Alexei snarled, " I have no doubt you that will find me Natalia but kill me? I'm not sure you have it in you, bitch"
Steve nearly punched the hologram in his anger except for the fact he had Natasha clutching his arm and saying "Steve don't."
Tony-" Jarvis can you track the signal?"
Jarvis-" I'm sorry sir but I don't have enough pow-" Tony suit suddenly shut down.
"Great, just great," he sighed as the hologram slowly self destructed right in front if them.
Clint- "Now what? Jarvis is down, Stark can't fly, Nat can barely stand,I blew up the stairwell and Nats ex husband flew away in the fucking helicopter! How the fuck are we gonna get down let alone find the bastard?"
Steve- " Stark has phone I'm sure he can give Fury a call to pick us up."
Natasha- "Where will we go? The towers completely destroyed."
Stark- " I actually have an idea for that."
"Good now that's settled. Shit, Laura's gonna kick my ass about this." Clint complained whilst Natasha just laughed at him.
Stark- "Hey Red?"
Natasha- "Mmmm"
Stark- "Isn't Alexei technically still your husband, you know since he's alive and all?"
Natasha felt Steve stiffen around her, his arms wound around her waist tightened slightly. "Actually Stark, Years later I found out the whole marriage was a sham, the ceremony was faked and everything. It was just another KGB ploy to screw me over."
Steve leaned down and murmured into her ear, "I'm sorry Nat, that you had to go through that." Natasha turned in his arms and placed her hands around his neck she leaned forward and replied." I'm not." Steve stared confused, "But wha-" "It meant I could meet the best thing that ever happened to me. You. You Steven Grant Rogers have changed me and I love who I am because of you. I love you always."
Steve grinned " I love you always too Nat." He leaned in and pressed his lips against hers as a peck but Natasha held him tighter deepening their kiss until Tony started coughing and screaming about how disgusting they were being.
Clint- "Can you two lovebirds get a room."
Natasha turned and growled," I had a room until you blew it up."
Clint- "I was just trying to say our lives."
Tony- " Can you two shut up Fury's backup has arrived?"
They all turned toward the black helicopter nearing them. Maria was standing up with her headset on shouting at them to give them space to land. As they cleared out the way it stopped above the pile of rubble and they went towards it clambering on one by one.
Maria- "Is everyone alright?"
Steve-" Natasha is still weak from being in the coma and Stark has been shot."
Maria- "Romanoff do you want a doctor to check you over?"
Natasha hurriedly replied shaking her head," No, no I'm fine, honestly Maria."
Maria raised and eyebrow an turned to get a medic for Tony who hadn't stopped whining about his shoulder.
Steve "Nat are you sure you don't want Maria to check you over?"
Natasha smiled slightly, "Rogers I'm fine I just want to lay down and rest for a little while." And with said she lay over the bench and lay her head in his lap. Steve just smirked and ran his finger through her hair lulling Natasha into a deep sleep.
8 hours later
"Nat?" Steve murmured as he gently shook her out of her deep sleep. "Hey sleepyhead." He chuckled as her eyes adjusted to the bright lights on the helicopter.
Natasha mumbled in a throaty voice "Where are we?"
Stark butted in, "Sweden, before me and Pepper split up I bought a cabin for us here. It's off the grid so they won't find us. No one knows about it."
As they landed and they all climbed out the four noticed they stood in a clearing surrounded by lush green forests for miles. In the middle was a huge cabin next to a big lake. It was truly breathtaking.
Stark- "There's more than enough room for all of us and it's fully stocked."
Steve- "Thank you, Tony."
Tony patted his shoulder, "No problem Capsicle." Steve just rolled his eyes as Clint and Tony walked off to explore. Steve turned to Natasha.
"Hey Babe, do you need help?" Steve questioned as he kept his arm tucked around Natasha's waist.
"That's really sweet of you to offer but sleeping on the helicopter was enough to restore my strength back I think I should be alright handsome." She smiled as she started to walk towards the log cabin. "You coming?" "I am right behind you," Steve replied stunned at how quickly the serum had worked.
As they entered they found Tony fiddling with his tech. "Oh hey guys, your room is upstairs on the right at the end of the hallway."
Natasha and steve nodded and started to make their way to their bedroom upstairs.
"I'm gonna take a quick shower, you are more than welcome to join me Rogers." She smirked at him. Steve leaned in and pecked her lips. "I would love to Nat but I want our first time together to be special. You deserve so much more than a quickie in shower."
"Oh Steve." Natasha sighed."I really don't need anything special just you."
"Its alright Nat go shower I'll be right here when you come out." Natasha kissed his cheek and went into the shower leaving the door open slightly to tease him. Steve just chuckled in response and changed into sweatpants while he remained shirtless and lay on the huge bed in the centre of the room.
When Natasha came out of the bathroom in shorts and a tank top she found Steve passed out on the bed. She smiled and covered him with the duvet and then got in beside him. Steve lifted his arm to rest over her small body and tugged her into him so they were spooning. His palm lay on her stomach where the top had ridden up slightly and his fingers rubbed small circles into her skin. "Night sweetheart." He whispered quietly as he pressed his face into her shoulder, breathing in her strawberry shampoo."Good night Любовь моя (my love) she replied as she fell into a deep sleep.
