New York, Ben and Rook's Apartment

After Bruce Wayne bought an apartment for Ben, Rook, and Kasha, the trio have get along very well. In New York, they often visited the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Mighty Mutanimals quite often, where Rover and Zog were staying with.

After the reunion with the Unisquad, the team works with the Justice League, given couple of training, but hardly letting the Unisquad be given in a same group during missions because the League wanted Rook, Kasha, Rover, and Zog to be able work together with different members of the Justice League. Big Barda, however decided to have their honeymoon with Mr. Miracle.

Kara would often stay at Ben's apartment for several days at a time, yet no one had a problem with that. Not even over-protective Clark; in fact, when he'd delivered Kara's things after that first night, he'd actually smiled a little.

Eventually, Ben and Kara fell into a rhythm of Kara staying at Ben's house for a few days of every other week. They weren't quite ready to permanently move in together, but they did believe that it would happen one day.

Remarkably, despite their intensifying relationship, they still kept a professional attitude while working; a quality that everyone in the League found admirable. The only thing that really changed with regards to the League was that Ben and Supergirl were put together on missions more often; according to the Martian, it was because they "worked well together".

While Rook and Kasha are visiting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the sewers, Ben and Kara (who's visiting) are sitting together on a couch; watching Netflix together.

Ben: Okay Kara, do you want the pasta, or do you want it delivered tonight?

Kara thought about it for a minute.

Kara: I say call a delivery, then watch that action movie while we wait.

Ben: Sounds good to me.

Then, flashlight from out of nowhere as been teleported in Ben's apartment.

Paradox: Hello Benjamin and Kara

Ben get ready to activated his Ultimatrix while Kara is having her eyes glowing red, about to use her heat vision.

Paradox: Ow please. I'm not here to harm you, but I'm here to warn. Allow me to introduce myself; I am Professor Paradox. Considered me as a time-traveling hero.

Ben: Okay... So why are you here?

Paradox: Well, how should I start?

Paradox began to explain about his origin; starting about his experiment having discovered special properties in quartz crystals, received government funding to break a hole in the space-time continuum. However, a slight miscalculation which cause an explosion threw Paradox into the event horizon, where he remained for a hundred thousand years. He was displaced outside of time, where he didn't age, or have to sleep or eat; just exist. He went insane for a while, but then got bored and regained his sanity. He gained complete understanding of the space-time continuum, though he forgot his original name in the process.

Ben: Hmmm, sounds pretty boring. I mean the part you didn't aged, ate, or slept in years.

Kara: Yeah, but still doesn't explain why you're here.

Paradox: I'm here to warn you, because there's something allowed and not allowed to intervene.

Kara: Which is...

Paradox: Right now, The League, the Titans, and the villains have been abducted by-

Massive Spaceship

Unexpectedly, Ben, Kara, and Paradox are immediately teleported into a massive spaceship. When teleported, Kara unexpectedly already in her "Supergirl oufit"; but trapped on a pod with rest of the League members and the Titans members on the right, while on the left side reveals to be the villains who're also being trapped on a pod.

Ben: (sarcastically) Ugh, great. Now what?

Then, Paradox appears next to Ben

Paradox: Careful Benjamin; right now, the world is at stake if you lose this game. My apologizes Ben, there's something that I can or can't interfere right now. But fear not, someone else is here to help you and you need a disguise to keep your secret identity.

Ben appears to wear a "Darkwear" suit, a formfitting, black jumpsuit and a mask that covers the lower face. Paradox then disappear by teleport

Ben: (sarcastically) Great. Thanks for the help...

A new god in a mobius chair floating in the air appearing towards Ben

Ben: Metron?

Metron: Hear me Ben Tennyson, everything is not what it seems. I need your help. Your here because of two beings are challanged us into a game, that will determined the fate of your world.

Then a green skinned alien with long antenna and green hair. He wears glasses, a blue shirt with a red bow-tie and an orange and red suit with red shoes appears out of nowhere towards Ben.

Charles Zenith: Welcome Ben Tennyson. I am Charles Zenith, and I am the host of the "Battle of Champions"

Ben: Look buddy, I don't care who you are and I don't give a shit about your game show!

Krona: Well you should.

A mad guardian with blue skin, blue eyes, and black hair teleport out of nowhere.

Krona: I am Krona, and I am in charge in this ship and you will enter the contest

Ben: And if I refuse?

Krona shows a huge screen with civilians on the pods as well boarding in the massive spaceship

Krona: These humans will be thrown off to space and all the cities if cover in force field will be mine.

Krona shows a huge screen with cities such as Metropolis, Gotham, Central city, Star City, San Francisco, and New York are all being covered by force field; being ready to be "taken" by Krona.

