Chapter 22
It was a warm afternoon in Arendelle, Rapunzel and Eugene had been catching up with Anna while Elsa had took the kids to see the enchanted forest.
"It's beautiful here." Liana said looking around at the forest. Liana felt a gust of wind blow past her causing her braid to go across and look like a mustache. "Hello." Liana giggled.
"Hi Gale." Elsa putting her hand on her hip. "You named the wind?" Skye asked staring at Gale who was still messing with Liana. "Well Olaf named her and she's not just the wind, she's the wind spirit." Elsa said watching as Gale went from Liana to Skye and lifted her up.
"Whoa!" Skye exclaimed as Gale flew her around. "Ok Gale put her down." Elsa said helping Skye get on the ground. "I want to fly." Flynn said watching as Gale blew away. "Maybe later, come on I'll give you guys a tour." Elsa said walking towards the camp.
"Are their any other spirits?" Lucas asked peaking inside one of the empty tents. "There are actually." Elsa smiles turning back around. "There's Bruni." Elsa said starting to list the other spirits when Bruni ran up on fire. "Fire!" Lucas yelled jumping back.
"No that's just Bruni, see." Elsa said letting him crawl into her hand, where steam hissed as he rolled around in Elsas hand. "How did you do that?" Flynn asked studying Bruni as he kept rolling around.
"I have cold hands." Elsa giggled. "Who are the other spirits?" Skye asked excitedly. "There's the Nøkk, the rock giants, and me." Elsa said smiling.
"How are you a spirit?" Liana asked. "This is how." Elsa smiled as she made it flurry snow above the kids heads. "Whoa!" The kids all said amazed.
"Cool right." A girl said walking up to them. "Oh this is my...uh...friend Honeymaren." Elsa said blushing. Liana knew exactly what Elsa was trying to avoid saying. "Hello." Liana said reaching out to shake Honeymarens hand. "Nice to meet you, I love your dress." Honeymaren said shaking Lianas hand.
"Oh thank you." Liana smiled. "Nice to meet you too." Gale has come back and swept Flynn and Lucas up in a gust of wind blowing them around.
"I don't want to fly anymore!" Flynn yelled before putting his hand up to his mouth trying to not get sick. "This is awesome!" Lucas yelled doing a flip in the wind. The girls giggled as they watched their brothers fly around.
"Come on Gale." Honeymaren said giggling at the two boys. Gale once again flew away. "I have some reindeer to tend to so I'll see you later." Honeymaren said waving to the kids and Elsa.
"She's cute." Liana smirked. "I know." Elsa smiled. The kids followed Elsa around meeting the rest of the spirits. Finally it was time to head back to the castle. The kids got on their horses and Elsa got on the Nøkk and rode back to Arendelle togther.
"So how was the forest?" Rapunzel asked that night at dinner. "Amazing, I flew, we saw rock giants, Flynn almost hurled!" The kids all clamored over each other. "Sounds like you had fun." Eugene laughed. "You should have come with us." Liana said smiled. "Well we were having fun with Anna." Rapunzel said smiling at Anna. "Did you guys meet Honeymaren?" Anna asked looking over at the kids.
"Yeah she's really nice." Skye said curling a strand of her hair with her finger. When dinner was finished everyone returned to their rooms. Liana was writing in her journal.
"What are you doing Li?" Eugene asked standing behind Liana. "Journaling." Liana said looking up at her dad. "Listen I'm going to train some guards tomorrow do you want to join." Eugene said situation on the desk.
"Sure." Liana said smiling. "Good, you should get to bed soon." Eugene said kissing Lianas head. "Ok." Liana smiled. Liana started down at her journal and flipped through the pages.
"Liana bed time." Rapunzel said standing in the doorway. "Mom do you ever wish you still had your magic hair?" Liana asked turning around. "Sometimes, why do you ask." Rapunzel said walking over.
"I wish I had magic hair." Liana looking down at her own hair. "But you do have magic hair." Rapunzel pulling a small bench over and sitting down. "No I don't." Liana said looking confused.
"Li no one else in this family has blonde streaks in their hair." Rapunzel said tucking a strand of hair behind Lianas ear. "Yeah but..." Liana began to say.
"And both your sister and brothers have dark brown hair, you have light brown hair." Rapunzel smiled. "That's not magical." Liana groaned. "Well I think it is." Rapunzel said kissing Lianas forehead.
