanes ever. I shot that shit out of the sky. Mmm. It's nothing. But this right here, my friend, happens to be the stupidest idea I've ever heard of in my life."

"I forgot that you weren't the only one to bring the plane down." Shippo teased

"No, no. The only thing I've ever seen him take down was "No Knees" Denise. Remember, at prom?" Brian joked

"Oh yeah, I remember her." Leonard laughed

"Really, Brian? You're gonna do that right here? See, y'all trying to get me off my point." Roman glared "All I'm saying is, I'm tired of everybody around me making all the decisions. This time, I lead. Seriously. If I don't start making decisions, I'm out."

"Aw, someone what's to be a big boy now." Roy teased

"All right, Roman. What do you got?" Dom asked

This completely caught him off guard.

"I mean, I wasn't trying to get into the whole leadership thing, like, now. You know what I'm saying?" Roman nervously smiled "I was just, kind of talking about, like, at some point. Like, you know, when we...Whatever. I mean, I think…" He looked at the screen map. "Let's hit it from here."

"I don't think that that's…" A soldier named Sheppard said

"No, no, no, don't think." Roman said "That's my job."

Everyone held in their laughs.

"Okay. It is impossible to hit it there." Sheppard said and looked at the map. "That is literally the most secure spot on the mountain. Why? Because you cannot physically access it."

"See, that's what makes it so sweet. Because it's the place that they least expect us to hit them from." Roman said

"Is it me, or did that actually make sense?" Leonard asked

"As much as I hate to admit it, he's onto something there." Brian said "What do you think, Dom?"

"Here?" Dom asked pointing to where Roman did.

"Yeah." Roman nodded

"I think we got our plan." Dom smirked

"Completely wrong thinking. And I like it." Mr. Nobody smiled

"You see. I am good at this." Roman smirked

"Good? Okay. How are you planning on getting on that road?" Sheppard asked as he widened up the screen.

Wasn't that sure Roman looked around to see if Shippo knew a way but didn't see him.

"Hey...where's our other tech guy, Shippo?" Roman asked

"Like a fox he managed to slip away from these guys when they came for us." Leonard said "If anything, he probably went to Kagome's hideout."

"Okay, then...um Tej?" Roman asked

Tej glared at him but an idea did come into mind.

"I think I may actually have a plan for that." Tej said

"What? I delegated. That's what good leaders do." Roman smirked "Leader."

"You know, when I was reading your files, I was impressed with what you've accomplished with your team." Mr. Nobody whispered to Dom. "But meeting them now, I gotta say, Dom, you've truly got a gift." And he walked away. "Consider my workshop your new playhouse. I think you'll find our cars extremely appealing. And your team is now complete."

He said he motioned towards Letty that just arrived.

Shippo was in his high tech room trying to locate where Megan could be. It wouldn't take long as he had his location device that rivaled hers.

"So who is Cleo?"

Shippo tensed with a blush when he heard Kagome coming in. She was standing by the door with her arms cross and had a teasing smirk on her face.

"Sorry...who? He asked

"Don't play dumb with me, Koga told me that he smelled Cleo scent on you before you got here." Kagome smiled "Now who is she? And why haven't I heard of her?"

"She's...uh...an ex-girlfriend of mine. A few years after you called me that day." Shippo sighed "I met her through her sister who was an apprentice of mine. She's...uh...an excellent thief. She stole some stuff from me but I always stole it back. It became like a game between us for a while until I finally asked her out on a date. When I asked her she just said 'Took you long enough to ask.'"

Kagome laughed.

It sounds like they were perfect for each other.

"What happened between you two?" She asked

"I...ended it." He said "I loved her. But I was afraid what would happen when she finds out about the real me. The last girl that I showed my true form to, we had to use that memory powder. And erase everything she put on the internet about me. Not everyone is like our family."

Kagome eyes saddened and hugged her son.

"I just didn't want another heartache, mom." He said

"I understand sweetie. But do you still care for her? Do you still love her?" She asked

He didn't have to think about it, he did. He always thought that Cleo was the one.

