Groaning Flug rested his head on the toilet bowl rim. He had to confess to Sans soon, Sans was going to start questioning why he was sick every morning. So far he's been able to pass it off as stress, but that excuse wouldn't last for longer than the two weeks he's had his lover back. He might as well tell everyone that didn't know while he was at it. Hopefully the Gasters would help hold Sans back from going after Sugar Plum and Razzy… Black Hat was still confined to his room incubating the egg. So neither him nor Fell would be any help. Washing up, Flug fidgeted, gathering his courage to call a family meeting.

Sans was getting worried about Flug. The kid had been working for this company long before he had joined and now, out of nowhere, he was puking every morning, sometimes barely making it to the bathroom in time, all from stress? Black Hat had said that due to Sans's tendency to slip into his father's behaviors, their hours would be cut, but Fell was still in charge and their hours were longer than ever. He lost track of the number of all nighters he and Flug had already pulled this week. This was the first night they'd actually be able to sleep together, if only for a few hours. Now he lay on the bed, banned from the bathroom while his mate heaved his guts up. There had to be a way to stop this. It couldn't be healthy.

Rolling over with a groan, he gathered what little strength he had to try and move the laptop from just out of reach to himself so he could type up an email. He might as well have blown on it for all it moved. Glaring, he dragged himself across the bed to retrieve it so he could do what he needed. This lack of magic was really pissing him off and it made working in the lab next to impossible. He still couldn't understand how humans survived this torture.

Biting his lip Flug called out through the door. "S-sans! Um, can I ask you to do something for me? I-I want to have a family meeting. Can You get everyone to meet in the living room in um thirty minutes. It's really important… Please."

"Dusty, Axe, and Dem are all out on a mission for the week. I can try to round up everybody else though." He offered as his hands flew across the keyboard, putting together his request for Fell and Black Hat.

"That's fine. It's mainly for you and the Gaster's… Thank you, I'll explain everything I promise… I love you." Flug spoke hesitantly, he was nervous about Sans's reaction.

Sans hummed distractedly. He had picked up his phone, sending out the request for a family meeting to the entire house, minus the three on the mission. Setting his phone back down, he went back to composing his email. The more official he made it, the more likely Fell would be to actually read it. "Don't know what ya got to explain, but sure."

Sitting on the tub rim Flug breathed trying to think on how to phrase it. He sent Sugar Plum and Razzy a mental warning. I can't hide it anymore. I'm telling everyone. Don't visit until I tell you it's safe. Sans may not be able to use his magic, but I doubt that will stop him if he truly wants to hurt you two.

They couldn't respond due to the distance, but his strength of magic was able to reach them. That and they were currently busy with half a dozen clients.

The clicking of the keyboard in the other room kept up for a bit before a few clicks and then Sans sighed, rocking his skull back to thump against the wall. "You know, now you have me worried. You rarely call family meetings. They draw too much attention to you. Especially since you got your scars back and refuse to let anyone heal them. You still won't tell me how you got them either." It was a sore subject as Sans wanted to protect his mate, but didn't actually have the power to do so.

"I just… It's important but I don't want to explain everything over and over again. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to tell you. I just… I'm worried how you will react." Sighing Flug rubbed his face frowning at his face in the mirror. "I'm not going to hide it anymore. I'm telling everyone. Are you ready? It's almost time." Flug raised off his face once more before opening the door sending Sans a small smile.

"How I'll react?" Sans set the computer to the side, brows tightening with concern. "Just how serious is this Flug?" He shifted himself to the edge of the bed before carefully slipping off the bed. Their phones instantly pinged in unison several times as the others all responded. Other than Fell, who was just telling them this had better be for a damn good reason, everyone seemed okay with the call for a meeting.

"Let's just join everyone and find out?" Flug offered wiping his sweaty hands on his pants before holding it out to Sans. He was starting to stress with the confession having to be told sooner and sooner. He could do this! He had to do this.

"Sure." Sans took his hand, allowing him to lead the way or teleport, whichever he chose. "You almost have me worried." He tried to joke, though his entire body was tense. What had Flug so wound up? How bad could it be? And why did he need to tell the entire house? What was so great or terrible that he couldn't tell Sans by himself?

"I-I know..." Flug sighed leading the way choosing to walk to stall a bit longer. Walking into the room he bit his lip seeing everyone sitting around on the couches. Motioning for Sans to join everyone Flug stayed standing in front of everyone. "H-hello everyone. I have a big announcement..." Swallowing Flug hesitated.

Everyone stared at him silently, waiting, except Blindy who was tracing the grains in the wood of the arm of his chair. He had long guessed what was going on by the signs and the magic readings he was getting. He was more attuned to the magic fluctuations around his person as he had to measure them to be able to navigate with any sort of ability. Flug's spikes and drops, as well as the unusual pulses in his magic spoke of something extra residing within him. It wasn't the first time he'd been around pregnant monsters after all, far from it.

"Well um a few of you might have noticed I've been acting weird for a while… I um have a secret. While you were all in the Void I-um something happened and I um..." Flug stuttered around unsure how to say it. Everyone staring at him was causing him to sweat and fidget.

"Spit it out boy." Spikes snapped, wanting to get back to work. He had taken up a position in a newly made lab and worked primarily on gases and poisons for finer artisans of the villainous community. He also assisted in stabilizing compounds Flug or Sans would develop, resulting in few explosions.

"Twins!" Flug sputtered, blushing darkly as he covered his face. "I have twins-having twins. Soulings. I'm pregnant..."

The silence that followed the proclamation was heavy before Segoe whooped and Blindy clapped. "About time you said something." The blind Gaster said kindly, smiling. He was holding his composure, sensing something was still amiss with the boy.

"But I thought Sans lost touch with his magic?" Spikes asked, confused. The revelation had been made known to all of them shortly after their arrival as it would affect production.

Sans nodded. "Yeah, I still can't access it. That aside though, I can't reproduce because of what dad did to me. How are you pregnant? Were you messing with something in the lab like you said you'd try? Didn't I tell you that you need to get your magic under control first? A kid will literally rip you to pieces with their magic if you don't get your own figured out first." He was so confused, but that did explain the constant sick spells. He must have done close to when Sans had disappeared. He hadn't wasted any time, that was for sure.

"Um that's the thing… It's not Sans's… It's someone else's…." Flug offered hesitantly.

Blanching, Segoe instantly shut up. He hadn't bonded with the kid on accident, had he? He quickly checked his magic, drawing Fell and Blindy's attention.

"Seriously? You fucked him after being told explicitly not to?" Spikes growled. "And bonded him while Sans couldn't do anything about it? You are sick. So much worse than I ever thought."

Sans was frozen, torn between raging and feeling completely desolate and tossed aside. The kid actually belonged to someone else? Flug had mated someone else while he was gone? And gotten with child? Spike's statement had him slowly turning to Segoe, still in shock before his rage kicked in and he flew across the room, screaming obscenities. How dare that child-raping bastard touch his mate! The others did nothing to stop him, feeling he was completely justified in his actions. This was beyond taboo.

"S-Sans stop! It wasn't him!" Flug rushed over grabbing Sans and trying to pull him away from Segoe. "We did have sex but-but it wasn't him. The Soulings are the Lust brothers'. I'm sorry I'm so sorry. You were gone and-and it just sort of happened. They needed someone to breed by the queens orders. I-I knew we couldn't have children and I didn't know if you were ever coming back. I thought you would be happy to have kids." Flug explained quickly, still holding Sans away from Segoe with his arms wrapped around the small skeleton's ribs.

