A Note From the Author:

I want to start by saying thank you so much to the few of you who have been invested in and shown so much enthusiasm for my story. However, the last chapter I posted was intended to be, and will remain, the end of the tale.

I felt the story came to a natural close there. Of course I could continue to explore Neil and Andrea's relationship throughout their move to Essex and whether Andrea's career conflicted too much with Neil's, even when they had moved to a new area. However, I like to imagine them getting their happily ever after and, let's face it, no one wants to read a story with little drama and constant smiles.

I am considering writing some more fan fiction for The Bill though and if you have any ideas you'd love me to try out, or any characters you'd love to see as the focus, then please let me know! I love that there are still a few people who are as passionate about The Bill as I am.

Once again, thank you so much for reading. Maybe I'll even come up with some Neil/Andrea mini stories. I'm not quite sure I'm fully ready to let them go.