"If she called you after all this time, that must mean something. What did she want?" She asked before letting him go.

"Her sister, Megan. She got herself in trouble by creating a device that could track anyone from by hacking into any known camera out there." He said

"What kind of trouble?" She asked

"Kidnapped by a wanted terrorist named Mose Jakande, trouble." He said drily "I'm trying to figure out a way to save her."

"Which means you would need help with...right? Kagome asked

Shippo teased as he knew what she was thinking.

"No. Kagome, no." He said

"Come on, Shippo." She whined

"Sesshomaru, Dom and Leonard would kill me if you came." Shippo said

"Please. They won't know if we're fast." Kagome smiled

"What about Laura?" He asked

"I can get Mia or Ayame to watch her." She said

"You're not backing out of this are ya?" He sighed

"Nope." She smiled as she kissed his head.

When she left Shippo couldn't help but bang his head against the keyboard. He could never say no to his mother and she knew that. But he knew that he was gonna get his ass kicked from Sesshomaru when he finds out. He just knows it.

"Where are you going mommy?" Laura asked

They were in Kagome's room as she was finishing gearing up.

"Mommy has to help your big brother find his friend that was taken." Kagome said "I need you to be good for Auntie Mia and Auntie Ayame while I am gone, okay."

"Yes mommy." Laura smiled and nodded.

"Good. Bump fist bomb." Kagome smiled

The two fist bump before Kagome kissed her head and left.

It didn't take long for him to find Ramsey but what surprised them was that Cleo decided to go with them. With help from Koga's jet, they were above the kidnappers' vehicles. Once they were geared up they jumped out of the jet in specially made wingsuits. The men in cars saw them but before they could aim they disappeared. Unknown to them the wingsuits turned Shippo, Kagome and Cleo invisible, cloaking them from sight.

Later on, Shippo grew nervous as they saw Dom and his crew arriving at the scene. He decided to worry about that later as they landed armor size R.V and he and Kagome broke through the front window. They were still invisible so they had the advantage and were able to take down the guards. When they took down the last guy the back was taken down and Brian was hauled in.

"Little late for the party." Shippo said after deactivating his invisibility cloaking device and taking off his helmet.

Kagome and Cleo did the same thing.

"Shippo? Kagome? What are you…?" Brian asked

"Let's save the chit chat for later shall we?" Cleo asked

Kagome nodded and walked over to where she sensed another person was being captive in. She shot at the lock a few times before it broke and opened the door. Inside was a tied up woman with a sack over her head. Cleo walked in and quickly took the sack off the woman's head.

"Megan. I'm here. I'm here." Cleo said in relief

"Cleo?" Megan sighed with a smile.

While this was going on Brian was scowling Shippo.

"What the hell Shippo!? Why did you bring Kagome here? Better yet, why didn't you tell us you were going to be here? We could have used your help." Brian asked

"Hey, Mr. Nobody has been trying to capture me for years, for my work. I wasn't going to lose to him in the chase." Shippo said "Cleo is her sister and she's the one that asked me to save her. I didn't know they were going to save her. And for Kagome...she was gonna come no matter what."

"He's right." Kagome said after cutting Megan's restraints.

"We'll talk later. Come on, let's go." Brian said

They headed to the back entrance and Kagome halted when she sensed Deckard nearby. Dom was the first to get closer to the armed R.V. His eyes narrowed when he saw Kagome there but they had a job to do, he was gonna scowled her later. Brian told Megan that she needed to jump in Dom's car but Megan wasn't having that. Shippo would have jumped with her but didn't want to leave Cleo and Kagome knew that. So she decided to jump with her. When they did, Kagome was able to place Megan inside from the roof. She was gonna get in herself until Deckard drove up and hit Dom's car.

"You ass!" She glared

"Sorry, Kagome! Nothing personal!" Deckard said

She flipped him off as she pulled herself up and inside the hood roof.