Sans still struggled. "I'm gone for less than a year and you go and bond some other monster. Get knocked up by someone else, hide it from me, and then when I do come back, you go and fuck the fucking molester. As for them! They can fucking breed each other for all I care, you were MINE!" He shrieked. How could he lose even this? His mate. He thought they had something and Flug just went to get another the second he was gone. "Let me go!" He screamed. He was unable to cry due to his lack of connection to his magic, but his voice still broke from the anguish in his Soul.

The Gasters were all floored by the pronouncement that it wasn't Segoe, including Segoe himself. The fact that Flug had apparently willingly bonded with not one, but two monsters in the absence of his mate. It was beyond horrifying for them all.

"You were gone! I'm still yours I'm just also theirs now too." Flug man handled Sans around to face his chest yanking up his shirt to show off the glow of his Soul. Flug pushed his magic to summon his Soul, the Soulings shimmering small beans inside his own. "These are your children too! They can't take care of them not until they are older. These Soulings are ours. That was our agreement. They understand. They only have me when I visit. I am yours. They are yours."

"You think you can just make these decisions by yourself? What about me? Did you even consider if I was ready for a damn kid? Much less two? And with those whores no less! You know how I feel about them!" He still shoved at Flug, but he kept his hands curled into fists so his claws wouldn't damage him or the visible Soul. As much as he hated the current situation, he wouldn't harm the kids. "You never fucking think! Let me GO!" He continued to fight until one of the Gasters came over and smacked him sharply on the back of the neck, passing out instantly.

Catching him as he fell, Spikes sighed. "That could have gone a lot worse." He sighed, pinching his nasal ridge. "He's right though. You're an idiot." Lifting the smaller skeleton up to his shoulder, he walked out with him, leaving Segoe and Blindy in the room with Flug.

Segoe was silent. If he understood this correctly, he'd fucked Flug while he was pregnant, which meant that those kids were now partially his too. He was still trying to comprehend that he was going to have two more kids, even if only in a miniscule partiality.

Blindy was the one to break the silence. "Well, now that you've broken the news and all the drama has hit the fan, I'd normally be all over how things got to where they were with the Lust brothers, but there are bigger, more important things right now. Let's talk. I have a feeling I know what's on your mind Segoe. And Flug, a few things you should probably know as well." He didn't like being serious, but the situation called for it.

Frowning Fug pushed his Soul back into his chest before plopping onto the couch between the Gasters. "I-I know I screwed up. I just didn't… I didn't know if he was ever coming back. I know he hates the Lust brothers, but they are dear to me. They treated me right and they were the first to accept me. I just-I thought he might be happy that we are able to have children. I've discussed it with him countless times. We figured out he couldn't have children so I thought that I had finally come up with something that would make everyone happy… I messed up again. I always mess up with him." Flug sniffled tears rolling down his cheeks, his chest burning from the Soulings influence on his emotions.

"Well I won't say you didn't, cause you did, big time." Blindy acknowledged. "But even you said in the first instance that I met you face to face that neither of you were ready for children. He came back a few days later to find out that he's lost half a year, which to us may not seem like much time, but it actually is, and he is young enough that it means more to him than to someone like me. Then, a few weeks later, he finds out that his mate has gone behind his back on multiple occasions and hid something as large a pregnancy, which is a huge occurrence for monsters, from him. Try to think about how you would feel in his place. He's had a rough life from what I can gather. I'm not saying you haven't, but just try to understand his point of view." He paused, letting the kid think over what he said as he turned his sightless eyelights to Segoe. "And do you plan to tell him, or will I have to explain that too?" He asked, voice bordering on accusatory and aggressive, something he never was.

Shaking his head, Segoe sighed. "No, I'll tell him. Just trying to find the words and digest the information." He remained silent as he thought.

Sniffling Flug nodded his head, "I-I get that. That's why I've waited so long to tell him. I knew he wouldn't be happy about it, but I hoped he would be okay with it. I know I rush into things, but I do love him. I love all of them… I know I was pressured to have sex with you Segoe, but I wouldn't call it rape or you attcking me, so don't worry about that." Flug sighed scrubbing his face. "Everything was taking so long while he was gone and now it feels like everything is moving too fast. I can't keep up."

"Yeah, about the sex…" The flirtatious skeleton rubbed the back of his skull. "I probably wouldn't have touched you had I known you were pregnant. Messing with Sans is one thing, not that that is what I was doing! I honestly did want to pleasure you! Ah, but...that kinda makes the kids partially mine now. I'm sure between you and those Lust brothers you'll overpower my magic easily and they won't recognize me at all, but the kids will now have at least a spark of me in them. That's what Blindy was getting at."

The eldest Gaster nodded. "Also, from what I've gathered from Sans's condition, he won't be able to give them any magic, both due to his lack of connection as well as the fact that his power is apparently poisonous. It could kill the Soulings and he won't chance it. I'm sure that is having an effect on his psyche as well."

"Oh..." Flug looked at his lap blankly before smacking Segoe hard in the ribs. "You are a dick. Now you've messed with Sans even more. I knew I shouldn't have let you have your way with me. Stars, all of this is so messed up. Sans really would be better off without me." Groaning Flug tugged on his sleeve rubbing harshly at the scars on his wrist. "All of this is just becoming such a disaster. These Soulings were a mistake..."

"Too late now." Segoe sighed. "And like I said, I would have left you alone if you had told me before." He did honestly feel bad for messing with the pregnancy though. That had never been his intention.

Blindy attempted to put his hand on Flug's shoulder, misjudging and clipping his ear accidentally. "Look, things may not have happened the way we all could have hoped, but you have a few years to figure this out. Give Sans some time to cool down and I'm sure he'll come around. I'm sure that given time, he will accept them, just as he accepted you. He really does love you, you know. I could feel his terror of being separated from you when he first entered the Void. I doubt he'd survive without you. It is just a lot to take in is all."

"I could just kill them… I know you all feel that children are important, but if it is causing so much trouble I could just get rid of them and make some more later. Maybe create test tube babies next time. Maybe that will make Sans happier?" Frowning Flug felt disappointed, but that might just fix everything for the time being.

"You'd kill yourself and your mates, all of them." Segoe and Blindy were instantly pissed, their features and magic growing dark and very apparent. "Children shouldn't and can't be just tossed aside like so much trash. They are part of your very Soul. Even I wouldn't dream of such heresy." Segoe very nearly struck out, but refrained. Instead he stood and stormed out of the room, sick to his stomach with the idea of murdering the unborn. How could Flug even consider something so vile?

"They are just beans inside my Soul. They aren't true children yet. They can't even think or feel, they are just cells and magic." Flug explained looking at them confused. "Humans, though frowned upon, have abortions avaliable. I just don't see the big deal you all are making this. Children aren't trash, but this is just a group of magic and cells. Is there not just a pill or a drug I can use? Surely someone would have it created for cases of rape."

"Monsters don't use drugs of the kind you are used to." Blindy explained, having done a lot of research on current day information. "As for the kids, you may not think that they can feel, but I'm sure you've noticed the fluctuations in your magic and mood recently. Those are the Soulings' emotions mixing and altering your own since you all are sharing a Soul at the moment. Also, they won't develop 'cells' until they are much further along. Right now they are developing their Souls and are entirely made up of magic. As for cases of rape, I would assume you'd know, but maybe you don't. Monsters need to be willing to conceive. It can't be one-sided. Accidental pregnancy due to something heinous like that doesn't happen."

