She doesn't understand, if Tenma and Hikari is in a relationship how come they don't interact with each other like a couple. And if she already have a girlfriend why did he pursue her? Tenma smile sadly at her as he takes his seat, he was not sure if telling Mayura was a right choice but after his plan got spoil then maybe he might stop this stupid plan of his

Tenma is out on a stroll as usual well you can't blame him because he doesn't like it at home. He doesn't know how and when but apparently his dad found out his relationship with Himari. He doesn't know what to do, he know that it is against the law to be with Himari but he can't help it, he fall head over heels for her and it's the same to her for him. They love each other very much and his best friend Shimon know all of this and yet he didn't counter Tenma about it because Shimon can clearly see their love for each other and Tenma is greatfull for him because of this. One day his dad confront him about his relationship with Himari, while having an argument with his father he lost his footing and accidentally fell down the stairs. They quickly brought him to the hospital and there his father told him something that made him start this plan of his
"If you really love her then broke up with her Tenma! You know what kind of family you have, I may be going easy on you right now but if the others found out about this they might kill her!"
That made Tenma think throughly, he really love Himari. If she die because of him, he won't be able to forgive himself. He rather die himself than Himari. Is it so wrong to be in a relationship with an illegitimate child? When it's clear as day that they're only the fruit of the affair of their parents. They're innocent human being that have been hated by people especially from the legitimate family. He doesn't want Himari to die so there's only one way he can do, so he made a plan. He talk to his doctor to tell the others that he have a selective amnesia, he knew Himari very well she won't tell him that she is his girlfriend. This is what he thought, he thought that this plan of his is good because she will not be chased by his family
"Miss who are you?" When he saw Himari eyes he can't think straight, it hurts like his heart is getting stab to bits but for Himari he must get his act together so instead he look at her confuse. He might regret this later on maybe...
"Hmm? Bird-maru you are alone? Where's your friend?" Tenma ask surprise it's rare that only Shimon who visit him today
"She left the country... I don't know when will she be back or if she will ever come back here again..."

It is only day one and he already regretting his decision, why do on earth does he need to do this?! It hurts because he knew that Himari is hurting too right now, he wanted to be with her right now and tease her again but it might be impossible now. Then suddenly while boringly studying about the laws his father approach him and told him something that sparks his hope
"Every Unomiya members are always given one chance so you must use it wisely!" Tenma look at him confuse
"What do you mean by chance?"
"The chance is like wish. You can use it to ask Arima-san to add or remove a law!" When Tenma heard that his hope starts to rise
There's nothing wrong in hoping something right? If he use this chance to let him marry Himari then everything will finally be alright! So with high hopes he goes to Arima and tell him what he wanted to do in his chance. But what Arima respond him made his hopes go down
