Fullbuster Family Drabbles

Reconciliation

Gray was on his knees, bowing towards his wife who was currently giving him a cold shoulder.

After hearing the reason for what exactly happened, she still can't forgive him for allowing the woman to have false hope.

What happened was that the woman actually thought that Gray had felt something for her and thus decided to invite the man for lunch. Gray, trying to be kind, had a hard time refusing. The day had arrived though and the two met up at a restaurant he frequents with his family. Everything was going well, and he was planning to leave after having a meal. But things got out of hand when her friend had arrived and started to join. Till it turned night time, and he was forcefully dragged to a hotel that happened to have more friends celebrating her birthday.

Things got out of hand, as they mistakenly thought he's the boyfriend. Unfortunately for him, he had a hard time denying as the group was already drunk when they arrived. It was already night time though when the other's had left, and he was confused as to why Natsu was in the room. The woman naked on the bed and him, being the nudist that he is, was in his underpants.

Now he is bowing before her, as he apologizes deeply for what happened. He almost felt like killing himself, when Natsu still wouldn't believe her.

Luckily for him. Their blond friend had done her best in finding the woman again to explain what really happened. Since the woman had left due to work. She felt guilty and disgusted for what she did, as she was unaware of them and didn't even bother to know him before flirting. Natsu just nodded her head, "I forgive you. Just stay away from my family." were her words before the woman left again.

Sparing a glance at her husband, his head bowed to the ground. His shoulders shivering, making it even believable as she heard him sniffle. Kneeling beside him, she pats his head. "Fine. I understand. There will be no second chances."

With that, he raised his head and looked at his wife with red eyes and bags under his eyes.

"Natsu" he cried, as he wrapped his arms around her. Smiling, she placed her arms around him as well as she started to feel emotional for missing his warm hugs.

"you better say thanks to Aki. If he wasn't asking me for a favor to meet you and acting all cute. I wouldn't be here to talk with you."

The man nodded his head, as he cried on her shoulders. Laughing she tried to look at his face and giggled. "What an ugly face." Gray didn't stop crying though. "Also, there will be a punishment for your affair. Don't forget about that dear husband,"

That was then when Gray felt chills on his spine, much colder than his ice.

Despite the story being left for three years. Thanks for the follows and faves. It gave me confidence and want to finish these drabbles.