"Oh… Interesting… I guess there really is no way to get rid of them without killing us all. I-I may be suicidal at times, but I know the others aren't ready to die. I guess Sans will either get used to them or I will move to the Lust sector..." Flug looked down at his chest confused and longing.

"I'm sure it will all work out. For now though, let's go get some tea before Fell comes to drag you back to your work. He works you too hard." Blindy easily steered Flug towards the kitchen, having gotten used to the house setup.

"He knows what I can handle, he knows about the Soulings. He lets me get over my morning sickness in the morning before work. That's the best I can ask for since I was gone for so long." Flug sighed letting Blindy steer him where the other wanted him.

Years passed and sure enough, Sans got over the fact that Flug had bonded with others without him there. He even gave up his resentment for the children. The first time he saw them in Flug's Soul, he fell in love instantly. He hated that he couldn't provide them magic and make them his own, but after some heated discussions with Razzy and Sugar Plum about a multitude of things, he realized they meant for the kids to be his. Flug had told him as much several times, but he had never really heard him. When they were born, Sans bawled as much as he was able to without magic. After five years, he had learned to compensate pretty well and relied on Flug for a lot of things now. He also understood Flug's position from when they had first gotten together a lot better.

Actually raising the children, as both managed to survive, proved to be beyond a challenge. They were just as powerful as Flug with the access and ability that Sans used to have. Sans had to provide the theory of how to use their magic while Flug demonstrated, sometimes messing up royally himself as he was also still learning. They also were flirts and magnetized all the worst kind of attention in Sans's opinion. He'd lost track of how often he'd had to chase off Segoe or even in some cases, help the Gaster get out of their clutches as their true fathers' magic took dominance.

By the time they turned twenty, Sans had given up on ever getting his magic back and had managed to completely adapt to a life without magic. They now spent a significant time down with their fathers down in the Lust Sector and after much pleading to Flug and Black Hat behind Sans's back, they had managed to open several brothels around the world and were running their on sex trafficking business. It was different than human sex trafficking as they took those who willingly signed their lives away and would place them where the demand was the highest based on their profiles. When Sans found out, he refused to talk to anybody in the mansion for an entire month until Razzy finally explained that it was perfectly normal for Lust children to be sexually active by this age.

Disagreements of this kind continued throughout their growth, but for all his frustration, Sans loved his adopted kids. Flug was beyond infatuated with them and Sans didn't have to ask to know that several nights a week his mate was with Segoe as well. The kid was beyond promiscuous. Seeing as he couldn't offer anything but a hand job though, he couldn't blame him. He found that pleasuring himself was much harder without his magic, but with practice and experimentation, Flug and him found ways to provide each other pleasure.

When Black Hat's child hatched, she turned out to be just as wicked and vindictive as her mother and just as thorough, calculating, and controlling as her father. By her late teens she controlled most of the world's defense systems by sheer intimidation. She had successfully taken over the world and was in the process of deciding what she planned to do with it, refusing any suggestions from her parents. To say that they were proud was an understatement.

As for Dementia and Axe, they were at each other's throats as often as they were not. Each demanded they provide for the other, be the dominant in the relationship, and be the best at everything they did. Their efficiency in the field certainly got Black Hat's name back on headlines, even without the multitude of new life that was springing up within the house.

The fact that the demon and his 'mad scientist' both had successfully reproduced with monsters hit the media and took off. After several news stations disappeared from existence though, they stopped calling and asking for interviews. Heroes who thought this would weaken their defenses and make them sloppy or distracted were quickly correct. Some heroes thought to 'save' the new lives from their corrupt parents but several monster run magazines and press releases around the world assured the human population that if the parents were corrupt, the children would take after them regardless as it was in their magic. It still took the better half of a century for heroes to give up trying to save the kids, mostly since the heroes who had been at large at the beginning were becoming too old to fight for them and the new heroes were used to the kids already being main points in the villainous community.

True to his word, Black Had did manage to secure Segoe's kids, who turned out to be the friends that Papyrus was always hanging out with. It took less than a month for Papyrus to figure out what was happening to them and by the end of the year they were out of the mansion and Papyrus had secured a house for himself and them on the surface with several restraining orders out against their father. With Black Hat's daughter controlling the police, it didn't do much to keep Segoe at bay though. Only through several strong magic barriers were they able to Segoe away. Segoe saw it all as a large game of cat and mouse though and enjoyed playing. On the side, he still had Flug and Black Hat after all.

When Flug didn't age after ten, then twenty years, it was established that he had definitely gained the monster trait of immortality. The idea that mating with a monster granted immortality as another cult-like idea that took the world by storm and more than a few monsters lost their lives to attempts to gain immortality. There were also several attempts to kidnap Sans and Flug as they were the only ones to have successfully seemed to have created the phenomenon. They both refused the information when they were caught and with the training Flug was receiving, they escaped most of the time. When they didn't, Demencia, Axe, Fell, or Black Hat himself would come to their rescue.

As for Blindy, he learned how to use a typewriter so that he could use his magic to read the ink as he typed and began chronicling the history he recalled from his time before being in the Void. Humans might not believe it and call it fiction, but to him, it was history. He published several books and after finishing his histories, took up writing as a profession, writing fictions and nonfictions about a large variety of subjects. He helped around the house as much as he could, but mostly with handling the children when they were young. As they got older, he retreated to just writing. Occasionally he'd sit and talk with Black Hat about the long-passed old days, but beyond that, with his blindness and age, he didn't care to go out. The prejudice against skeletons didn't really encourage him either. He was the eldest monster in existence though and the sheer amount of lost knowledge that he wrote about in his books made him famous across the globe for unearthing so many new practices and answering several questions humans had about how the earth had been before things had been documented.

It was a full century later when things changed once again.

Sans woke up, just like every other day, curled into Flug's back, and stretched, popping his every joint and groaning. He felt something itching at his socket and figured he'd picked up a fuzzy from the sheets or something and picked at his socket to pull it away. Instead he found crumbling crystalized magic. Sitting up sharply, he stared at the black and blue dust on his fingers until it dissolved completely into nothing. Struggling to get out of the covers to get to the bathroom, he yelped when he suddenly found himself several feet above the floor in said room only to fall to the cold hard tiles, bruising his coxys and humerus with the impact. The pain took his attention for a few seconds before he realized what he'd just done.

"Flug…" He called, afraid to hope that this wasn't just one hell of a vivid dream. His voice echoed off the walls and he hoped his husband could hear him in the adjoining room. The door was open but he had still been asleep when Sans had...done whatever it was he dared not hope he'd done.

Groaning Flug rolled off the bed with a surprised shout. Scrubbing his eyes Flug hummed in question. "Sans?" Peering up to the bed Flug called out again worried when he didn't see his little lover. "Sans? Where did you go?"

"In here babe." Sans couldn't believe it. Was it possible?

Yawning Flug walking into the bathroom blinking at Sans on the floor. "You slip while getting ready for a shower?"

Sans shook his head. "Never even left the bed. I would have had to climb over you." They had a much larger bed now, but Sans still preferred to be between Flug and the wall. His powerful mate could protect him better that way.

"How… How did you get in here then?" Flug frowned looking around the bathroom for answers.

"I-I think." He choked on his words as the feeling of something wet trailed down his face. When he hesitantly touched it and pulled his hand away, he found a drop of blue magic that left a black trail on his phalanges. He hadn't been able to cry since the Void incident.

