Chapter 31 The Battle Begins
Sora's POV
The Next Day
Today was the day. Today was the day we took back King Meishu's kingdom!
All my friends and I were decked out in Keyblade armor King Mickey had brought back for us.
I was wearing a black body suit with red, knee length boots, red, elbow length gloves, red shoulder pads; a red chest plate and a red cape.
Riku was wearing a white, long sleeved dress shirt that was buttoned up; black pants; black, knee high boots; a black, leather chest plate; a long sleeved, ankle length, unzipped trench coat that was black at the top and white at the bottom with gold piping and a popped up collar and black, elbow length, fingerless, leather gloves.
Kairi was wearing a white, sleeveless top with a turtleneck under a silver, metal chest plate with a sweetheart neckline, a white, knee length, layered skirt with a baby pink over, ankle length over skirt; baby pink tights, silver, metal, knee length boots; metal, elbow length gloves, a baby pink band on each forearm, a silver, chain headpiece with a small, baby pink heart in the center and her signature necklace.
Naminé was wearing a white, sleeveless, knee length dress with white, wide detachable sleeves with black piping and black flower patterns; black tights; white, knee length boots and black, fingerless gloves.
Xion was wearing a black, long sleeved top; black, knee length leggings; black combat boots; a silver, metal chest plate; a black, long sleeved, ankle length trench coat that was unzipped; silver, metal shoulder pads and black, wrist length, fingerless gloves.
Roxas was wearing a dark grey, long sleeved zip up shirt with a silver zipper with his symbol on it; black, baggy pants; black boots; a black, long sleeved, ankle length trench coat that was unzipped and black, wrist length, woolen gloves.
Axel was wearing a blood red, long sleeved shirt; black pants; black, knee length boots; a black, leather chest plate; a black, long sleeved, ankle length trench coat with blood red flames at the bottom that was unzipped and black, wrist length gloves.
Isa was wearing a dark grey, long sleeved shirt; black jeans; black combat boots; a pale yellow, leather chest plate with different moon patterns on it; a black, long sleeved, ankle length trench coat with royal blue shoulders that was unzipped and black, fingerless, wrist length gloves.
Aqua was wearing a black, sleeveless dress which was knee length in the front and longer and slightly torn at the back; black tights; black, knee length boots and black, fingerless, woolen gloves that reached her forearms
Terra was wearing a cream kimono; black, baggy pants; black boots and a light brown, long sleeved haori which was tied together loosely with a pale yellow obi wrapped around his waist.
Ven was wearing a white, long sleeved dress shirt that was buttoned up; lilac pants; white, knee length boots; a gold, metal chest piece and lilac, elbow length gloves.
"Is everybody ready", King Mickey asked.
We all nodded in reply.
"Good", King Mickey replied. "Then let's go and take this kingdom back!"
One Hour Later
Kairi and I were getting healed up.
"There's not that many Heartless left", she pointed out. "Soon it'll all be over."
"Yeah", I agreed happily. "I can't believe that the king managed to get so many people to help."
"Well", Kairi started. "It May have been him who got everybody, but you're the reason they all came."
Hearing this caused me to smile, however, this smile soon faded when I noticed something.
"What is it", Kairi asked.
I didn't answer. Instead, I pointed to what I saw.
It was...the Master of Masters!
He was standing on the balcony of the palace.
He looked at me. Then...he turned around and walked back into the palace.
"Sora", Kairi said in concern.
"Kairi", I started. "He took the Crystal Heart from me. I have to go after him!"
"Then I'll go with you", Kairi said. "After all, I was with you when he took the Crystal Heart."
"Okay", I said before looking at Riku. "Riku!"
"Everything okay", Riku asked when he got to me.
"Kairi and I are going after the Master of Masters", I revealed. "Will you guys be able to handle the Heartless?"
"We'll be fine", Riku replied. "Go get him Sora."
