A/N: Hey guys! I wanted to let you all know that this is a surprise story. Meaning I totally didn't think I was going to do a sequel until about Thursday when I got my Tony Stark merch. And on that day made a document of all the stories I'm planning to write. It includes one-shots, maybe even a one-shot collection and some more stories. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling Back in Black-rewrite but if you want to read it then just pm me and if I get enough I'll write it but it didn't seem like people wanted it. Anyway I now present….Forgotten Doubt!

Chapter 1-The wedding

Giving up his identity was one of Peter's best ideas in his opinion. He didn't have to worry about anyone anymore. He went to M.I.T in a few months and he felt like he was getting his life together. Living with the Avengers gave him a source of normalcy sometimes. Hanging around other people with powers and wanted to make the world a better place. Given he probably wouldn't be spider manning much in college. Since, y'know studying is important. Afterwards, he would become a part time superhero and part time help Tony run SI. During his time adjusting Tony had Proposed, it was a huge surprise.

The wedding was today and Peter was in the dressing room. Peter struggled with his tie until Tony came in wearing a broad smile. Tony seemed more relaxed these days. Not much was going on in the world. He was going to retire iron man in a few years. They had talked about it, Tony wanted a family, another kid. Peter was thrilled to say the least. A little sister perhaps. Wow!

"Hey Pete" Tony said walking up to him to help him with his tie.

"Hey dad. Got any cold feet?" Peter replied. Tony laughed.

"Definitely, never thought I'd see the day" he said smiling. Peter smiled too. Tony's reputation had changed a lot. The used-to-be playboy had settled down. He was going to have a family soon and Peter couldn't be happier.

He still remembered the day of the proposal. It was not like Tony Stark but he kept it small, simple, and romantic just like Pepper liked. It was not, in fact, on a beach like most proposals but on the roof of SI. Not because of convenience but because SI was where they had met. Where they had fallen in love. There was a candlelit dinner, star gazing, watching the NYC lights sparkle. Then he had gotten down on one knee and proposed. Pepper had cried her hands covering her mouth and they kissed. It was beautiful.

"You deserve it" Peter said softly finally doing his tie. His father gave him a side hug.

"Ready in 5" The Wedding planner said poking her head in. Well, she wasn't much of a planner, Pepper was doing most of it the 'wedding planner' was just watching over it making sure it went smoothly. Was that what a wedding planner did? He wasn't really sure. All he knew was that today was going to be the best day his dad had ever had.

Peter practically shoved his dad out the door. "GO!" He said and the door closed. Peter took a deep breath trying to get his nerves under control. He was the best man, for some reason, Happy and Rhodey were groomsmen. Peter thought Tony would surely pick one of them but he picked Peter. Once again for some unknown reason. Natasha Romanoff was Pepper's maid of honor. Their relationship had only strengthened. Scott's daughter was the flower girl with Lila and Cooper was the ring barrer. They were so cute! That's about all he could remember.

Peter made his way out of the dressing room a few moments later. He smiled when he got to the end even though he could see happy and Rhodey giving him jealous looks but he didn't care. All he could see was his dads face it was bright and happy. Adoration filled his eyes and he smiled back. When Tony made it to the end they hugged.

Then came Pepper.

"My God" He heard Tony whisper. Peter stifled back a laugh remembering the day in the car when he said the exact same thing. Pepper had on a beautiful mermaid wedding gown. The sleeves hanging loosely off her shoulders. She wore a V-neck and a beautiful train that looked like it went on for miles. Wanda was using her magic to carry it. Lila and Cassie each had pink dresses. The top was a sleeveless white, and the skirt itself was a ballroom. It was very elegant and the girls looked absolutely adorable. Pepper stole the show though. Everyone standing couldn't help but gawk at the delicate way she held herself, an aura of confidence surrounding her. She was gorgeous.

The ceremony went on and it was lovely. Peter zoned out a bit, coming to at the vows.

"Pepper.." Tony started looking at his family for a brief second. "If you had told me 15 years ago I'd be here married to my CEO assistant I would laugh in your face." Another pause. "And then fire you" a collective laugh rippled throughout the guests Pepper rolled her eyes amused. "now though? I feel like the luckiest man alive"

Peter watched Pepper's face her eyes were glassy and she fidgeted with her hands grabbing something from a secret pocket in her dress. It was a rumpled piece of paper. She took a deep breath.

