About an hour later all the Olympians, Jacksons (including Sally,Estelle and Paul), Cabin leaders, Grover, Rachel and Chiron were sitting in the Big House. Percy took a deep breath and started his story.

"I was in the kitchen, getting a glass of water for Annabeth when I blacked out"

"I came to, in a cave. My shirt was wet but not with water. It was some kind of gel. I felt a sort of wind pass me and as I look up, I see a floating can of coke. Calypso's Island was my first thought.

I walked out onto a beach but not the beach I remembered. This beach had sharp black obsidian rocks for sand and the sea was crashing and stormy. The raft that had taken me back to Camp Half-Blood, was bobbing up and down with the waves, shredded and torn up. Calypso's dining room table was completely wrecked. My eyes traveled to where her garden once was. The roots and dirt had been pulled up and thrown everywhere. I kneel down and run my hands through the dirt. How had this happened? What happened to the gorgeous island this once was? Who could do such a thing?

My fingers catch on a bundle of soft petals. I gently extract them from the dirt to find moonlace, laced up together. I get down on my knees and start smoothing over the dirt. I pick out the torn up flowers, fruits and vegetables. I take out the sharp rocks and throw them into the sea. I gently place the plants back into the ground. The dirt felt soft between my fingers. It tore me up to see the island like this.

It took me a few hours to put the garden back in order and when I was done, I was covered in sweat. I wiped my eyebrow and took a step back to admire my handiwork.

I look around and realize that the entire island was deserted.

'Ok Percy. Prioritize. First; Find food. Then figure out how to get out of here and why I am here in the first place.

I walk back to the cave and find that it was cleaned and that there was a wonderful meal set out on the bed. I look around and say "Thank you, whoever you are".

"You're welcome" a voice comes from behind me.

I spin around with Riptide uncapped. A young girl materialized out of thin air and smiles.

"Hello Percy Jackson. My name is Sophia"

"How do you know my name?" I ask, not lowering my sword.

"All those years ago when you fell to Ogygia, I was a servant to Lady Calypso. I was the one who brought Lord Hephestus the coca-cola that sprayed all over him"

"Do you know how I got here?" Percy asks.

"Same as last time. You fell from the sky and was swept up onto the beach".

"Ok. So I need to figure out a way off the island. My wife is 7 months pregnant. I have to get back to her and our children. Do you know a way to get off the island?" Percy asks, pacing.

"Well when Calypso was here, she had to fall in love with you and then the raft would appear. But now that she's not here…" Sophia's voice trails off.

"Maybe the entire curse was lifted? Maybe I can just build a raft like Odysseus and sail back home" Percy says hopefully.

"I think it's unlikely that it will be that easy, but we can try it" Sophia responds doubtfully.

"Oh it won't work" another voice came from behind them.

Percy turns around and exclaims in surprise "Damasen?".

Damasen laughed. "Sure. Damasen. Except… no. Think back, Percy Jackson. Who am I?

"Eidolon" Percy realized.

"Yes. But see, the whole sword thing? Or charmspeak? Won't work this time. See, I am the king of Eidolons".

"Why did you bring me here?" Percy asked.

"Because you are easy to manipulate. You are so fiercely loyal, it would be so easy to break you. And that would bring fame from Tartarus to Olympus. King of the Eidolons breaks Hero of Olympus, Percy Jackson. All the monsters would bow down to me, serve me. I would be King of the world. I would have defeated a hero even Gaea couldn't kill. My name would never be forgotten. All I have to do is kill you".

"That's what this is about? Fame?" Percy scoffs, wondering how best to defeat the Eidolon, racking his brain for anything Annabeth may have told him about them.

"Yes. See I have a bit of a problem. No one respects me anymore. Do you know how many followers I have on Monstergram? 15! Only 15 people respect and recognize the true powers eidolons have. Don't get me started on BloodBook. It's like I don't exist! My eidolons are starting to rebel. I can't have that now can I? But to be fair I will give you an hours head start. But after that, make no mistake, I will take you down, Perseus Jackson".

Eh? What did you think? Review! Until next time!
