Hiccup, who's wearing his newest improved upon Dragon Armor, is flying with Toothless alongside Elsa and Liry, who's wearing a light purple dress with her hair braided up and going over her left shoulder, as the two are up in the clear blue sky looking over Arendelle with a dozen of dragons flying with them and see Arendellians getting everything prepare for the Autumn season that Elsa arranged three years after her Coronation.

They're setting decorations up, setting up tables with plenty of food on them along with having plenty of fish for the Dragons, collecting loads of firewood to pass out later that was easily attainable thanks to the Razorwhips and Timberjacks, and having plenty of pumpkins to decorate, and things are getting done ten times faster thanks to the help of the Dragons. It's tooken three years for Arendelle to now fully become a home to both Arendellians and dragons, leaving Hiccup and Elsa proud in their work of making their dream come true.

"We finally did it, Elsa. The very first real kingdom of humans and Dragons living together." Hiccup said as they all flew down to town to take in all the changes they made together.

"We sure did, Hiccup." Elsa agreed, smiling down at her people, who stop in their tracks to wave at them as they flew past, making her and Hiccup to wave back. "I gotta say, you definitely was a very good idea to reinforce all the homes with Gronckle Iron supports so the dragons don't destroyed them any more." She complemented as seeing some dragons resting on some homes, where nothing bad is happening due to the metal support built within the homes themselves.

"It did help redecorate the homes into a Dragon fashion to way of our way of living." Hiccup added as some of the home are built to actually look like certain dragons, built as a dragon's fire type, or built as dragon's nest.

The four of them turned right towards the center of town, where a giant windmill with arms that look like Thunderdrum wings is placed a little off to the side of town, where it has a network of pipes going to all the shops in to as a way to help the business people to make work easier by using air power machines.

"And the windmill you came up with has been very helpful. It's allowed businesses to be able to make life easier for them. Especially the Blacksmith." Elsa continued of see the business Arendellians with open shops pulling a switch of their own to work on their daily lives.

The Blacksmith has a big crowd of Arendelle outside as the Iron Mason makes customized saddles and safety gear for the dragons so the people can ride their dragons safe and sound, along with being able to handle all the different Dragons' biology defenses.

"And the Water Tower to help with any accidents the dragons cause. Especially with the baby dragons." She says as a giant Water Tower is place just outside of town with a channel network going throughout all the homes, shops, and the Castle.

"The nature give us many gifts throughout our lives, and should use them any way we can." Hiccup explained as how back home, they've used nature's wind and rain as it's been very useful to his home and family, especially when he learned about his powers.

Just as he was talking, he took notice of a Gronckle baby firing a Lava Blast by accident when he sneezed, setting a house on fire.

"For example." Hiccup says as a kid and her teenage Razorwhip flew under the Water Tower's channel network and pulled on a chain dangling above the house, releasing a ton of water on the house, putting the fire out. "Like I said." He stated, making Elsa chuckle and roll her eyes.

"And not only have we made these small improvement to help us Arendellians live a better life, but we also made impressive improvements to help keep the Dragons happy and healthy. Perches for them to mount and feel right in their natural habitat. Feeding Stations filled with fish, rocks, and meat to keep their stomach full, Grooming Stations to help get them all nice and clean, and to help get rid of any dead scales hanging on them." Elsa continued looking out at the Perches, Feeding Stations, and Grooming Stations spread out throughout the entire kingdom, where their are different types of Dragons mounted up on the Perches, eating the buffet at the Feeding Stations, or washing themselves down in the Grooming Stations to get rid of their bad odor or get of the dead scales that fall off. They recycle their scales for clothing, the saddles and things like that later on.

"Dragons may seem like dangerous creatures when you first meet them, but spend a little time with them and you'll see they're just like you in everyway. Just like someone I know." Hiccup responded with a little complement looking at Elsa, making her blush as that's how her people once saw her when her powers were revealed.

The four of them started flying to the outside of town to see a massive Hanger that's connected with a mountain created with help from the Whispering Deaths to allow ease storage for the dragons.