"Oh stars you are crying honey…" Flug knelt to comfort Sans before gasping and freezing. "You're crying… You're crying! Love you're crying!" Flug easily lifted Sans into his arms spinning him around with cheers and tears of his own.

Laughing and wiping at his face, Sans was too choked up to be able to speak. His tears began to fall faster though, some landing on Flug's skin and leaving the same black trails they left on Sans's bones as they streaked away from his sockets.

"Oh love I'm so happy for you." Flug cooed pulling Sans close and peppering his skull in kisses before using his thumb to swipe at the tears. Frowning Flug tilted his now black thumb. "Um love your tears are turning things black…"

Swallowing hard, Sans looked at the black trails on Flug's arms, clothes, and his now blackened thumb. He hadn't really noticed on his own hand as he was already covered in so many black marks, but the dark contrast to Flug's pale skin was quite clear. "That is new. It didn't used to do that, did it?" A century ago...it was so long to remember. He didn't recall it though, not in any of his memories. He would have found a use for it more if it had done that. He thinks he would anyway.

"Yeah, no, this is new. I think I would already have black marks like you if your tears caused them. What does this mean? Are you in any pain?"

Shaking his head, Sans attempted to wipe away a few more tears, his confusion halting the expulsion of liquid. "No, I was just really happy." Now his hand was all black. Pushing himself to his feet, leaving a few smears of black on the white tile floor, he went to the sink to try to wash it off, releasing a sigh as it easily washed off under the warm water. "Doesn't look like it stains at least." He informed his lover.

"That's a good sign. I'll go get Spikes and maybe we can figure a few things out." Flug nodded to himself, Spikes was the most inventive and closest to a scientist besides Wing Dings Gaster himself who was still stuck in the Void.

Sans waved a hand, meaning only to shut the door before Flug could leave. Instead the entire room twisted, the walls of reality completely breaking until the room they had been standing in looked like some sort of twisted kaleidoscope alteration of itself. "Interesting." Either way, Flug wasn't leaving the room now. "Come here Flug. There is something I want to try." He barely kept his voice steady.

Stumbling as the room shifted and looking in horror at the twisted tiles and corruption of reality all around him, Flug looked to Sans, scared, his Soul crying out in fear of the show of power. With his powers back Sans could do anything… He could seek revenge for countless things Flug has done that upset his lover. For the first time in a long while Flug feared for his life.

Sans still couldn't feel their bond, but the look on Flug's face was clear enough that he didn't need to. "Flug, please come here?" He tried, still standing in the middle of the wrecked room, not moving but watching patiently. His voice even spoke of limitless patience, but there was something else there, something almost daring Flug to not obey.

Quivering Flug nodded his head dropping to the mangled floor as he walked the distance to Sans. "S-sans I'm sorry…"

"Fer what? Fucking everyone else while ya couldn't do me? For doing all the shit ya done with the kids behind my back? Took me gettin' my powers back to finally hear that?" Sans scoffed as he reached up and grabbed Flug's shirt, pulling him down to his level. He didn't dare use magic on his mate directly after how wrong it had gone before, but he did want something, now that his magic was back.

Stumbling to his knees Flug shook in Sans's grip squeezing his eyes tightly closed. "If you want to hurt me you can. Just don't kill us. I'm so sorry I just-please don't." Flug begged softly his voice wet as he barely held back sobs. He knew Sans didn't love him anymore. He knew it! He had hoped that Sans would still tolerate him until they dusted at least. He should have seen this coming. Good things never lasted. That's what happens when you rush into a relationship.

"You aren't getting out of this Flug. You have no idea how much I want to hurt you. In so many ways." Sans purred. He knew they were talking about completely different things, but he was enjoying his momentary point of complete control over the kid. It had been so long since he had any control over anything. With his eyes closed, Flug would never see this coming either. Grabbing his face and forcing it up so he wasn't looking at the floor any longer, Sans kissed him, hard. He didn't wait for the surprise to wear off, or for it to be reciprocated before using his new tongue to press into his mate's mouth. The mouth he hadn't been able to taste, to map, to kiss properly in over a century. It really had been too long. When he broke away, he barely restrained a growling moan. "You have no idea what I want Flug, but if you really think I'm gonna let you go, you have another thing coming, dumbass." He grinned, the happiness and amusement he'd been forcing down for the act finally breaking through.

Sobbing harshly Flug tugged Sans into another harsh kiss. "I'm so sorry! I love you so much. I-I know I made it hard but I didn't want to pressure you because I knew it was bothering you to not have your magic. I'm sorry I thought the worst. I deserve the worst. I love you so much. I'm so glad you still love or-or c-care for me at least some." Flug stuttered off his rambling kissing Sans again until he was gasping for air.

"Did what ya had to." Sans chuckled as Flug regained his breath. "You know what this means though?" The playful, coy amusement was still coloring his voice as he stood and looked Flug evenly in the eyes from where he kneeled on the floor.

"I'll take care of you all night or for a week if I need to. Use me, abuse me, any hole you want. I'm your cum dump if you want. You deserve more…" Flug told him quickly not even pausing to consider the question.

"How about for the rest of our monstrous lives? You did mate me you know. I'll let you keep playing with everyone else. I know you've been going to Segoe as well. I'll let you have them, but you are mine." He was already starting to tire of the submissiveness Flug was giving him. It was amusing at first, cute even. He figured it would have faded after he kissed him though. After he showed that he still loved him. Apparently Flug really was afraid of him. "Unless you don't love me anymore?" Now that would be one hell of a slap in the face, but he'd just have to deal he supposed.

"I love you! I always will for as long as you put up with me and even then I will love and long for you. You will always have a part of my Soul…" Flug hesitated before asking quietly. "Do you still tolerate me even now, after getting your magic back. Do you… still love me?"

"Course I do. You're the one who is shying away." Sans pointed out, snorting. Looking at his hands, his gaze grew troubled. "Only problem now is I don't really seem to have much control. All this," He gestured around the room. "was just because I tried to shut the door to keep you in here. I also still can't feel you. I can't feel our bond." It bothered him more than he cared to note that his Marks on Flug were completely faded out. If he looked hard, he could just make out a few. These days though, the only Marks on his mate were those of the Lust brothers.

"We need to strengthen our bond now that you can use magic. We should have immediately after you got back, but you know." Pulling out his Soul Flug smiled up to Sans looking at the faint blue surrounding his Soul, it was almost covered by the bright purple and pink surrounding the heart. "That should fix everything in our bond. It will be weird to have you in my head again. Weird but good. It's been so very long. I almost forgot what your thoughts sound like."

Pulling out his own Soul, Sans flinched at the difference in their power levels. When they had first met, Flug had had him beat by miles in terms of power. Now their positions were switched. With the chunk of demon added to his Soul, his power levels were far above any normal human and definitely beyond any monster's capabilities. He doubted he would be Black Hat's equal, but just maybe he'd give him a true run for his money now. "Looks like you're gonna get that hurt you were askin' for." He grimaced. That was one memory that was still sharp in his mind. He'd never experienced a pain like that, even under his father's work on him.

Another difference about his Soul was its appearance. Before he'd gone to the Void, it had just been a bright blue inverted heart and Flug's bond had outlined it. Now that blue was marbled with black and the other Souls have faint marbling into it as well, though they could barely be seen. As for Flug's bond, he couldn't even see it around his Soul. He could see the miniscule strand heading towards his Soul, but once it got close, the light from it outshone the bond completely.