Charles Zenith: The Battle of Champions consists the duel between heroes versus villains. Metron and Ben represents "Team Heroes", while Krona will represents "Team Villains". But Ben Tennyson will be one of the players on the "Team Heroes".

Krona: And if my villains win, they win dominion all over the planet. Don't worry, these humans will be released your team of heroes win.

Then Metron and Krona is choosing the players for the first round.

Krona: For the first round, I choose Kyber the Huntsman, Liverwire, and Blockbuster

Krona: Then I choose Zog, Cyborg, and Ben

Ben: Wait! Me already?

Ben suddenly got teleported

Central Park, New York

Ben appeared in Central Park, New York; along with Zog and Cyborg. On the other side, Kyber, Liverwire, and Blockbuster is teleport as well.

Ben: Guys! Lemme give you a heads up.

Cyborg: We know. Krona and Charles are forcing us to play a game. We lose, the villains run dominion all over the Earth.

Ben: Yeah. That.

Then Kyber, Liverwire, and Blockbuster are charging in along with Ben, transformed into Rath, Cyborg, and Zog

Blockbuster trying to punch Rath, but Rath dodges it

Rath: Lemme tell yah somethin Blockbuster, which the guy I hardly met before! Nobody takes the first punch except Rath!

Rath then punches Blockbuster and throw him away.

Zog is using his blaster to shoot Livewire, while Cyborg is shooting Kyber with his arm canon. But Kyber have no problem of dodging it.

Kyber: Retreat!

Livewire: Seriously?!

Kyber: You heard me...

Liverwire and Blockbuster are retreating with Kyber's orders.

Zog: They're retreating

Rath transforms back to Ben.

Ben, Zog, and Cyborg are chasing them. But Ben remembered something.

Ben: Guys stop! Kyber is one of the greatest huntsman in the galaxy. There's no way facing against Kyber will be that easy.

Ben, Cyborg, and Zog are arrived in a somewhere with trees. Then couple of traps (prepared from Kyber) activates with energy nets are netting Cyborg but barely hold them. Then Ben, quickly transforms into Fourarms, and Zog are being ambushed by Kyber and Blockbuster while Livewire is watching Cyborg

Cyborg: You know these nets are not gonna hold us longer (while almost about to get himself free)

Livewire: (while having her grin) No. But it gives me enough time to do this!

Livewire have enough time to shoot her electric blast towards Cyborg. Then Cyborg system got malfunction.

Cyborg has been beam out.

Charles Zenith: Cyborg is out of the game

Then Zog is charging towards Blockbuster, then Kyber jumps behind Zog then use the Hephaestan Neuro Grip, which causes Zog to paralyze temporarily, but got beam out

Charles Zenith: Zog is out of the game.

Which leaves Ben, as Fourarms alone to win the game. Then Kyber, Blockbuster, and Livewire surround him.

Fourarms: So, its three against one, which one of you is the strongest

Kyber: He's trying to play us against each other. Don't-

Blockbuster didn't listen to Kyber and charged towards Fouramrs, but easily dodge it throw Blockbuster towards Kyber, but Kyber dodge it as well, leaves Fourarms flee for a tactical retreat.

Kyber: Find him scent! Draw him out of the open!

So Kyber, Blockbuster, and Livewire splitting up to find Ben

Unaware, Blockbuster get caught by Kyber's own trap (energy nets), which leaves Fourarms, then use the Ultimatrix to transforms into AMPfibian to shock Blockbuster. Then Blockbuster get beamed out.

Charles Zenith: Blockbuster is out of the game.

Then it was Livewire turns to find Ben, but AMPfibian uses the Ultimatrix dial to transform into Water Hazard to soaked Livewire, which caused her to shocked herself. Then Livewire get beamed out.

Charles Zenith: Livewire is out of the game.

Which leaves Kyber alone against Ben, as Water Hazard. Kyber uses his sword to find against Water Hazard, but melee attacks doesn't work against Water Hazard due to his amour exoskeleton. Then Water Hazard punches Kyber then soaked him and finally defeating Kyber. Kyber finally got beamed out.

Charles Zenith: Kyber is out of the game.

Then Water Hazard, transformed back to Ben got beamed out as the winner

Massive spaceship

Ben: Alright, game over. Good guys win, bad guys lose. Now let these people go.

Metron: You have fought valiantly Ben Tennyson, but this is just the first round

Ben: What? No way! I'm done playing your shitty game!

Krona: Might I remind you of the stakes?

Krona is showing the pods full of people, Ben knew if he refuse to play the game, the people will get tossed out to space.

Ben: Fine. I'll play, and I'm gonna keep on winning.