"Tony Stark, I- You know what? No that's not how I'm going to do this" A collective gasp could be heard and Peter could hear Tony's sharp intake in breath. "I love you. I now pronounce us husband and wife"

She kissed him so passionately with so much love Peter felt like he was intruding on something. It was magical to say the least. Everyone starting clapping even giving a standing ovation. He watched tears of joy leak out of the couples eyes and Peter couldn't be happier. It was so much like Pepper to wed herself.

"How did I do Underoos?" Tony asked slinging his arm over Peter's shoulder. Peter shrugged.

"Good…for you" Peter bantered. Smirking. Tony shoved him gently.

"How dare you" He said mocking anger.

"You did amazing" Peter said with a broad smile. Tony gave him another hug. Tony had become much more showy with his emotions lately. Probably had something to do with both of their Therapy that was happening and Peter wasn't complaining.

At dinner time Peter had his own table and he ate all of it. It was so good! He practically inhaled it even made Captain America look at him concerned. It was nice that they were all living together and a team again but he knew there were things. Like the fact that Tony would get subconsciously tenser every time Steve entered the room, or the way Tony jerked towards Peter slightly whenever Steve got to close too him. Peter tried to stay out of the Cap's way to make it easier. He didn't think it worked, but they were healing and that was all he could ask for.

It was mostly uneventful, which for the Avengers was good. There was no one coming in trying to hurt, kidnap, kill, rob, stab, shoot, or murder them. Or anything else that Peter dealt with on a daily basis. It was a nice break. Especially when Pepper stood up at the table to give her toast.

"Hello everyone! Sorry I kind of skipped my vows" She said sheepishly another collective laugh could be heard. "I just wanted to say…that I'm expecting"

A collective gasp. There is a lot of collective gasping today Peter thought. He stopped breathing for a second. Expecting…expecting…expecting… I am going to have a little sibbling! Then the lights flicked off. When they flicked back on again, nothing happened. Nothing was different. The wedding Planner came running out.

"Oh gosh, sorry guys I brushed against the uh- light switch" She said breathing heavily. "took me a while to find it again"

Everyone breathed out relieved but something set Peter's spider sense off. He looked around tense. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary and then it went away. It wasn't so loud more like a small annoying buzz at the base at his skull. Whatever it was, was gone now. He could just continue his night. With another look around he got back to the ceremony.

The first dance was beautiful. They looked so in love so happy. Peter forgot all about everything entranced in it. Now, he wasn't a romantic but this was beautiful. Stupid dust He thought as he eyes starting watering.

The rest of the night passed in a blur of love, food, drinks, and everything else in between. The party started at 5 and went long until 11. It was a small group that stayed to help clean up. Mainly just Hope, Scott, Steve, Nat, and Bruce. Obviously the couple too.

"guys" Peter said excitedly. "I got a ship name"

"But their already together you can't ship a married couple" Scott pointed out. Peter rolled his eyes.

"A married couple name, happy?" Peter said amused.

"No, Happy's not here" Scott said seriously. Guess he didn't understand, Peter thought. He shook his head and got back on track.

"Pepperoni" Peter said. Scott gasped.

"That's perfect" He said enthusiastically. Tony and Pepper just looked clueless.

"its like a name people give couples, where they combine names" Peter attempted to explain. Tony nodded his head in understanding, but he could hear Tony whisper under his breath what it meant to Scott later. Peter laughed softly.

A few minutes later it looked good enough to leave and they left in their respective cars. Tony and Pepper had decided to skip the honey moon. Not wanting to leave Peter, and to be honest Peter was fine with it. He was having a hard time with the after math of HYDRA.

"Good night" Pepper said kissing Peter on the head as they went to their rooms to settle in for the night. All Peter could think about was how amazing he was feeling.

Little did he know…It would all change

"Did it work" Kyle asked. William nodded. He was now holding Peter Starks suit watch, and replaced it with a different one. They would be switched back by the time Peter was already asleep. They had a feeling he wouldn't be needing the suit. It had all been planned to the precise second.

"The boss will be happy" William said inspecting the watch. They climbed into the back seat of the van.

"Did you get it" Dave asked glancing over his shoulder. They nodded and sped off into the distance. They would be back in a few hours. By then the watch would have been copied, the spiderman suit , along with a bit of Peter's DNA.