"I don't mind. I trust you with my Soul." Flug gently offered it over bracing himself for pain. He could see the difference in their Souls. Sans was once again more powerful and amazing than Flug could comprehend.

"Wait, you expect me to do this?" Sans actually panicked. He didn't know the first thing about how to do this and he had no control at the moment. He'd probably accidentally dust them all if he tried.

"Ah, you are right. Um who would you like? The Lust brothers or one of the Gasters?" Flug offered taking his Soul and putting it back into his chest until Sans decided.

After thinking for a moment, Sans sighed and flopped against Flug. "Probably your other mates. They did it last time and with your power running through them, they should be able to handle tying me into the network. I'm probably going to have to mate with them too, you know, otherwise we will never get our power levels to synchronize and we'll tear each other apart."

Kissing his nose Flug nodded. "Okay I'll text them." Sending out a short message Flug turned back to Sans. "Can we leave this disaster room now? It's making my head hurt."

"Uh, yeah." The thought that he could teleport again hit him like a train, his mind jumping to all the places he'd wanted to take Flug before this crap had hit. Some had been unearthed in the past century, but many still hadn't. He also had thoughts about other places he wanted to get back to. His dad's lab, his old home that he hadn't seen since long before the accident, and of course, the Lust brother's place and the fact that they'd all have to go through that weird and painful bonding. Taking Flug's hand, figuring he'd just take them to their own room, he choked as every little thought that passed through his head had them somewhere else. Each place triggering memories of other places, other times and taking them there instead of their intended destination. He finally released his magic and Flug, holding his head panting. "Oh shit." He fell to his butt on a dirt floor, the smell of hay and wood assaulting his senses as he tried to slow him mind.

Flug stumbled and collapsed beside Sans on the floor. Turning his head, he threw up, coughing and dry heaving for a few more minutes. The sudden shifting of the world around them in millisecond transitions caused his head to rattle and his Soul to become queasy. "F-Fuck where ever are we? A barn? Why are we in a barn?"

Slowing his breathing to try to steady his own Soul, which was just as queasy as Flug's, Sans looked around, trying to recognize where they were. When the door leading into the barn creaked and started to open, he grabbed Flug and pulled him behind a wall so they could observe who came in without being seen themselves. What he saw made him freeze up. There was no way.

Across the open space a shorter skeleton with pale white eyelights slipped into the barn, easing the door shut behind her. She had a burlap sack dress to cover her frame and to human eyes, there was no real way to tell the sexes of skeletons apart, aside from how they dressed. Looking around, she began humming as she grabbed a pitchfork to start moving hay to some of the stalls, petting the few horses and single cow as she worked. The tune was the same that Sans hummed on occasion. He hadn't heard it in forever.

"W-who is that?" Flug whispered, keeping close to Sans as he peeked through a hole in the wooden stall wall. "Do you know them? Are they dangerous?"

Sans remained silent, utterly captivated even as tears began to fall down his face again. He could only shake his head. This wasn't possible. How could he be here? How could she be here? It shouldn't be possible. He wasn't ready. He never would be, but...no.

"S-Sans? Honey, what's wrong? Who is this?" Looking between them Flug bit his lip. "If-if you don't tell me I'm using my band and getting us out of here. You are obviously emotionally compromised."

Sans quickly turned, grabbing Flug's wrist as if that would keep him from being able to use it. Now that he was here, he knew he didn't want to leave, but he didn't think he'd have the guts to ever come back either. Unfortunately his movement was heard by the other skeleton in the barn.

"Who's there?" She demanded, stopping singing and raising her pitchfork defensively. "You should know trying to steal from us will only get you killed. Wing Dings doesn't take well to thieves." She warned.

"Wing-Wing Dings!" Flug stuttered in a hiss. Eyes wide he looked to Sans in shock. "We-you-that's your mom?!"

Sans nodded as she called out again. "I know you're there. If you come out now, we can discuss this like civil monsters." She warned.

Hesitantly Flug bit his lip, "Stay there until you are ready I'll stall her for now." He whispered before slowly standing up. "I-I'm sorry to intrude on your property. We were just passing through and needed a place to rest. We aren't stealing, I promise."

She gasped, stumbling back. "Humans." She tried to bolt for the door.

"Wait! I'm not a human! Check my Soul please. I-I'm a monster. I'm not here to hurt you. My lov-friend is a skeleton monster. He needs more rest to regain his magic. Please just trust me!" Flug quickly pleaded walking around the wall to try to stop her.

A child rushed into the barn just as she was trying to leave, only to skid to a stop and stare at Flug before looking to his mother, who now hesitated, looking between the tiny skeleton and Flug. "Y-you're not human? You'd offer your Soul as proof?" She sounded extremely skeptical.

The smaller monster glared for a moment before his sockets widened. "It's true mama! He's weird though. He got too many bonds. Who is he? Does daddy know he's here? Why does he look like a human? Why's he so strong? I thought daddy was the strongest monster." He looked back and forth between his mom and Flug, antsy to get what he came to get but also interested in Flug.

Taking a sharp breath Flug stared at the child of his lover. He knew this child was Sans. It was obvious in the show of power and bombardment of questions. Smiling Flug walking a few steps closer before sitting on the ground so he was closer to eye level with the child. "Hello, I see you are very powerful as well. You are very smart too. I can answer all your questions if you would like." Flug smiled gently welcoming the child's inquisitive nature. Glancing up to his mother in question before offering the spot in front of him to sit.

"S-Sans. Don't keep your father waiting." She told him, never taking her eyes off of Flug as she nudged her child to move along with a bare foot. Sans only had a bit of cloth tied around his waist like a loincloth. "Don't tell him about our visitors either. They are just here for healing and then moving on. They are not staying."

"Awe, mama. I had questions though." He whined but at the nudge he moved along, climbing into the loft to get some things he had come out for.

Chuckling Flug grinned. "He is such an adorable child. Just as cute as my own babybones when they were that age. They grow up so fast. Let him ask questions and have fun while he still can. Sans, don't ever stop asking questions and searching for answers."

She shook her head, throwing a worried glance back at the door. "His dad is working on some important stuff with him. He shouldn't be kept waiting. We can't afford to lose another house this time of year." She explained, stepping around Flug but still keeping an eye on him as she helped her son down from the loft with the box that was bigger than he was. "Hurry along Sans." Once he was out of the barn, she relaxed a little. "Now you said your, ehm, friend? Was in a bad way? Let me see if I can help. I'm decent at healing." She hadn't missed how he had nearly called his companion a lover. They must not be mated yet for one reason or another.

"W-wait no! He-he uh isn't ready for healing. He doesn't need it. He's fine. Just resting. Got um-uh overwhelmed a bit is all." Flug stuttered quickly standing and moving in front of the wooden wall that blocked her from Sans.

Sans sighed as he realized his time of being able to hide was nearly up. What did he even say to his mom? Should he warn her? Would that change anything? How would that affect where he was now? Judging by his child self that had run through here, his dad hadn't started experimenting on him yet. He was probably only in his twenties or thirties then. This was so long ago. How had he jumped seven hundred years into the past without even trying?

Putting a hand on her hip and planting her pitchfork in the dirt, the woman glared at Flug. "You're acting pretty suspicious, you know that, right? If your friend is really that disoriented, they should be looked at. It is my barn too. I can always go get Wings, you know that, right?"

"Oh please don't go get that asshole-I mean shit. Dammit I mess everything up."

She raised her brow. "Asshole?" Her face curled into a smirk. "So you know my husband. He owe you money?" She laughed scornfully and yet amused.