"The Hanger is a huge relief for us all, as the first days of peace between Arendellians and Dragons has made the town too crowded." Elsa finished.

"No doubt. For no one could even leave their own home to do their daily living." Hiccup agreed and started remembering the first few days of peace, there was a lot of chaos caused from the Arendellians who were complaining about the Dragons taking too much space, which lead to the constitution of the Hanger.

"And thanks to a big help with the Whispering Deaths under Heather's instruction, we were able to solve the problem, and without using any space within the town." Hiccup explained how they were able to build the Hanger onto a mountain.

"Though not every dragon was able to handle the main Hanger." Elsa said referring to the Tidal Class Dragons, who needing to live in the water to survive.

"Which is why we built a second Hanger for the Tidal Class Dragons so that they don't dry out while resting inside." Hiccup continued whilst looking down at another massive Hanger that takes up a third of the fjord and rests on the very edge for the Tidal Class Dragons so they can't dry out.

This hanger has a Dock and a bridge that goes to town so the Arendellians can get to it without needing to take a long walk.

The group flew through the doors of the first Hanger and flew around the area to see dragons resting in their Stables and the torch posts placed all over the Hanger to help lighten the place up, and a few opening spread throughout the area to allow dragons another way out.

"This Hanger set up was all you, Hiccup. As I would never would think of what each dragon would need." Elsa complemented him, seeing different types of stables for different types of Dragons all over the walls.

"Every dragon is different, so they need their own Stable." Hiccup responded while scratching Toothless' head who purred.

They flew up to the ceiling and out an opening they made and then headed towards Hanger two and flew close to see Tidal Class Dragons resting in their Stables that are about filled to the top to keep them nice and cozy while able to soak in the water, which are different types as well for different types of dragons, and no torch posts within Hanger two since there are thick windows on the walls to shine a light in the place.

"Even though the Tidal Class Dragons weren't too much of a problem in town, they were still a bit of trouble of ships coming in and out." Elsa stated.

"It definitely was difficult for sailors to go out and gather fish or other tribes coming in to visit for peace treaties." Hiccup agreed remembering the times of how sailors almost hit a Tidal Class Dragon of how they were swimming all over the fjord.

"Which was easy to take care of with a special Hanger of their own off to the side." Hiccup said looking over the fjord to see not much Tidal Class dragons swimming around.

"It definitely took along time to get Arendelle to where it needs to be, but it was definitely worth it for this." Elsa stated looking at her kingdom that is finally living in peace with dragons.

"And with all the improvements we made, there's one place in the kingdom that's my most favorite." Hiccup said before looking at Elsa, who nodded with a smile before they headed towards the kingdom, and soon landing in town square near the docks, where Hiccup got off his brother while Elsa dismounted Liry.

Then the four looked to see some Arendellians setting down pots of flowers and hand made gifts around a Ceremony Spot especially made for the Bewilderbeast. It's used for the Arendellians to show their gratitude towards the King of Dragons.

"This Ceremony Spot is truly hearting warming to me." Hiccup said, walking up to the Bewilderbeast.

"Your father has truly become a great dragon to all of Arendelle. Not only for being the King of Dragons, but also showing great kindness and protection to all of Arendelle." Elsa said just as a few kids landed with some homemade gifts before running up to the docks with their Dragons right behind them, where they all bowed down to the king dragon.

The Bewilderbeast stared at the group smiling before blowing on them, causing the kids' hairs to get a little icy and the dragons to shiver a bit before the kids just giggled before mounting their dragons and flying off with the Bewilderbeast smiling at them for a moment before lower its head to the fjord to then spot his Prince, Elsa, and two of his loyal Dragons, where they all walked up a bit closer to the dragon.

"Father." Hiccup greeted before him and the others bowed down for a moment.

The Bewilderbeast growled softly to greet back, allow the group to stood straight up.

"Good morning, great Dragon King." Elsa greeted before throwing snowflakes at the Bewilderbeast, lightly hitting its face and he soon breath back at Elsa, icing her hair up and making Hiccup chuckle.

