Days Later

After getting a allow up examination. And being given a presciption for pain relief medication Chris was released from the hospital. With Haley by his side. With the news of Chris's diagnosis still fresh and reeling for Haley. She did what came as second nature to her. Distracting herself with everything but with what was actually happening.

"The room upstairs close by ours would be just spacious enough for the babies. I know it's early but i don't see the harm in thinking of baby names.

"Lydia or Maya for a girl. Jimmy or Christopher for a boy. We should keep our options open."

"I'm going to start on dinner. What are you in the mood for.?" Haley asked.

Chris turned taking his hand in hers and focused his gaze.

"I already put the house in you're name and left you and the babies my fortune. Knowing the four of you will be taken care of. Gives me alot of peace of mind."

"I know you. You'll work until you can't anymore. Then not want to take a long maternity leave. But work can wait. After all we've endured. You deserve to enjoy those babies so make sure you do it. Take a year off. We can easily afford that. You deserve this." Chris said.

Haley looked back at tears in her eyes begin to well up.

"I'm not doing this. Talking like this. You don't need to leave us anything because you're going to be here. And not miss a second. This is you're chance to be a father at last get to be happy. I can't give up on the life we planned. I won't." Haley proclaimed.