"No! Actually the opposite? I actually owe him some money. Me and my friend do. That is one reason why we are here. He called uh sent us a letter? It was only fair we repaid him after his help? Asshole to asshole ya know?" Flug awkwardly rambled out an excuse. It helped him feel better about giving them some money to hopefully solve some of their problems and fears about losing their house and clothe the small child of his lover.

"A letter? What's that?" She asked, confused.

"You suck at lying, you know that." Sans groaned from behind the wall, drawing her attention to his hiding place again.

"I'm trying! I'm trying so hard, you know that." Flug whined looking over his shoulder at Sans. "Do you know how hard it was not to go pick up and steal the kid. The babybones was so cute! Adorable."

A slew of bones quickly knocked him off his feet, pinning him to the floor, half a dozen more already set to skewer him from above and below, the ones below poking through his clothes. "You creeps are child stealers!" She hissed.

"Shit! Sans!" Flug cried out clenching his eyes closed sending out a wave of his own magic to take out the bones pinning in and the ones coming from below but unable to stop the ones coming from above.

"Mom! No!" He just barely stopped himself from using his own magic, afraid of what it would do this time. He rushed from his spot to dive at the projectiles, knocking them off course but taking a scrape himself, hissing with the pain.

Glaring, she looked over the two of them. "So he's your son?" She asked, nodding at Sans while talking to Flug. "Your son is your lover? Pigs."

"No, he is your son! You almost killed him." Flug shouted at her cradling Sans in his arms and quickly healing him before the scratch took all his HP. "It's okay Sans I got you. You are going to be fine. Sorry I'm such a bad liar and staller. She caught my bluff pretty quickly."

"Well you didn't know. She didn't learn to read and write until I was nearly a hundred and fifty. Dad didn't think she needed to." Sans explained. "Besides, I shoulda come out sooner. Wasn't fair to you." He looked up to his mother. She was clearly confused and angry. "Hey mom. If it helps, we're from the future. Your kid figured out time travel, heh."

"You. You're my child? As in the same as him?" She pointed back at the door with her pitchfork. "Impossible."

"Nothing is impossible for this little genius. Sans is your little Sans. They are the same skeleton. That is why I want to take him, I won't. I was just making the joke that he is adorable and a version of my lover." Flug told her. "I didn't mean to make it seem like we stole children. We don't."

Sans decided to keep his trap shut on that one. They had a few times, but that was for work. "Uh..I know, here." He dug into his shirt, glad he had worn clothes to bed. Pulling out his Soul, he offered it to her to check. "It'll be faint, but there should still be a faint trace of your bond to me left there, I think. It's been a while."

After hesitating, she walked closer and accepted the Soul, picking at the edges gently until she found what he'd been suggesting. It was nearly obliterated and hardly there, but a piece of her remained. "Why is there so little? Did we grow apart? You were always closer to your father, but…" She looked up, looking over Sans, recognizing his structure and seeing the similarities to her young son. "And what's with all the… black?"

Frowning Flug held Sans closer offering a silent support. He didn't know what to say and didn't want to blurt out that her husband did a lot of things that hurt both of them, that she wasn't alive anymore, that Sans had too many Souls inside his own to function for years.

One look at their downcast faces told her more than she wanted to know, but when her son spoke, she sat down to absorb the news.

"You died. We never grew apart. We were actually really close when you died." Sans hated that he couldn't just save her. Tell her the truth. If he did though, he might not live, might not ever meet Flug, and then this meeting would never happen. He'd end up creating a paradox. "It happened about three hundred years ago now. I can't tell you when or how. It would mess too many things up. You might try to avoid it." He looked up at the ceiling, crying again, leaving more black tracks on his face. "Stars how I wish you could avoid it. I miss you so much."

She stared at the black tracks, looking more closely at his Soul, finally noticing the black and colored marbling in it. "What happened to your Soul? It's a mess. Didn't I teach you to take care of yourself?" She laughed, choking up a bit at hearing that she would die. She knew she would at some point, but hearing it was another factor.

"Be gentle with it. He's delicate." Flug told her humming softly as he used his sleeve to wipe away Sans's tears. "It's okay darling. Let it out. I know how you need to cry." Looking up to her he asked softly. "Would you be willing to hug him? He really does miss you and I think it would mean a lot."

She stared at Flug, disbelieving and at a loss for words for a moment. "Uh, yeah, of course." Still holding his Soul carefully in one hand, she crawled closer and drew him from Flug's lap to her own, hugging him carefully, then tighter as she felt his body wrack with silent sobs. His Soul returned while they were embraced and she stroked his back. She couldn't believe this monster in her lap was her son. He was so powerful, so different from the tyke she knew. She didn't tell them, but while she'd been picking at his Soul, she'd seen the past a bit as well and when he'd spoke of her death, she'd seen how it happened. It was a shock. She honestly didn't know what to do about it all.

Quietly Flug pulled out his phone snapping a quick picture before hiding it in his pocket again. Sans truly needed this closure. To finally see and hug his mother again after so long. Tearing up Flug promised to get the children and go visit his mother in the past again. Maybe they could visit Sans's mother with the children again too.

After a long while of holding each other, Sans finally calmed down and moved away, hugging himself and sniffling. "T-thanks m-mom. I really miss you."

She nodded. "I know Sans. You know… I couldn't help see what happens." She bit at her teeth the same way Sans did when he was thinking, a terrible habit but what were they to do? "I won't change history and I won't ask when it happens, but… isn't there some way to pull me from then and to a different time? I don't want to die. Not like that. It isn't fair to you." She stroked his face sadly. Only tilting her head in acceptance when he shook his. History could not be changed.

"Maybe we could..." He looked to Sans tilting his head and shrugging. "What about the Void?"

Sans shook his head again. "We'd have no way to put her there." He sighed. "I can just come back and visit often?" He volunteered. "Just don't let dad catch us. I have to regain control of my magic though. It's really messed up at the moment. I only meant to travel maybe a few feet with that last teleport and I ended up halfway around the world and back in time to boot. How old am I now anyway, so I know how far back to come when I can."

Frowning Flug tapped his chin in thought. Grinning Flug held up a finger, "I think I might have an idea! I'll explain more later." Flug grinned to Sans he would save his lover's mother if it was the last thing he did. All was going to be right in the world and he would make it so if he had to destroy time itself.

Sans nodded, leaning against his mate making his mother smile. "So, tell me about yourselves. What do you do? Or can't I know that?" She giggled. She felt like a little girl but also so proud of her baby. Time travel of all things. He had turned out brilliant.

"We are scientists and inventors for ah-um probably best you don't know the name." Flug chuckled smiling.

She smirked. "What, you think I'd actually know who you work for? And what's a scientist? Or an inventor?"

Sans only shook his head smiling. "Pretty much the same as dad. I grew up and took after him in creating things. We had different methods though. Cause a few fights." He grinned. "We made a few amazing things along the way too though. You wouldn't believe the shit we create."

Her face fell flat. "Language Sans. I don't care how old you are, I'll still wash your magic out with lime."

Sans blanched, covering his mouth quickly and shaking his head.

Laughing loudly Flug bent over pressing Sans against his chest as he laughed. "Oh stars! Hahahahahaha she is amazing!"

Sans whined, looking at Flug like a betrayed puppy. "You've never had your mouth washed out with limestone. You wouldn't be laughing then." He pouted even as his mother laughed as well. It was a sweet and soft sound, full of mirth.