"Never gets old." Hiccup commented as Elsa moved her hands through her hair to get rid of the ice and smile at the Bewilderbeast.

A screeched flew through the air making the five look to see the Smothering Smokebreaths flying towards them, where Hiccup extended his arm out so the Smokebreath could land on it before he started squawking at Hiccup, who understood every squawk he made.

"Kai needs both of us back at the Castle to go over a few things before we can start the festival." Hiccup translated for Elsa.

Elsa sighed. "Duty calls."

The Smothering Smokebreath climbed up to Hiccup's shoulder, so Hiccup held his arm out his girlfriend. "Shall we?" He asked.

Elsa smiled at him before wrapping her arm around her boyfriend's and the two started walking with the their dragons right behind them, but soon stopped as Hiccup grunted while closing his eyes, placing a hand on his head, and going down a bit as he hears bells ringing in his head, followed by something roaring.

Elsa looked at him for a moment before she started hearing a voice and looked out into the open sky. She stared out to the open for a moment before looking at her boyfriend, who stopped grunting and straight himself out.

"Are you okay?" Elsa asked.

"Yeah." Hiccup assures before sighing as the roaring down, allowing Hiccup to open his eyes, remove his hand for his head, and straighten himself up. "Felt like a something was ringing...and roaring in my head." He explained, making Elsa look at him a bit curious.

"I heard a call singing to me." Elsa informed him, making Hiccup look at her.

"Elsa, Hiccup, are you two okay?" Heather asked, snapping Hiccup and Elsa out of their moments and looking to see her and Windshear, then they soon took noticed a lot of the other Arendellians and their dragons staring at them as they too took noticed of the queen and prince staring out into the open.

"It's nothing, we're fine. Just a gust of wind that messed with our heads." Hiccup answered which Elsa agreed before throwing her hands up to fire snowflakes, making the children giggle.

The couple resumed their walk to the Castle with their Furies right behind them with Heather feeling something is up with them.

-

A lone leaf floated through the air as the Night Lights followed it, chittering to each other.

Anna was walking up a path dressed in a beige gown, that had blue and yellow accents stitched into the design.

Her hair a few barely stalks woven into her hair.

Stormfly was walking behind her wearing a set of Gronckle iron cuffs and headdress around her spikey crown.

Anna shivered as the Night Lights flew above her and a cold breeze chilled her. She rubbed her arm and waved as the Night Lights warbled down to her.

Anna saw Olaf lying on a picnic blanket with Flicker and Flame in a pumpkin patch, over the past three years the fireworks had taken a liking to the snowman.

"Enjoying your new permafrost, Olaf?" Anna asked the snowman as she walked over the fence and into the pumpkin patch to sit down next to him.

"I'm just living the dream, Anna. Oh, how I wish this could last forever," Olaf answered as he relaxed out on the blanket as an autumn leaf fell down in front of Olaf and he reached up to grab it with his wooden hand. "And yet change mocks us with her beauty," he said in a condescending tone as he inspected the leaf.

"What was that, Olaf?" Anna asked the snowman with a perplexed look.

"Forgive me. Maturity is making me poetic, ah." Olaf shook himself off as the Fireworms climbed up from under his shoulders before screeching at the snowman for laying on them and flew off.

"Hey, your older and thus all-knowing, do ever wonder about the notion that nothing is permanent?" Olaf stared up into the sky as the Fireworms left.

"Ah, no." Anna replied thinking about what he had just asked.

"Wow, I can't wait until I'm ancient like you, so I don't have to worry about important things." Olaf confessed while patting Dart who had curled herself around the Snowman's neck.

"That's not what I mean. I don't worry because I have you, Kristoff, Sven, Hiccup, Elsa, and the dragons." Anna told him while the dragons nearby crooned at her in agreement. "The gates are open wide and I'm not alone anymore." She smiled at Olaf while lying down on the blanket where the other two Night Lights are laying on top of one another.

"Yes, the wind blows a little bit colder. And we're all getting older. And the clouds are moving on with every Autumn breeze. Peter Pumpkin just became fertilizer." Anna sang pointing out the facts while sitting up.