"Letty, stay with Brian!" Dom said on his walkie-talkie and drove off the road.

They drove down the hill with Deckard and the terrorist guards behind them.

"You just can't seem to stay out of trouble can you." He said to Kagome.

"I didn't know you and Shippo had the same mission. Deckard's good but he can't be in two places at once." Kagome said

After driving a bit Dom managed to knock away a guard car in a tree. Well, more like pierce into a tree.

"What are you doing? This is crazy!" Megan cried

"Keeping you alive." Dom said

Not wanting any competition Deckard took out the last guard before following Dom again. They continued driving down hill and where they saw a cliff up ahead. Both Dom and Deckard were able to slide to the side of the edge of the cliff. The whole time Deckard was trying to push them off the edge and that's when Roman appeared. He knocked Deckard away while Dom pushed him away from the edge before driving away. They ended up back on the road a few minutes later but the terrorist behind them.

"Roman, get back to the others." Dom said on his walkie-talkie.

"What about you?" Roman asked

"Don't worry about me." Dom said

"Dom, what are you planning? There are more of them up ahead." Kagome replied

"Don't worry I got this." Dom said

Just like she said there were more of them up ahead. He ended up making a U turn and slide to the edge. All the men in the car got out and aimed their weapons at them. In one of the cars the head man, Mose Jakande, came out of a car.

"I have to say, I am impressed." Mose smirked "I would very much like to know the name of the man and woman who is causing me so much trouble. Give us the girl, and I'll let you live."

"What are you going to do?" Megan asked

Dom looked behind and had a sly smirk.

"You might wanna put on your helmet for this one." Dom said

"What hel…?" She muttered and looked around.

Kagome did too and saw it underneath her seat before handing it to Megan.

"Target the driver." Mose ordered

Dom did some donuts a few times but stopped when they were covered in a cloud of dust.

"Dom, why are we pointed the other way?" Kagome asked

"Hold on tight, kid." Dom said

"Fire on my mark." Mose ordered

"Three!"

"Two!"

"One!"

Dom ford it off the cliff the moment they started firing. Kagome quickly placed a barrier around them as the car started to hit and roll down the hill. After a few minutes Leonard and the others arrived at the bottom where Dom and Kagome were. Dom was the first to get out while he helped out Kagome. When she got out Leonard quickly held her in his arms.

"Are you alright? Are you okay?" Leonard asked

"Yeah I'm fine." She said

"Looks like our demon love child worked." Tej commented

"That's one way down a mountain." Brian said

"Where's Megan? Is she okay?" Cleo asked

They all looked in the back and saw that she was knocked out.

After a little while they taken her to a secured area and waited for her to wake up. While they were waiting, Dom scowled Kagome and Shippo for bringing her here in the first place. When he was done Shippo and Cleo walked away from the group so they could talk.

"You didn't have to do this, but thank you." Cleo said

"Believe it or not I would have done it anyway." Shippo smiled

He gave her a smile that she really missed.

"Shippo, I never got to ask...but why? Why did you leave me? Was it me…?" She asked

"No, Cleo. It was never you." He said and sighed. "There's something about me that makes me really didn't from everyone else. The last girl that I showed this side to really broke my heart and...it made me afraid to show it again."

"You know that I'm very open minded about things." She said and placed a hand on his arm. "Let me decide."

Shippo sighed and looked over at Kagome. She gave him an encouraging smile with a nod. Telling him to try it.

Taking a deep breath showed her his true form. He showed her his fox ears, canines, claw hands and six tails. She stepped back a little as she took him all in. Yes, she was shocked but she didn't run away or scream. She took a deep breath and stepped forward before reaching up to rub his ears.

"Did you know foxes are my favorite animals?" She smiled

Shippo smiled.

"I can see why...but I don't care." She said "You're still the same guy that I loved."

He wrapped his arms around her and brought her in a passionate kiss.

"After this is over, I would like to start over again. If you like?" He whispered

She just nodded before continuing kissing him.
