PART 2
Chapter 2x7: Went For the Head
Steve was trying to explain the situation to Tony about how they been trying to locate Thanos without luck in order to know if after fighting Thanos in space he had some kind of information that could help locate them.
Arash still remained close to the God of Thunder, sitting next to him with his head on his shoulder, he wasn't crying anymore and tried to listen to the conversation but he was long gone, it was like his voices were too far away to heard them and the fact that they showed the pictures of Peter, T'Challa, Shuri and the other's didn't help.
"I said, "we'd lose", you said, "We'll do that together too" and guess what, Cap? We lost and you weren't there, but that's what we do, right? Our best work after the fact? We're the Avengers, we're the Avengers, not the Prevengers" - rambled Tony mad at Steve
"Okay" - said Rhodey trying to make his friend back out
"Right?" - asked Tony to his friend
"You made your point, just sit down" - said Rhodey
"Okay..." - trailed Tony trying to sit back down
"Okay?" - asked Rhodey confused
"Nah, nah, here's my point" - snapped Tony standing up again - "you know what?"- he asked standing again
"Tony, you're sick" - tried Rhodey to make him sit again
"She's great, by the way" - said Tony referring to Carol
"Sit down, sit" - keep trying Rhodey
"We need you, you're new blood" - said Tony before turning to Arash - "you are awesome too little Prince, maybe you should have go to space with us, the plan would have worked better" - he said before turning back to Steve - "bunch of tired old mules!" - He yelled walking right up in Cap's face - "I got nothing for you Cap!" - he hushed down to a venomous whisper - "I got no coordinates, no clues, no strategies, no options, zero, zip, nada, no trust, liar" - he rambled
Steve looks affected by Tony's words, Arash seemed unaffected as he kept looking at the interaction numb with his head still resting on Thor's shoulder, the old friends just gaze at each other and after a moment Tony rips his Arc Reactor from his chest and shoves it into Steve's hand.
"Here, take this" - said Tony referring to his Arc Reactor - "you find him and you put that on, you hide" - he added before falling to the ground making Arash flinch a little and Steve go to his side with others gathering close to him as well
"Tony" - called out Steve helping his friend
"I'm fine, I..." - started to say Tony before losing consciousness
Steve and the rest minus Thor and Arash helped Stark up from the ground before carry him to the med station of the Compound, a couple of minutes later Bruce came close to the teen and Asgardian, the last one gave him an angry look to not disturb the boy next to him putting a protective arm around him but Banner gently kneeled close to the hurt Prince.
"Hey Arash…I know you don't want to talk to me or anybody right now, but do you think you can help Tony out with your healing abilities?" - asked Bruce
"Bruce…" - warned Thor sounding angry
"No" - said Arash slowly moving his head from Thor's shoulder - "It's fine, I don't want to lose anybody else…I'll help" - he said in a monotonous tone before standing up
Arash walked inside the room where Tony was sleep, he wished he had gone to space with them so Tony wouldn't have come back in such a critical condition and eh could have killed Thanos without the Time Stone on his power, but if Thanos would have win anyway like he did during their little encounter on earth he could have seen Peter turn to ash and that would have crushed him, he thought that Stark must be just as crushed as him to lose Peter giving that he had a soft spot for him too.
The Persian boy reached out to grab Tony's hand, his ring and eyes started to glow golden, the golden energy started to move around covering the man's body, the energy remained around Stark's body for 30 seconds before stopping, Tony looked less pale and he still looked very skinny but it wasn't that bad now.
"There, that should make him feel better in short, it doesn't do anything for the malnutrition state, but I healed him for the most part" - explained Arash
"Thank you" - said Bruce while the Prince nod at him before starting to walk out - "just know…Nat and I are very sorry about Peter, it wasn't our intention to upset you, we were just trying to make you feel better" - he explained
Arash didn't say anything and just walked out of the room in time to see Natasha and Steve talking with Carol saying that she wanted to go kill Thanos, the Prince just snorted at her words and joined back Thor sitting next to him, the God of Thunder was eating some chips and share with the boy before grabbing his hand.
The Blue alien that came with Tony, who later introduces herself as Nebula to the group, gained everybody's attention when she said that she knew the possible location of Thanos, Rocket helped her to explain where the Titan might be and Carol cockily replied that they just go and get him
Arash was starting to like Captain Marvel's confidence and it seem like everybody else as well because soon everybody joined her stand except Thor and him, but that was arranged pretty quick when the Asgardian stand up to walk over to Carol, he hold his hand up catching the Stormbreaker as it flies to him missing the blonde woman by inches, she didn't even flinch and just smirked with confidence at the God of Thunder.
"I like this one" - stated Thor with a smile
"I'm on it as well" - said Arash standing up
"Let's go get this son of a bitch" - said Steve.
To be in space was an exciting thing for the Prince, but he wished this would have happened in other circumstance instead of this one, but he was ready, this time Thanos will be the one down and they will get their friends back.
"No satellites, no ships, no armies, no ground defenses of any kind, it's just him" - informed Carol as she floated out of the spaceship
"And that's enough" - said Nebula
As soon as the Benatar landed everybody got out ready to take Thanos down, Arash grab a hold of Thor's hand before they look at each other and nod, Carol was the first to go in flying inside the shed knocking the Titan down and grabbing him by the neck, Bruce in the Hulkbuster armor burst from the ground grabbing Thanos Infinity Gauntlet arm and Thor flies in slicing off the Infinity Gauntlet.
Rhodey, Rocket and Arash get inside the first two aiming their weapons at Thanos head while the second one had one of his hands up ready to shoot an energy blast to the alien's head as well, then Steve, Natasha and Nebula walked inside staring murderously at the Titan, Rocket goes over to the sliced off Infinity Gauntlet kicking it over seeing there are no stones in it.
"Oh no" - said Rocket
"Where are they?" - Asked Steve but the Titan didn't reply
"Answer the question" - yelled Carol as she squeezed her headlock on the big alien
"The universe required correction, after that the tones served no purpose beyond temptation" - explained Thanos
"You murdered trillions!" - yelled Bruce pushing the Titan on the ground
"You should be grateful" - said Thanos before getting a punch by Hulkbuster
"Where are the Stones?" - asked Natasha
"Gone, reduced to atoms" - said Thanos
"You used them two days ago!" - said Arash his ring glowing as his emotions were almost at the point to take over him and his powers
"I used the stones to destroy the stones, it nearly killed me, but the work is done, it always will be" - explained Thanos before sitting a little straighter - "I am inevitable" - he added with a smirk
"We have to tear this place apart, he has to be lying" - said Rhodey nervously
"My father is many things, a liar is not one of them" - stated Nebula
"Ah, thank you, daughter" - said Thanos looking at her while she looked down uncomfortable - "Perhaps I treated you too harshly" - he said
Thor looked at him filled with rage, he turned to look at Arash for a moment that had the same look on his face, the Asgardian raised the Stormbreaker and sliced Thanos head off and his limp body falls to the floor.
"What...What did you do?" - asked Rocket in shock
"I went for the head" - said Thor a little shaken up before walking out of the shed
Arash followed the God of Thunder until he stopped looking at the ground and the teen stand right next to him looking at the same place he was looking, trying to find something to say but nothing came, he just move to hold the Asgardian's hand who intertwined his fingers with the Persian boy.
A/N: So our little Prince is deep in the hole, you guys think he can get out of it? Or will succumb to his dark feelings? Guess you gotta stay tuned to see what's gonna happend.