"And my leaf is a little sadder and wiser." Olaf sang looking at his leaf that just flopped down.

"That's why I rely on certain certainties." Anna sang making Olaf look at her and playfully pinched his carrot-nose. Anna, Stormfly, the Night Lights, and Olaf all sat up and started making their way back to town. "Yes, some things never change. Like the feel of your hand in mine. Some things stay the same." Grabbing ahold of Olaf's hand just as they reached an Arendellian is with his Scauldron, painting a tree with its leave colored red-orange and a pack of Terrible Terrors resting within it.

But while he does that, another Arendellian and his Shivertooth cut the tree down to use for firewood, where the Terrible Terrors all woke up and flew away, which soon lead to an argument between the two Arendellians while their dragons remained silent.

"Like how we get along just fine." Anna and Olaf sang before they and their dragon friends started sprinting to not be involved with the situation. Once they got away from the argument, Olaf let go of Anna's hand to then jump on the stone wall their walking with along with the Night Lights flying right behind him.

"Like an old stone wall that will never fall." Anna keeps singing just as the reached an intersection with a set of tracks and handcar, where Olaf dropped off the last stone when too much weight came to one side, having Olaf land on the handcar, where it started rolling down the tracks.

"Some things are always true!" Anna sang jumping on Stormfly's back and flew after Olaf. "Some things never change."

Anna sang as she and Stormfly got ahead of Olaf, where Anna dropped down to the ground to then pull the lever to switch tracks for the handcar, making it ram into a barricade, sending Olaf flying into the air, where he flew until the Night Lights caught every part of him and put him back together on the ground.

"Like how I'm holding on tight to you." Anna explained while singing, hugging Olaf making him giggle.

Kristoff, who's wearing a white shirt, tan vest, purple vest, and a black pair of shoes, Sven, and Hookfang are walking through the streets to enjoy the celebration of the Autumn season in the air while gathering a few special requests.

"The leaves are already failing. Sven, Hookfang, it feels like the future is calling." Kristoff sang of wanting to take his relationship to the next level with Anna.

"'Are you telling us you're gonna get down on one knee?'" Kristoff asked while singing and acting like Sven and getting down on his knee as Sven and Hookfang and everyone surrounding all stare at him, like he's crazy.

"Yep, but I'm really bad at planning these things out. Like candlelight and pulling up rings out." Kristoff answered and stood up to then pull out Anna's wedding ring, which is a gold ring with a small diamond, only to lose his grip on it and juggle it around a bit of trying to grab it and failed miserably, where Hookfang was able to catch the ring by using his claw through the opening.

"'Maybe you should leave the romantic stuff to us.'" Kristoff sang acting as Sven while Hookfang handed the ring to Kristoff, who took it, and Sven, Hookfang pushed Kristoff towards Oaken's small Pedicure Station, where Oaken and his Hotburple are ready to relive the stress out of them.

Kristoff gave into the situation and took off his boots before sit down in a chair, where Oaken set a stool on Kristoff's right and started working on his hand, where Sven walked up behind Kristoff and jumped up a bit to place his front hooves on Kristoff's shoulders to give him a massage.

"Yeah, some things never change. Like the love that I feel for her." Kristoff sang as Oaken's Hotburple fired a small Volcanic Burp into a fire pit, where a pot filled with water is hanging over the fire with pole started heating up.

Kristoff, Sven, and Hookfang left the Pedicure Station a few minutes ago, where Kristoff isn't feeling much better.

Sven started pushing Kristoff in front of a Tailor Shop, where the three looked to see a suit and a dress through the window, where Kristoff imagines him and Anna in the suit and dress.

"Some things stay the same. Like how reindeers and dragons are easier. But if I commit and I go for it." Kristoff sang just before entering the Tailor Shop and paid for the suit he saw himself in and soon came back outside.

"I'll know what to say and do! Right?" Kristoff questioned looking at Sven and Hookfang, who both looked back at him.

"'Some things never change.'" Kristoff sang acting like Sven.

