Just as Steve was about to move on top of Natasha an alarm started blaring in the background causing them to jerk apart.

"Steve what's going on?" Natasha asked as she tried to smooth out her hair and hospital gown hurriedly.

"I don't know but Nat I think we need to leave."

"Nat we need to get you out of those hospital gowns quickly. Do you have anything else?"

"Actually yes. Dr Cho grabbed me some outfits for my physiotherapy apparently it's mandatory."

"Ok, great." Steve moved towards the corner Natasha had pointed and started throwing her clothes onto the bed so she can get dressed. Steve faced the wall as she changed clothes. His face flushed bright red, he'd caught a glimpse of her topless and now his mind wouldn't concentrate on anything else.

"You know Steve, you don't have to turn around,I really don't care."

"I'm just trying to be respectful Nat and if I do turn around we won't be leaving this room anytime soon."

"Ohh." She giggled not expecting him to be so honest.

"You can turn around now I am ready to go."

Steve turned to find Natasha pushing herself off the bed only to start falling to the ground as her legs gave way underneath her. Steve ran forward catching her in his arms.

"It's ok Nat I got you, your body is just weak after being in a coma for so long."

She buried her face in his chest and mumbled "I hate being weak." Steve placed his fingers under her chin tilting her head towards him so her emerald eyes were staring at him.

"You not weak, you are the strongest person I know Natasha Romanoff. You have have faced more horrors than anybody should have to go through in their life and you came out of it the most perfect human I have ever had the honour of knowing and loving."

Natasha just smiled and tilted her head so their lips collided in a passionate kiss.

"Uhm guys?" A voice and cough interrupted the passionate couple causing them to jump apart so quickly Steve nearly let Natasha fall again when he let go for a second.

They turned to find Clint looking shocked and Tony grinning like the Cheshire Cat.

Natasha just smirked burying her face in Steve chest as he held her with his arm wrapped around her waist.

"If you two are quite done sucking each other's faces we have to go. Someone is attacking all our computers and security protocols. They are tying to get in here we need to find them. Fury calls he thinks they could be after you Natasha and Jarvis is down so we have no idea where they are in the building right now." Tony smirked as Barton took out a 100 dollars and gave it to him. Natasha just raised an eyebrow in response.

Steve- "Okay. Tony what is the best route to get Natasha out of here?"

Tony- "I assume the bottom floors are surrounded so the only way is up. We could try and take to staircase to the helipad and fly from there but I really can't tell if we are gonna make it or how much time we have so we have to move fast."

Steve- "Natasha's muscles are weak but the serum should help. We need to move fast so Tony you go in front and clear the way since you have your suit. Barton you go behind us and watch our backs, I've got my shield just in case. Let's go."

Steve had his arm around her as they hobbled toward the stairwell. Tony looked down as he heard voices below.

Tony-"I can see them Steve but they are still far away. We need to go faster and Natasha clearly can't move any quicker."

Steve-" I'm sorry Nat. I know you hate this but I need to carry you."

Natasha-"It's okay Steve, I trust you." Steve picked her bridal style and ran up the stairs following Tony. 5 minutes later they burst through the door they had reached the rooftop but standing right in front of them was a man in a big black coat surrounded by at least 30 armed soldiers.

"Just brilliant." Sighed Clint irritated they had been beaten.

Alexei-" Ahhh Natalia here we are again. It seems we are meant to always cross paths."

Natsha sneered at him. "You always were a feisty one, your Captain should watch out the Widlws bite can kill even the strongest of men."

Natasha-"What do you want Alexei? To finish me off? You did a poor job of that last time."

Alexei-"One would think but no, I have greater plans for you Natalia. I thought you would of realised by now I never fail, If I had wanted you dead you would be dead but alas you are not. I thought you were smarter than that Маленький (little one)."

Flashback

"Stop please don't make me do this Alexei."

"Shut up! You will kill this girl Natalia. This is her punishment for falling in love. Do you know who love is for Natalia?" He tugged her chin towards him as tears streamed her face ."hmmm?"

"Yes, love is for children." She choked out.

"Exactly. Love is for the weak and you are not weak Маленький. No you will be so deadly empires will fall. Ooh Natalia I've always had such big plans for you. First though you must kill her."

She trembled holding the gun to her side, her eyes were all blurry, her conscience as troubled but she was more afraid of what they would do to her if she didn't act fast.

"NOW NATALIA! I am getting impatient and you will not like me angry." Alexei shouted at her.

Natasha pointed the gun towards the girl and whispered to her "I'm sorry." Before she pulled the trigger killing her instantly. As the body lay limp, collapsed onto the concrete floor before her she wanted to break down but held back for fear of Alexei's wrath. He slapped her leaving a angry red mark on her face.

"You have angered me! Not only were you disobedient by hesitating you showed compassion and pity as well as guilt. You will be isolated for the week and you will have no food tonight. When you come out we will try this again Маленький."

"Please Alexei don't do this. I'm begging you."

"Do not anger me further with this grovelling. Shut up before I let these guards have their fun with you." She stilled herself and followed them out of the room awaiting her torture.

"One day you will understand Маленький."
