Chapter 34

Krista Lenz, no- Historia Reiss, never expected that her identity would be found out before she could reveal her old name to Ymir first. But good thing they didn't immediately announced it to everyone. In fact, they had ask for her help for their absurd plan-

"Krista?" Ymir's voice brought her out of her thoughts.

Krista looked at her. "Ymir, remember what we talked about that snowy day..."

''... Yeah," Ymir said after a pause. She looked at Krista meaningfully. "Are you..?" she drawled out.

The petite blond gave her a helpless smile. "They found out who I was..." Krista said, "So I might be living in my old name soon... Ymir, will you fulfill that promise?" She looked at Ymir's eyes earnestly.

Ymir's breathing hitched unnoticeably. Her eyes widened a bit. Her lips almost quirked up. "Yeah. I'll tell you my secret..."

It didn't matter what kind of secret she was harboring. It was good that this girl was going to live her own life again. They were going to live their own life-

"- It wouldn't take more than a day to take over Shiganshina again!" Law heard Armin exclaim. "But now I think of it again it sounds like a dream..."

What was left of the entire 104 th trainees were huddled together again in the dining hall, listening to their thick-browed blond talk about his plans. Law raised a brow. The blond sounded very confident before he uttered the last sentence with embarrassment and a bit of depressed tone.

Law then spotted Luffy who wasn't really hard to find. The raven haired boy was laughing like he always do, patting Armin's back albeit hard.

"Armin, you sound like Torao! I don't really get it but we can do it!"

The said blond winced, laughing nervously. Law could see that he didn't take Luffy's words seriously. Law can understand. Everyone was like that to the Pirate King in their first interactions. His look of foolishness, very carefree and relaxed demeanor makes people think that he was an idiot who didn't understand a thing.

That was only half true. Luffy was really an idiot but he understands people's feelings. The Straw Hats's actions ran on their emotions. Their nakama getting beat up? Beat the enemies harder! Their nakama crying because of something? Beat up the people who made them cry! People asking for their help? Save, save save! All of these things, regardless of the identity of their opponent, they would do... Of course, they also know when to retreat, know what battle to fight and not.

Unlike some idiots out there...

"What are you guys talking about?" Law went to them.

"Armin was sharing his thoughts on how to take back Shiganshina," Jean replied. Law raised a brow, urging the horse faced cadet to continue. "We heard that Annie could make some part of her titan body into some sort of crystal that couldn't be cut by blades. If Eren could learn that, he would be able to crystalize his titan body and block the hole in Shiganshina walls.."

"Not bad," Law said. His eyes glanced towards the direction of Eren. "The plan is very dependent of Jaeger-ya though. Is Jaeger-ya capable of 'crystalyzing' his body?"

"I can't yet... But I will try hard to learn how to!" Eren replied with determination.

"I admire your determination but do you at least have some feel how to do it?" Law asked with a brow raised. He didn't really hold some expectations to this teen. It was good that they were passionate however, they should make sure that they were capable first. Otherwise, the whole humanity will end up depending on him then get disappointed.

Eren felt his determination fade and he visibly deflated on his seat. The other teenagers' faces, except Mikasa who had always had an impassive face and Sasha who was more interested in the bread in someone's plate, slumped. Only Luffy remained grinning, which didn't surprise Law a bit.

"Let's ask Annie to teach you!" Luffy suggested. When people heard that, all faces turned... weird.

"Luffy, didn't you dislike Annie back when we were trainees?" Armin asked.

"Did I?" Luffy tilted his head, looking at Armin with a bit of cluelessness. His lips were pursed and his eyebrows were scrunched together as he tried to remember. "Why do you guys always say I don't like them?"

"... You were glaring holes at them when you see them," Jean replied.

Luffy scratched the back of his head. Luffy recalled awhile back in Jaya. He had met Blackbeard for the first time and didn't like him too. "I guess?"

Jean looked at Luffy in disbelief. Is this ldisliking someone? How could you think of asking the person you dislike to teach you stuff?!

"Could work..." Law said.

Jean turned to look at Law in disbelief next. "I don't think she'll help us after the Scouts captured her then tortured information out of her..." he said. He wouldn't do it too if he was in Annie's shoes.

"She will," Law said confidently. He had a smile on his face that would make people shudder when they would see it. "Anyways, I'll talk to Erwin-ya and Hange-ya about this plan. You guys should try to rest up as much as possible. I get the feeling we will get plunged into chaos soon..."