"Sven, Hookfang, the pressure is on you two." Kristoff sang while pressuring as they need to be his wingbuddies to be able to pull this off.

The three soon spotted Anna, Stormfly, and Olaf with the Night Lights running towards them, as the three ran towards them.

Anna and Kristoff were about to hug each other, but Anna juked Kristoff to greet Sven and Hookfang, making Kristoff catch Olaf as he jumped into his arm, and soon had Stormfly rubbing her head against his upper body as the Night Lights hugged his legs.

Hiccup is looking out to the kingdom and all the dragons on a mountain overlooking everything from his work over the years of living in Arendelle and thinks about the bells and wonders if it's the Bells of Frey that his family told him about.

And the roar...it sounded familiar, but also different.

"I know the winds are changing, but those changes have been small. I don't know what it is, but there's something familiar about this call." Hiccup told Toothless who's just rolling around, enjoying the feeling of the grass and leafs.

"Has my time come to become what I'm meant to be?" Hiccup questioned while singing into the river to see someone else through the waves for a moment before seeing his normal self.

He then pulled out a small box from his pocket and opened it up to reveal a wedding ring he sculpted personality for Elsa. The ring has a crystal base with a seven pointed snowflake with the dragon class symbol in its center.

"I don't mind change, but I don't know if I'm ready for this one. Some changes are beautiful, but some are scary...What change will this bring? Should I worry? For many changes have happened in the past, and I not sure I want things to change." He sang, looking down at Elsa who's standing on the of the castle balcony while staring out to town and he doesn't want to risk losing her with what might happen.

"Some things never change." Toothless sang nudging his head on Hiccup's to make him feel better, which didn't help very much as Hiccup is starting to fear loosing all of his friends and hard work. "But I don't think you can ignore this one."

Hiccup continued to stare up at Elsa and soon sighed before closing the box and putting it away while thinking about what the future will be bringing and got on Toothless before flying off back to town.

-

At the Castle balcony, Elsa is staring out to town to take in what her kingdom has become ever since the dragons became part of the kingdom, and soon sighed about remembering the call she heard earlier.

"The wind are restless, could that be why I are hearing this call? Is something coming?" Elsa asked while singing to then looked closely towards the town to see her sister and close friends and their dragons all hanging out.

Elsa was taken out of her moment when someone nudged her, and looked to see Liry smiling up at her, where Elsa started petting her nose.

"I'm not sure I want things to change at all. These days are precious, can't let them slip away." Elsa sang, staring at her sister and friends for a moment longer before looking down at her boyfriend and his brother who joined the others and saw Hiccup smiling up at her, and she soon noticed the Bewilderbeast also joined them in celebrating in the giant made clearing for him.

"I can't freeze this moment, but I can still go out and seize this day!" Elsa sang, smiling at her boyfriend, his brother, and father for a moment before mounting Liry, and flew out to town.

-

Once the whole family reached town, they see the Arendellians finishing up with the last decorations with Anna, Heather, Stormfly, Olaf, Kristoff, Windshear, Sven, and Hookfang helping out.

Anna, Heather and their dragons are helping hang some banners up as Anna is standing on Stormfly's head as she lifts her up to high points, though Anna accidentally hanged up someone's laundry instead of hanging up some flags, and chuckled nervously and Heather held up the actual line.

Olaf is helping out at the docks by unloading the catch of fish and put them in storage, though Olaf is tossing the fish back into the fjord to be free, only for some Tidal Class Dragons to come out of the fjord to come out and eat the fish, but the Night Lights stops them from eating a few, and even sneak a few for themselves.

Kristoff, Sven, and Hookfang are helping filling up the Feeding Stations, though Kristoff is getting very distracted a lot as he's trying out how to pop the question to Anna.

Hiccup, Toothless, Elsa, and Liry land in town, where Hiccup and Elsa dismounted their dragons just as Stormfly lowered herself down to the ground, allowing Anna to step onto the ground and then spot her sister and Hiccup out in the distance and broke into a run, where Elsa broke into a run, and the two sisters hugged each other for a moment before breaking up and get to helping finish up with the last few touches.

