Avengers Crisis On Earth X Chapter 32
"The Ballonrider is on her way. HAIL VICTORY!" said Quentin.
"HAIL VICTORY! HAIL HYDRA!" shouted the troops.
"Hail Victory" said Oliver
"Hail Hydra" said Steve
Back to Earth-1. The Earth-X Waverider arrived and cloaked itself as Thawne was still working on the power.
"Report. Any news?" asked Earth-X Oliver.
"Well the Waverider made its transition to earth"
"And Kara is all that matters"
"That red sunlight we filled her up with is burning off. Sooner or later we're gonna be so dissaturated we cannot perform the operation"
"Can you fix it?"
"I can't"
"This is your city. This is your facility so turn the power back on!"
"I can't because the system's been encrypted"
"By who?"
"By Miss Smoak" said Thawne as he looked at the captured trio.

"Is there anything else I can help you both with?" asked Quentin
"No that'll be all"
"Very well"
"Before I go. I have something for the both of you Mein Fuher and Hydra Supreme. A gift to celebrate your return"
Quentin signaled some guards to bring in the gifts.

To the surprise and horror of Oliver and Steve, it's people they are all too familiar with. Earth-X Felicity Smoak, Earth-X Jane Foster, Earth-X Sam Wilson, and Earth-X Sharon Carter.
Quentin looks over at Oliver and said, "Well I know how you love to execute the rule breakers and this one has broken many if them. As for the other three, we'll they are part of the resistance fighters who tried to take our gateway. So we had them locked up and tortured trying to get information but they just wouldn't break. Therefore they're of no use to us" Quentin explained.
"We also discovered that this Jewess, had been giving her rations to the work kept children strictly against camp rules of course" Quentin continued as he gave Oliver a sidearm and Sam's Shield to Steve.
"Those children were starving" explained Earth-X Felicity.
"Look at the big man killing a girl over feeding some kids. When I break these damn chains I'm gonna kick your asses!" said Sam.
"Your reign will not last forever. Someday the people of this earth will take it back" added Sharon.
"And I'm gonna kill you for taking Thor!" said Jane.
"Very brave final words. Admirable. But futile thought it won't be hard. I heard your doppelganger on Earth-1 loved a woman who looked just like this. As for Earth-19999 well, none of them are around anymore. Poof! " said Quentin.
Oliver and Steve walked up to the prisoners preparing to execute.
However the two men refused ad Oliver pointed the gun and Steve raised the shield.
"*laughs* Did you really think I would hand you weapona before I could VERIFY WHO YOU ARE?!?" said Quentin.
"You want verification?" asked Steve as he hits Quentin with a backhand with the shield sending him flying.
"I'm Captain America!"
Steve throws the shield as it hits the guards in a circular pattern around the room. Much to the surprise of the others.
Steve then breaks the cuffs of the prisoners.
"Why are you doing this?" asked Felicity as Oliver hands her a gun.
"Because we're not the Steve and Oliver you want dead" Oliver replied.
"Get out of here round up anyone you can find and take them to Star City to the base" Ordered Steve as he gave Sharon and Jane guns as well.
"So that means, you are Captain America from the other earth" said Sam.
Steve then hands the shield over to Sam. "Right now, you're the Captain America this earth needs".
"Wait. The real Hydra Supreme and Loki took my hammer. He used the Tesseract to change the enchantment" Jane explains.
"The space stone?" Oliver asks.
"Never mind that. Once we get through that gateway, I'm going to take the hammer back and return it. Deal?"
"Deal Captain Rogers"
"Sam. You know what to do. Make sure nothing happens to them. Free as many people as you can" ordered Steve.
"Do as the man says Wilson, we'll send in Quinjets for evacuation" said Coulson over comms.
"Good luck guys" said Oliver.
Earth-X Felicity then rushed up to hug the two men. "Thank you" she sobbed.
"Now go!" Oliver ordered.
Oliver then went in to turn off the dampeners.
"Clear!"
Barry zooms in right on cue.
"We have a problem, the gateway controls have been damaged"
"We can't turn it on?"
"We can't turn it on here. There has to be a manual override at the platform"
"Alright were gonna have to fight our way through"
"Not without backup" Steve added.
"Oh speaking of which. *tosses Steve the Nano Arc Reactor* I went all across this place to find Starks arc reactor. Seems like they were studying it for a weapon design" Barry explained.
"Hydra Supreme's suit. Listen get Stark here so he can suit..."
Barry zooms back to pick up Stark before Steve could finish his sentence.
"Up" Steve finished as Stark was hurling his guts outs.
"JESUS! You outta warn a guy before you pull something like that!"
"Tony suit up. Hydra was using your suit to make one of their own"
Tony puts on the arc reactor and pressed it as his suit flowed over his body.
"Well we aren't gonna let that happen"
Meanwhile outside. Leo was on comms with General Winn.
"What do you mean call it back?"
"It's too late its been already programmed, there's no going back"
"You'd said we'd have an hour"
"Yeah well I changed my mind. Especially after my arm was nearly ripped off"
"The team hasn't made it through the breach yet"
"THAT TEAM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US! Or saving the planet! And every man woman and child that can fight is on the other side of that breach and they are not coming back through!! I know enough! I am not risking anymore time! We are blowing it up!" said Winn giving his final order.
"Guys we have a problem!" said Leo.
"What kind of problem?" asked Sara as the team were infiltrating the base.
"A weapon has been sent to the facility"
"You mean like a missle?" asked Alex.