"I've had mine washed out with soap plus you've scrubbed our own kids mouths with soap too. So I understand the pain and humor. Plus, you just look so cute when you get scolded. You are just like a kid with her. It's cute."

"He is just a kid to me." She reminded with a chuckle.

"The kids deserved it. They were whoring!" Sans tried to defend only get a glare from his mother.

"Whoring?" She looked to Flug, raising a brow. "Explain."

"They were not whoring! You know they have a high sex drive. They were just having a little fun to handle that… Whoring is when a person is free with their loving and has sex with a lot of people some times for money." Flug explained.

"Flug, I caught them with four humans and several monsters downtown, all at the same time and all of them were doing it together, not just in pairs." Sans's voice was flat as his expression. "They are as bad as their fathers."

Sans's mom raised her brow. "You mean you are like that Sans?" She choked, not sure she really wanted the answer to that.

"No!" He blushed hard, eyes wide as he stared at his mother. "Of course not! I-I…" He couldn't discuss his sex life with his mother!

Chuckling with a bright blush Flug took over. "They are Sans's adopted children. Though they are loved and treated as if they were ours originally. I had them with my other mates. They were who we planned to go see and ended up here. My other mates have a condition where they have a high sex drive and practaically have to have some sort of stimulus constantly. Since they helped in creating our twins the kids have the same condition."

"Other mates?" She was clearly less than pleased. "And twins. That's unheard of." She shook her head. "Things are certainly different in the future." She sighed. "You, young man, have a lot of informing to do. I want to know everything about your time." She poked Sans in the chest as she spoke.

"Not really, just our little family is different." Flug chuckled.

She snorted. "Little."

"Probably shouldn't mention everyone else then." Sans laughed lightly, thinking about his relations with Black Hat and Flug's with their boss and Segoe. They were certainly much more 'active' than his mother would ever condone overnight.

Pushing herself to her feet to return to her chores with a sigh, she merely shook her head. "Do I even want to know Sans?" Her smile could be heard though.

"Nope! When we come back I want to see more of babybones Sans. You never said how old he was. Gah I just wanna pinch those little cheeks!" Flug chuckled pinching Sans's since the babybones wasn't available as he stood up holding his lover close.

"You can meet him. I can't, I don't think." Sans sighed. "Just be careful. As he gets older, he'll start reporting everything to his dad. If dad ever catches you, you won't make it out alive."

Looking behind her, Sans's mom raised a brow. "You boys really don't like him, do you. I'm sure I'll figure out why eventually. Don't tell me now. Sure, I know how I die, but that doesn't mean I want to know more. I need to make sure I don't change the future. I want to see you grow up to be just who you are supposed to be. Now get out of here. I have work to do." She came over to give them each a hug. "And behave!"

"We'll try to! See you soon." Flug smiled before using his band to teleport back to their time and to the underground lab. "You are thinking what I'm thinking right? Save her right as she's supposed to dust and send her to the Void through the portal we made. You think Gaster would be okay with that? He is a different guy, but still..." Flug rambled typing on screens and jotting down notes.

"Nope!" Sans grinned. Now that he didn't have to pretend he wasn't going to save his mom, he already had a full idea in his head. "I don't ever want to send her to the Void, much less reunite her with dad after he put her through all that. Here is what I was thinking. Once I have my magic a bit more under control, we'll both teleport back to that instant and I'll grab her, you grab her Soul. Seeing a human should startle dad just long enough to get it from him. We meet at a designated spot to give her her Soul back and then just bring her back to our time. I'll have to make sure I leave Dust in her cell though, and avoid being seen. I was right across from her when it happened. It will be hard and we can't mess up the timing at all or we just might kill her ourselves." He sat on a swivel chair as he outlined his plan for Flug, talking animatedly.

"Dangerous, but I like it! Okay first thing is getting our bond fixed and then we work from there. We can do this!" Flug cheers pumping his fist.

It took several more decades to get Sans's magic stabilized. Throughout that time Flug took him back to visit both their mothers often. Sans watched the War develop all over again, and explained what he saw each time to Flug who was only witnessing the rising tensions for the first time. While he never interacted with his younger self, he watched himself grow over the years and once he reached a certain point, he stopped Flug from interacting with him anymore. By the time he would have allowed Flug to interact with him again, it was already too late. They were locked in the Underground and Flug's magic couldn't penetrate it. That was the biggest issue they were hitting so far. How to get through the magic that bound the Underground shut. Sans only hoped that he had the power to get through it when his magic finally was ready. He couldn't bear to lose his mom a second time.

Since they could come back literally two seconds from when they left, their constant absence was never noticed by those in their current home either, so nobody was the wiser to their plans.

Taking a deep breath and looking across to Flug, Sans asked, "Ready?" He had to get his mother from her test cell and take her to an isolated part of Waterfall and dump Dust while Flug had to get her Soul and get to the same place. If his magic failed, he didn't know where they'd end up. If they messed up the rescue, he could Dust his own mom or see himself and mess up the whole timeline. They couldn't mess up.

"Ready." Flug nodded, he had focused on his magic skills as well during the years and while not as skilled as Sans he could fight and protect himself. Hopefully the element of surprise would help him in getting the Soul. Tugging up his hooded cloak Flug prepared for a fight.

"Just remember, you can't save me and you can't be seen. Dad has to think she died or he'll look for her. Maybe even kill me." Sans reminded before concentrating. With a pop, they were gone from their room. He hoped Flug could find his father in Waterfall in time. It never crossed his mind that he'd never actually shown Flug the rest of the Underground in all their time together. For himself, he appeared with his mother in her cell, just behind her. She was so weak. "Don't move. We're gonna try to get you out of here. I can't be seen." He whispered to her, starting to pour the Dust he'd brought. He could hear himself starting to scream, thinking his mother was Dusting as it hit the floor and clouded the cell. She wasn't far from it.

Calling out to Sans's younger Soul Flug quickly followed the trail making sure to not be spotted by other monsters. His cloak fluttered around him as he used his magic to speed through the snow and into marshy slush of Waterfall. He couldn't fail. Glancing at his watch Flug sighed relaxing slightly in knowing he had time. He could do this. Spotting Gaster walking slowly as he jotted down quick notes, Flug gathered his magic shooting out some glowing airplanes to attack and distract Gaster as he ran up skidding on the snow and reaching for the Soul in the skeleton's hand.

So focused on his work, Gaster didn't see them until the first attack struck, knocking him into one of the many streams. Even as he fell though, he sent out several waves of attack bones. Any monster dumb enough to attack him could just as easily be dumb enough to be his experiment.

Jolting back Flug summoned a shield and sent more magic airplane attacks at Gaster as he went for the weak white Soul.

Gaster quickly realized that whoever was attacking him wasn't doing it as an absent minded fly-by. This was an attack with purpose. Someone wanted him dead. Throwing Melinda's Soul into the fight in the hopes that whoever was attacking might mistake her Soul signature as his own, he dived behind a patch of echo flowers. She'd been about to Dust anyway and her usefulness had long since expired. Now she only served to keep their joint creations in line.

Seeing the white Soul get tossed Flug quickly dived for it before it hit the ground. Grinning with it safely tucked against his chest Flug used his band to teleport to their picked destination. That was easier than he thought!

Once the last of the Dust he had was dumped, Sans grabbed his mother's spine, whispering an apology for the coarse treatment before teleporting them out. The scream that rang through his memory was shattering, but he maintained his course, settling next to his lover. "You got it?" He checked. His bones were paler than normal, the stress getting to him and feeling sick with what he had just done to himself. The fact his mother was still alive was a good sign though.