"The winds blows a little bit colder." The people sang as some of them set some tables up, which others through some table cloths over them.

"And you all look a little bit older." Olaf sings, taking a good look at everyone as they've all gotten older over the years.

"It's time to count our blessings beneath an Autumn sky." Anna and Kristoff sang, covering the last table with a cloth, where Oaken set a massive pumpkin down.

"We'll always live in the kingdom of plenty. That stands for good of the many." The Arendellians sang as some of them set food down on the tables.

Hiccup and Elsa both got up on a flag post in the center of town while Toothless and Snowfall circled around the post, where the Arendellians are staring right at them.

"And I promise you the flag of Arendelle will always fly!" Elsa sang staring back at the Arendellians for a moment before looking at Hiccup, who chuckled.

"And I promise you that the dragons will be our future." Hiccup sang, staring at the Arendellians for a moment before looking at his father, who stared at his Prince for a moment before roaring towards the Castle, where all the dragons flew over town in a few triangle formations.

"Our flag will always fly and the dragons will be our future." Anna sang just as Stormfly nuzzled Anna, making her chuckle and scratch her chin in the place Stormfly loves.

"Our flag will always fly and the dragons will be our future. Our flag will always fly and the dragons will be our future." The Arendellians sang and soon departed around the area as the celebration has begun.

Some Arendellians went to get something to eat and drink, some Arendellians mounted their dragons and went for a fly around the area, some dance with those around, and some stood around the area to talk with each other.

A lot of the children stood in a line with Elsa and Liry to get an ice model piece of their choice, where another pack was with Heather playing with the dragon babies without the dragon parents needing to feel worried.

Later on, Hiccup started entertaining children with making living fire creatures with his powers while Heather rolled her eyes at him constantly doing the same thing a lot, but not many people complain seeing living fire dragons.

Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven danced with the Arendellians while Toothless, Hookfang, Stormfly, and Cloudjumper went to an Feeding Station and began enjoying the food inside.

The Night Lights were just playing around with the children, which they all loved.

-

The celebration starts reaching its end as the sun is sun is settling down and the moon it staring to show itself, all the food is about eaten, the Arendellians are done riding their dragons in celebration, Elsa is finishing up with the last few ice models, which has made her quite tired, and Hiccup and Heather worked on getting the dragon babies all round up and put into their Hangers or to their families.

"Some things never change. Turn around in the time that's flown. Some things stay the same. Though the future remains unknown. May our good luck rest, may our past be past. Time's moving fast, it's true." The Arendellians sang as they all walked home with their dragons, as the friends and family all head towards the Castle.

"Some things never change." Hiccup, Elsa, Heather, Anna, Olaf, and Kristoff sang as Anna took her high-heel shoes off her feet.

"And I'm holding on tight to you." Anna sang walking ahead of the others to then hold her hand out her sister, who took it and got pulled into a hug.

"Holding on tight to you." Elsa sang before she and her sister let go to turned to Hiccup.

"Holding on tight to you." Hiccup sang, wrapping an arm around Elsa's waist and bring her to kiss her forehead. The couple walked through the gates with their Furies as the Night Lights scurried in, looking like they're ready for bed.

"Holding on tight to you." Heather sang, as she and Windshear followed after them.

"Holding on tight to you." Olaf sang holding his stick-hands out to Anna, who hold them for a moment before Olaf walked past her and through the gates.

"Holding on tight to you." Kristoff sang, spinning his girlfriend around for a bit to then hold his hand out to her while walking backwards through.

Sven rubbed his head on Anna's head while Hookfang rubbed his head on Anna's legs, where Anna petted the two.

Anna and Stormfly stood in place for a moment as Anna smiled at the scene of her sister and closest friends walking together, as feeling her life is completed for the first time since the last thirteen years of isolation from her sister, and the years without her friend.

"I'm holding on tight to you." Anna sang as she kneeled down and picked up one of the Night Lights who yawned in her hands and rested their heads on her shoulder and Anna chuckled at that then followed her friends to enjoy the rest of the night with them before a new day begins.
