Metropolis

"Now to turn this world under my heel", Kara announced. In her Supergirl suit.

Kara brews her body down to the tanks of cities that present Metropolis.

Her descend caught many civilians' attention. Everyone sailed upon Supergirl's appearance in suprise. No one's seen her for over a month.

As many people fluster in guise, Kara beams heat vision lengths of energy. Disintegrating towers into slowly transitioned rubble.

She sets in launching her whole body, like a bullet, to hundreds of big buildings. The very same buildings that soon cease to stand.

Thousands of citizens, squalling, ran, avoiding any hit they'd instantly get inflicted on.

In a followed 4 second speed, buildings slowly rail down over an assorted number of people, that tried to escape from their deaths.

5 minutes later...

Supergirl dismantled a thousand towers, each incorporated hundreds of workers.

People question in fear. Is this Supergirl's Reign of Terror.

The D.E.O. Base

Hundreds of agents sprawl for weapons loaded. Ordered by J'onn, guised as Hank.

Suddenly a boom tube appeared before everyone. Some agents, who are armed, pinned their guns on what's going to come out. Oliver and Alex. Everyone relaxed, heading to their stations.

"Alex? Oliver", J'onn pronounced. "I'm guessing that this is the real deal?"

"What?", Alex disputably questioned.

"A Supergirl is terrorising Metropolis. Assumingly-"

"That is our Kara", Alex tells J'onn, who couldn't complete his sentence.

"What?"

"Apparently Oliver thought that it'd be a good idea to keep a secre from us about Kara's gregarious change"

"You didn't bother telling us about her change. We could've kept her under close observation", J'onn pinned to Oliver, whom stands with arms folded on his chest.

"Look. I know what I did was wrong but now is not the time for us to have this fight. So we either go out there and get Kara back in the D.E.O. securely? Or we can continue with this entourage?", Oliver laid.

He does have a point, and they know it. Though they're still pissed over Oliver's tendency to keep secrets, even one regarding Kara, they still have to stop her. That is what the D.E.O.'s job is phased on.

J'onn took 4 seconds to a appeal till he finally moves on to stage his agents to motion for tranquillisers embedded with green kryptonite. And weapons ionised in green kryptonite.

"I should go to", Alex declares. Before J'onn shot back, Alex continued to speck her reasoning. "J'onn. She's my sister".

"And you're still hurt", J'onn reminded. "So you're staying here, for your own safety. That monster isn't Supergirl. Kara may be in the inside but that's not what that thing will express to you".

"I'll go", Oliver delivered. J'onn and Alex were heavily against it considering Oliver's lack of telling truths. "It's best I go. Besides Alex is still down. Kara doesn't trust J'onn nor anyone else in the D.E.O.. I'm the only one can convince her".

"Weren't you the one who runned her off in the first place?", Alex raised in question.

"Yes I did. But I'm going to make this right. And once it's all done, I will leave you and everyone else alone", Oliver confessed. Keeping his word to Alex about their last talk.

Alex zips her eyes down for 8 seconds before giving Oliver permission to convince her.

"You better bring her back"

Oliver nods from Alex's threat.

J'onn accepted Oliver's offer as the latter sensed his will and body to engaging crime. Though not under notable circumstances.

Oliver arrived back at the D.E.O. base with his suitcase, from Danvers house in Midvale. Since the latter stored it there.

He uncloses locks, that were attached on his gear, taking his suit out, along with all weaponry features that style within his gear.

Oliver straps his suit on simultaneously gearing up his toys. Now all pledged, ready to take on a being that far surpasses any mortal.

J'onn announces his plan to Oliver and D.E.O. soldiers. To take Supergirl back to the D.E.O. in safe pieces.

Once J'onn briefed his plan, he charged his agents to get into their stations, as they set designation for Star City.

In the act of Kara, she's piled a lot of buildings and bodies in Metropolis, National City, Central City, and Coast city. Now Kara's invading Star City. A city Oliver could've sworn it's a counterpart of his city since Ray, from his world, amended a change in Starling City to a hopeful city, Star City. Oliver didn't care, all that mattered was bringing Kara back without any cuts or bruises.