Nodding, Flug let his magic go green healing the Soul as he pressed it into her chest. "I got it. He hardly put up a fight. You're safe now." He told her, pulling them into a gentle hug. "Let's go home."

Looking between them confused, Melinda tried to understand what was happening. "But won't this disrupt your timeline?" She croaked, voice hoarse from screams and crying.

"Nope. We've had this planned since I first met you…" Sans rolled his eyelights and tipped his head. "Again that is."

"Our little genius thought of everything. It's all going to be okay now. You are coming back to our present. Since you are 'technically' dead now in this time it's safe to do this. No one will know the difference." Flug tried to explain simply.

"We faked your death, pretty much. I used Dust from another skeleton monster so dad won't be able to tell it wasn't you who Dusted. I had to believe that you were dead though, otherwise I'd never come to rescue you, which means this might actually be what happened back then. It is a really convoluted spin on time that would take too long to explain." Sans shrugged. "We have eternity now though. If you wanna speak with dad after you get better, we have a way to communicate with him, but he can't touch us anymore. Ready for another teleport?." He checked with them both.

Flug nodded holding Melinda close in preparation still healing the damaged mother.

"Alright, here goes~" With a pop and a mist of magic smelling like sea spray they were back in Black Hat's mansion laboratory. "Flug, let's get her on a table. I want to make sure everything is alright with her Soul."

Nodding Flug helped lift her up, grinning and holding her hands lightly. "You have a big family waiting for you. I'm sure your grandchildren can't wait to meet you. Black Hat too. I'm so glad you are here with us now. Welcome to our messed up family."

"From everything Sans has told me about you two, it is going to be quite the learning curve." She smiled wanly, still hoarse but already feeling better for the fresh air that the ventilation pulled in from outside. After everything she had seen Wing Dings do to her son, she wondered what else happened after she left, but didn't have the stomach to currently ask. "What...What happened to Papyrus?" She asked, looking over to Sans.

Looking up at the ceiling as he tried to think, Sans tracked things in his mind silently for a few minutes. "I think he's in Australia now. Something about wanting to see wallabees and Muffet with her kids." Just as he spoke, as if on demand, his phone buzzed in his pocket. Answering without a thought, Sans sighed. "Sans, Villainous engineer."

"SANS! THESE AREN'T MUFFETS KIDS!" Papyrus's voice rang through the speaker, forcing Sans to hold it away from his skull.

"These spiders are quite large Papyrus. Are you sure they are your friend's kids? Hello large spider friend! Dear they are quite hissy too!" Shrieking Blue was heard slapping and flopping around. "PAPYRUS! Dear some help would be very welcomed right now! Off! Get off you hissy thing!"

Groaning, Sans slapped his face. "Mom, I'll be back. Shouldn't be long. Flug, think you can make sure Segoe stays out of the lab? Blue will freak if he gets in here." Without waiting for an answer, he disappeared.

Going to the wall Flug pressed a button, a magical barrier going up within the lab. "Segoe is one you might watch out for. If you need me to handle him for you I will."

Looking over surprised, Melinda raised her brows. "Not Segoe Gaster? What's he doing here? How'd he even survive all this time? Are his parents here too?"

"Yup, we have Segoe, Spikes, Blindy all the Gasters from the Void really, besides your husband and the star Gaster that left after we got them back. We visit Wing Dings in the lab but neither of us are keen about letting him out of the Void." Flug explained flippantly.

Rolling over onto her back again to stare at the ceiling again, she sighed. "I suppose not everyone could make it then." Looking back over to Flug, but staying still for him this time, she asked another question. "I'm going to guess he causes trouble from how you talk, Segoe that is. He has always been a troublemaker."

"Yeah, he's still a troublemaker. He has done some pretty bad things to kids, his kids especially. We try to keep them safe from him. He's under our protection too though so it makes things difficult. I'm kind of a people pleaser so I often handle him when he needs something." Flug blushed telling her.

"I don't want to know." She shook her head. "Why do all the men of my day think kids are playthings." Pushing herself up to sit, feeling a lot better with his continued healing, she sighed. "So...this Blue is his kid?"

"Yeah, he's a sweet kid. Papyrus hangs out with Blue and his brother Stretch a lot. They live all together though Papyrus has a room here if he ever wishes to visit. They haven't said it out loud but Papyrus and Blue are really close, I think Soulmate close." Flug smiled they were all so cute. Once him and Papyrus made up they became a lot closer, Papyrus was like a younger brother even though he was technically older than him.

"HOW COULD YOU NOT TELL ME!" Sans yelled as they popped back into the lab, glaring at his brother who was holding Blue close. "I'm your brother! I should have been the first to know, dammit Pap!"

"Because I knew you'd act like this!" Papyrus shot back. "I'm old enough to have a Soulmate and so is he. Why are you making such a big deal about this!"

Melinda's face fell when she saw her second son, easily much taller than her or her husband. Seeing the smaller skeleton on his hip in his protective hold, she couldn't help seeing the similarities between him and Sans. "Uh-"

"Be-be-because!" Sans threw his hands up before walking away to get a drink from a nearby fountain.

Flug burst into laughter. "Sans I told you they were close. You are so blind to everything remotely adult about your brother."

Tilting his head, Blue wiggled out of Papyrus's arms, walking over to Melinda. "Hello! I don't think I've met you before I'm the Magnificent Blue! Also the Great Papyrus's Soulmate!"

"Segoe's youngest I assume?" She tried to hide a smile.

Blue frowned, "I guess if you must relate us. I prefer being Papyrus's Soulmate over his child."

"Oh! I meant no offense!" She quickly raised her hands. "It's just, well, that makes you my nephew and son-in-law." She grinned, her eyelights going back to her son. She couldn't believe how much he had grown. He'd been smaller than her forearm when she'd seen him less than two hours ago.

The bang of Sans's skull against the metal fountain in the corner echoed around the lab as he groaned.

"Son-in-law? You mean… You're Papyrus and Sans's mom?! Oh Wowie! It's so nice to finally meet you. Where have you been? Papyrus why did you never introduce me to your lovely mother?" Blue chided his lover.

Shaking his head, Papyrus objected. "My mother died when I was a babybones. You can't be her."

"She is Pap. Flug and I went into the past and got her seconds before she Dusted. Made it look like she Dusted so that we could have her now. She's the real thing. Melinda Gaster, our mother and apparently Segoe's sister." He was less than enthused about the last part, but had known it all along.

Melinda had no idea what to say, so just sat there staring at Papyrus, disbelieving. Sans she had been talking to for centuries of her time, but Papyrus, he couldn't even speak. He was only months old. It was a shock.

"Come over here Paps tell her all about yourself. I know it's a bit of a shock, but we didn't want to spoil anything in case things went wrong. Everything worked out though. Be gentle she's still healing, but don't you want a hug?" Flug offered patting the table between him and Melinda.

"Don't force them Flug. It's a lot to take in." Sans reminded as he came back, standing by the table. He might as well have not spoken for the next moment, the whirlwind that was his brother's normal energy shot past him to envelope their mother and an overwhelming and gentle hug as he began bawling at the same time. "Still such a babybones." He laughed, though he had been little better.

Clapping happily Blue snapped a picture sending it through their family chat, getting a happy face and thumbs up from his brother in response. "Aww darling I'm so happy for you." Blue cooed moving to stand next to Sans.

HAPPILY EVER AFTER!
