Sitting on a table next to some computer stations and in front of a wall with "S.S. Ensign Reconnaissance submarine" is a scaled down version of the Waterjet. There is indicator lights, sensors, and a LIDAR system attached to it and it had no 'cockpit'. It was currently plugged in to a suitcase with a weird electronic device in it. The screen on the inside of the open case had the words, "Charging…" a battery icon showed the progress.
"welcome to another marine themed edition of the invention vlog," Kowalski said, "we are currently on board the S.S. Ensign ready to test my new invention."

[DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION]
"this is the Waterjet drone," Kowalski said, "a much smaller robotic version of the Waterjet."
"it has a signal laser weapon," Kowalski said, "and can be used as a stealth bomb."
[Workings of the Invention]
The blueprints of the insides of the underwater drone is shown, "the same programming of the underwater drone has been modified and placed in the waterjet drone. Flight data from Waterjet missions and the actions of the pilots are uploaded into the hard drive. The intelligent AI learns from this data and is constantly updated while the drone charges. As pilots get more apt at piloting the waterjet…and better the AI can control the Waterjet drones.
"it is completely autonomous and requires no outside input."
"get off my Sub," the captain said.
"what?"
"I will not have you replacing this ship with a drone…"
"do I need to report you to your commanding officer?" Skipper said.
"I AM THE COMMANDING OFFICER AND I WANT YOU OFF MY SUB!"
"very well…" Kowalski said.
[testing of the invention]
The view have switched to the inside of the Mach 4 submarine. The S.S. ensign was already speeding away from the sub.
"well that sucked," Private said.
"did he have to smash the waterjet drone?" Skipper asked.
"back to the drawing board," Kowalski said.
"maybe you shouldn't have mentioned A.I." Private said.
The camera is pointed at the damaged waterjet drone.
"who do I complain to about this?" Kowalski said.
"I know a guy," Skipper said.
[Final notes]
"since I can't test it because it was destroyed," Kowalski said, "I guess I'll see you next time…"
"Rico no!"
"Torpedo one!" the computer shouted.
The camera pans to skipper in his captain's chair face-palming. The Camera focuses on Kowalski's shocked expression as an explosion could be heard off camera.
"Let's put this on the down low," Skipper said as we saw the S.S Ensign sink.
"MAYDAY! MAYDAY! MAYDAY! This is the S.S. Ensign! Friendly fire! Friendly fire! Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!"
The S.S. Leviathan appeared overshadowing the area, "General Skipper please report to the bridge immediately! You have some explaining to do!"
"we're coming up to Hanger D," Skipper said as the Leviathan 'landed' on the stricken S.S. Ensign.
"be advised your demotion is imminent Skipper," The Leviathan's captain replied.
"never like the general rank anyway," Skipper muttered.
"what was that skipper?"
"permission to come aboard?" Skipper said as we entered Hanger D.
"dun! Dun! Dun!" Rico said.
