Stefan groaned as a stake went into him. unlike the last time he wasn't able to topple onto the floor as he buckled forward as Klaus held him up.

"Do you feel that? It's scraping against your heart. The slightest little movement and you're dead."

"He's just trying to help his brother." Katherine came to his defence letting the girl go.

Taking the chance Sabrina ran over the Elijah's body.

"The witches said you had a cure. Make me a deal. Just give me the cure, and I'll do whatever you want," Stefan told him between breaths of pain.

Klaus looked attentively at Stefan for a moment then proceeded to pull the stake out, enabling Stefan to fall on to the floor. Klaus' gaze never left him as he walked over to the counter, placing the weapon on it before pouring the contents of a blood bag into a glass.

"Trouble is I don't know if you'd be any good to me the way you are now. You are just shy of useless." Taking a sip from the glass he turned around and looked at the vampire on the ground. His eyes caught onto Sabrina with her hand on the dagger that was embedded into Elijah.

"Pull that out of him, love and it goes straight into your heart," he began his threat. "Before going back into him and then we'll have ourselves a real Romeo and Juliet tragedy."

While she might have not been in the right frame of mind Sabrina knew better than to test him, so she did the only thing she could do, sit there and watch.

She watched as Klaus made his way to a kneeling Stefan. Crouching down in front of him, glass of blood in hand.

"I heard about this one vampire, crazy bloke, always on and off the wagon for decades. When he was off, he was magnificent. 1917," all eyes watched him as he stood back up and reminisced. "He went into Monterrey and wiped out an entire migrant village...A true ripper. Sound familiar?"

"I haven't been that way in a very long time."

"Well, that's the vampire I can make a deal with. That is the kind of talent that I can use when I leave this town." Stefan slowly got up as Klaus stood in front of him again.

"Katerina, come here." On his command the vampire walked to him. Holding out his hand, she placed her arm in it.

Klaus' features changed as he took her by the hand and bit her arm, causing Katherine to cry out. Sabrina's eyes never left the scene as she had a feeling she knew what was about to come next.

Letting Katherine go, Klaus bit his own wrist and placed it to her mouth making her drink his blood. Sabrina stood up and walked over to the trio. They all looked in bewilderment as the werewolf bite healed.

"You want your cure? There it is," he said smirking at Stefan.

"That's nature's way of keeping the balance, your blood?"

"Gotta love Mother Nature." He said turning to the girl.

"Now." He placed a hand on Stefan's shoulder as he led him to the kitchen. "Let's talk, you and I."

Sabrina was in an awkward spot in the apartment, stood somewhere in the middle of Elijah's undead but kinda dead body and Klaus, who held a knife blade tightly in his fist, allowing blood to pour from his hand into a vial. Putting the on the countertop knife he picks up the vial.

"There it is. You want to save your brother? How 'bout a decade-long bender?" he asked turning to look at Stefan who sat not too far from him. "And I have big plans for you when we leave this town."

I'm not like that anymore." He reminded him.

Well, that's too bad. You would have made a hell of a wingman." He began pouring the blood down the sink.

"Wait." He lifted the bottle.

"Now that's more like it." Placing the vial back down on the countertop, Klaus reached out for a blood bag tossing it to Stefan. "I want you to join me for a drink."

Catching the blood bag Stefan was hesitant as Klaus only watched holding his glass of blood. Ripping off the seal, Stefan took a sip. But, it wasn't enough to gratify Klaus.

"Finish it. All of it." Placing the glass back down, Klaus began to explain, making it all sound easier than it actually was. "You do everything I say, and I save your brother. That's the deal."

The trepidation was back, as Stefan place the opening of the bag to his mouth and began squeezing the blood out, finishing it. the moment didn't last long as Klaus threw him another full bag.

"Again."

Stefan wasn't like this. from the moment Sabrina met him he never showed much interest in human blood. Now four emptied blood bags sat around him on the floor, the fifth one he was still emptying. Animalistic sounds come from him as he looks up at Klaus holding another blood.

"You're very cooperative. It's almost as if you're enjoying it." Stepping over Elijah's body he threw him the bag.

"Enough." Sabrina finally had the courage to talk. "Whatever sick, twisted thing you're planning, Stefan is going along with. So I think it's about time you up hold you part of the bargain."

Klaus looked at her, he could see she was masking her fear. Knowing Elijah would have been proud of her helped her keep her confidence. Although, he probably would have through she was stupid for it, a new though crept in. Regardless, she knew Damon couldn't wait. She wasn't going to leave till she knew he was safe but she also couldn't take much more of watching what was happening to Stefan.

"Not until we've make a deal, Love. It's his choice." He turned back to Stefan. "You can either remain here living your life in Mystic Falls."

Like before he crouched down and held out another blood bag. "Or you can embrace what you truly are, leave town with me, and save your brother's life."

Sabrina looked attentively and pursed her lips together as Stefan made his choice. Taking the blood bag adding six to his total.

"That's the spirit." Getting back up he picked up the vial from the counter and walked towards Katherine. "Sweetheart, take this over to Damon and come right back," he compelled.

You want me to leave?"

"No!" Stefan called out.

Yes and if I were you-" before he finished telling her she was out the door. "-I'd hurry."

"She'll never take it to him." Klaus cocked his head in a gesture of indifference and walked back over to Sabrina.

"You're free to leave too if you'd like, love. Now that I've given Katerina the cure."

"You could have given it to me to take to him." Klaus shrugged him shoulders, not moving from his position.

"What are you going to do about him?" she asked, glancing at Elijah.

The look he gave Stefan was back as he didn't answer her question. "You could join us. Give Stefan a familiar face."

His suggestion felt out of place and she knew Klaus would never do anything without gaining something in return. "You mean use me whenever I see something that benefits you."

"That's just an added perk," he said with a smirk.

"I've had these visions since I've been in Mystic Falls, who's to say I won't lose them if I leave?"

"Why don't we test out the theory?"

"Will Elijah be with you?" Her tone lost its confidence as the reality of losing someone else hit. Looking from Elijah she looked back at Klaus.

"I like to keep my family close."

She looked uncertain. Her brain was pushing her to say no and try to repair the life she had. But the emotional side wanted to hold on.

"How about this. You choose to come with me and we'll see if we can't make a deal about undaggering Elijah"

True to his words Elijah was lying in a coffin ready to be put in a shipment create with the rest of his family.

"A promised, brother, you've been reunited with our family."

Closing the coffin Klaus turned to the two men who stood by awaiting instruction. "Put him with the others. We're leaving town tonight."

"You got free."

"And you still came here?"

"I owed you one."

The sound of a woman's scream caused Sabrina to turn her head. She was beginning to see another side of Stefan and she didn't know how this would affect her along with the already existing emotional stress she was going through. She watched as he drained the woman's blood, Klaus stood beside her proud of what he accomplished.

"Come now, Love," he beckoned for her to follow as they walked to Stefan who dropped the now dead woman.

Sabrina was way in over her head, but she reasoned with herself, she told herself that she needed this. Jenna was gone and so was Elijah but Damon was alive and that she held onto.

"Now we can go."
