Harry James Potter or to other people Onyx was 7 years old and in the hospital with multiple bandages on their little body, their long black hair that was once to their knee had to be cut now it was to their neck, their right eye was damaged leaving the doctor no choice but to remove the eye. Harry was resting in their hospital bed with their pet cat Silver that didn't want to leave their friend all alone, the doctors allowed. The police were shocked at the condition of the child, Petunia and Vernon Dursley were going to prison while Dudley Dursley would be going to a program to fix him. Onyx woke up a couple of months later from their small coma, Silver was happy to see his friend awake. The nurses giggled to see Silver give Onyx kisses, while the doctor checked Onyx vails and was glad to see them normal.
Onyx stayed at the hospital for a couple more weeks with Silver. Onyx was in some comparable sleepwear with Silver in their lap as they were wheeled out of the hospital by their new adoptive parents who were from Egypt. Onyx Scarlet was their new name now with their new mother Linda Scarlet who was a stay-at-home mom, in her mid-thirties with red hair and brown eyes, she was wearing a blue shirt with a silver top, black boots. Alex Scarlet sold species for a living, in his late thirties with dyed blue hair with brown eyes, wearing black pants and a black shirt, dark blue shoes.
Linda placed Onyx in their car seat with Silver who hopped on his master's lap after their new mother covered her with a blanket to keep her warm. Onyx was asleep the whole plane ride to Egypt with Silver too, Alex was holding Onyx who was still sleeping as Linda bought some clothes for Onyx, Silver helped Linda find some good clothes for Onyx. The small family went to their house, Alex placed Onyx down for their nap. A child born with both male and female parts, Onyx was a special baby when they were born. Linda and Alex had a magical healer look over Onyx, he was shocked to see Onyx's magic breaking all the blocks that were on Onyx's core and to see Onyx's magic make them go through their early inheritance.
Onyx now was awake and yawning. Onyx opened their eyes to see that they had two eye colors one green and one violet, their hair was to their waist with two fox ears with a white tip and a foxtail that matched. The healer gave Linda and Alex a list of potions for Onyx to drink and take, Onyx was playing with Silver who was happy to see them awake and fine.
Onyx had a hard time getting out of bed without getting sick. A doctor took Onyx's temperature and told Linda and Alex that Onyx had a small cold. Onyx got over their cold after a couple of days and was in the living room trying to walk again since they had been sleeping for a while. Linda helped Onyx stand up as Onyx slowly began to walk. Onyx was laughing up a storm as they were walking with Silver walking with them. Onyx was wearing shorts and a short-sleeve shirt. Alex and Linda were helping Onyx walk around where they live, the village was magic friendly where many people with magic live were smiling at Onyx who was walking with their parents who were holding their hands while Silver was walking ahead of them.
Seven weeks have passed since Onyx lived with their new parents and they were happy to have a new family that loves them. Linda was teaching Onyx how to Arabic and Latin, Onyx was happy to learn new languages from his mother. Onyx shocked their parents when they started speaking to the nearby pets, Linda had Oynx's magical healer explain to Linda and Alex that Onyx had a special gift, Onyx can speak to animals also known as Beast Speech. Linda taught Onyx how to write neatly, and many things that they would need for a regular school. Alex taught Onyx how to save their money and how to make a good investment.
Linda took Onyx shopping with Sliver who was on their left shoulder. Onyx had found the candy store, Linda was amused to see Silver grabbing some candies too. Onyx left the stories with some new candies to try, they had a bloodsucker Lollipop in their month, and Silver had a catnip flavor one in his month. Linda got some beginner magic books for Onyx to learn the basics of the subjects that Onyx wants to learn. Onyx was looking around the birds wanting to find the perfect bird for them so when they go to their magical school that the bird can find their parents, they chose a raven with blue eyes, Onyx named him Ciel.
Onyx was in their room on their stomach reading a book on Transfiguration Volume 1, the history of the magic. Silver was playing with a ball of yarn and Ciel was taking a nap on his perch that Onyx got for him. Onyx took notes well more like their magic was taking the notes for them, a pen was writing every note that Onyx needed on their notebook which was filling its pages when the page was filled. Onyx was halfway through the book and already had a third of their notebook filled with notes all about Transfiguration. A new notebook floated to where the first notebook was, the second notebook opened and the pen began to finish on notes that Onyx needed for Volume one.
Onyx closed the book and the pen was capped as the notebook closed, they sat up and crossed their legs. Onyx began to mediate clearing their mind of everything and focusing on their breathing not knowing his magic was awake and talking to Mother Magic herself. Mother Magic watched Onyx's life from the moment they were born and gave them a gift. Onyx opened their eyes to see different color butterflies making them smile. "The Rukn," Onyx said with a smile on their face.
Linda along with her new friend Layla Macy smiled at Onyx who was playing with Silver as Zack Macy a boy about Onyx's age stared at them with a blush on his face.
